This study aimed at describing and analyzing the forms an d the factors of writing errors at Darul Luhah wa al-Dirasat al-Islamiyah Islamic boarding school Pamekasan Madura. This research is a descriptive qualitative type. To achieve these objectives, researcher used the Glesser and Strauss model to analyze data called the fixed comparison model consisting of four steps: data reduction, data categorization, coding, and preparing working hypotheses. The results of this study show ed that students errors in writing at Islamic boarding school Pamekasan Madura are mistakes in adding letters, subtracting letters, writing letters that sound alike, replacing letters or words, splitting letters or words, writing hamzah in the middle of sentences, connecting letters or words, writing hamzah qatha , writing hamzah above the line , and writing hamzah individually . The factors that influence students writing errors at Darul Lughah wa al-Dirasat al-Islamiyah are individual differences, students weakness in Arabic rules, students weakness on vocabulary mastery, students weakness on listening, the use of learning method, the absence of specific book for imla 'study, and limited time .

Maqasid syari'ah mengulas khulu' dalam pernikahan dengan maqasid Ammah dan Khassah, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori sirkular dengan memahami makna khulu' berdasarkan manfaat umum, maka khulu' adalah perceraian istri, karena talak pada dasarnya dapat timbul dari suami sebagai hak perceraian dan juga dari istri disebut perceraian atau khulu' atau fasakh. Maka khulu' merupakan solusi untuk permasalahan rumah tangga yang tidak dapat diselesaikan, sehingga hak istri tidak diabaikan, hukum memperbolehkan istri menceraikan suami dengan konsep khulu' atau fasakh di pengadilan agama, sebagai imbalan atas hak perceraian untuk istri.Kata Kunci: Fasakh Nikah, Talak Khulu’ dan Maqashid Syariah

Through this formal law the author will examine the terminology of amil zakat according to Islamic Law and Law. Amil zakat is a person who is involved or actively participates in zakat activities, starting from collecting zakat from muzaki to distributing it to mustahiq. Legal arrangements in Indonesia relating to the competence of amil zakat are very important in neglecting zakat funds and channeling them to mustahiq, but must be supported by the authorities. Islamic law considers the competence of amil zakat to be very urgent, with accountable amil. While the government is very competent in increasing Baznas income annually, supported also by the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) regarding the government's obligation to cut salaries for civil servants / ASNs to be more effective in raising zakat funds and Baznas will be more maximal in alleviating poverty and welfare of society and ummah as extension of the government to the welfare of the people.

This research is motivated by the low reading comprehension of Arabic which is possessed by students of Middle School 10 Sleman in understanding reading texts because of the absence of a linguistic environment and active, so it caused a lack of interest and motivation for learning in the learning process. This study aims to improve reading skills in Arabic for 7th grade students of Middle School 10 Sleman especially in understanding reading texts by using the Index Card Match strategy in learning reading skills. With this research, it is expected to be able to help teachers in the learning process of reading Arabic skills and improve students' ability to read. In its implementation, this study used a quasi-quantitative approach with the Experimental method. To find out the extent of the effectiveness of the Index Card Match strategy in learning Arabic reading skills, the formula used is the t-test. This study resulted in differences in statistical calculations in mean values ​​in the experimental group and the control group. For the experimental group reached an average of 81.28 and the control group 76.88. The value of "t" counts 2.335 and "t" table 2.042 so that "t" counts greater than "t" table, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and there are significant differences. From the results above the researchers concluded that the use of the Index Card Match strategy in learning Arabic reading skills was effective so that it could improve reading skills in 7th grade students of Middle School 10 Sleman.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perangkat ajar berbasis augmented reality sehingga objek akan terlihat lebih nyata dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa sistem tata surya. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengindetifikasi masalah, melakukan studi literatur, mengumpulkan data, mengembangkan sistem, menguji aplikasi dan menyusun laporan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Prototyping. Aplikasi pengenalan tata surya ini dibangun menggunakan unity sebagai game engine, vuforia SDK sebagai liberary augmented reality dan software sketchup untuk membuat rancangan objek. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi augmented reality pengenalan tata surya berbasis android pada SD Negeri 139/IV Kota Jambi.

Applying social network analysis, this research aims at understanding and explaining the process of socialization, dissemination, and the fortification of ideas on the importance of sending children to the religious-based private school. The results of this research are: First, there is the certain dominant perception among parents that the community and society at-large in which parents and their families belong to pose threats to the growth of children and teenagers. Second, there are certain negative perceptions on public and non-religious-based schools. The teaching of religious, moral, and virtuous values are considered as insufficient.

This study aims to answer the problem of the influence of task commitment on work disciplin to headmaster of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Deli Serdang. The population of this research is Islamic Elementary School Principal in Deli Serdang regency as many as 156 people with a total sample of 113 people taken to consult with Krejcle –Morgan Table. The research instrument used was a set of questionnare with Likert scale. The research data were processed and analyzed with path analysis. This Path analysis begins with the test requirements include the analysis of normality test, linearity test and significance of regression. The result of analysis showed that there is direct effect of task commitment on work discipline with path coefficient 0.086 to the head master of madrasah ibtidaiyah in Deli Serdang Regency. The implication of this research result explains that the improvement of work discipline of Islamic Elementary School Principal in Deli Serdang regency can be done by guaranteeing conducive organization climate, supportive management, effective communication channel and value system that support the fulfillment of creativity and work autonomy besides work environment that fosters mutual respects, helps and trusts in carrying out its duties.

This study aims to determine the rational fiqh about zakat and grants in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). This research method uses a qualitative concept, with a normative juridical approach in concreto and legal synchronization, while the Risert library research type (literature) and data analysis techniques use the contents analysis method with the benefit of measuring instruments. This study investigated the stereotypes of female online motorcycle taxi drivers, who pinned the stereotype of female online motorcycle taxi drivers, and why the stereotype of female online motorcycle taxi drivers in Surakarta emerged. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data used were primary data sources and secondary data sources—the data collected by interviews and observations. The informant retrieval technique used was snowball sampling and purposive sampling. This study indicated that (1) The stereotype of online motorcycle taxi drivers arises from a sub-culture in a society where men are closely related to masculine characteristics while women are feminine. So, working as a driver in a society closely related to masculine people creates stereotypes for women. (2) In the process, the stereotype of female online motorcycle taxi drivers appeared in most of the people who interacted with them, such as customers, fellow online motorcycle taxi drivers, and their families. (3) The reason for the emergence of a stereotype among female motorcycle taxi drivers is that women's driving proficiency is not the same as men's. In general, women who drive on a man are considered less common in some societies. Especially if the female drivers still receive orders at night, some community members and fellow male drivers consider it to be precarious and endangering to women. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana stereotip driver ojek online perempuan, siapa yang menyematkan stereotip driver ojek online perempuan dan mengapa stereotip driver ojek online perempuan di Kota Surakarta muncul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Stereotip pada driver ojek online muncul dari adanya sub budaya dalam masyarakat bahwa laki-laki erat dengan sifat maskulin sedangkan perempuan dengan sifat feminim. Sehingga, ranah pekerjaan sebagai driver yang di masyarakat erat dengan kaum maskulin membuat munculnya stereotip pada perempuan. (2) Dalam prosesnya stereotip terhadap driver ojek online perempuan muncul pada sebagian besar orang yang berinteraksi dengannya seperti customer, rekan sesama driver ojek online dan keluarga. (3) Alasan munculnya sebuah stereotip pada driver ojek perempuan berkaitan dengan kemahiran dalam mengemudi perempuan tidak sama dengan kaum laki-laki. Secara umum perempuan yang memboncengkan seorang laki-laki dianggap kurang lazim bagi sebagian masyarakat.Terlebih jika di malam haridriver perempuan yang masih gadis masih menerima orderan hal tersebut dianggap oleh sebagian masyarakat maupun dari teman sesama driver laki-laki sangat beresiko dan membahayakan diri perempuan.

This study aim was to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with survey method. The population in this study were Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 235 respondents. The technique of collecting data used an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was bootstrapping method using macro PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of this study show that there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, and there is the effect of e service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through Gojek Yogyakarta customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the e-service quality variable mediation coefficient of 0,0442; the mediation coefficient of price perception variable is 0,0404; and the mediation coefficient of sales promotion variable is 0.0676.

Perspective used in this research is Lewis Coser’s conflict theory. Unlike other researches that focus on the impact of internet-mediated interaction, this reseach offers a new perspective that considers virtual world a space where each individual interacting in it gets involved in a negotiation process with other individual or a group of individuals. Conclusions drawn from this reseach are as follows : (1) if it comes to conflict, the nature of virtual - real worlds relation is diadic one; (2) things that occur in the virtual world can be managed to be realized in the real world and vice versa; (3) virtual world is an imaginary space constructed by groups of individuals due to interaction barrier in the real world.

Education has certain achievement standards such as school supervision. An educational institution is required to meet the requirements of school administration. For that, school accreditation activities are conducted to improve the quality of education, especially at the institution. Some components that must be completed to conduct school accreditation activities are the instruments related to school activities such as curriculum, educator, learning process, facilities and infrastructure and financing. In the standard of facilities and infrastructure, the existence of the class becomes the core assessment as it relates to teaching and learning activities. After class physical fulfillment, good and conducive class management becomes the determinant of the effectiveness of learning activities. Therefore, good classroom management is necessary.

Purpose: This study aimed to measure the effect of the critical literacy approach on pre-service language teachers’ critical reading skills. The critical reading skills measured consisted of six levels: interpretation, analysis, inference, evaluation, explanation, and self-regulation.Research Methods: This study was designed as a quasi-experiment which involved 56 pre-service teachers studying at the Indonesian Language Teaching Department, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia. Research data was collected using a critical reading test. Prior to the study, a package of instructional materials was developed for theexperimental group. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and ANCOVA test with pretest scores as the covariate. Significance level was determined at = .05.Findings: The results of the study indicated that the critical literacy approach had a significant effect on the pre-service language teachers’ critical reading skills. The experimental group achieved better at critical reading skills and reached higher post-test scores on average. It indicated that the critical literacy approach had a significant effect on critical reading skills, which include interpretation, analysis, making an inference, evaluation, explanation, and self-regulation.Implications for Research and Practice: Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the critical literacy approach was effective in improving the students’ critical reading skills. These findings suggest that the process of reading a text critically from the domination perspective can develop students’ critical thinking. Future research could possibly discuss the results of a test conducted to investigate the effectiveness of the critical literacy approach based on gender variables, cognitive ability levels, and reading habit.

This study aims to determine the values of Tauhid Education in the National Education System and the relevance of the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 in strengthening the values of Tauhid Education. This research method uses a type of library research or literature study (library research). Using two data sources, namely: 1). The primary data is law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. 2). Secondary data is literature related to this research. The results of the study were obtained: 1) the values of Tauhid education contained in Chapter II Article 3 read: "National Education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God the Almighty". Chapter V Article 12 paragraph 1 point A reads: "Every student in each education unit has the right: get religious education in accordance with the religion he adheres to and is taught by educators who are of the same religion". Chapter X Article 36 paragraph 3 point A reads: "The curriculum is prepared in accordance with the level of education within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia by taking into account: Increased faith and piety". 2) Relevance of the Law on National Education System No. 20 of 2003 in strengthening the values of Tauhid education that the main purpose is: "Faithful and devoted to the Almighty God". Then the right of the first student is to get religious education in accordance with a religion that is followed and taught by religious educators. And the curriculum is arranged in accordance with the level of education within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia with the first increase, namely faith and piety.

The concept of sakinah family according to Muhammad Qurasih Shihab in Tafsir Al-Mishbah there are ten basic constructs, namely: 1). Marriage unites spirituality (mind) and body. 2). Marriage brings calm. 3). Know each other. 4). Love each other. 5). Love each other. 6). Biological channeling. 7). Sourced from all family members. 8). Its function brings together two large families. 9). Sourced from the heart (heart), then radiated outward in the form of activity (husband and wife). 10). Sakinah family strongly supports the effectiveness of worship to God. Ten constructs, the essence of Maqasyid sharia from the concept of the sakinah family according to Muhammad Quraish Shihab in the interpretation of Al-Mishbah is mahabbatullah (love of Allah). Love (mawaddah) is a tree that thrives in the heart. The root is humility to the lover (warahmah), the trunk is the introduction to him, the branch is fear of God and the creature must not let anyone stain it, the leaves are shy to shame and humiliation, the fruit is the unity of the heart that gives birth to cooperation, the flowers are mutually guarding each other's honor and closing the other's shame, the seed is calm (sakinah), while the water that watering it is remembering and mentioning his name. The thinking of Muhammad Quraish Shihab about sakinah family in the interpretation of al-Mishbah in terms of the development of Islamic family law in Indonesia that the concept of sakinah family is very relevant to the Marriage Law, because his concept according to article 1 is to establish a happy and eternal family based on the Godhead The Almighty. Improving the quality of learning in schools depends on several factors. A very important factor is the application of school culture towards quality improvement. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school people without feeling forced. School culture that must be maintained is one of disciplinary problems, including the discipline of teachers in attendance in class in the teaching and learning process. To improve the discipline of teachers can be sought through various ways. In this School Action Research (SAR), the action was taken in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers in SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. The study was conducted in two cycles, because of the results of research and data analysis, in the second cycle, teacher discipline in in the class in the teaching and learning process increases and fulfills the indicators that have been set at 75%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that increasing teacher discipline in class attendance in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.

This study aims to describe (1) aspects of violence in short stories in Jazz, Parfum,dan Insiden, (2) socio-political conditions as backgrounds to the violence, (3)the possibility for the fiction to reform society. The data source was Jazz, Parfum, danInsiden by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The data were analyzed by the content analysisemploying the descriptive qualitative technique. The data trustworthiness was assessedthrough the semantic validity. The findings show that (1) aspects of violenceinclude murder, torture, kidnap, rape, and other types of violence, (2) socio-politicalconditions as backgrounds to the violence are human right violations including theDili incident at the Santa Cruz cemetery on 12 November 1991 and the conditions ofthe occupied East Timor in general, and (3) the fiction has a role in forming readers’awareness of violent acts by government apparatus in the occupation of East Timorby the New Order government that tended to be militaristic and authoritarian. Thefiction indirectly gave contribution to the downfall of the New Order governmentand the independence of Timor Leste.Keywords: violence, East Timor, literature’s reflective role, literature’s formativerole

Character education is an educational process aimed at learners to develop the values, attitudes, and behaviours that emit noble character or noble character. Research with the aim of, (1) To describe the implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang; (2) To describe the form of school activities in the implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang; (3) To explain the constraints faced in the implementation ofcharacter education to students at SMPN 5 Malang; (4) To explain a solution that is made to overcome the obstacles to implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang. This study uses qualitative research techniques. Researchers directly involved in collecting information related to their topic. The collection of data obtained by observation techniques, interviewing techniques, and technical documentation. The informant information that needs to be explored is the principal SMPN5 Malang, Student representatives, IslamicTeachers, PPKn Teachers, and class 7, 8, and 9. Then the data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of character education to students in Junior High School 5 Malang to implement school culture that prays together, implement 5S, flag ceremonies and manners of incorporating the materials into every subject. Form of school activities in the field of religion is Imtaq, Khotmil Qur’an, and commemorating religious holidays. Field of self-development and winning personality to hold extracurricular,flag ceremony, student council activities and comply with regulations. And social fields which carry out social service. Constraints on the internal factors that character education lessons were removed, and students are still unstable, external factors are the impact of globalization, parents and children often indulge milieu wrong. The solution is to provide guidance that provide insight, training and supervision, teachers set a good example, providing facilitiessupporting character education and establish good communication between parents and the school. The conclusion that the implementation of character education to students at SMPN 5 Malang to implement and incorporate the material culture of the school moral and character are integrated into each subject. School events that shape the field of religion, self-development field and superior personality, and social areas. The obstacles are internal factors and external factors. And solutions to overcome these obstacles is to provide guidance, teachers give good example, providing character education support facilities and establish excellent communication between parents and the school.

Islam as the most blessed religion of Allah swt (surah al-Imran verse 19), is also the proof of Islam's most perfect religion, perfected. Islam also regulates how the concept of education, both within the family and outside the family. This study aims to determine the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH relating to the responsibility and law of educating his wife and children in the household with religious education. This reason needs to be discussed, many in the community of husbands (parents) who neglect the obligations and responsibilities of educating family members, so that not a few households run aground in the middle of the road or at least broken home throughout life. This research is a literary model with primary sources of hadith book (al-tis'ah pole), and secondary data from the literature relating to this research. The result is that in the book of poles al-tis'ah according to the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH there are approximately 69 traditions related to the responsibility of educating his wife and children, of the 69 traditions, two traditions are discussed in detail (Tirmizi narration No. 2577 and Muslim No 2137, because these two traditions summarize the meaning of 67 other traditions, it can be concluded that educating wives and children for their husbands (fathers) the law is fardhu ain or obligatory for the head of the family as a form of responsibility to provide inner support (religious knowledge) to family members (wife and children) in the 69 traditions contain the command sentence "teach or educate", then in the method of jurisprudence "al-ashlu fil amri lil wujub" the meaning of the origin of each command is mandatory. "Therefore a wife or child has the right to sue her husband (father) to educate religion as an obligation in Islamic law.
