This study aims to determine the analysis of scientific literacy skills and the ability of teachers in developing science literacy-oriented learning in Islamic Kindergartens in Bangko City. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data analysis was carried out by means of quantification on each measured aspect and continued with descriptive analysis. Based on the data and discussion as described above, at the end of this study it can be concluded that in general the ability of Islamic Kindergarten teachers in Bangko City is evenly distributed in each category. The scientific literacy ability of teachers with category "A" is 8 people or about 22.22%. There are 9 teachers with literacy ability categories "B" and "C" each or about 25%, while the rest, as many as 10 people or around 27.78% are categorized as "D". In the aspect of teacher ability in developing science literacy-based learning, it is dominated by teachers with the ability category "D", as many as 12 people or about 33.33%, then followed by teachers with category "B" abilities as many as 10 people or about 27.27%. In the third place are teachers with the ability category "C" as many as 9 people or about 25%, and the rest are teachers group with category "A", which is as many as 5 people or about 13.89%. Therefore, the improvement and development of teachers' scientific literacy skills still needs to be improved

Due to an abrupt outbreak of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the educational paradigm has to be shifted to a new era of online education at all levels while maintaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study aims to analyze the implementation of online education focusing on (1) institutional preparedness of digital infrastructure and (2) students' learning activities during the pandemic. An online survey (Google Survey) was conducted to collect the data, which were then qualitatively analyzed supported by data quantification in percentage. The findings indicate that the target schools managed to carry out online education in response to the government's social restriction. Online education has been implemented in three different contexts, depending on the types and strata of schools-fully, partially, and none of the two. This has opened up prospects and challenges to create different standpoints. The students learn through a variety of virtual learning activities, such as watching videos (YouTube or Teacher's presentation), completing quizzes, doing assignments, discussion via Google Meet, and the like depending on the class design.

Traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) is knowledge of indigenous people's best practices in contact with nature gained through centuries of experience. One way to transmit the experiences is folktales about corn and vegetable planting in Tawangmangu Sub-district, Central Java, Indonesia. Today, young generations do not recognize the folktales and thus do not understand the important values implied in the stories about non-rice food security. This condition triggers the importance of literacy of folktales among local students. This study aims at investigating the effects of folktale-based comics on the level of students' mastery of TEK through quasi-experimental research. The population in this study includes fifth-grade elementary students in Tawangmangu. The experimental group was given treatment with folktale-based comics, while the control group received treatment with texts. The instrument used to measure the students' literacy level of TEK was a multiple-choice test with 38 items. The results have proven the significant contribution of folktale-based comics to the students' mastery of TEK, indicated by the large category of the Cohen test. Therefore, teachers are recommended to take advantage of educational comics to improve students' literacy in the local cultural wealth that is becoming extinct.

The Kubu tribe life is governed by the rules, norms and customs that apply in accordance with their belief. With these conditions, the problem which need to be discussed is how to acculturate modern civilization in the Kubu tribe. This research method is descriptive qualitative, the research intended to investigate the circumstances, conditions or other things that have been mentioned, the results of which are presented in the form of research reports. In this study, data were obtained from interviews with community leaders, traditional leaders, and the Kubu community. The results show that the implementation of acculturation of modern civilization in the Kubu Tribe is approaching the Kubu Tribe group, because they are still ashamed and inferior about mingling with the outside community. One strategy used by community leaders in introducing modern civilization to the Kubu tribe groups is approaching and providing counseling and model community life patterns as usual such as providing counseling in the fields of law, politic, education, religion, trading and introducing other community cultures. Unfortunately, the percentage of the allocation of funds for the empowerment of Kubu tribe is still relatively small compared to other social problems such as unemployment, homeless people and education problems.

This research aimed to analyze the errors of fifth-grade students in solving the problem-solving questions about geometry. The form of this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 32 students of VB class at Danukusuman Elementary School in the 2018/2019 academic year. The data were analyzed with descriptive and content analyses using the Newman procedure. The technique of data collection used an essay test in the form of story problems about solid geometry (cube and beam). The findings show that the pattern of errors made by the students classically is based on Newman's procedure, namely: (1) reading of 7.3%, (2) comprehension of 35.42%, (3) transformation by 47.92%, (4) process skill of 66.67%, and (5) encoding of 85.42%. Furthermore, from the results of the percentage, error patterns can be categorized in general. The categorization explains the level of children in making a pattern of errors that is described by the number of students in the research subject (32 students). Categories consist of four, which are very low, low, high, and very high. This makes it easy to read the analysis of the number of students who make a pattern of errors. The findings are the preliminary research to determine the pattern of errors in problem-solving based on Newman's procedures and the factors that cause errors in solving the problems in solid geometry (cube and beam).

English translation of the Holy Qur’an comes as solutions for Muslims and non- Muslims worldwide to be able to understand the message of the Holy Qur’an besides its authentic Arabic text. Two of the most famous versions are translated by Saheeh International SI (2004) and Abdel Haleem hereafter AH (2004). Since Arabic and English belong to different language families, the translations resulted in the variation of lexicons and grammatical structures to express the same meaning in English from the Holy Qur’an. This research attempts to reveal how lexical and grammatical differences happened in two different English translation versions of surah al-Fatihah by SI and AH. The data were analyzed using a contrastive analysis method with content analysis. The results showed that firstly, there are lexical and grammatical differences in the five ayat s. Secondly, SI used procedures that are mostly oriented to the SLT such as transcription and componential analysis while AH used procedures that are mostly oriented to the TLT such as modulation and contraction. Lastly, the two translators applied different dominant ideologies on their translations. SI represents the foreignization ideology while AH represents domestication ideology. Di antara versi terjemahan-terjemahan kitab suci AlQur’an, dua yang paling terkenal diterjemahkan oleh Saheeh International yang disingkat SI (2004) dan Abdel Haleem (2004) yang disingkat AH. Karena bahasa Arab dan bahasa Inggris berasal dari keluarga bahasa yang berbeda, terdapat beberapa perbedaan leksikal dan gramatikal dalam terjemahan dari kitab suci Al-Qur’an untuk menunjukkan makna yang sama di dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana perbedaan leksikal dan gramatikal terjadi pada dua versi terjemahan surah al-Fatihah oleh SI dan AH. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis kontrastif dengan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, terdapat perbedaan leksikal dan gramatikal yang dapat ditemukan di 5 ayat. Kedua, SI menggunakan prosedur yang kebanyakan berorientasi pada bahasa sumber seperti transkripsi dan analisis komponen, sedangkan AH menggunakan prosedur yang kebanyakan berorientasi pada bahasa sasaran seperti modulasi dan reduksi. Selain itu, SI cenderung menggunakan ideologi foreignisasi, sedangkan AH cenderung menggunakan ideologi domestikasi. This Qualitative research is to see the suitability of land waqf implementation, especially in the administrative area of ​​the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Pandak District, Bantul Regency, with the prevailing regulations in Indonesia. The sociological juridical approach was chosen in analyzing the data collected by observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Some of the informants are the Registration Officer for the Akta Ikrar Waqf (PPAIW KUA and staff); Nadzir Legal Entity; and individual Wakif in Pandak District. The implementation of land waqf in Pandak District is in accordance with the applicable provisions, namely Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. However, several obstacles, especially in land law certainty and the active participation of all parties involved in land ownership, must receive immediate attention. Socialization regarding Law N0. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf can be implemented in a sustainable manner so that the benefits can be extended to the productive waqf area. The action can be through face-to-face counseling or community recitation activities in addition to the use of electronic and print media.

Entrepreneurial capital indicators are talent, courage to take risks, interests, experience, creating change. Indicators of relational capital are trust, taste, customer service, distribution channels. The indicators of entrepreneurial success are conquering challenges, free from all rules, realizing your own ideas, giving other people's work to provide personal satisfaction and benefit others, and the benefits of knowing a lot for career development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial capital & relational capital on entrepreneurial success. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the method of analysis of this research uses Partial Least Square with non-probability sampling through 100 respondents consisting of 52 men and 48 women in several PKL centers in Surabaya. The results of this study concluded: 1) entrepreneurial capital has an effect on entrepreneurial success; and 2) relational capital affects entrepreneurial success.

The limited employment resulted in the emergence of educated unemployment because the absorption of tertiary graduates in the labor market is also limited. Based on BPS data in 2019, Micro Small Medium Enterprise absorbs 97% of the national workforce. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest in batik products among college students from the perspective of self-efficacy, social capital, and entrepreneurial literacy. This research is a quantitative study using Path Analysis method. The results of this study are there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of entrepreneurial interest in batik products. The results of this study are expected to increase entrepreneurial interest among students by applying various factors that influence it.

This research aims to try to apply an alternative of EVA (Economic Value Added) method as a measurement of financial performance in the Conventional Rural Banks (BPR) industry. The motive of examining other alternatives because until now BPR financial performance measurement is still using a normative approach - Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (POJK) in the form of financial ratios. However, phenomenal happening reference numerals are not rigid. Some benchmark financial performance ratios such as ROA and Operational Expenses to Revenues (BOPO) applied during this magnitude resembles a commercial bank, whereas both business size is different. BPRs assume this spirit is still rough guide and constantly still in the process of looking for the best practice’s formulation. Empirically, this study calculating Economic Value Added (EVA) and using purposive sampling at 30 BPR in West Java for period 2013-2015 with the following criteria: (1) The total combined assets under $ 10 billion, (2) has information of financial ratios in 2013 -2015, (3) the results of the processing of statistical data meets the assumptions of classical test. In a panel data analysis here used 3 regression model, the model of common effect, fixed effect and random effect. Results of this research by F-test showed that all independent variables partially made a significant influence on the dependent variable EVA and by t-test showed that the independent variable EAT showed positive and significant effect on the variable EVA, but independent variable DER, CAR and DPK showed no significant effect on variable EVA. Prospects for implementing EVA method will lightened administratively in the measurement of BPR’s financial performance and potentially stimulate management tasks to focus on core banking activities.

This research was conducted to understand the perception of people in Tawangmangu, Central Java in terms of the potential of teaching TEK in primary schools, challenges, and teaching strategies. We conducted semi-structured and unstructured interviews with 77 participants (local TEK experts, local communities, educators, and education officials). TEK in Tawangmangu includes folktales, ceremonies, offerings, typical food, terraced farming, intercropping systems, irrigation systems, crop management, herbal medicine, traditional house, and social system. Participants supported the idea because the TEK began to become extinct and identified its delivery in formal schools as a bridge to maintain it. Factors identified as obstacles are limited study time, limited access to subject matter, lack of political support, and differences in the characteristics of knowledge transfer between science and TEK. Participants claimed that the most appropriate strategy for teaching it in primary schools was to bring students closer to the real context. To teach it, the teacher chooses a number of contextual learning methods that are considered suitable, like field trips, role playing, task-based learning, and project-based learning.

The purpose of this study are: (1) to investigate the implementation of partnerships in the VOK tobacco business in an Islamic perspective, whether include mukhabarah, muzara’ah, or musaqah contract; (2) to explore the partnership implementation of VOK tobacco business on social, economic, and finance. This study use the snowball method with in depth interview. This research captured that there are two contracts of Islamic partnership on tobacco business, namely mukhabarah and muzara'ah. The social impact is the availability of jobs for people who do not own land/rice fields, thus helping the government to reduce unemployment and create close kinship in the community. The manifestation of the economic impact is that people who do not own land can still earn income for live. This study shows that there is a difference formula in calculating the profit sharing between the net farm income (NFI) and local culture formula. The local cultural formula does not use the real cost to count the net profit which is considered injustice. It is important to note that injustice is something that is against Islamic belief. Profit-sharing ratio between landowner and land tiller is 50%: 50% of net income.

Tourist area is one of the potential to be developed and managed maximally which is directly related to the community. Tourism area development is generally followed by various efforts carried out, for example, revitalization & redesign. Revitalsasi is building the infrastructure and manage the functions of a place as a tourist destination at the same time a means of recreation for families. The island of Bali has a lot of beauty to be enjoyed by tourists. One is the Padang Galak Beach in Denpasar. Padang Galak Beach has a Festival Park that will be managed like Ancol beach in Jakarta which is equipped with entertainment rides. But in 2000 there was an Asian economic crisis so that the Taman Festival Bali went bankrupt. The government should pay attention to the existence of Taman Festival Bali tourism objects whose conditions need to be redesigned.To reduce the destroyed buildings, it is expected that with the development and revitalization of the Taman Festival Bali, it can be useful to increase the attractiveness of the Bali Garden Festival in the eyes of tourists. Some things in the Taman Festival Bali need addressed both in terms of facilities, the addition of rides, attractions, Sea World Theater 4 dimensions, as well as the comfort of the interior be primary points to revive the Taman Festival Bali. The design method used through some hangovers, namely: Object Identification; Problem Identification Phase; Method of collecting data; Analysis and Design Methods; and Design Methods. The concept applied at Taman Festival Bali is a combination of shades of coastal concepts that aim to solve the problems that exist in this design object.

The attendance process is widespread today in Indonesia. One everyday use case is recording attendance at an enterprise. However, the existing attendance system still poses some risks. One of the biggest causes is when the smart card used does not have a good quality guarantee and does not use an official Indonesian identity card, namely e-KTP. This issue causes the wasteful use of smart cards. In addition, this is not under the Law of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, this research focuses on utilizing the e-KTP as an authentication factor in recording attendance. In addition, this study uses two methods: survey methods and theoretical methods. As a result, the proposed mechanism system has fewer steps than the current enterprise’s (2 out of 3). With the e-KTP, the conclusion obtained indicate that the proposed mechanism has successfully mitigated all technical existing risks (R2, R4, and R5). User Agreement Testing also shows the same results, participant’s perspectives of R1 and R3 scenarios more feel comfortable with e-KTP as the proposed ID cards in their enterprise. This study has been founding a new mechanism approach that is handled 100% risk (5 risks are covered), with all of the enterprise respondent’s responses that showed the agreement about the more efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed scheme that using e-KTP than the enterprise’s smartcard owned.

In the 70s, the Education level of women in Seberang Kota Jambi City were relatively low. Women tended to study only the religious education and did not consider general education as an important subject. This tendency resulted in the low science literacy of women in the community. Recently, the education level of a number of women in this community has improved significantly. This study seeks to describe the effect of the improved education level of several women on scientific literacy of the other women in the society. This study used a qualitative and quantitative approach (mixed method). The information is obtained using interviews to 150 women in the community. It was found that the level education of some women has significantly improved the community scientific literacy. Some factors that may contribute to this improvement are: 1). Confidence factors (Religion), 2) economic progress factors, 3) factors of infrastructure development and 4) information factors. As for science literacy, it is generally dominated by literacy levels at the "moderate" level of 43%, "low" level of 35% and subsequently "high" level of 22%. Based on the literacy tests in the community, it was shown that 58% were in Functional Literacy, 38% in Civic literacy, and 6% in the Cultural Literacy group.

Keterkaitan ini berhubungan dengan tanggungjawab kesenian di hadapan kondisi masyarakat berkelas, ketika kelas berkuasa yang menguasai modal/alat produksi melakukan penindasan serta penghisapan secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Tulisan ini difokuskan kepada kajian terhadap seni rupa kerakyatan yang didengungkan kembali oleh Semsar Siahaan dengan istilah Seni Rupa Pembebasan setelah tragedi nasional 1965. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kesejarahan juga eksplanatoris dikaji kehadiran Semsar Siahaan beserta pergulatan dan kesenimanannya dalam konteks seni pembebasan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan: pertama, seni yang digaungkan Semsar adalah seni rupa Marxis yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri, termasuk tugas dan fungsinya yang spesifik. Hal ini dikarenakan seni pembebasannya Semsar lahir dan tumbuh dalam realitas perkembangan kapitalisme yang khusus (kapitalisme yang berkelindan dengan militerisme dan sisa-sisa feodalisme). Kedua, seni pembebasannya Semsar adalah seni dengan visi yang sepenuhnya berpihak pada rakyat tertindas tanpa harus selalu mengorbankan kebebasan individu di atas altar kepentingan kolektif. Abstract: Art is not fully autonomous. Art always has a reciprocal relationship with other social institutions, especially economics and politics. This connection is related to the responsibility of the arts in the face of a classy society, where the ruling class who controls the capital / means of production carry out oppression and exploitation in a structured and systematic manner. This journal is focused on the study of populist art which is echoed again by Semsar Siahaan with the term Art of Liberation after the 1965 national tragedy. Through a descriptive and historical explanatory approach, it is examined how the context of Semsar Siahaan's Liberation Arts and artistic struggles. The results of the discussion show: first, the art echoed by Semsar is a Marxist art that has its own uniqueness, including its specific duties and functions. This is because Semsar's art of liberation was born and grew in the realities of the development of a special capitalism (capitalism linked to militarism and feudalism remnants). Second, the art of Semsar's liberation is an art with a vision that fully sides with the oppressed people without always having to sacrifice individual freedom on the altar of collective interests.

At the end of December 2019, a virus, currently known as the novel coronavirus-2019 or 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), has emerged with a relatively fast spread rate. Each individual is obliged to participate in the process of preventing the disease from spreading. Additionally, any elements of society should have positive contributions in preventing the spread of this disease, including the non-formal religious education. In this study, the role of Ta'lim andragogy, a non-formal teaching-learning process for adults adopted teacher centered learning, in preventing the spread of coronavirus is investigated. Thus, the focus of this research is to exercise how the concept of ta’lim andragogy based on Science and Al-Quran Literacy can be implemented in strengthening awareness on covid-19. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through literature review. The data used in this research were mainly originated from text, both in the form of manuscript text (books, magazines, journals, newspapers, etc.) or digital text. Theoretically, ta'lim has a potential as an alternative method in increasing this covid-19 awareness. For this reason, andragogy ta'lim must be modified in such a way, such as by integration with the values coming from the Qur'an, hence creating a new model of ta'lim based on Qur'anic literacy and scientific literacy.

Principals have various important roles as school leaders, moreover with the 4.0 revolution which demanded the role of more principal. This study aims to determine the level of self-efficacy of school principals as learning leaders in improving the quality of education in era 4.0 in the city of Jambi. One important role is the improvement of the quality of education. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. Measurement of the principal's selfefficacy was carried out using an instrument in the form of a four-scale education-oriented questionnaire in the 4.0 era. As for the data analysis done by the mixed method. Based on the instrument, it is obtained that 46.7% of school principals have a good level of self-efficacy to improve the quality of education in the 4.0 era, 33.5% of the medium category and the remaining 19.8 are in a low category. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the self-efficacy of principals, especially in the category of "medium" and "low" so that the role and function of the principal as a learning leader in the school can run more optimally so that the improvement of the quality of education in the 4.0 era is better, directed and guaranteed.

Although the staple food of the Indonesian people is rice, some residents traditionally have non-rice staple foods. One of them is the people in Tawangmangu, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, which used to be the staple food of corn. This can be seen from his traditional ecological knowledge (TEK), such as folklore, traditional ceremonies, offerings, and agricultural systems that were inherited from his ancestors. However, it is suspected that this knowledge is starting to disappear so that education in schools brings students closer to the real context. This study aims to determine the material and significant effects of the presentation of TEK on society, corn food consumption visually through educational comics on the level of knowledge literacy in cognitive and affective aspects. The research was conducted with a quasi-experimental design on sixth grade students from two elementary schools. The experimental group used comic media, while the control group used text. Tests and questionnaires were given before and after treatment in the experimental and control groups. The experimental results show that the use of comics has a significant effect on increasing knowledge and attitudes about the traditional ecology of corn food maintenance. Students understand the origin of the corn plant commodity, the procedures for cultivating corn, and processing traditional food made from corn. Students also have a pro-knowledge attitude towards traditional ecology, including supporting the consumption of food made from corn which is seen as "satanic" food.

Many examples of technology on the payment scheme already help and facilitate transactions in Indonesia such as internet banking, ATM or debit cards, e-money, and also mobile banking. Included on drink vending machine, it is a sale that utilizes machines. Today’s commonly, drink vending machines still use coins or smart cards, which based on the Legal and Ethical Experience this factor is still have many weaknesses and threats, that can occur in this payment system. So the payment authentication factor is needed to pay more attention to user experience components, some of which are ownership, privacy, and security.So that in this study, the implementation of the fingerprint authentication scheme was made as an epayment factor based on user experience. This study uses a mixed-method in analyzing every pain problem of the research. Where to conduct exploratory studies through literature review and direct observation in the case of the application of the vending machines, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. This research shows that the payment authentication system can solve the problem of the risk of system attack, the risk of topping up fails, it can harm the user (R1), if the user loses a smart card, the smart card is at risk of being used by not the owner (R2), if the data on the smart card is cloned, it can poses a risk to the system (R3). The conclusion of the proposed payment system can overcomes the existing problems obtained from the system security testing scenario. In addition, user agreement testing (R4 and R5) are also done by providing a questionnaire comparing the level of satisfaction of the existing and proposed payment systems, the results of this test shows that the user feels comfortable with the proposed payment system.

The upstream oil and gas industry has an important role in economic development in Indonesia. The material handling process is one of the contributing factors in the optimization of industrial business processes. To optimize existing business processes in the upstream oil and gas industry then support in terms of both process material handlers is needed. The study was conducted at the company's oil and gas on Procurement function. The removal of the heat exchanger is performed using a crane capacity of 50 tons with a frequency of three times a day. The material removal process can negatively impact the company in case of inaccuracy of material handling processes. The negative impact that may arise, namely in terms of cost that may experience a loss. This research is faced with the problems of imprecision in material handling, resulting in the cost of materials handling companies. The method used to solve this problem is the calculation and analysis of total material handling costs. The results obtained based on these studies is a loss in terms of costs by 54.5% because the material handling process is not according to standards. The conclusion is better when the material handling process takes place can use 2 operators and time for 1 hour 6 minutes to reduce losses.

One of approach used in knowledge asset (knowledge property/asset) assessment and measurement was Intellectual Capital that comprised of 3 main elements of Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital. Creative industry is industry with uniqueness and put more emphasize on creativity, innovation and individual talent utilization require maximum management. This research intended to find model, on how correct intellectual capital component would be, and find actual description of Human Capital, Structural Capital as well as Relational Capital principles for creative industry in East Java. Samples in this research were leader/management/owner of 5 creative industry sub-sectors in 9 cities of East Java (Surabaya, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Mojokerto, Batu, Malang, Kediri, Blitar, and Madiun) with 45 people respondents as samples. Analysis technique utilized in this research was Spider Plot Diagram. Survey and discussion result showed that Intellectual Capital Mapping on 5 (five) creative industry sub-sectors in East Java demonstrated that Relational Capital was more dominant followed by Human Capital, and Structural Capital as the least dominant.

The right of education for all in Indonesia has been mandated in some articles of the Indonesian constitution. Article 31 the 1945 Constitution states that ‘Every citizen is entitled to basic education and the government shall be obliged to finance such education’. Similarly, in article 34 of law 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, it is stated that ‘The central government and local governments shall guarantee the implementation of compulsory basic education at least to the level of basic education without charging any fees’. To fulfil this mandate, the Indonesian government emphasises the implementation of the compulsory basic education program for all children. This is also in line with the international agreement on the Millennium Development Goals (MDG), which has as a goal that all children by 2015, wherever, men and women, can complete their basic education.

This study investigates The Conceptual Model of Decision Making of Repeat Buying motorbike Honda in 20 (twenty) dealer Sale of Honda in Surabaya. This research expected can assist heads of dealer in taking decision related to Sacrifice and Quality Service with Value Service and Consumer Satisfaction, and its influence to Decision of Repeat Buying motorbike honda. According to sacrifice released by consumer to get service and product become big especial size measure the so small service value. Company (dealer) in submitting service and provide the quality of service represent all important matter in creating value to customer and his innings will be able to determine service value. Synergity among service value and satisfaction of consumer give contribution to decision of consumer in repeat buying motorbike Honda in Surabaya.Sampel in this research are repeat buyers and user of motorbike honda in region of Surabaya as responder counted 106 people. Analysis technique in this research used Structural Equation Modelling [SEM] one step & two step approach with program AMOS 4,0. Result of examination find that inexistence of multikolinierity in sacrifice, quality of service, service value, and satisfaction of consumer and also decision of repeat buying.Service value not yet earned to give influence of signifikan to sacrifice. Service value can give influence of signifikan to quality of service. While satisfaction of consumer not yet earned to give influence of signifikan to service value, but signifikan to quality of service. Decision of repeat buying can give influence of signifikan to quality of service, but not signifikan to consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to find out how to understand cooperatives in independent human cooperatives and understand how to make financial reports in independent human cooperatives. From the results of community service that has been carried out in cooperatives of independent people to understand about cooperative tax for cooperative management, this has not been maximally related to the non-registration of all employees in NPWP. And in the process of payment and tax reporting on the cooperative. This paper aims to describe the use of interactive multimedia to enhance interest in learning. Innovative learning media is very important in achieving the learning process. But there are still many teachers who have not literacy will use the latest technology. Therefore, the need for the latest innovations on interactive multimedia. This study uses literature study. Library study is an activity to collect information relevant to the topic or problem that becomes the object of research. Based on literature review shows that not many teachers who use interactive multimedia in learning in the class so that student learning interest is low. Employees with a good understanding of the functions, duties and having sufficient competence will foster a high commitment to the agency in this case the task of implementing SAKIP. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence apparatus and organizational commitment to the implementation of performance accountability system of government agencies at the representative office BPKP North Sulawesi. The used sample are 40 respondents. The sample technique is sampling purposive. This research used multiple regression analysis method with SPSS 22 for windows. The results of research shows that Competency Apparatus influences the implementaion of Performnce Accountability System of Goverment Instituion whereas Commitment Organizasion is not in compliance with the Implementaion of Performnce Accountability Sistem of Goverment Instituion. And the result the two independent varibles influences simutneousy to the dependen variable.

Different types of machine learning, statistical types, where its knowledge in contained in set of numbers, and formal types, where its knowledge is contained in set of rules or statements, have their own strengths and weaknesses. We argue that their strengths and weaknesses are complementary, and develop a concept called Learn2Reason to harness their collective strength, without inheriting their weaknesses. The efficacy of Learn2Reason concept has been successfully demonstrated in software/binary analysis and cyber security areas. Adoption of the concept significantly improve the performance and scalability of software/binary analysis and cyber security applications and tools.

The purposes of this study are: 1) To analyze the influence of learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation partially to the work readiness. 2) To study the influence of learning achievement computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation simultaneously to the work readiness. The samples in this study were the students of class XII Accounting skill program of SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo which amounted to 55 people. This research includes the type of explanatory research. Independent variables of this study are learning achievement of computer accounting subject (PB), career guidance (BK) and work motivation (MK) while dependent variable is work readiness (KK). Data analysis used is test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Regression analysis results obtained equation of regression line. This can be seen from the linear regression equation as follows KK = 20,774 + 0,505 PB + 0,344 BK + 0,283 MK. The equation indicates that readiness of work influenced by learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation. The conclusions are: 1) learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation partially significant effect on the work readiness of class XII students accounting skill program in SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo. 2). Learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the work readiness of class XII students accounting skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo.

Naval forces rely heavily on Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) to conduct operations and achieve mission success. As CPS infrastructure becomes exposed to the contested world through networks, CPS security becomes much more important. In a CPS, the cyber components manage the physical components. ONR proposes that the overall goal for CPS resiliency is to have the physical systems behave properly regardless of fault and disruption. Our approach to CPS resiliency focuses on the physical components. We observed that the inertia of the physical components provides a natural but limited resilience, and is capable of tolerating short-term disruption without affecting the health and safety of the CPS. This and the fact that a CPS has a large difference between physical and cyber time scales, enables a unique approach to CPS resiliency. We present Byzantine Fault Tolerant++ (BFT++), a cyber resilient architecture that engineers the cyber components to be brittle against attack, which consequently forces cyber attacks and related disruptions to be short-lived and within tolerance of the physical system’s inertia.

The purpose of this research itself is to find out how the steps or strategies taken by the Assembly in maintaining the quality of education for students amid the outbreak of the virus and triggering the birth of several rules that suddenly change all old habits. As a benchmark used by researchers by looking at indicators as conveyed by OJ Sumampouw (2015), namely Systematic, Continuous, Dynamic, Accommodative, Integrated and Focused and Simple and Realistic The method used is qualitative research methods and as informants consist of Regional Leaders of the Dikdasmen Council. Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Principal of MTs Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Staff and Teachers and Parents of Students and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding. The results showed that teaching and learning activities were prevalent during the Corona pandemic, one of which was the Web course, which was the use of the internet for learning purposes, where all study materials, discussions, consultations, assignments, exercises, and exams were fully delivered via the internet and offline activities where teachers visited. students for the learning process due to lack of internet network access in several places in Sinjai Regency.

Delivering request is not only influenced by linguistic factors, but also by socio-cultural factors. Some studies have reported the interaction between linguistic and socio-cultural factors in delivering requests in many different languages. However, this issue is rarely explored in Javanese (language). The aim of this study is to investigate the politeness strategies, the linguistic markers, and the social contexts commonly used to deliver requests in Javanese. The data were collected and sorted from the conversations among the Javanese people in Jember, East Java, Indonesia, when making speech acts to deliver requests. Having been sorted, the data were analysed using deconstructive method to reveal the linguistic markers commonly used by the Javanese speakers to deliver requests and the social-cultural backgrounds which influence the choice of the politeness strategies. This research shows that (1) there are four types (most direct, direct, less direct, and indirect) of politeness strategies in Javanese, (2) there are four linguistic devices (sentence moods, speech levels, passive voice, and supposition/condition) as the markers of the politeness strategies and (3) the choices of the levels are strongly influenced by the social contexts (social distance, age, social status or power, and the size of imposition) among the tenors. The appropriate strategies of delivering requests in Javanese will make the communication among the interlocutors run harmoniously.

The purpose of this article was to know the implementation of regional health insurance. This research is empirical juridical research. This research was conducted with field research aimed at the implementation of regional health insurance after the enactment of Sleman Regent Regulation No. 60 of 2012. The results of this research indicated that the implementation of regional health insurance after the enactment of Sleman Regent Regulation No. 60 of 2012 follow: Regional Health Insurance Program in Sleman District has a goal to provide quality and affordable services to the community, maximizing health financing for the Sleman Slum community. Each JAMKESDA participant had the right to receive basic health services including outpatient and inpatient services, as well as Advanced Advanced Outpatient Health Care (RJTL), Advanced Inpatient (RITL), delivery and emergency care services. Constraints faced include limited local budgets for regional financing and inadequate health facilities and resources. In addition, other obstacles related to procedural administrative, constraints derived from data collection, constraints that are socio cultural and human resource constraints (HR). The aim of this research is to reveal the effect of metacognitive strategies on students' reading achievement. The research employed a quantitative approach with survey research. The data of metacognitive strategies were collected by means of questionnaires and scores of reading achievement used test. The data were analyzed by using correlation product moment (r). This investigation means to examine the impact of environmental awareness, green pro- motion on environmental attitudes mediated by trust. The study was conducted on pro- environment consumers. The number of respondents was 150 college students in a Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data collection method used was a questionnaire, and data analysis using SEM-PLS 3.28 version. The results showed that the environmental awareness and green promotion influence the environmental attitude intervened by a trust. The impact of green promotion on environmental attitude is not significant.

The objective of the study was to determine the quality of elephant ginger (Zingiber officinale) dried by using a modified Hohenheim dryer designed based on the Hohenheim type tunnel dryer at University of Kassel, Germany. Drying is the oldest method could be used to extend the shelf-life of the product, and the thickness of the material is one of the factors that will influence the drying process. The study was conducted under the tropical climate, in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The elephants ginger were sliced at different thickness of 3, 4 and 5 mm. Research parameters included solar irradiation, temperature, relative humidity (RH), drying time, drying rate, moisture content, ash content, yield, and colour. To assess the consumer acceptance to the dried ginger, a consumer test was also run to 25 respondents by using hedonic scale on the colour and flavour properties. The study showed that the drying of elephant ginger by using a modified Hohenheim dryer was promising to apply at slice thickness of 3 mm under the tropical climate. The average daily solar irradiation was 403.2 W/m² and the average temperature of drying chamber was 49.5˚C, and the total drying time was 7h. The drying curve of ginger did not follow the ideal drying rate curve; therefore, the modification of the dryer is still needed to improve its performance. However, the quality of dried ginger was good since it had met the export standard for moisture. Nevertheless, the ash content should be reduced to meet this standard by pilling the tuber. According to the sensory analysis, the respondents preferred the colour of ginger dried at slice thickness 3 mm to 4 and 5 mm, but they preferred the flavour of both slice thickness 3 and 4 mm to 5 mm. The colour properties at slice thickness of 3 mm were R-value by 204, G-value by 187, B-value by 119, L-value by 76, a-value by -3 and b-value by 36 and the colour properties among different slice thickness of dried ginger were strongly explained by b-value.

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) Total Platform Cyber Protection (TPCP) program seeks to de-bloat software binaries late in the life-cycle with little or no access to the source code or the development process.

Every language may have some entities which may not be owned by another language. The uniqueness of a language is strongly influenced by the culture of its native speakers. Therefore, languages vary cross-culturally. I strongly believe that the way the Javanese people (one of the Indonesian ethnic groups) express politeness is also influenced by the Javanese culture. This article tries to examine the reflection of some concepts of Javanese cultures such as: tata krama, andhap-asor, and tanggap ing sasmita (the language styles, humbling oneself while exalting others, and being able to catch the hidden meaning). The approaches used in this study are based on politeness theory, e.g. Brown and Levinson (1987), Leech (1983), Grice (1975, 1981), and Lakoff (1973, 1990). Finally, this study proves that the forms and the politeness strategies used in Javanese are really bound by the Javanese concepts. As a result, it is almost impossible to conduct politeness in Javanese without comprehending and applying those cultural concepts.

In the context of global competition, competition not only occurs in the world of industry and trade, but also applies to creative businesses or more specifically creative industries which are industries that come from the utilization of individual skills, creativity and talent in creating welfare and employment use. Problems in managing SMEs and creative industries that have not been resolved are intellectual capital issues.One approach used in the assessment and measurement of knowledge assets (intellectual property / assets) is Intellectual Capital which consists of 3 main elements, namely Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital. Creative industries are industries that are unique and emphasize creativity, innovation and utilization of individual talents need to get maximum management. The purpose of this study is to find a model, the appropriate components of intellectual capital, and to get a real picture of the rules of Human Capital; Structural Capital and Relational Capital for creative industries in East Java. The sample in this study is the owner / manager / leader of 5 creative industry sub-sectors in 9 cities in East Java (Surabaya, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Mojokerto, Batu, Malang, Kediri, Blitar, and Madiun) with a sample of 45 as respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the Spider Plot Diagram.Based on the results of the survey and studies, the aspect of mapping of intellectual capital in 5 (five) creative industry sub-sectors in East Java shows that relational capital is more dominant followed by human capital, and the lowest is structural capital.

Javanese has been studied from many different perspectives. However, no one discusses how Javanese respond to compliments politely. The aim of this study is to investigate the politeness strategies as applied to respond to compliments by the Javanese people in Jember, East Java. The notion of politeness plays crucial role in the realization of speech acts (utterances and verbal communication) in Javanese, such as responding to compliements. As utterances and verbal communications should be interpreted based on the sosio-cultural background, the politeness strategies in responding to compliments in Javanese cannot be separated from the concepts of the Javanese culture, such as: andhap-asor (lowering oneself , while exalting the others) and tanggap ing sasmita (understanding the hidden meaning). First, as a Javanese, one must be able to apply the concept of andhap-asor in responding to compliments by denigrating himself. Second, a good Javanese should also have a sense of tanggap ing sasmita while responding to compliments. Consequently, failure to apply one of the cultural factors can be detrimental to the speaker, reducing the harmony of the conversation. This paper examines how politeness is manifested and conveyed within the major framework of the Javanese culture. This study is about socio-cultural pragmatics in which utterances are discussed in relation to their situations, and the cultural background which support them. The data are in the form of dialogues among students-teachers, and students-students which show the different social status among the interlocutors. The data of this research were collected by recording, and by note taking (for the parts in which recording is not possible). The data are aimed to generate the strategies used by the Javanese (in Jember, Indonesia) to build politeness strategies in responding to compliments. Finally, the data of this research are examined both from the general theory of politeness, and the Javanese cultural concepts ( andhap-asor and tanggap ing sasmita ). This study provides important findings which reveal that responding to compliments in Javanese can be achieved in five strategies: (1) disagreeing and denigrating, (2) disagreing and raising a question, (3) accepting and turning back, (4) accepting and giving explanation, and (5) accepting only, or accepting and offering.

English course books are one of the main elements determining the success of the English teaching-learning process to meet the pre-determined objectives. Currently, the teachers of, English in Indonesia face a complicated tasks in choosing suitable English teaching materials in die form of English course books. The purpose of the article is to discuss an appropriate way to choose English course books suitable with the students' socio-economic cultural backgrounds to facilitate students' learning. The intended way is that the teachers of English do an empirical evaluation of the course books they are using, a retrospective evaluation. The evaluation can be done through either macro or micro evaluation. The tangible and practical evaluation to do is a micro evaluation in which the teachers of English retrospectively and thoroughly evaluate certain parts of the English course books representing the whole content The criteria to valuate include goals, students' backgrounds (topics and vocabulary related to students' lives), cultural acceptability, language skills to develop quality of practical materials in the classroom (activating students' participation), roles, sequencing of the materials (procedure), formats, instructions, and visualization. If the teachers of English find out such English course books through their evaluation, they can use the course books in the following terms. It a wise way to choose English course books to be used to optimally reach the pre-determined objectives. If the teachers of English do not find such suitable English course books through their evaluation, they can add materials to or reduce the content of the course booksand finally they will have teachers' edition English teaching materials.

The current study is aimed at examining the level of comprehensibility of Javanese as used by a pranatacara with a particular emphasis on the young generation of Javanese. In one wedding reception, 50 people, aged ( judging from their appearance) between 20 and 35 years old, were interviewed on how much they understood the Javanese spoken by the master of ceremony (pranatacara). The criteria for assessment were set as: (1) fully understood, (2) partly understood, and (3) did not understand. The findings indicate that most of the subjects (74%) partly understood, 10% fully understood, and the rest (16%) did not understand. The reasons for comprehensibility varied from one subject to another. As a local language of high cultural heritage, Javanese has to be preserved in all its manifestations. As a preliminary research, this does not fully describe the real situation. Other studies must be conducted, employing different methods, subjects, and settings. However, it is important that special steps be undertaken to preserve Javanese as a local language of high cultural heritage. Keywords: comprehensibility, cultural heritage, Javanese, pranatacara
