The main objective of this paper is to study the cases with pancreatic adenocarcinoma evaluated by real time imaging and by histopathological analysis in order to elaborate a strategy for a complete and quick diagnosis necessary for a proper therapeutical attitude. In our study we observed: the pancreatic adenocarcinomas incidence, the density anomalies during the native and post contrast examination, the contour and shape abnormalities, the invasion of the fat plans, the changes of the vascular structures, the presence of the loco-regional lymph nodes and the associated metastases. The final diagnosis was based on the corroboration of the clinical, histopathological and imaging investigations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
