Understanding of entrepreneurship and organizational management, especially at the OSIS and MPK levels, is still deficient. With a lack of understanding related to entrepreneurship and organizational management at the school level, lecturers at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Unjani organize Education and Training for OSIS at the SMA/SMK in the Eastern Province of Indonesia. The method used in this community service is to provide material related to entrepreneurship development and organizational management, and creativity competitions for OSIS and MPK members between schools. Community service related to entrepreneurship development in the management of Intra-School Student Organizations runs smoothly and in accordance with the desired expectations. Students participate actively in every series of activities held. In addition to participating in the Webinar as the pinnacle of community service, students also participate in the preparation of school creative business proposals, poster making competitions, and Share Content competitions. Thus, community service activities carried out by FISIP Unjani make a positive contribution in providing new understanding and thoughts as well as ideas, ideas, creative innovations that can be applied and implemented in organizations and in the school environment where they study. and form an entrepreneurial spirit, namely a leader who has an entrepreneurial spirit.

Nowadays, transactions on e-commerce platforms (e-payment) utilizing a credit card are popular. Using credit cards for electronic purchases over the Internet is much different from offline purchases in traditional stores; only online transactions do not include either physical credit card or a signature. The e-payment has become a common mode of payment for online transactions made. It is an electronic billing system that gives clients the ability to make payments using the Internet. The objective of this paper was to analyze the associations among continuance intention e-payment, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, social influence, and actual usage of e-payment. The data was tested empirically on data collected from 667 Generation Z e-payment users in Malaysia. The results found that facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, and social influence impacted the actual usage of e-payment. Surprisingly, effort expectancy was not significantly associated with the actual e-payment usage. The findings of this study have several implications for managers and point the way towards future research. No prior empirical study has investigated the role of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model on e-payment usage among Generation Z in Malaysia to the best of the authors’ knowledge. These results provide valuable contributions that can help decision-makers formulate or adjust their strategies associated with e-payments.

Based on Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid, Article 1 paragraph (1) states that Legal Aid is a legal service provided by legal aid providers free of charge to Legal Aid Recipients. Legal aid is a guarantee of legal protection and a guarantee of equality before the law, which is a constitutional right for every citizen. Because, the constitution guarantees the right of every citizen to get equal treatment before the law, including the right to access justice through legal aid. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people are asking for legal assistance related to the case of installment billing by debt collectors. The debt collector itself is a third party, which has an agreement with the financing institution to make efforts to force the collection of debtor vehicles because it has not paid installments as agreed. The result of this paper is that under these circumstances there is another legal remedy, namely restructuring.

Teaching literature during a pandemic can be an alternative in developing character in students. This research is important to do to see the convergence of performances that are usually watched once, but due to digitalization, it is now easier for viewers to enjoy the performance. This study reveals the role and function of virtual drama staging in character building in children during the pandemic. The research data source is the recording of the virtual performance of Theater Comma entitled "Pandemi" by N. Riantiarno. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. And the method used is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses an objective (approachstructural).The findings found several values of character strengthening, namely religious, honest, responsible, and social care. These four values can be seen from the dialogue between actors to the attitude of the actors in responding to the pandemic. Based on the values of character education found, it shows that virtual performances are able to become a relevant literary medium for planting character education in the distance learning period. The research took the population and sample in the Mandalika special economic area by taking focus of research on maintaining the use of the Sasak language as a medium of communication for people living in Mandalika area. Where, this research uses tapping method to get linguistic data that contains several variations. The data variations are distinguished based on three types, namely family realm, realm of friendship, and social realm. From these three domains, linguistic data were analyzed using the SPEAK technique from Dell Hymes. The aim was to find out the extent to which community in Mandalika special economic zone maintains when communicating using the Sasak language. Thus, the results of this research were, the used of the Sasak language was still very strongly used by the community in the family realm, the second Sasak language was also still maintained in the realm of friendship, while those that have begun to experience a shift was in the social realm. The shift that occurred in the social realm was due to the large number of tourists from various regions in Indonesia and even from outside of Indonesia State. The background of foster children in Kemala Puji orphanage are mostly from poor families, orphans, neglected, and homeless child. The institution have been serve, nurture, and empower by providing them a sufficient living. Hence, it still needs a better improvement. This is because these children deserve to be made for the next generation. This activity aims to rise of social care between humanity in adolescents, especially for children in the orphanage. This have been done by imparting knowledge to them about healthy internet. Moreover, its increases understanding how to use the internet more healthily, properly and to anticipate of cyber bullying against them. The outcome of training activities are the youth children have been understood how to use a healthy internet, and they have been sufficient skills how to use internet which was given during the training.

AIM: This study aims to examine the relationships between self-care and coping strategy among people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) (PLWH). METHODS: A cross-sectional design involving 76 subjects of PLWH who attended the HIV clinic at a District Hospital in West Java Province, Indonesia. They met inclusion criteria such as being adult, has been living with HIV for over 1 year, and be able to communicate both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia. Self-care was measured by the 41-item Self-care Assessment Worksheet instrument, and coping strategies were measured by the 60-item Jalowiec Coping Scale. Pearson-product moment correlation was performed to examine the relationships between self-care and coping strategy scores. RESULTS: The majority of respondents (57.8%) used the emotion focused coping strategy such as supportant (31.5%) followed by fatalistic (21%) and optimistic (17.1%) when they deal with stressful situations. Optimistic coping was reported as the most effective coping by the respondents. Nearly half of respondents (42%) have intermediate self-care level which the highest number of self-care was medication. There was a significantly relationship between problem-focused coping strategy and the self-care scores (r = 0.378, p < 0.01). Confrontive coping strategy has positive correlation with symptoms management (r = 0.264, p < 0.05) and stress management (r = 0.280, p < 0.05). Self-care information has positive correlation with palliative coping strategy (r = 0.281, p < 0.05) and supportant coping strategy management (r = 0.236, p < 0.05). Prevention and medication have positive correlation with optimistic emotional coping strategy (r = 0.264, p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Understanding PLWH coping strategies could assist nurses to reinforce patient’s positive coping strategies and change maladaptive coping strategies. Nurses could facilitate patients to develop a more adaptive coping strategies in enhancing self-care capability among PLWH.

In this modern era, cities play an important role in the country's development strategy, urban planners and designers and all stakeholders build a strong image and reputation in order to compete between cities and introduce them to the world for sources of regional cash income. City branding is one of the city's strategies to display uniqueness so that it is easily recognized and as a differentiator between a city. Currently, many cities in Indonesia have implemented a city ​​branding strategy and some have mascots as part of their city ​​branding. Mascot is part of the visualization of city ​​branding which has a role to strengthen brand identity. Malang City is one of the big cities in Indonesia that has implemented a city ​​branding strategy, namely Beautiful Malang. The city of Malang also has a mascot which is part of the city ​​branding of the city of Malang, namely the mascot of Osiji which is the official mascot of the Malang City government. This research is a study that examines the Osiji mascot in terms of its application. This study discusses the use of the Osiji mascot as part of the city ​​branding strategy of Malang City and how the visual perception arises from the application of the mascot. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy that has been implemented by the Malang city government in applying the Osiji mascot as part of the city ​​branding of Malang City and to know the visual perception created from the application of the Osiji mascot. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in this research is Gestalt's theory of visual perception and Anholt's The City Brand Hexagon theory. The final results in this study indicate that the city ​​branding of Malang through Osiji is considered less than optimal so that the popularity of Osiji has not been able to strengthen the positive image of Malang City. The low popularity of the Osiji mascot is due to the application strategy that does not consider the design principles and concepts of city ​​branding.

This study aims to explore marital satisfaction in couples who are married through ta'aruf. The method used is qualitative approach with phenomenological analysis. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews on 5 participants. This study describes that couples who marry through ta'aruf, have relatively the same object of satisfaction, namely religiosity with the aim of getting the rida and blessing of Allah Swt. This finding shows that research related to marital satisfaction, especially in couples who are married in a ta'aruf way, is no longer a subjective study, but has an alternative to begin to be objectively explained, predicted, and even controlled through religiosity factors. Also, marriage through ta'aruf is not only explained in the relational area between husband and wife, but also becomes part of the spiritual area and even religion, getting married as part of worship.

Selorejo Village, Blitar Regency is a village where some of the residents produce Opak Gambir snacks which are still managed using traditional methods. This causes the management in the production to be less professional and less organized. This program aims to improve education and training, especially in the fields of entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing, so that the management of this home industry will be more organized and professional. The method of implementing the program is by providing education, training, and coaching for producers. The results of the program show that the producer is very well educated about the principles of entrepreneurship. Opak Gambir producers are also able to make financial plans both for administration and also the selling price of their products. The producer is also able to determine marketing plans, which include starting from the process of determining prices, determining distribution locations, and how the promotion process is carried out. Through this community service, it is hoped that the producer will be able to manage their business in a professional manner, apart from being a source of income, is also a destination for the Opak Gambir industry.

The purpose of this research is to find out alternative marketing strategies for traditional medicine in the face of the new normal era as the impact of the second covid 19 to find out the best alternative strategy that can be used for traditional medicine in facing the new normal era as the impact of covid 19. This type of research is qualitative with tools The analysis used is a SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that an alternative strategy that can be used is the SO Strategy, one of which is by conducting or increasing the marketing of herbal medicines by expanding the media. ST strategy, one of the strategies is to open outlets or branches elsewhere to avoid long queues due to the narrow business location. The WO strategy, one of the strategies is to make unique packaging to attract consumers, to provide delivery facilities. WT strategy. there needs to be training for employees so that they can make quality instant products such as instant turmeric herbs, instant ginger, instant temulawak and other herbs. The best alternative strategy is to make instant ready-to-eat traditional medicines with different variants, provide delivery facilities, make unique and attractive packaging so that consumers are more interested in traditional medicinal products. Finally, providing training to employees to be able to make quality instant products.

Smartphone merupakan teknologi yang banyak digunakan dikalangan remaja. Smartphone memberikan dampak negatif pada remaja, salah satunya adalah kecanduan. Kecanduan smartphone dapat mengganggu berbagai kegiatan dalam kehidupan nyata remaja. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendisripsikan berbagai dampak dari kecanduan smartphone. Penulisan ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan jurnal menggunakan google schooler yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2018-2020. Hasil dari penulisan ini bahwa penggunaan smartphone dengan berlebihan bisa berdampak negatif pada remaja. Dampak yang akan muncul akibat kecanduan smartphone meliputi beberapa aspek, antara lain aspek kesehatan, aspek psikologis, aspek akademik, aspek sosial, dan aspek keuangan.

Background Gaming disorder is one of the mental disorders when someone does his spare time activity by playing the game and is addicted to playing online games. This condition is more common in adolescents and eventually could harm their health. Hence, the researchers interested to study the teenagers' profiles and intentions to identify their efforts and obstacles in restricting online games. Objective This study aimed to explore the profile and addiction scales of teenagers with online gaming disorder and to identify their intentions, plans, and obstacles in reducing their addictions. Method The study employed qualitative research with a phenomenology approach. The research included six online gamer participants. The researcher selected the participants by using a purposive sampling technique. They were game-addicted teenagers according to the scale of gaming addiction. The researchers collected the data with a guided interview and an observation list. They analyzed the data using phenomenology analysis. Results The scale of addiction data showed that all informants were in a high category of addiction. This scale of addiction was in line with their profiles of playing games at least five hours a day because they perceived playing games as an urgent activity to relieve stress or as entertainment. When they played online games, they held back hunger and skipped their meals, even though they were hungry and often held back urinating. Besides, being actively playing at night made them sleep in the daytime. In addition, the data showed that four of the informants stated that they had some intentions and plans to reduce or quit playing, but they did not have specific plans. They had not followed up on their readiness and had not known when to reduce or stop playing online games. Some obstacles cause them to have no intentions. Conclusion The profiles of the teenagers with gaming disorders showed a high category of addiction scale. They played online games as stress-relieving entertainment. When playing, they often held hunger, thirsty, urinating, and did not sleep at night. There were some teenagers with gaming disorders who had no intention of reducing or stopping the games. Meanwhile, some others were willing to reduce and quit the game, but they did not have any alternative activities and did not know when they will stop playing online games. Friends' invitation, the fun of playing games, problems of self-control/habits, the temptation of watching other gamers playing, boredom, and the new trend of the electronic game sport were the obstacles for the addictive teenagers to control their online gaming.

This research was focused on strategy of Teaching English Vocabulary Using Anagrams to the Eighth Grade Students of SMP Negeri 5 Palembang. The formulation of the problem in this study was ”is it effective to teach English vocabulary by using anagrams to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 palembang?”. Meanwhile, the objective of this study was to find out whether or not it was effective to teach english vocabulary by using anagrams to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 palembang?. The population was all of the eighth grade students SMP Negeri 5 palembang. With the total number 30 students for sample. The sample of this study was taken from the population by using non random sampling. The true experimetal method was used in this study. The data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Package for Social Science). Based on sample t – test, it was found that the t- obtained was 10,871, which was 0.05 of the level significance with the degree of freedom (df) was 29 with the critical value of the t- table 0.306. because t-obtained 10,871 was higher than t-table 0,306. It meant that there was significant difference between the eighth grade student of SMP Negeri 5 Palembang who were using anagrams and those were not. It also indicated that anagrams could improved the students vocabulary skill for the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Palembang.

Chinese Indonesian have been often treated as an outsider within the Indonesian society. Such a situation had happened for a long time. The discriminative experience of Chinese Indonesian came in the form of racial stereotypes and prejudice. In this study, we analyze the correlation between the discrimination narrative and Chinese Indonesian’s national identity. We collected our data through a questionnaire and involved 126 students in Jakarta as our subjects. The questionnaire consists of a national identity variable composed of four dimensions, namely fundamental (6 items, reliability 0.675), instrumental (4 items, reliability 0.520), natural (4 things, reliability 0.798), actualization (4 items, reliability 0.639). Discrimination narrative variables consist of master narrative (10 items, reliability 0.832) and counter-narrative (8 items, reliability 0.781). The selection of those subjects was made using the convenience sampling technique. We employed the correlational method to analyze the data. Our analysis showed that master narrative was not correlated with National Identity with a p-value = 0.179 (> 0.05). Meanwhile, the narrative counter correlates with National Identity with a value of p = 0.008 (

This research has purposes to test the feasibility of a transactional analysis technique group counseling guidebook to improve the self-esteem of vocational students. The guidebook product acceptance tester involved 5 experts and guidance and counseling practitioners. Testing the validity of the content of the manual product using the Lawshe formula. The result of the research based on content validity analysis is that the CVR value per item is greater than 0 (CVR > 0) and there is no item with a value less than 0 (CVR < 0). Furthermore, the results of the Lawshe CVI analysis obtained a score of 1, it can be interpreted that the acceptance of this guidebook is very high. So based on the value of the acquisition of effectiveness above, according to the criteria, showing an effect size value > 0.50, the transactional analysis technique group counseling guide can be accepted.

This research aimed to get a clear picture of the application of these media in the learning process of Arabic teaching, especially Maharah Istima’ at the University of Darussalam Gontor. Learning Arabic for non-native speakers requires more variety and innovation, including in the selection of teaching materials, learning methods, and learning media. This is because learning Arabic in Indonesia is an on-going process in search for the ideal form of learning. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with participatory observation data retrieval methods and documents. The researchers used Miles and Huberman’s technique applied resting upon the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of learning.aljazeera.net media in listening session rested upon 3 main stages. They were 1) pre-listening which contained vocabulary delivery, 2) the listening process which used videos from the learning.aljazeera.net website which were repeated at least 4 times, and then 3) the post-listening stage, covering the evaluation of listening activities from the simplest form to the most complex form of evaluation. The learning process of listening using the learning.aljazeera.net was a type of intensive, creative, concentrative, and explorative listening activity.

(Tittle: Adults-Children Power Relations in Judy Blume’s “Blubber”). This study aims to uncover the power relations between adults and children in Judy Blume’s novel entitled Blubber. This study used a qualitative method by paying attention to the expressions used in the novel related to the topic of power relations of adults-children. Peer debriefing techniques were applied in this study in order to achieve the validity of the research results. The collected data of dialogues and narrations suggest that adults assert dominance toward children especially physically and psychologically as a consequence of the adults’ ideologies while trying to retain the image of a mentor. On the other hand, they also give spaces for children to grow and develop themselves. The research also revealed how Blubber paints a more realistic depiction of children and explores more of their human nature beyond images of innocence and naivety. Ratam activities in the Hindu Theology Study Program are held in the framework of campus life orientation for new students (maba). In the implementation of ratam activities there are efforts to build communication and familiarity between all academic communities in the Hindu Theology Study Program. The vision of the Hindu Theology Study Program is: "Superior and Dignified Study Program of Tri Kaya Parisudha character". While the mission of the Hindu Theology Study Program is 1) Organizing quality Hindu Theology education to produce graduates of character, superiority and dignity; 2) Conduct innovative research in the development and application of Hindu Theology. 3) Organize community service in the field of Hindu Theology. Understanding of the vision and mission of the Hindu Theology Study Program by all academic community contained in it, is the fundamental point that determines the success of the work program that has been established. The background of the ratam is to socialize the vision of the Hindu Theology Study Program mission and strengthen the sense of brotherhood for the academic community in the Hindu Theology Study Program. Through the socialization of vision and mission, it is hoped that it can strengthen the understanding of the values contained in the concept of Tri Kaya Parisudha and increase solidarity between academic community in Hindu Theology Study Program.

Social media activities and positive user experiences are very important for Public Relations (PR) strategy in three aspects, namely as a media for presentation, communication, and improving PR performance, where social media activities that can be in line with users' positive experiences will be able to function to show organizational identity, create communication, direct decision making and improve the organization's mutual relationship strategy with its publics. This study aims to understand the relationship between social media activity and customer experience in establishing relationship quality which is implemented in specific insurance companies through a study approach at PT Asuransi Jiwa Astra, which was later known as Astra Life. This research method uses a quantitative approach using the positivism paradigm. The research population is Astra Life's active customers and 100 respondents are assigned as a representative sample. Data were collected through an online survey and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that Social Media Activity and Customer Experience have a positive effect in shaping Relationship Quality. The results of this study also show that Social Media Activity and Customer Experience are very strong in explaining the success of Astra Life's PR Relationship Quality strategy approach with customers so that further research can also identify Social Media Activity and Customer Experience approaches in building Relationship Quality in similar service industries in order to obtain findings. the benefits of research in the field of communication Public Relations are more diverse.

This study aimed to discover the school principal instructional leadership influence on job satisfaction of vocational high school teachers in Sleman Regency, D.I. Yogyakarta. This type of research was ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The questionnaire was conducted on 91 teachers (71,09% response rate) to examine the influence of principal instructional leadership (X) on teacher job satisfaction (Y). Validation of the instrument used expert judgment and empirical test with the Pearson Product Moment correlation, 43 out of 43 items are declared valid. The instrument reliability test was applied by using Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the reliability test showed that all variables were declared reliable (α 0,7). A classical assumption test was done by testing normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Simple linear regression was used as data analysis to test the influence of the independent variable (X) towards the dependent variable (Y). The simple linear regression results indicate a positive and significant influence between the principal instructional leadership on teacher job satisfaction (t = 13,329, p = .000). The coefficient of determination value (R^2) of 0,666 indicates that the principal instructional leadership influences teacher job satisfaction by 66,6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 33,4% are influenced by other factors.

The School Literacy Movement (SLM) was launched in 2015 by the Indonesian government in response to the concerns of many parties regarding the readiness of the Indonesian young generation to face the challenges of the 21st-century. This paper examined the philosophical foundations of SLM by scrutinizing the School Literacy Movement Master Design published in 2019 as the object of study. This study was a descriptive qualitative study, using the inferential content analysis method. The findings were: (1) the philosophical foundation of SLM that is portrayed in the object of study are essentialism, perennialism, progressivism, existentialism, and critical pedagogy, and (2) the object of the study is strongly influenced by the philosophy of progressivism since the writers of the SLM Master Design were more focused on the effort to prepare the students to face the 21st-century challenges. Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) atau The School Literacy Movement (SLM) atau dicanangkan pada tahun 2015 oleh pemerintah Indonesia, sebagai jawaban atas keprihatinan banyak pihak terkait kesiapan generasi muda Indonesia menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Tulisan ini mengkaji landasan filosofis SLM dengan menelaah Desain Induk Gerakan Literasi Sekolah terbitan 2019 sebagai objek kajian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis isi inferensial. Temuan penelitian adalah: (1) Landasan filosofis SLM yang tergambar dalam objek kajian adalah esensialisme, perenialisme, progresivisme, eksistensialisme, dan pedagogi kritis; dan (2) Objek kajian sangat dipengaruhi oleh filosofi progresivisme karena penulis Desain Induk SLM lebih fokus pada upaya mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21.

The development of technology in current digital era has made it easier for people to do stock investment anytime and anywhere through applications in their mobile phone. As one of the latest tech-literate generation, people who are categorized as Generation Z are expected to have an access to ample and incessant their knowledge including on stock investment. Unfortunately, this amenity doesn’t directly proportional to the enthusiasm of Generation Z in Bandung City to do stock investment. Currently, the enthusiasm on stock investment is still relatively low among Generation Z in Bandung City. Therefore, this study aims to analyze several factors that might affect the enthusiasm in doing stock investment. Variables measured as factors affecting the results are financial literacy, risk tolerance, and stock return. In obtaining the data needed, the researcher used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents in Bandung City. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the researcher found that financial literacy and risk tolerance, individually and simultaneously affect the enthusiasm on stock investment among Generation Z in Bandung City, while stock return is insignificant in this research.

This research aims to compare educational games and virtual animations to mathematics learning outcomes in terms of student activity. The research was conducted in the fourth grade of SDN Jatirangga I Bekasi. The sampling technique used cluster sampling technique. The method used is a quasi-experimental design method. Furthermore, the normality and homogeneity prerequisite tests were carried out to show the normal and homogeneous data groups. After that, hypothesis testing using two-way ANNAVA obtained interaction t count (I) = 4.03 at the significance level of 0.05 t table = 3.96 because tcount> ttable then Ho was rejected. Thus, it means is an interaction between learning media and student activity towards mathematics learning outcomes. Because there is an interaction, Tukey's further test is carried out which gets the first result, namely Qcount = 4.85 while at α 0.05 dbv1 = 4 and dbv2 = 20 indicates Q table = 3.96. because Qcount> Qtable then Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes using educational games and virtual animation on the low category of student activity. The second Tukey test shows the results, namely Qcount = 0.84 and Qtable = 3.96. It is concluded that by 0.84

Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru dan observasi terhadap siswa tunarungu kelas VII SLB Beringin Bhakti Cirebon diketahui siswa mengalami kendala dalam menulis kalimat sederhana. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya antara lain keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa tunarungu. Untuk itu, penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan merancang media pembelajaran activity book dalam pembelajaran menulis kalimat sederhana; mengetahui hasil uji validasi media pembelajaran activity book; serta mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis sederhana siswa tunarungu kelas VII SLB Beringin Bhakti dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran activity book. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan penelitian pengembangan. Pada penelitian ini tahap yang dilakukan meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, serta uji coba model pada siklus terbatas. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari ahli terhadap media pembelajaran activity book diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 91 % serta hasil penilaian ahli terhadap pengguna media pembelajaran activity book diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 88 %. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran activity book yang telah dirancang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis kalimat sederhana. Selain itu juga keberadaan media pembelajaran activity book membantu siswa memahami tentang unsur kalimat serta menulis kalimat.

Liberal Feminism is an ideology that advocates for equal opportunities for men and women in a variety of areas, including employment, health, education, marriage, and family life, as well as public life and politics. Ideologically, Liberal Feminism emerged from the belief that Biblical Tradition, as documented in its verses, set women apart from men. This study would look at the connection between Biblical culture dominating women's positions in Western civilization and the advent of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). The investigation would include the patriarchal ideology found in Biblical Tradition, the notion of gender emancipation. In order to answer this research question, this research will use the method of ‘Discourse Analysis' to address the roots of Liberal Feminism as they are found in the Biblical Tradition and the method of ‘Document Analysis' to elaborate on CEDAW records. This study concludes that there is a strong connection between Biblical values and the concept of Liberal Feminism as it is embodied in CEDAW.

Da'wah can be done with various strategies according to the state of mad'u. Management in the organization is structured in such a way that da'wah activities run well and according to purpose. The Qur'an Tafsir Council (MTA) is one of the da'wah institutions that carry out its da'wah with various methods, one of which is through television media among other da'wah media. MTA TV presents various da'wah programs in accordance with the vision of the MTA institution. The purpose of this study is to see how the MTA propaganda strategy through television is also side by side with other media. The author uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The findings of this study indicate that MTA through MTA TV can carry out their da'wah effectively because they are able to reach a wider audience. MTA TV is also able to adapt to the times so that this channel can survive, in addition to utilizing social networks that are in great demand by the public. However, on the other hand, the audience of listeners is still limited among Muslims who are members of this da'wah institution and the variety of programs is not so diverse.

Transmission of nosocomial infections from person to person must be prevented by always maintaining hand hygiene after carrying out inspection activities and interaction activities in hospitals, one of them by doing hand hygiene. Awareness of the importance of hand hygiene in health workers is needed in efforts to prevent nosocomial infections. The hand hygiene compliance rate obtained at One of Private Hospital in Yogyakarta is 80%. Awareness of the importance of the implementation of hand hygiene does not yet exist or has not emerged in the nurse itself, while it is very important in addition to protecting himself from the transmission of infection and can reduce the risk and spread of nosocomial infections in the hospital. This study uses an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling, with the number of samples studied as many as 89 people. The research data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The p-value of 0.040 (p 0.05) indicates that there is a relationship between knowledge and nurse compliance in the implementation of hand hygiene. A p-value of 1.00 (p 0.05) indicates that there is no relationship between attitude and nurse compliance in the implementation of hand hygiene. P-value of 0.425 (p 0.05) indicates that there is no relationship between motivation and nurse compliance in the implementation of hand hygiene

The use of Information Technology (IT) in State Vocational High School (SMK N) 4 Lubuklinggau city has not been greatly optimized. Similar deduction was obtained for existing learning facilities and media, despite wifi availability. Also, the motivation for learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically declined, due to poor IT literacy among teachers. This circumstance is possibly observed from the students’ attitudes in participating in online classes, using Google Classroom and WhatsApp platforms. The assessment commenced with a pre-test, followed by a training on strengthening IT literacy as well as the development of Google Classroom and Kahoot in online learning. Subsequently, independent assignments and evaluations were conducted. The results showed an acceptable performance, with materials on "Strengthening IT Literacy", "The Development of Google Classroom in Online Learning" and "The Development of Kahoot in Online Learning", reporting 81.30, 82.72 and 82.69% comprehension rate, respectively.

Indonesia has now entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 that impacts vocational schools which are considered the highest contributor to unemployment in Indonesia. Therefore, the government established a revitalization program in vocational schools by learning about Creative Products and Entrepreneurship as well as Teaching Factories to produce competitive human resources who are ready to become job creators. This study aimed at portraying the effectiveness of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship Learning and teaching factories to prepare for job creators in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The study was conducted by employing a descriptive qualitative method by utilizing the Nvivo 11 software to classify and display the results in the form of diagrams, graphs, and models. The results revealed that the implementation of the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship, as well as the Teaching Factories, has not been effectively transforming vocational students into job creators. There were some encountered factors contributing to this phenomenon; time management, teachers’ competence, students’ motivation, and funding. Thus, evaluations are necessary in terms of planning, development, and implementation to cultivate excellent graduates that are ready to create jobs.

PurposeThis study aims to examine the influence of internal and external factors on the credit risk (represented by nonperforming financing [NPF]) of Indonesian Sharīʿah rural banks (SRBs) – a type of Islamic bank that provides Islamic financial services especially to small and medium businesses in Indonesia. Internal variables comprise capital adequacy ratio (CAR), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), return on assets (ROA), operating expense ratio (OER), financing to value (FTV) and profit and loss sharing (PLS) financing ratio. External variables comprise inflation, economic growth and interest rate.Design/methodology/approachThe study uses the annual reports of SRBs in Indonesia as secondary data for the years 2010–2019. Auto regressive distributed lag (ARDL) is used as the analysis method to examine the short-run and long-run relationships between the variables.FindingsThe findings indicate that four variables experienced a lag in the short run, namely, NPF, inflation, CAR and PLS, with different results recorded for each of the variables. Furthermore, the long-run results show that CAR and ROA influence the NPF of SRBs positively, whereas inflation and PLS have a negative influence on NPF. The rest of the variables – notably economic growth, interest rate, FDR, FTV and OER – do not have an influence on NPF in SRBs.Research limitations/implicationsThe level of NPF in SRBs exceeds the provision of the Central Bank of Indonesia. The findings are expected to have implications for SRBs and the regulator to consider and to manage the factors related to NPF properly due to the important role of SRBs in small and medium businesses’ development.Originality/valueThis study measures the determinants of NPF using internal and external variables, including the addition of a dummy variable, notably FTV. This study also uses ARDL to analyze the financial policies involving data at the present time and lagged time.

Like other societies, women are important figures in Javanese society so that women's figures in Javanese society's thoughts are also described in such a way. There is a desire in the collective imagination of the Javanese community towards women, so that the Javanese people's thoughts about women are very diverse. One of them is the Javanese thought about the physical beauty of women which is idealized through the use of metaphors. This metaphor in Javanese society is an expression of Javanese society to express ideas and dreams through language. This paper aims to find out the metaphorical conceptualization of the physical beauty of women in Javanese. This study uses qualitative methods and conceptual metaphor theory according to Lakoff and Johnson (1980). The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between the Javanese people and their natural environment in the form of physical and cultural. The purpose of this service activity is to change the mindset of the community to implement a waste bank system as a solution for handling waste in Geduang Village, Kalijoso Payaman, Secang District. The method used to achieve this goal is to disseminate information about waste banks and waste processing to target groups, establish a waste bank organization, and implement waste bank management. The stages of activities carried out include preparation, socialization, implementation of training, formation of associations, and evaluation. The results achieved in addition to increasing awareness for the community about the importance of processing waste properly and correctly, also the success of the community in making new handicraft products through waste media that has economic value.

This study aims to understand the scientific concept of sleep in the Qur'an by using data interpretation of QS. Al-Kahfi 18, which is collaborated with neuroscience. The phenomenon of sleep in the story of Ashabul Kahfi is found in QS Al-Kahfi 18. Classical scholars interpreted the verse especially in words aiqazhan wa hum ruqud, meaning that they slept even though many thought they were awake. This interpretation tends to be interpreted as a supernatural phenomenon, whereas in science, such events are paradoxical, which is a phenomenon of open eyes during sleep. This research is qualitative research by utilizing the interpretation of QS. Al-Kahfi 18 and has collaborated with neuroscience. The results of this study showed that the phenomenon of aiqazhan wa hum ruqud in QS Al-Kahfi 18 or between waking and sleeping in neuroscience perspective is a the process of REM (Rapid Eye Movement). Based on a neuroscience the word aiqazhan can be interpreted with the meaning of unsleeping in the phenomenon of rapid eye movement. That is loss of consciousness and control over the body so that it can move unnoticed. It is illustrated in the story of Ashabul Kahfi in QS. Al-Kahfi 18. They fall asleep hundreds of years in the cave, while their eyes open while asleep, and their bodies move to the right and the left. Anyone who sees it will think they are awake, whereas the phenomenon is the body's reaction to the rapid eye movement phase in the sleep cycle.

Racial issues have been a big problem in the United States of America since the slavery era. Although racism still exists in its society, many people are still migrating to America. For example, non-American Black women go there to try their luck to get a better education, a better job, and a better standard of living. However, some of them experience racism and gender inequality at work, as well as everywhere else in American society. Nevertheless, these experiences of racism and inequality may well be what motivates them to gain empowerment and gender equality. The qualitative method is used in this research. The primary source is a novel by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie titled Americanah (2013). The secondary sources to support this analysis are books, journals, articles, videos, and current news related to the issues. Post-nationalist studies by John Rowe, transnationalism studies by Steven Vertovec, fourth-wave feminism ideas from Nikola Rivers and Prudence Chamberlain, and Black women’s empowerment studies by Sheila Radford-Hill and Patricia Hill Collins are used to analyze the data. The results of this research are: first, there are measures taken by non-American Black women to gain empowerment in the US, which begin with their aspirations to obtain acceptance in society. Second, the redefinition of gender equality through education, employment, and social changes leads to the acceptance of non-American Black women in society. The acceptance and empowerment become evidence of gender equality in education, employment, and social life. Isu rasisme menjadi salah satu masalah besar di Amerika Serikat sejak masa perbudakan. Meskipun rasisme masih terjadi, tetapi tidak sedikit imigran yang datang dan menetap. Wanita kulit hitam dari luar Amerika datang untuk mendapat pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan hidup layak. Tetapi, tidak sedikit mendapatkan rasisme dan ketidaksetaraan gender di dalam dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, rasisme dan ketidaksetaraan memotivasi wanita kulit hitam non-Amerika untuk memperoleh pemberdayaan dan kesetaraan gender. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber pertama, novel karya Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie berjudul Americanah (2013). Sumber kedua untuk mendukung analisis diambil dari beberapa buku, jurnal, artikel, video, dan berita yang berhubungan dengan isu yang dibahas. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, pertama, pemberdayaan wanita kulit hitam non-Amerika dimulai dari perjuangan mereka untuk mendapatkan pemberdayaan dari masyarakat. Proses perjuangan dan keberanian yang menuntun mereka untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan situasi di Amerika. Kedua, mendefinisikan kesetaraan gender dalam dunia pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan perubahan sosial. Beberapa dampak pemberdayaan menjadi bukti pencapaian kesetaraan gender dalam dunia pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan perubahan kehidupan sosial.

In many countries, the rate of women’s participation in labor keeps increasing from time to time because of their educational level and economic condition. This condition leads to some changes concerning the gender roles in a family. However, it does not change the division of household tasks between husband and wife. Women are still considered responsible for doing most of the household tasks. This topic is often presented as the central theme in some literary works, particularly novels. This research examines three different novels, Opening Belle, I Don’t Know How She Does It, and The Balance Project, by analyzing the inequality in dividing household tasks faced by the working mothers in the novels. This research uses a qualitative method consisting of description, reduction, and selection stages. The analysis results show that the working mothers still do most household tasks, while their husbands do not help them much. Although they can pay someone to help them do the tasks, however, the help is not as good as expected. They still have to struggle in combining household tasks and work, which eventually makes them feel exhausted.

This study is a qualitative research by collecting data from multiple sites that discuss the importance of learning the Arabic language for the people of Indonesia. Top 5 sites with those keywords are Rumaysho.com., BelajarIslam.com, Islampos.com, Kompasiana.com., and kiblat.net. From those five sites will be analyzed with the Yasir Suleiman’s language and religious identity perspective which shows that language has a function as an instrument of communication and also, a symbol of identity. This study found that stereotyping against the Arabic language makes it even more exclusive and closed to non-Muslims in Indonesia. Learning the Arabic language itself is not limited to the religious orientation, but making it as a function of language itself, as a medium of communication. Arabic language has been ‘sacred’ with its strategic position in political, economical, ideological, and academic field.

Abuse of authority by diplomatic officials from member countries of the 1961 Vienna Convention for personal gain or certain groups is still common. This situation is undoubtedly contrary to their duties and functions as representatives of their country. The formulation of the problem raised is how to form a legal settlement based on the 1961 Vienna Convention and the Optional Protocol concerning the Requirement to Settle Disputes. The research method used is a normative juridical type with a Legislative, Conceptual, and Case approach. The primary legal materials used are the Vienna Convention On Diplomatic Relations April 18, 1961, and the Optional Protocol Concerning the Compulsory Settlement Of Disputes Of Vienna Convention On Diplomatic Relations; Meanwhile, the secondary legal materials used are books, research journals, research reports, various scientific works, articles and various other sources that can support primary legal materials; Tertiary legal materials consist of dictionaries, internet, and so on that can support primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that apart from Persona non-Grata, there are other ways to impose sanctions on diplomatic agents who abuse their authority, in this case, espionage activities. A refugee is a person who, due to a well-founded fear of persecution, for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group and membership of a particular political party, is outside his country of nationality and does not want protection from that country. The refugees, seeking protection in countries that have ratified the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol or what is often referred to as a third country. This study describes and examines issues, first, regarding the handling of refugee flows in Indonesia according to the perspective of International Refugee Law. Second, Regarding the legal consequences when Indonesia did not ratify the 1951 Refugee Convention agreement and the 1967 Refugee Protocol regarding the status of Refugees to international Refugee law. This study is a descriptive doctrinal legal research. The source used is primary legal material consisting of legal products such as the 1945 Constitution, Laws, International Treaties and other Regulations relevant to Refugee Handling activities. The results of the research show that first, the action of handling refugees in Indonesia from the perspective of international refugee law has been able to realize some of the most important principles of the 1951 Convention and the 1967 protocol on refugee status that is not refoulment, non-expulsion, no differentiate (non discrimination) and also do not commit criminal offenses for refugees who enter Indonesian territory. Secondly, Indonesia as a transit country for asylum seekers and refugees experiences a buildup of refugee flows due to the process of granting an uncertain status of time from UNHCR and moreover, a third country limits the acceptance of refugees. Indonesia did not ratify the 1951 convention and the 1967 protocol and therefore Indonesia did not have the authority to grant refugee status because the granting of status was in the hands of the UNHCR, this was a legal consequence and consequences carried by Indonesia when it did not ratify the 1951 Convention and the 1967 Protocol. The leather processing industry is one of the industries with a high production level to meet market demand. This leather apparel company located in Garut, West Java, produces leather, both from cow, sheep, and goatskin as its raw material and manufactures leather-based apparel as its finished goods. Besides its primary production, this leather tanning company also produces hazardous wastewater that can pollute the environment due to chemical compounds in the leather tanning process. They do not have an integrated information system that supports their business processes, especially in controlling the waste management process. This research will design a waste management module ERP system that supports sustainable supply chain management. The use of ERP that supports integration with another element in the company will make it easier for companies to categorize the waste from the manufacturing process and stored it in the warehouse. Not only that, but this system also helps determine the amount of waste produced and whether the wastewater meets the wastewater quality standards, which are then reported in the document automatically, which will make it easier to analyze results and assist in further decision making.

In many countries where peacekeeping missions are carried out, gender-based violence and conflict-related sexual violence occur in alarming numbers. Both civilians and fighters, women and children are the most victims in a conflict. Armed conflict becomes a traumatic experience for each individual who experiences it. Women peacekeepers representing the United Nations are in a State to help restore the trust of people experiencing post-conflict trauma. However, to date the number of women is still very low compared to men in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission. The UN Charter mandates the Security Council to maintain international peace and security. The study discusses how women play a role in international peacekeeping and security missions as well as actions. This type of research is a normative juridical sourced in secondary data. The results of this study show that in all areas of peacekeeping, female peacekeepers have proven that they can perform the same role, by standards and in the same difficult conditions. Therefore, it is an operational imperative of the United Nations to recruit and maintain female peacekeeping forces., Di banyak negara di mana misi penjaga perdamaian dilakukan, kekerasan berbasis gender dan kekerasan seksual terkait konflik terjadi dalam angka yang mengkhawatirkan. Baik warga sipil maupun pejuang, perempuan dan anak-anak adalah korban terbanyak dalam suatu konflik. Konflik bersenjata menjadi pengalaman traumatis tersendiri bagi tiap individu yang mengalaminya. Perempuan pemelihara perdamaian mewakili Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa berada pada suatu Negara untuk membantu memulihkan kepercayaan orang-orang yang mengalami trauma pasca-konflik. Namun, hingga saat ini presentase jumlah perempuan masih sangat rendah dibandingkan laki-laki dalam Misi Pemeliharaan Perdamaian Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. UN Charter memberikan mandat kepada Dewan Keamanan untuk menjaga perdamaian dan keamanan internasional. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana perempuan berperan dalam misi pemeliharaan perdamaian dan keamanan internasional serta tindakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis normative yang bersumber pada data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di semua bidang pemeliharaan perdamaian, perempuan penjaga perdamaian telah membuktikan bahwa mereka dapat melakukan peran yang sama, dengan standar dan dalam kondisi sulit yang sama. Untuk itu, adalah keharusan operasional PBB untuk merekrut dan mempertahankan pasukan perempuan penjaga perdamaian.

The Indonesian government has mandated using the Hospital Information System (HIS) since 2013. Until now, not all hospitals in Indonesia have implemented HIS, however. Some barriers have prevented them from applying HIS. This study explores the opportunities and barriers regarding implementing the Hospital Information System (HIS) in Indonesia through a public hospital case study. This study applied a qualitative approach. The approach used interviews to gather data using a pre-tested interview guideline. The guideline used several constructs to structure the questions, i.e., predisposing, enabling, reinforcing, barrier, and projected behavior. Participants were different types of HIS users in the studied hospital, i.e., physician, nurse, pharmacist, administrators, laboratory personnel, and Information Technology (IT) personnel. Data were transcribed verbatim and analyzed thematically. The interviews involved twenty-one participants. Nine themes describe HIS implementation challenges in this case study, i.e., familiarity, flexibility, empowerment, discipline, facilities, data sharing, quality assurance, pragmatism, and capacity building. Pragmatism could be a barrier, while the other values would be opportunities. These challenges are promising in guiding HIS implementation success. The values found in this study convince that HIS implementation in Indonesia is promising. Those challenges are required to be taken into account to implement HIS successfully.

Many studies have examined crisis management in various business sectors. However, COVID-19 has presented unique and interesting challenges. Using an online survey (n = 224 participants) and indepth interviews, profiling public relations professionals’ communication strategies in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic based on gender was investigated. The findings reveal that male and female public relations practitioners have specific understandings of the COVID-19 pandemic, ways in facing the crisis, and differing public relations activities during the pandemic. They regard this pandemic as a challenge to be adoptive, innovative, and creative, enhance technology competencies, and build relationships with publics by providing up to date information. Female public relations practitioners use social media more than males and give more attention to communication programs dealing with customers, while male counterparts focus on capturing the market by strengthening the organization’s image and reputation through publicity in conventional media. © 2021. The pattern of life in Islamic boarding schools requires a lot of energy and a balanced nutritional intake. However, with the existence of a management system for all business units by college and students, it was necessary to divide time for studying, teaching and helping the boarding school. Therefore, the provision of supporting food and drinks was not optimal and the nutrition intake and process cleanliness not guaranteed. The education activity for healthy and nutritionally balanced food was in the context of spreading insights into healthy, nutritious and clean food by the canteen managed by the student. It was to support the creation of balanced nutrition and support the growth of student who was early adolescents. The implementation strategy included slide presentations, discussions, and assistance to the canteen administrators. The activities of implementing services, managing food in the canteen, and paying attention to cleanliness intended to encourage changes in the diet of the student. In addition, this education was increasing the knowledge and sensitivity of canteen staff so that they can pay more attention to nutrition and health principles in the selection, process, and presentation of food and beverages.

Community awareness and skills education in waste management by applying the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) is important in solving waste problems. Especially with the existence of a waste bank as social capital in community-based waste management. The activity of a waste bank is a concept of collecting dry waste and sorting it and having management like a bank, but the savings are not in the form of money but garbage. The results of this community service showed that the implementation of community empowerment through the waste bank in Tampingan has activities that include socialization of the waste bank, waste storage, waste selection, skills training and evaluation. Community empowerment through waste banks on environmental aspects has had a positive impact, particularly in relation to environmental cleanliness. As for the economic aspect, it can provide additional income for active members, and on the social aspect, it can further strengthen social relations.

Corruption in Indonesia requires the right formulation. The rule of law and punishment system in Indonesia is still weak against criminals. This paper tries to find the right formula in punishing corruptors because the existing punishment system is still breakable and is deemed ineffective in preventing it. This paper belongs to a type of normative approach with a descriptive-analytical. This paper reveals that there are weaknesses in the rule of law in corruption compromise, resulting in increasing corruption every year. Data from ICW in 2018 shows that corruption is still considered a common crime, and the current punishment system does not reflect the firmness in determining the maximum punishment. It is exacerbated by the sale and purchase of facilities in prisons, which results in public distrust of the law. In other countries, Indonesia must be more severe in punishing bribery and corruption, including extraordinary crimes against the people. The conclusion in this paper is to formulate a religious and moral approach in punishing corruptors such as social sanctions, public humiliation, being a cleaning worker, life imprisonment, being exiled, taking political rights, even being humiliated in public so that it becomes a new formula in corrupt penalty system.

BACKGROUND: Professional nursing practice can be used as a standard reference for implementing nursing care to help nurses provide quality care in accordance with their authorities. AIM: The review is purposed to synthesis the pieces of literature telling the development and / or application and / or assessment of a professional nursing practice to determine the crucial elements. METHODS: This study was guided by the following framework for a scoping review, using electronic databases including ScienceDirect, EBSCO, ProQuest, Pubmed, and Google Scholar within keywords of professional nursing practice, model, nurse and conceptual framework. RESULTS: Of a total of 2870 paper found, 28 papers were selected. This study seven key elements: health system competency, professional value, reward and performance evaluation, leadership, nursing care, professional development, and basic care competency. CONCLUSION: A professional nursing practice would provide the minimum standard of quality nursing practice.

One of the aspects that can affect company revenue is customer satisfaction with the products produced, where the quality of the products produced needs to be considered because this is directly proportional to customer satisfaction. To achieve customer satisfaction, many things can be done by the company, one of which is the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) as done by PT. X, where the application of TQM aims to increase competitiveness which is done by continuous improvement so that it This can affect employee performance which is also directly proportional to product quality and company earnings. This study was conducted to prove whether the implementation of TQM by PT X affects employee performance or not. The approach used in this study uses linear regression analysis, where the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to several respondents. The results showed that variable X had an effect on variable Y with a correlation coefficient of 0.598 and the decision was made that the application of TQM had an effect on employee performance.

Quality of life (QOL) and subjective well-being (SWB) among college students have been deemed as importantissues in studies. The present study aims to explore any influential elements of gender and age to their QOL andSWB, and to know if the QOL is influential to the SWB. Participants amounted to 651 respondents totally fromthree Indonesian universities (Diponegoro University, Padjajaran University, North Sumatra University) wereinvolved in a purposive sampling using two instruments, i.e., the Personal Wellbeing Index-Adult (PWI-A) tomeasure SWO and The World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) to measure QOL.Ordinal Logistic Regression (OLR) test was used in the analysis. The results showed that age and gender had asignificant effect on SWB (respectively .11 & .040, with p < .05) but had no effect on QOL of students(respectively .510 & .751, with p < .05). In addition, QOL was shown to affect SWB (p < .05). As a result,counselors and stakeholders on campus are encouraged to consider age and sex factors in their attempts ofincreasing college students’ SWB. However, further research is still suggestible to explore more complex factorsin college students’ QOL, which can include social, individual, and other demographic factors.

This research examines the influence of On-line Shopping and E-wallet on Impulse Buying. The existence of an online shopping phenomenon using digital wallet payments (e-wallets) is prevalent among the public recently. This study adopted a survey method with 200 respondents selected purposively from two large cities in East Java, Indonesia namely malls located in Malang and Surabaya. Using variables that consist of shopping variables consisted of: variety of choices, price level, sensory attribute, utilitarian browsing, and hedonic browsing. Moreover the E-wallet variables consist of: effect of service features, advertising, benefit perceptions, perceived usefulness, consumer attitude, security, risk, and discount. Findings revealed that price level, hedonic browsing, benefit perceptions, perceived usefulness, consumer attitude, security, risk, and discount had a significant positive correlation with impulse buying; while the variety of choices, utilitarian browsing, effect of service features, and advertising had a significant negative correlation with impulse buying. Online shopping and e-wallet variables simultaneously affect impulse buying. Practical implications are also discussed in this article.
