Resumo A oferta de cuidado às pessoas vivendo com HIV/Aids deve transcender os serviços ambulatoriais especializados e contar com a participação da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Compreendendo a importância da integração entre estes dois pontos da rede de atenção, o estudo teve como objetivo construir um modelo de suporte à decisão para auxiliar profissionais do serviço de saúde especializado a identificar os padrões de comportamento no uso dos serviços da Estratégia Saúde da Família das pessoas vivendo com HIV/Aids atendidas no ambulatório. Para tanto, foi proposto um modelo denominado árvore de decisão, criado a partir de um banco de dados com 141 pessoas com Aids, usuárias de um ambulatório especializado, utilizando-se como variável decisória o uso dos serviços da Estratégia Saúde da Família mediante a avaliação da integração do cuidado. O modelo possibilitou o estabelecimento de 23 regras, com um percentual de acerto de 80,1%, as quais poderão dar suporte à tomada de decisão dos profissionais na identificação de situações onde se apresenta a necessidade de estimular a utilização da Estratégia Saúde da Família pelos usuários. Abstract The care offer to people living with HIV/AIDS must transcend specialized outpatient services and include the participation of the Family Health Strategy. By understanding the importance of integration between these two points in the care network, the study aimed to build a decision support model to assist professionals of specialized health services in identifying behavior patterns in the use of Family Health Strategy services by people living with HIV/AIDS attended in the outpatient clinic. Thus, was proposed a model called decision tree, created from a database of 141 people with AIDS, users of a specialized outpatient clinic. The decision-making variable was the use of Family Health Strategy services by evaluating the integration of care. The model enabled the establishment of 23 rules with 80.1% hit percentage, what may support the decision-making of professionals in identifying situations in which it is necessary to stimulate the use of the Family Health Strategy by users.

Objective: Investigate the possibilities and limitations to implement the National Policy for Integrated Healthcare in Human Primary João Pessoa - Paraíba. Method: An exploratory study with a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews. Data were collected from September 2010 to February 2011. The study subjects were 12 nurses who engage in Integrated Health Units in João Pessoa-Paraíba. Results: In the treatment of the results we used the Content Analysis of Bardin. All respondents were female, aged 28-43 years, operating time of 7-12 years and most have expertise. The research affirms the occurrence of major deficits in the perception of health professionals regarding the implementation of the policy. Conclusion: The limits revealed require actions by users, professionals and management, so that policy becomes a reality in everyday primary care. Background: Considering the relevance of discussing AIDS in diferents contexts and groups with lower social support, the objetive of this study was, summarize the scientific production developed over the past decade related to HIV/AIDS in the prison context. Method: the sample consisted of 33 scientific articles linked to the portal journals of Capes, using the descriptors "HIV" and "prisoners", collected in March 2013. In the analysis stage of the articles, we used one specific instrument containing data, such as: article title, year of publication, country in which the research was developed and method. The interpretation of results occurred by the similarity of sub-themes, summarized and compared and presented in the form of frame. Results: there was a higher production between 2010 and 2012, predominantly work in English and quantitative approach. There were settled four main themes: prevalence of HIV/ AIDS and co-morbidities; vulnerability/risk to HIV/AIDS; interventions against HIV/AIDS; antiretroviral therapy in prisons: encouraging former prisioners. Conclusion: in general, the complex problem of AIDS is still treated under a look turned to understanding risk behaviors and ways of transmission. The focus remains on the subject actor of acts that exposes to risk without, either, unfold to the social, political and economic in which they develop different factors of vulnerability.

Objetivos: identificar os conteúdos relativos à sexualidade que vem sendo trabalhados no ambiente escolar e analisar a compreensão de escolares quanto ao modo de transmissão e prevenção ao HIV/Aids. Método: estudo descritivo, tipo inquérito, realizado com 54 alunos do nono ano do segundo segmento do ensino fundamental de duas escolas municipais de João Pessoa- PB. Dados analisados no Software Statistica 9.0 da Statsoft. Resultados: Na Escola A, privilegiou-se aspectos relacionados à higiene do corpo (44,0%). Na Escola B, evidenciou-se prevenção de doenças sexualmente transmissíveis (58,6%), infecção pelo HIV/Aids (51,7%) e uso de preservativo(44,8%). Conclusão: A informação direcionada ao cuidado de si deve extrapolar os limites preventivistas e higienistas, incorporando metodologias extensivas, inclusivas e reflexivas, que favoreçam a experiência para uma sexualidade profícua e consequente redução da vulnerabilidade ao HIV/Aids.
