Recently, the research analyzes the relationship between religion and spirituality has grown rapidly.Many mental health clinics have implemented interventions on religious and spirituality-based mental disorders. This article aimed to examine the effectiveness of handling mental-based mental disorders from various studies that have been conducted. Methods: The articles used in this systematic review were searched in the SCOPUS, PROQUEST, SPRINGERLINK, SAGE and SCIENCEDIRECT databases which is published between 2016-2020. The keyword used were "mental disorders" or "mental illness" and “spiritual” or “religious”, with the use of the phrase Boolean Operators. The articles selected according to the inclusion criteria include articles stating the effectiveness of spiritual healing for mental disorders, articles that analyzed mental illness patients in RCT, case-control studies and experiment. The articles obtained then were analyzed with the DSVIA conclusion table (design, sampling, variables, intervention and analysis). Results: There were 15 articles that meet the criteria as a systematic review.Thestudy result showed that there was a relationship between religious/spiritual involvement and mental disorders (positive). The findings from previous research indicated that religion play an important role in many situations because religious beliefs and rules affect people's lives. Conclusions:The majority of the previous literature stated a significant relationship between religious beliefs and practices and mental health.

Introduction: Schizophrenia is a serious mental illness that affects the thinking, emotions, relationships, and decision-making. One of the positive effects of treating schizophrenia in patients is family health. The family welfare management strategies provide help for coping, care preparation, organizing meetings, and mentoring. This study focuses on family coping strategies for improving the health of members living with schizophrenia.Methods: A cross-sectional design was used by choosing 160 respondents randomly. The inclusion criteria were family members accompanying control schizophrenia patients to the Public Health Center, with a minimum age of 18. The independent variable was family coping, which consist of two sub-variables (problem-focused coping mechanism and emotion-focused coping mechanism), while the dependent variable was family health, which consists of three sub-variables (efficient, satisfaction, and happiness). The SMART PLS (2.0 Version) was used to prove the impact of the variables.Results: The results indicated that family coping had a significant impact on the health of the family. The hypothesis was taken from the value of the T-test on the structural model analysis, which shows T- statistics (13.966) > T-critical (1.96). The impact of family coping on the health is equal to 0.682 (OR). This means that if family coping is given one-unit value, it will increase the family health by 0.682 times.Conclusion: The implementation of the family coping strategy will improve the capacity of the family to clarify health issues encountered, resolve family behaviors effectively and minimize risk factors. Furthermore, the coping mechanisms chosen by families in facing stress will have an impact on the reduction of illness symptoms in the members with schizophrenia.

Ex-leprosy is a leprosy patient who has undergone treatment and is declared cured from a medical examination. The ex-leprosy have psychological and social problems due to disability and community stigma, caused them difficulty in re-socializing with the community. The aim is to identify the psychosocial experiences of ex leprosy in living their social life. This research is a phenomenological descriptive qualitative research method. The number of participants in this study were twelve using purposive sampling. Data collection using in-depth interviews and field notes, analyzed by the Collaizi method. This study produced six main themes, Social stigma, Support system, Able to do activities, Response to stress, Coping strategies, and Social support. Participants' social activity after recovering from leprosy has increased although there is still a stigma in some communities. Support from family and community is needed as well as good coping mechanisms for ex leprosy patients.

People with severe mental illness have complex disabilities affecting mental functions, daily activities, and social life, thus they need help from others in carrying out daily functional activities. Optimizing the recovery of severe mental illness requires a holistic approach and integration between mental health services and supportive communities so that sufferers can interact with others, have a positive self-concept, and improve their well-being. This study aims to describe a community-based model of recovery for people with severe mental illness. Several literature studies were obtained from 50 reference sources through Science Direct, Google Scholar, Proquest Health and Medical Complete, Proquest Nursing, and Allied Health Sources from 2009 to 2019. Results explain that the community provides an adequate support system in improving the care of people with severe mental illness. Support systems in the community involve social and physical aspects as well as the economic infrastructure through employment opportunities or financial support and a decent living. The interaction between community members and people with severe mental illness could be a positive thing in strengthening the motivation of people with severe mental illness to recover and be able to do their activities independently. The recovery process of severe mental illness requires strong motivation and commitment from the sufferer, the family, all society members, community mental health service team, and related policymakers. It can be concluded that people with severe mental illness need support from various parties in terms of future life planning, identifying strengths and weaknesses that they have, and recognizing multiple obstacles and support so that they recover and live independently.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease. Preventive efforts are needed, so that, the members of a familywho live under one roof (high risk family members) of tuberculosis patients are not easily infected by thedisease. Family is involved only as a drug consumption controller. So far, there has been no effort to maintainand improve the health of high risk family members. The objective of this study was to elaborate the effect ofnursing therapeutic communication on perception, cortisol and HSP70 of pulmonary tuberculosis high riskfamily members. A pre-experimental study was conducted using one group pre-test and post-test design.Samples obtained were 20 respondents using random sampling. The independent variable in this study wastherapeutic communication (dimension of knowledge on transmission prevention and spiritual) while thedependent variable were perception (knowledge and spiritual dimensions), cortisol and HSP70. Data werecollected using questionnaire and observation sheet and were tested using paired t-test. After the therapeuticcommunication, there was an improvement in perception (p = 0.000), cortisol reduction (p = 0.0005) andincrease of HSP70 (p = 0.004). There was significant difference in perception, cortisol level and HSP70 levelbefore and after therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication was able to improve the respondent’sperception and the immunity of tuberculosis high risk family members. Recommendations to prevent TBtransmission in Public Health Center of Wonokromo were; Undergoing therapeutic communication (knowledgeon transmission prevention and spiritual in TB high risk family members, so that, their immunity will improveand become not easily being infected and providing training to the nurses in order to improve the elements oftherapeutic communication capability.

This study aims to identify the relationship between caregiver burden of patients with schizophrenia and caregiver quality of life (QOL). A cross sectional study involving 222 caregivers patients with schizophrenia was conveniently recruited from the psychiatric clinic of a mental health hospital in Malang Indonesia. Caregiver Burden Inventory Scale and Schizophrenia Caregiver QOL was used to assess the level of burden and QOL among the caregivers respectively. Descriptive statistics was used to determine caregivers’ socio-demographic characteristic and the level of caregivers’ burden and QOL. Spearman Rho correlation test was conducted to determine the relationship of caregiver burden and caregiver QOL. About 59.6% of schizophrenia caregivers experienced moderate to severe level of burden. Background: One of the efforts made to return people with severe mental illness to the community is to prepare with sufficient skills so then they can return to a productive life. The purpose of this study was to develop a vocational social rehabilitation model to increase the independence of the instrumental activity of daily living (ADL) among people with severe mental illness. Design and Methods: The study was conducted in 2 stages. Phase 1 used an observational design with a cross sectional approach. It was conducted at the Menur Mental Hospital from March to July 2020. The population of this study were all people with severe mental illness with a psychotic degree scoring ≥30. The total sample was 100. The data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square. The second phase was carried out by compiling modules from strategic issues and conducting expert consultations. Results: The results of phase 1 showed that the instrumental ADL independence was directly influenced by perceived behavior, memory phase, motivation phase, skills and intention. Additionally, it is indirectly influenced by socio-demography, mental illness severity, attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, attention, retention, motor reproduction, motivation and skill. The results of the phase 2 carried out were used to compile modules based on the stages of vocational rehabilitation consisting of determining eligibility, preparatory counseling, implementing rehabilitation, evaluation and ongoing support. Conclusion: The vocational social rehabilitation model is related to the independence of the Instrumental ADL among people with severe mental illness. Significance for public health Vocational social rehabilitation is included in prevention level of public health. The aim of vocational social rehabilitation is to increase the independence of the instrumental activity of daily living (ADL) among people with severe mental illness. So, people with mental illness could productively in society and not depend on others. In addition, the vocational social rehabilitation could develop the physical, mental and social abilities among people with mental illness. It is necessary to have rehabilitation institutions that involve the community so people with mental illness can return to normal life.

Breast cancer patients need coping mechanisms to adapt to changes due to breast cancer. The constructivecoping mechanism is very influential on the attitude, response, decision making towards breast cancermanagement, and quality of life. The study aimed to determine the determinants of coping mechanisms ofbreast cancer patients in Sidoarjo Regency, Indonesia. The sample size was 98 breast cancer patients. Thevariables analyzed included coping mechanism, age, educational, marital, work, time diagnosed, genetic,stage of cancer, therapy, social support, and spiritual need. The results found that breast cancer patients withhigher education had a 51.200 times chance compared to breast cancer patients with no education to haveadaptive coping mechanisms. Therapy for breast cancer patients has a positive effect on adaptive copingmechanisms. Social support has a positive influence on breast cancer patients to have an adaptive copingmechanism. The higher the social support provided, the more adaptive coping mechanism is for breastcancer patients. Tree variables have proven to be significant as determinants of coping mechanisms amongbreast cancer patients in the Sidoarjo Regency, namely education, therapy, and social support.

Based on the violent behavior, the data obtained in the last 6 months using population of psychiatric inpatients with violent behavior of 64 patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of forgiveness therapy that focused on emotions of violent behavior in post restrain schizophrenia. This research method used a Quasi-experimental design. The independent variable was forgiveness therapy that focused on emotions. The dependent variable was violent behavior. The populations were 64 patients with violent behavior using a simple random sampling technique and for the sample were 52 patients. Collecting data using general adaptive function response score (GAFR) observation sheets with Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney statistical tests. Wilcoxon test showed (p-value 0.002) after being given forgiveness therapy. The Wilcoxon test showed (p-value 0.513) after being given therapy that focused on emotions it can be concluded that there are differences in violent behavior before and after therapy of forgiveness and therapy that focused on emotions. Mann Whitney test results obtained (p-value 0.016) remission therapy was more effective in reducing the violent behavior of post restrain schizophrenia.

Introduction: A growing body of literature has shed light on occupational therapy (OT) interventions and outcomes in relation to mental illness. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the OT interventions used with patients with schizophrenia or mental illness and their documented outcomes in relation to functional level, well-being and quality of life.Methods: The databases searched were Scopus, Proquest, Sage, and Pubmed and the time of publication was in the last ten years. This was limited by the journal source type. The search terms, truncated when relevant, were "schizophrenia," "mental illness," “work training,” “occupational therapy” and “vocational therapy”.Results: Thirteen peer-reviewed intervention studies targeting adults with mental illness or schizophrenia were reviewed and analyzed. There are 6 categories related to the occupational interventions that emerged: skill training, cognitive-based occupational treatment, psychosocial-based occupational therapy, cognitive behavior therapy-based occupational therapy, creative occupational therapy, and peer group support-based occupational intervention.Conclusion: Most of the previous literature states that there were significant effects from the occupational therapies on the level of functioning, well-being or quality of life of the patients with schizophrenia or mental illness.

Their adaptation to life’s challenges is a dynamic process, and the community plays an important role. This research, therefore, aims to address the question of how social capital, demographic factors, and coping strategies affect the community’s ability to adapt to people with severe mental illness. Peer group support is one of group therapy which gives opportunity to menopause woman to get mutual support and help them to face the problem. Introduction: Diabetic treatment need a very long time that make most of patient doesn’t obey. One of the methods can be used to improve patient’s compliance is nursing care model Behavioral System by Dorothy E. Johnson with its interventions are motivation and education. The objective of this study was to analyze the differences between knowledge, attitude, practice, blood sugar fasting and 2 hours post prandial (PP) of diabetic patients. Methods: This experimental research using randomized control group pretest posttest design. Sample used 30 persons divided into 2 groups. Motivation and education are given 4 times in period of 1 month by visiting to the patient’s house. Data were collected by questionnaires and observation then analyzed by wilcoxon with α < 0.05. Results: Results showed that after intervention, treatment group who haved good knowledge were 15 persons (100%), good attitude were 8 persons (53.3%), moderate were 7 persons (46.7%), good practice were 11 persons (73.3%), moderate were 3 persons (20%) and less was 1 person (6.7%). Blood sugar fasting and 2 hours post prandial (PP) decreased were 13 persons (86.7%). Analysis using wilcoxon showed that result was significant. Conclusion: It can be concluded that motivation and education can improve knowledge, attitude, practice, decrease blood sugar fasting and 2 hours post prandial (PP). It was suggested to optimalized education and giving motivation due to improving support and awareness of patient to implement diabetes mellitus treatment.

Introduction: Patient with nasopharynx cancer may experience emotional distres. Emotional distres and anxiety may lead to decrease self-efficacy. Clients with a negative perception of the health or low self-efficacy would become apathetic and disability in soluns problem as compensation of getting that disease. The purpose of this study was the relaxation affirmations techniques in order to increase self-efficacy patient with nasopharynx cancer.Methods: This study used pra-experiment pre-post test design. Population was taken from patient with nasopharynx cancer of Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Patient Departement Dr. Soetomo Hospital at Surabaya. Sample comprised of 19 respondents who selected based on inclusion criteria. Independent variable was the relaxation affirmations. Dependent variable was self efficacy of nasopharyngeal cancer patients. Data were collected using the observation sheet.Results: The results showed that there was a significant influence of relaxation affirmation in increased self-effi cacy patient with nasopharynx cancer, with p = 0.008.Conclusion: Based on that results, it can be concluded that relaxation affirmations help patients nasopharyngeal cancer in THT Patient Departement Dr. Soeotomo Hospital at Surabaya in improving self-efficacy so that they would have ability to accept reality and belief in health pattern for optimalizing quality of life. Relaxation affirmations techniques including diaphragma breathing and affirmation decrease sympatic nerve activity and increase positive firm belief in patient.

Introduction: Schizophrenia is the problem with kognitive, mal-adaptive thought and behavior. Family who have a member with mental disorder can experience serious conflict, become an objective and subjective burden, blame each other, get involved in hostility among family members. Various negative effect faced by family can caused by wrong family’s health belief model about Schizophrenia, hence the failure on choosing the treatment and taking care of patient at home. Someone with severe stress will seek comfort and strength from God. But so far, the most effective spiritual models to improve the health belief model of the family in caring for patients with schizophrenia has not been found.Methods: Design used in this study was experimental (pre post test control group design). The population was every family of patient with mental disorder in Menur Mental Hospital along the year of 2010, chosen by alocation simple random. Samples were 13 persons in each treatment and control group. The intervention was given in 60–120 minute in 8 times meeting with average interval about 1 week. Data analysis was done using paired t-test and independent t-test.Results: There were significant changes in total of family’s health belief model (p=0,004), there was significantly change in aspects of (1) perceptions about bene fi ts (p=0,009), (2) perception about barriers (p=0,035) and perception about self efficacy (p=0,002). There were no significant changing in perception about susceptibility and severity (p=0,052).Conclusion: Family believes that all events experienced by the patient and the family is God's will, hoping the patient can be more independent, and believe mental disorders can be changed for the better. The conclusion of this study is that family therapy with a spiritual approach can improve the health belief model of the family in caring for patients with mental disorders.

Introduction: Living with chronic diseases such as Diabetes mellitus type 2 will make patients experience change or imbalance include biological, psychological, social and spiritual. One of psychology aspects in patients with Diabetes mellitus type 2 is psychological well being (PWB). Emotional response of type 2 DM patients since the early diagnosis to begin undergoing the treatment will be different for each person. Type 2 DM patients need a good transition process to achieve well being state. The transition from a healthy to a diseased condition is needed for the successful self care management of type 2 DM patients. The purpose of this research was to explore the description of PWB in patients of type 2 Diabetes mellitus in six aspects of PWB and PWB facilitate and inhibitor factors in type 2 DM patients.Methods: This research used qualitative design research with case studies approach. The subject of research was seven participants who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was done by structured interview and observation. Data analysis was done by thematic analysis.Result and Analysis: This study generated 14 themes. The result showed that the process of type 2 DM patients subjected to the process of transition from a healthy condition into ill condition. The transition process started with cyclic lose response which influence type 2 DM patient to self control and make a right decision-making to self care. Self-control would make type 2 DM patients able to adapt and engage with new experiences that become a new habit for type 2 DM patients and will facilitate type 2 DM patients in adapting to the internal and external environment and make type 2 DM patients have a positive hope in their life.Conclusion: finding in this study would hopefully be beneficial for professional health staff to make assessment about PWB in type 2 DM patients, nurse hopefully can assist patients in transition with the condition of type 2 DM. Need further research about the relation between self acceptance and self control, activation process till engagement to new habit in type 2 DM patients, perceived support to PWB in type 2 DM patient DM.

Poor psychological well-being is an important issue that must be addressed in managing Diabetes Mellitus. Uncertainty surrounding health conditions substantially affects psychological outcomes, anxiety characteristics, loss of hope and psychological distress in clients with Diabetes Mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the uncertainty of the disease process (Uncertainty in illness) and the psychological status of Diabetes Mellitus clients in the Jember Community Health Center. The design of this study was the explanatory survey with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all Diabetes Mellitus clients in the Jember Community Health Center. Sample size: 250 Diabetes Mellitus clients were recruited using a simple random sampling technique. The data used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis so that the results will be obtained in the form of a frequency distribution. The results showed that the highest level of client expectations was with a low expected rate of 51.2%. The level of distress of respondents who had the highest Diabetes Mellitus was in the category of distress by 50.4%. The level of anxiety felt by respondents is mostly in the category of disturbance by 47.6% and uncertainty (Uncertainty) is in the less category by 63.2%. Several psychological factors have contributed to affect the emotional and psychological well-being of diabetes mellitus clients, including the Diabetes Mellitus client's acceptance of the uncertainties surrounding health conditions.

Introduction: Leprosy is an infectious disease that still causes complex problems. The problem in question is not only in medical and physical terms, such as disability, but extends to social, economic, and cultural problems. This study aims to explore the experience of leprosy sufferers with disabilities to achieve resilience. Methods: A descriptive qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach was used. The number of participants was eleven people affected by leprosy with grade 1 and 2 disabilities in Sumenep Regency obtained by a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used in-depth interviews with interview guides and field notes; the results of data collection were analyzed with theme analysis. Results: This study produced five main themes about the experience of leprosy patients in the process of achieving resilience, namely: 1) self-stigma as a stressor experienced by lepers, 2) psychosocial problems that arise in response to stressors, 3) active coping as a method of resolving stress, 4) positive adaptation as a form of self-adjustment, 5) characteristics of strong individuals. Conclusion: Lepers with disabilities identify self-stigma as a stressor that triggers the emergence of psychosocial problems. Individuals can form tough characteristics, such as responding positively to unexpected conditions, becoming more productive, and showing helping others behavior after overcoming stressors through the stages of active coping and positive adaptation.

Schizophrenia is a chronic brain disorder that affects about one percent of the population which is also commonly found in Indonesia. Based on the medical records taken from Surabaya Menur Mental Hospital in July until September 2016, the number of patients diagnosed with this disease is 439 patients. The increasing case of schizophrenia is resulted from the lack of support and role of family and their ability in taking care of patients with schizophrenia. This study used quasi-experimental design (pre-post test control group design),purposed to prove the effects of video-based discharge planning using family-centered nursing on the ability of family in taking care of patients with schizophrenia. This study involved the family members of schizophrenic clients as the population in which half of them were taken as the samples: 15 repondents were chosen as the control group, whereas 15 respondents were taken as the treatment group using consecutive random sampling technique. Introduction: Hypertensive disease is closely related to high cholesterol level, which may act as one of causes of death in elderly. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of guava juice on the reduction of cholesterol level of hypertensive elderly at Community Health Center, Pacar Keling, Surabaya.Methods: Quasy–experimental was used in this study. Sample comprised of 14 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The independent variable was guava juice and the dependent variable was cholesterol level. Data were collected using questionnaire and observation. Data were analyzed by Paired t–Test and Independent t–Test with signi fi cance level of α < 0.05.Results: The result showed that guava juice gave a significant effect to cholesterol level of elderly with hypertension (p = 0.000).Conclusion: It can be concluded that guava juice can reduce cholesterol level in elderly with hypertension. The reduction of cholesterol level may result from vitamin C, pectin, and potassium contained in guava juice, which have effect on cholesterol regulation in the body. Guava juice can be provided as daily diet for elderly. Further studies are suggested to investigate other variables, such as diet consumed, age, activity, and obesity.

Indonesia bebas pasung bagi pasien gangguan jiwa merupakan program prioritas yang harus dicapai pemerintah pada tahun 2019. Saat ini upaya bebas pasung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, permasalahan baru muncul setelah masa pengobatan selesai dan harus kembali kepada keluarga dan masyarakat. Keluarga tidak menghendaki pasien kembali kepada keluarga, diabaikan, kembali kambuh atau menjadi gelandangan psikotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dukungan keluarga terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa pasca pasung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif fenomenologi, jumlah partisipan sebesar 9 orang dipilih dengan purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, data dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan keluarga terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa pasca pasung diperoleh 2 (dua) tema besar yaitu; fenomena pasung terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa dan dukungan keluarga. Fenomena pasung meliputi; alasan, keputusan, metode, pembebasan dan dampak pemasungan. Dukungan keluarga meliputi; dukungan penilaian, instrumental, informasional dan dukungan emosional. Dukungan keluarga dibutuhkan pasien untuk dapat mencapai penyembuhan dan mencegah kekambuhan. AbstractIndonesian free of pasung for mental disorders is a priority program to be achieved by the government in 2019. Currently the effort of free of pasung for mental illness has been well implemented. A new problems arise after the treatment period is over and patients must return to family and community. Families do not want patients to return to then, ignored, relapse or become psychotic homeless. This study aims to obtain a description of pasung phenomenon and family support for patients after having pasung. This research used qualitative phenomenology design, the number of participants for 9 people was chosen by purposive sampling, data collection was done by indepth interview, the data were analyzed by thematic analysis. The result of the research showed two big themes that are; pasung phenomenon and family supports after the patient having pasung. The pasung phenomenon includes; reasons, decisions, methods, exemptions and the effects of deprivation. Family support includes; support assessment, instrumental, informational and emotional support. Family support is needed for patients to achieve healing and prevent recurrence. The lack of knowledge about the way patients care for post pasung mental disorders cause the family support provided to patients is not optimal. Misrepresentation of family and community opinions on psychiatric patients affects the proper treatment of psychiatric patients.Keywords: Family support, mental disorder, pasung.

Background:Various efforts have been made by the Indonesian government to improve mental healthservices. In 2014, the government established Law no 18, which is about mental health and the treatmentof people with mental illness covered by the universal health coverage. However, many people stillexperience difficulty in accessing mental health services. In Indonesia, family plays the role of a caregiverto people with mental illness.Objective:This study aims to identify the perceived barriers on mental health services by families whosemembers suffers from mental illness.Methods:This study is a qualitative research study with a phenomenological approach. Sampling wasconducted by purposive sampling with a sample size of 12 participants. Data were collected usingsemistructured in-depth interviews. Thematic analysis was performed using Colaizzi steps.Results:The obtained results presented three themes. Theme 1, mental health service affordability;theme 2, mental health service availability; and theme 3, negative attitudes (stigma).Conclusion:Families whose members suffered from mental illness still experienced barriers in relation tomental health services even with universal health coverage. Improved mental health services are relatedto the health insurance coverage, affordability, availability of mental health services and stigma reductionin the health professionals and wide community.©2017 Chinese Nursing Association. Introduction: Attention deficit is one of three main problems of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Children experience difficulty of paying attention and concentrating to one or more things or objects. As a results these children cannot perform the task well. Crossword puzzle is one of games that may increase attention and concentration. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of crossword puzzle to increase attention of children with ADHD. Method: Pre-experimental design was employed in this study. The population was ADHD students in Cakra Autisme Therapy. Seven students were recruited by means of purposive sampling. The independent variable was crossword puzzle and the dependent variable was the increase of attention. Data were collected using observation sheet and analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with level of significance of α≤ 0.05. Result: Result showed that crossword puzzle could increase attention. Respondent’s attention improved from less to good attention, particularly in playing activities (p=0.014). This finding suggests that there was differences of attention between pre and post-test. It can be concluded that crossword puzzle can increase attention of the students with ADHD. Discussion: It is recommended for teachers and parents of ADHD children to give them crossword puzzle game everyday at school or at home. Further studies should involve larger sample size and employs another game not only to increase attention, but also reduce hyperactivity and impulsivity of ADHD child.

After the life of the schizophrenia, post-Restrain is a person who has been free from restraining, but stress reaction on the client family schizophrenia post-Restrain has not been said to end the role in family factors. The aim of the study was to investigated stress reaction and family experiences in primary care post restrain schizophrenia and to explain the stress reaction and experience of families who have people with schizophrenia post-restrain. Material and Method: Atotal of 135 families who have people with schizophrenia post-restrain October to December 2018. This research Mix Method: Sequential Explanatory design, the research instrument used was The Kempe Family Stress Inventory with The sensitivity of the KFSI was calculated at 80%. The specificity was 89.4%. the positive predictive value was 52.5%. Negative predictive value was 96.8%. The results of the study illustrated that the total mean score of a stress reaction in families normal was 43.48 [S.D=5.6], Mild was 34.33 [S.D=4.7], Severe was 56.45 [S.D=4.45]. The psychological burden was expressed by families in the form of fear and worry, the results showed a reaction to high stress and family experience lacking in primary care of people with post-restrain mental disorders. Conclusions: Most of the stress on families who have schizophrenia post-restrain in East Java is still showed revealed that the overall family stress reaction parent beaten of deprived schizophrenia and A majority parent has substance abuse history and Multiple stress.

Cancer clients undergoing chemotherapy require stimulation from cognitive aspects to turn negative perceptions into positive ones. Utilization of a book as a media therapy is called bibliocare. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of bibliocare to change depression level in cancer client with chemotherapy. This study was Quasi-Experiment, population in chemotherapy center of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital, Palembang, sample size 36 patient, taken by simple random sampling. The independent variable was the implementation of bibliocare. The dependent variable was depression level. Data were taken by using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) questionnaire then analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann-Whitney U test. The result showed a significant effect of bibliocare implementation on depression in the treatment group with Mann-Whitney U test, p=0,000. Sixteen respondents experienced a decrease in the level of depression, two people remained the same and no one experienced an increase in depression. It showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest bibliocare implementation. It could be concluded that the implementation of bibliocare could change depression level in cancer client with chemotherapy. Keywords: Bibliocare, Depression, Cancer, Chemotherapy

The high burden of stigma received by the family as a result of leper family members requires resources, support, and resilience so that the family will be able to perform its role in caring for the leper family members and reducing the stigma. The Spiritual based family is an important component of the value system and trust for family life in strengthening family resilience. This spiritual factor will be very influential on coping, support, family acceptance of leprosy patients and the process of treatment and family stigma.

The existence of schizophrenia affects family systems and the ability to care. The study aimed to determine the relationship between family burden and the familial ability to treat schizophrenic patients. The design used was descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of the family of schizophrenic patients in Menur Mental Hospital, Surabaya, Indonesia. In total, 21 respondents were obtained throughconsecutive sampling. The independent variable was the family burden and the dependent variable was the ability of the family to care for schizophrenic patients. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the results were analyzed using the Spearman Rho correlation test. The results showed that burden has a moderate relationship with the family ability (p = 0.008) (r = 0.656). The subjective burden was greater than the objectiveone. A lower burden felt by the family will improve their caring abilities. The families should be able to manage their existing and objective goals so then they can treat schizophrenia patients well.

In Madura, a lot of infan-ts have incomplete immunization status in which one of the areas with low immunization coverage is Burneh sub-district. The coverage of complete basic immunization in Burneh only 64% in 2015. The aim of this study was to analyze factors related to vaccination in Madurese, using cross sectional design. The sample were 97 mothers with babies 0-1 years old in Burneh sub-district. Data were collected using questionnaires, then analyzed using Chi square test. The results showed the correlation between knowledge (p = 0.027), condence (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.003), culture (p = 0.000), access to health care (p = 0.013), family support (p = 0.034), and support of health professionals (p = 0.021) with the basic immunization status. Meanwhile, the support of community leaders (p = 0.054) had no correlation with the basic immunization status.

The phenomenon of teenage pregnancy in Indonesia has increased annually, but only a few studies that indicate its predictors. The present research aimed at anlyzing the determinants of teenage pregnancy in Indonesia. The study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Demography and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017. The independent variables are as follows age, wealth status, education, occupation, and marital status. On the other hand, the dependent variable is teenage pregnancy. The data were analyzed using binary logisctic regression. It was found that age is a significant determinant of teenage pregnancy. The richest teenager has 0.61 higher possibility of getting pregnant than the poorest. A teenager with higher education is 0.03 times more possible to get pregnant than one that has not gone to school before. Moreover, a working teenager has the possibility to get pregnant higher than that of not working teenager by 1.47 times. The present study empirically proves that marital status is not a determinant of teenage pregancu. While the four other variables, such as age, lower wealth status, no education, and working have been proven as determinants of teenage pregnancy in Indonesia.
