In this paper by using the quantized space and time theory, the internal structure of the beauty quark has been analyzed, and the different modes for decay of beauty quark have been predicted theoretically. The mass and decay width of the ϕ meson in cold nuclear matter are computed in an effective Lagrangian approach. The medium dependence of these properties are obtained by evaluating kaon–antikaon loop contributions to the ϕ self-energy, employing the medium-modified kaon masses, calculated using the quark-meson coupling model. The loop integral is regularized with a dipole form factor, and the sensitivity of the results to the choice of cutoff mass in the form factor is investigated. At normal nuclear matter density we find a downward shift of the ϕ mass by a few percent, while the decay width is enhanced by an order of magnitude. For a large variation of the cutoff mass parameter, the results for the ϕ mass and the decay width turn out to vary very little. Our results support results in the literature which suggest that one should observe a small downward mass shift and a large broadening of the decay width. In order to explore the possibility of studying the binding and absorption of ϕ mesons in nuclei, we also present the single-particle binding energies and half-widths of ϕ -nucleus bound states for some selected nuclei. The NA62 experiment refid="ref1"/ at CERN SPS (Super Proton Synchrotron) accelerator aims at studying Kaon decays with high precision. The high resolution Liquid Krypton (LKr) calorimeter, built for the NA48 refid="ref2"/ experiment, is a crucial part of the photon-veto system; to cope with the demanding NA62 requirements, its back-end electronics had to be completely renewed. The new readout system is based on the Calorimeter REAdout Module (CREAM) refid="ref3"/, a 6U VME board whose design and production was sub-contracted to CAEN refid="ref4"/, with CERN NA62 group continuously supervising the development and production phase. The first version of the board was delivered by the manufacturer in March 2013 and, as of June 2014, the full board production is ongoing. Data on the form factors for K decay make it possible to fix the value of a parameter that is not determined by the theory itself and which is contained in the Lagrangian for the system formed by 0 and 0 mesons. This makes it possible to find the mass of the lightest σ meson: mσ = 663 MeV. Abstract: Recent results and future prospects of particle physics experiments with neutral and charged -meson (kaon) decays are reviewed. Topics include CP violation, rare decays, leptons in kaon decays, tests of CPT and quantum mechanics, radiative decays, hadrons in kaon decays, basic observables, and CKM unitarity, and exotic searches. CP-violation in the Standard Model (SM) is described by a single parameter and the pattern of possible CP-violating phenomena is thus extremely constrained. The Belle experiment at the KEK laboratory in Tsukuba (Japan) is testing if this pattern actually occurs by analyzing a sample of about 770 million B-meson decays. CP-violation observed at Belle is consistent with the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) mechanism, the theory of CP-violation within the SM. We briefly describe how the unitarity triangle allows to probe the CKM theory and review recent measurements of its angles and sides, namely determinations of the CKM angles ϕ and ϕ, and the CKM magnitudes | V| and | V|. The KLOE experiment has finished its data taking at the e+e- collider DAΦNE in Frascati. KLOE has collected 2.5 fb-1 at the peak of the ϕ resonance, and 250 pb-1 at $\sqrt{s}=1~{\rm GeV}$. The latest experimental results based on a sample of 450 pb-1 are presented in this paper: they mainly concern the neutral and charged kaon decays, and the radiative ϕ decays into scalar and pseudoscalar mesons. The influence of isospin-violating (ρ[sup 0], ω) mixing is discussed for any pair of decays of ρ[sup 0], ω into the same final state. It is demonstrated, in analogy to the CP violation in neutral kaon decays, that isospin violation can manifest itself in various forms: direct violation in amplitudes and/or violation due to mixing. In addition to the known decays (ρ[sup 0], ω) → π[sup +]π[sup –] and (ρ[sup 0], ω) → π[sup 0]γ, the pair of decays to e[sup +]e[sup –] and the whole set of radiative decays with participation of ρ[sup 0], ω (in initial or final states) are also shown to be useful and promising for studies. Existing data on these decays agree with the universal character of the mixing parameter and indirectly support enhancement of ρ[sup 0] → π[sup 0]γ in respect to ρ[sup ±] → π[sup ±]γ. The theoretical description of particle decay by a single particle theory requires the use of a probability density in time that is not present in conventional theories. The problem of single particle decay is consistently described here within the context of a single particle, relativistic dynamical theory. We derive experimentally testable differences between the standard model and Relativistic Dynamics for a two-state system: the neutral K-meson (K0) system. Rare B± decays to three charged kaons are analysed. The weak decay amplitudes are derived in the QCD factorization approach. The strong final state interactions between pairs of kaons are described using the kaon scalar and vector form factors. The scalar form factors at low K+K- effective mass distributions are constrained by chiral symmetry and are related to the coupled channel meson-meson amplitudes describing all the transitions between three channels consisting of two kaons, two pions and four pions. We investigate the ɸ meson nuclear transparency using some recent theoretical developments on the ɸ in medium self-energy. The inclusion of direct resonant ɸN scattering and the kaon decay mechanisms leads to a ɸ width much larger than in most previous theoretical approaches. The model has been confronted with photoproduction data from CLAS and LEPS and the recent proton induced ɸ production from COSY finding an overall good agreement. The article reports on a study of independent measurements on combinations of scattering lengths associated with the scattering of pions. The NA48 collaboration study in the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) is based on the organization's highest-intensity proton beamline and uses a large detector. A cusp in the invariant mass distribution of pions from the decay of kaons was measured.
