Tarsal rotation or “swivel” injury according to the classification of Main and Jowett among injuries of the midtarsal joint is uncommon. We experienced a case of subluxation of the talonavicular and talocalcaneal joints without fracture and reviewed it.The patient was a 33-year-old man who suffered injury at the moment of falling down on the floor in volleyball game. On physical examination, depressed deformity with intensive tenderness was seen in medial metatarsus region of the right foot. Radiologically there was medial subluxation of the talonavicular and talocalcaneal joint. Manual reduction was done under intravenous anesthesia and immobilization by plaster splint was followed The clinical course was favorable and the patient was now able to join the volleyball team again.
