The article presents research that evaluates the spinal cord (SC) of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) using biplanar magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The study shows a moderate correlation in the signs of atrophy, diffuse abnormalities, and focal lesions. It concludes that biplanar MRI helps facilitate the determination, localization, and grading of pathological SC results in MS patients, which improves SC imaging utility and confidence.
