This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

This study intends to examine factors reasoning students' withdrawal from school, and formulate strategy or model to attract and retain them until finnishing their education. This research was motivated by the indicator of Rough Participation Rates and Educational Pure Participation Rates showing an imbalance. Children of compulsory school-age who register at each level of education (elementary, junior high, and high school or equivalent) are not all able to complete their schooling. This means that schools must strive to minimize the number of students' withdrawal. Although, there have been many programs launched by the government to stimulate access to education, they had not been able to increase community participation in education. Data in this research were obtained by using Google form electronic data access. It was shared to 200 students aged 12 to 16 years old from 5 different schools. However, only 174 respond it. In addition, the data were also collected through doing interviews and analyzing of the relevant documents. Present study reveals that broken home, experiencing bullying, financial matter, and disinterest in education are the students' motives dropping out school. Hence, the recommendations of strategy overcoming the issue were growing students' academic motivation, providing the quality of school services, and applying an attractive learning procedure. Scheme formulation-developed, meant to maintain students, makes them feel at home, and remain in school.

The Madurese community in Situbondo is a group of people who are still 'unfamiliar' with the internet media (social media). Their lack of understanding in using social media often creates problems in society. This article is the result of ethnography of communication research which discusses criticism behavior of Madurese people in Situbondo in social media. It comprehensively analyzes aspects of use of language choice, motive of language choice and language formulation expressed by informants. Research findings show that: 1) Situbondo people express criticism in social media by using code of Madurese language and mixed Madurese-Indonesia and Madurese-English, and they are expressed through some patterns which are humor, figurative, threatening and affirmative, direct and indirect satire, Kiyai quote and lyrical/poetical pattern; 2) Some motives background of choice of language code in expressing criticism are influenced by aspects of hierarchy in a context of diglosia society, politic of identity; dimension of ethnic group and psychological and cultural motives. Formulation of these findings explain that most of criticism model of Madurese people in Situbondo through social media is manifestation of habit in expressing criticism in real world. Something avoided is criticism model using sarcasm sentence, containing hate speech, offending pride, social status, family and feeling of interlocutors. Expressive and outspoken criticism in social media are also considered to be dangerous and unacceptable by people because they create ‘floating’ (unclear) interpretation, and potential to be misinterpreted. While some acceptable criticism are criticism model expressed by fine language and expressed by humor, figurative, fine satire and lyrical/poetical patterns.

The purpose of this study is a means to realize the importance of humanitarian education in building Islamic humanism and understanding the urgency of its values. Islamic law basically contains the values of universal humanism. This is apparent in syari’a that was born as a mercy to the universe. Islamic Humanism departs from empirical social reality and human condition. Religion is interpreted in a contextual manner, resulting in a process of dialogue between text and reality, between normativity and historicity. That way space can be open to the fulfillment of humanity. In general, humanism means the dignity and worth of every human being, and all efforts to enhance his natural abilities ( physical non-physical) in full. And humanism can be simply understood as an effort to affirm the humanity of man.

According to the Islamic thoughts, conditions for spirituality have been proposed to be theism, prophecy, resurrection, piety, knowledge and so forth. However, non-religious spiritual schools have various shortcomings, the most important of which are temporary, devoid of truth, contradictions and one-dimensionality. Hence, the present study investigated the relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health of Muslim medical students of Penang, Kuala Lumpur and in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, 1000 medical students were selected as the statistical population by simple sampling method and standard questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis confirmed a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health amongst medical students (r= 0.78,p= 0.00) by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Moreover, results indicated the benefit of Islamic teachings with the spirituality required by human beings. Modern human life, with its significant advances in the material areas, has not been successful in paying attention to spirituality and thus neglected it. Therefore, various mental diseases are caused by material domination in the lives of today’s people that are devoid of spirituality. Furthermore, the emergence of various secular spiritual schools verifies that Western societies, in particular, after the failure of the church, are one of the reasons for the emergence of such false spiritualties. With regard to the unity of spirituality and religion, therefore, spirituality cannot be separated from religion in different ways. Contribution:This article contributes to the relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health of Muslim medical students.

The implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia has lasted almost 18 years. However, the success of regional autonomy has not been optimal. Some researchers discovered the existence of limitation of Regional Government Budget. This study investigates the presence of the degree of regional autonomy and its impact on social welfare using data covering all districts in Indonesia from 2013 to 2016. To test hypotheses, we first group districts based on the degree of regional autonomy and than test the existence of the degree of regional autonmy and its impact on social welfare simultaneously on each of regional autonomy degree. Partial Least Square release 6 is used to test hypotheses. The results show that the fiscal decentralization has a significant effect on capital expenditure in districts’ APBD in Indonesia but has no significant effect on economic growth and social welfare of districts in Indonesia; capital expenditure in districts’ APBD in Indonesia has a significant effect on the economic growth and social welfare of the districts in Indonesia; and economic growth has no significant effect on the social welfare of the districts in Indonesia. The significance of the influence between variables depends on the degree of regional autonomy.

Considering the technological development today, we are facing an emerging crisis. We are in the midst of a scientific revolution, which promises to radically change not only the way we live and work—but beyond that challenge the stability of the very foundations of our civilization and the international political order. All our attention and effort is thus focused on cushioning its impacts on life and society. Looking back in history, it would be pertinent to ask whether this process is a “quasi” natural event destined to continue its path which forebodes severe ethical, social and political repercussions, or is it the outcome of a particular socio-cultural value system? What then are the different value systems and mind-sets? How do these impact on our perception of the world, our cognition systems and our self-perception? At the core of this revolution are the recent technological developments in information and data processing and the creation of AI and the role of algorithms. Are algorithms quasi “independent” artificial languages for assessing situations, solving problems and taking decisions on fundamental social issues? Or do they rest on the fundament of natural language? What ethical and moral code do they follow? What drivers underlie this technological process? Are these culture specific or universal? Could a change of “cultural perspective” provide us with new insights to steer the process and change its course?

This study aims to determine whether there is an inclusive economic development in Sulawesi Island. Source data used are secondary data from the financial statements of the Local Government regency and city in Sulawesi Island in 2009-2016. The data analysis technique used is the analysis Partial Least Square were tested using samples 9 different areas. The results showed that 1) general allocation fund has positive effect on capital expenditure; 2) own source revenue has positive effect on capital expenditure; 3) capital expenditure has positive effect on economic growth; 4) economic growth has negative effect on welfare of society; and 5) economic growth has negative effect on poverty

The main problem of this study is the unoptimal infrastructure management and lecturers' competence that impact on the low quality of Ma'had Aly Miftahul Huda Tasikmalaya graduates. This study is aimed to explain the quality strengthening of Ma'had Aly graduates through the optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Research on the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates has been carried out by other researchers as seen from the influence of lecturers' educational qualifications. This research is focused on investigating the influence of infrastructure management and lecturer competence in improving the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The data analysis using product moment correlation analysis. The sample of this study was 50 students who graduated from 2019-2020 that were selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study concluded that strengthening the quality of Ma'had Aly's education graduates could be done through optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Infrastructure management has a significant effect on the quality of graduates by 23.4%; Lecturer competence has a significant influence on the quality of graduates by 7.96%; and Infrastructure management and lecturer competence simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of Ma'had Aly's graduates by 45.7%.

The sources of pesantren funding are limited either from the government, santri parents, or the community. The government has not budgeted pesantren funds in the state budget or regional budget even though there is a policy for pesantren. The search for pesantren financing sources based on the potential of the agribusiness-based social entrepreneurship environment is very desirable. This article aimed to examine the implementation of pesantren financing based on agribusiness social entrepreneurship. Data collection techniques were carried out with the study of documentation, observation, and interviews with the planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, and accountability of pesantren financing. The study found that Pesantren Al Ittifak Ciwidey in Bandung District implemented agribusiness-based social entrepreneurship financing through five steps namely planning, implementing, controlling, evaluating, and accountability. The study concluded that the implementation of pesantren financing based on agribusiness social entrepreneurship Al Ittifak Ciwidey Bandung was prepared through accounting (budgeting), namely preparing activity plans and pesantren budgets using SWOT analysis; Funding was carried out to finance underprivileged students, to pay teachers, professional development (training), and infrastructure; Supervision of education funding in PPAI Al Ittifak Ciwidey was carried out by the PPAI Management Team, Kiyai, and the board of educators by monitoring, guiding, and solving problems to the RAPBP, Cash, and Equipment; Funding evaluation was carried out at the end of each semester and the end of the school year. Funding accountability was focused on the parents of students, the community, and the Government as well as the PPAI leader, Kiyai.

The research aims to identify patterns of relationships patron-client in Tambak RejoVillage, to analyze internal and exsternal factors which is an aspect of theopportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses in the development Gapokdakan in Tambak Rejo Village, Formulating alternative development strategies Gapokdakan in Tambak Rejo Village. The type of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by direct observation and interviews in depth about gapokdakan and secondary data from the literature books, articles, court documentation etc. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis to determine the pattern of patronclient, a SWOT analysis to look at the search for and review of internal and external factors to determine a good decision, whereas for determining the position of developmental conditions Gapokdakan that the formulation matrix IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation ) and matrix EFE (External Factor Evaluation). The results of this research is the patron-client that occurred in the Tambak Rejo village is lending system capital provided by middlemen to farmers in the form of fish feed, but this kind of relationship there are times when farmers in disadvantaged because of the incompatibility of fish price per kilogram, and the price increase feed if borrowed from brokers, on the other hand the benefits that the convenience of farmers to capital, marketing is assured, and farmers can continue farming fish. SWOT analysis for the IFE and EFE matrix is internal factor the highest strength is the availability of the fish pond, the highest weaknesses are internal factors that are difficult or capital financing farmers, the results of internal factors evaluation matrix, internal factor of gapokdakan is good. External factors greatest opportunities, namely the potential of tilapia hatchery in the Tambak Rejo village, as well as external factors are the biggest threat is the virus tilapia. There are two alternative development strategies Gapokdakan in Tambak Rejo, one of the strategic alternatives that Increase production with facilities and infrastructure and maintain the quality so that production can always meet existing market. Kitab Kuning (Islamic book used as a source of learning in pesantren) was considered difficult by santri (students at pesantren. There are many methods to learn kitab kuning and one of them is Tamyiz method. This method is expected to overcome difficulties in reading Kitab Kuning. It serves as key strategies for santri to be able to directly read, outlines the structure of the word while translating Kitab Kuning. The study was aimed at describing Kitab Kuning learning in 100 hours using the method of Tamyiz in terms of its planning, Organizing, Assessing, Concept of the Kitab Kuning learning pattern 100 hours using the method of Tamyiz. This research was qualitatively using a descriptive method. The data were collected from several sources namely: pesantren, its staff, the management of the education and teaching field, pesantren management and santri (student in pesantren). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study.

This research was conducted in Sumber Makmur village, Lubuk Pinang subdistrict Mukomuko District from in March 2015 by surveyed 92 corn farmers as samples. This study is aimed at investigating the performance and the benefit of an attribute services marketing institutions agribusiness in support of corn in kabupaten mukomuko and estimating satisfaction level of corn farmers to marketing institutions services in support corn agribusiness in Kabupaten Mukomuko. The purpose of the first analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the purpose of the second analyzed by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. From IPA results, it can be drawn conclusions that marketing institution 1 services aspects that need to be improved and are considered important for farmers are fast service, right and always respond to help the farmers of corn, the accuracy of scales and willingness to respect and serving officers and by prioritising the needs of farmers. Then the marketing institution 2 services aspects that need to be improved and be considered important for farmers are communicating information the quality of corn desired consumers to farmers, the ability to communicate from the officers and openness and honesty in giving information service. Corn growers were satisfied with marketing services institution 1 with CSI of 70,65 %, and to marketing institution 2 with CSI of 72,21 %. Keywords: Corn, Marketing, IPA, CSI, Satisfaction.

The implementation of regional autonomy has been running nearly 15 years. In fact, the purpose of regional autonomy for improving the welfare has not been fully achieved. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of regional autonomy in improving the welfare by using capital expenditure and growth as an intervening variable. We use the data of 461 counties and cities, the period of 2006-2013, Partial Least Square for testing hypotheses. Empirical evidence shows that decentralization significantly effect on capital, growth, and welfare. Capital has a significant effect on growth but does not has a significant effect on welfare. Growth has a significant effect on welfare.

The purpose of this research are (1) to determine the priority of the product should be developed and used as priority by Raflesia’s home industry and (2) to determine the priority of marketing strategy appropriate and effective in the development of marketing home industry Raflesia for main products. The alternative have been used in selected the main products home industry Raflesia are Nila Crispy, Instan Jahe and Terong Crispy. Meanwhile the alternative have been used in selected development marketing strategy for the main products home industry Raflesia are 4P (product, price, distribution and promotion). To find the priority main products and marketing development strategy for the main product home industry Raflesia used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on the research, showed that the priority alternative products in a selected the main products home industry Raflesia are Instan Jahe, Nila Crispy and Terong Crispy with the weight 0.43, 0.35, 0.22 respectively. Furthermore, the priority alternative strategy in the selected of marketing development strategy for instant Jahe product of home industry Raflesia are strategy of promotion, product, distribution and price with the weight 0.32, 0.28, 0.23, 0.17 respectively. This study aimed to analyze the socio-economic imperatives that have contributed to the promotion of peace and total development of the region. This study made use of the qualitative approach at the same time employed historical method as the design of the research. There were 21 key informants of the study coming from the five provinces of the ARMM. The informants of this study were purposely identified and selected. This study made use of the qualitative approach at the same time employed historical method as the design of the research. The Major findings of the study are: The development focuses of the political leadership of the ARMM since it was created are: Building of the structural organization of the ARMM; Devolution (process) of political power from the national government to regional government; Seeking foreign recognition and linkages; poverty alleviation; Sustainable development; Development administration and governance; Social services and development; Economic development; and Infrastructure, support facilities and logistics. Despite the political, socio-cultural and economic opportunities guaranteed by RA 9054, less efforts has been made by the political leadership of the ARMM to assert their opportunities under this organic law. The political leadership of the ARMM has less focus on revenue mobilization, and access and control in the utilization of strategic resources, thus, missing the right steps towards strong and genuine autonomy. Each political leadership of the ARMM has its own unique strategies and preferences to develop the communities in terms of: (a) Fund Sourcing, (b) Governance, and (c) Sustainability. The Autonomous Regional Government is almost totally dependent on national government for funds. No legislation has been crafted to gradually end the ARMM total fiscal dependence on the national government. The ARMM has weak taxing power and low revenue generation capacity. The contributions of each political leadership of the ARMM can be seen in their development efforts in political, socio-cultural, and economic development they made in the region. The major challenges that had been commonly encountered by each political leadership of the ARMM are: Devolution Process, Unstable Peace and Order Situation, Rehabilitation and Delivery of Basic Social Services, Poor Human Security, Limited and Small Scale Infrastructure and Logistics. There are still many communities in the ARMM which are socially and economically unserved since it was created.

The transfer funds from the central government which is not followed by own source revenues, cau­ses the autonomous district too dependent on the central government funds. This study aims to de­ter­mine the effect of own-source revenue and balance funds on public welfare by capital expenditure and eco­nomic growth as an intervening variable in Special District of Yogyakarta. The source of data is se­con­dary data during 2006 to 2013 and using Partial Least Square to test hypotheses. The result showed that own-source revenue has not significant effect on capital expenditure but has significant effect on eco­no­­mic growth and public welfare; balance funds has significant effect on capital expenditure but has not sig­­nificant effect on economic growth and public welfare; capital expenditure has significant effect on eco­­­nomic growth but has not significant effect on public welfare; and economic growth has not signi­fi­cant effect on public welfare.

This research analyzes the influence of fiscal decentralization on capital expenditure, economic growth, and social welfare of 29 regencies and 6 cities in Central Java Province based on the data of year 2004 to 2008. The method used to analyze the hypotheses is the Partial Least Square. The results showes that fiscal decentralization has no significant effect on capital expenditure; fiscal decentralization has significant effect on economic growth and social welfare; capital expenditure has no significant effect on economic growth and social welfare; and economic growth has significant effect on social welfare.Keywords: Fiscal decentralization, capital expenditure, economic growth, social welfareJEL classification: H76, I31, 043

Since the government has more powers and authorities and bigger sources in enforcing its powers, it seems dominant in producing policies on MD that favor its political interest. This study was aimed at investigating the educational policies on MD before and after the Law No. 4 of 1950 Jo No. 12 of 1954, the educational policies of the MD Act No. 2 Year 1989, and the educational policies of the MD under law No. 20 Year 2003. In addition, it also examined the government's policies on MD in Indonesia from the beginning of independence day (1945) to (2017). The method used was descriptive qualitative including steps of collecting data, classifying the data, interpreting and presenting the data. This study found that the educational policies on MD were not made by the government to prioritize MD in national education system. The policies on MD education covering before and after the Law of education and teaching No. 4 1950 Jo No. 12 Year 1954, UUSPN No. 2 Year 1989, and UUSPN No. 20 Year 2003, has not supported MD as an integral part in the provision of national education system in Indonesia. They have favored the interests of central government so that they have caused the difficulties in its implementation by the public at the local level.

The availability of data and information on the diversity and potential of fish resources provide important aspects for exploitation and management.

This study aims to determine the effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth mediated by financial performance in Bali Province. The source of data employed in this study was secondary data from the financial statement of local government in a counties/city in Bali in 2006 to 2014. The data analysis technique employed in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that 1) fiscal decentralization was significantly influential on financial performance measured using the financial independence ratio of local government in Bali; 2) fiscal decentralization was significantly influential on financial performance measured using the ratio of conformity in Bali; 3) fiscal decentralization was significantly influential on economic growth in Bali; 4) financial performance measured using the financial independence ratio of local government had no significant effect on economic growth in Bali; and 5) financial performance measured using the ratio of conformity was significantly influential on economic growth in Bali.

This study aimed at testing the poverty measurement and the choice of poverty reduction strategy by using the data in four regencies and one municipal in Special Province of Yogyakarta (Indonesia). The study observed the number of poor people in those regions for eight-year periods (2001-2008) after the Law of Local Government Autonomy was in force in 2000. By using averagely 140 observations for each regency and municipal and employing ANOVA 2-Ways Analysis, the empirical results surprisingly revealed that only one regency and municipal produced nearly correct measurement on poverty. As to inter-temporal comparisons of the poverty number for each region, the statistical testing validated the inconsistency of poverty measure used. It gave evidence that the choice of poverty lines and poverty measures was a product of local government’s arbitrary decision, and of course, based on the finding; it called for robustness analysis of the poverty measurement used by the local government. To this respect, the choice of poverty reduction strategy should be seen as the free-vested interest decision in determining the poverty measurement. It needs a customization strategy based on the measure taken.

Indonesia as a one of the most significant Muslim population in the world has developed zakat rapidly; it is shown by the development of the zakat regulation and establishes of Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Zakat has many benefit for economic both of macro and micro aspect, such as foster inclusive economic growth. The objective of this study are 1) to examine the influence of zakat on economic growth and welfare society which uses 3 (three) indicators i.e.HDI, Percentage of Poor People, and GINI Index and 2) to investigate whether items of Theory Planned Behavior influence of zakat payment. The researcher used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS software. The result showed that zakat in Indonesia does not influence economic growth and welfare society. Besides that, welfare society Indonesia as a developing country has a negative value to HDI and GINI index but has a positive value to Percentage of Poor People.

This study aims to investigate the development function of money. At the beginning, function of money is a barter between two commodities, C and C'. Then this becomes C-M-C' when the money is once introduced. The M-C-M' occurs when a businessman utilizes the money (M) to produce commodity (C) and resells it to generate more money (M'). Finally, the trading process of M - M' shows the capital or financial market, like the money or security market. The development of the function of money is shown by the changes of the money supply that measured with the inflation rate. This study contributes to advise the central bank in Thailand and Indonesia in managing the role of the central bank's credibility in achieving the inflation target and the proposed rules on monetary policy. Based on the data of 1990-2015 and using ANOVA and the regression analysis (α = 5%) the results show that 1) there is a significantly difference between the currency outside, demand deposits, and quasi-money; 2) the currency outside and the demand deposits in-significantly affects on the inflation rate; 3) the quasi money in-significantly affects and significantly affects on the inflation rate in Thailand and Indonesia.

The Principles of Islam requirehuman to maintain and improve their moral values BuT in fact, many Moslems face problems of moral deteriora tion, crisis of beliefs, and moral decadence that happenin all aspects of life. This moral deterioration is often associated by the experts of education with the failure of educat ion. The failure of education relates to the education system that has various components that affect each other. The elements needed in the education system are the goal of education , educators, students, tool s, and natural surroundings.The results of this study indicate that the essence of spiritual learning obligations according to Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy is araising the total of truth towards Allah SWT's path. The aims of the learning areto implement knowledge and clean the heart (tazkiyyah al-nafs) from worldly characters and the lust of dirtiness to ma'rifatullah. Spiritual educators are those who practice the law of Allah, clean the heart and guide students to the safety of life in the Hereafter . Learners constantly face Allah and obey Him, do not meet the call besides Allah, listen to the call of Allah and implement everything stated in the Qur ·an and the Prophet tradition. Teaching method used is the method of mau'izhah, sima', ahwal , and muhasabah fial-nafs (introspection). Educational materials are based on the basics of spiritual education in the Qur'an, the Prothet tradition. and the opinion of Muslim religious leaders who have noble characters and integrate science. Moral education is the core of Islamic education. The implications of the spiritual educational thought of Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy toward the reality of Islamic education in Indonesia is the emphasis of moral education that leads to a balance relationship between the exoteric and esoteric aspects of the learning process.

The research studies the Javanese language in the context of it society. The main goal is to express the knowledge system and the thought patterns of the Javanese society, especially the Javanese farmers, in understanding their life and the world of their life. The steps of this research are: (1) collecting data, (2) analyzing data, and (3) presenting the research results. The analysis of the data finds the following results: (1) The language units classification pattern are analyzed grammatically; (2) the knowledge system and the collective thought of the Javanese society expressed in the pranata mangsa are as follows: (a) The uses of metaphor describes: the world/the earth, (parts of) human body, wind, sounds, finery, water, and family relationship; (b) The reasons of using the Kawi language in pranata mangsa are motivated by the intellectual values, the artistic values, aesthetic aspects, and common usage in the Javanese literature; and (c) In relation to pranata mangsa, the Javanese society has the concepts of the vertical and horizontal relationship, which cover: the concept of God, the world/the earth, time, and space. Through pranata mangsa, the farmers harmonizing themselves with the cosmos and the nature.
