The cosmetics industry is projected to continue to experience growth by the Indonesian Cosmetics Companies Association by 15% to Rp. 11.22 trillion from Rp. 9.76 trillion in 2012. One of the cosmetic brands in Indonesia is Wardah Cosmetic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers and Wardah Cosmetic's perceived quality on the buying interest. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, with the type of descriptive-causal analysis. Sampling with a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with a sample size of 100 female consumers in the city of Bandung. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model analysis. Based on SEM-PLS analysis, the celebrity endorser variable has a strong effect on purchase intention with a T-Statistics value of 7.486. Based on the moderation effect analysis, perceived quality perfectly mediates with a T-Statistics value of 1.124. The conclusion of this study, the variable perceived quality effectively influences as a perfect mediator towards celebrity endorsers and buying interest, which means that Wardah Cosmetic's use of celebrity endorsers is appropriate to affect the perceived quality of Wardah Cosmetic products and stimulate consumer buying interest.

Special Economic Zones are very important for the progress of an area. SEZ is able to contribute to the regional economy and increase economic development by providing direct and indirect effects. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of special economic zones on regional economic development. The object of this study is to explore the establish SEZ in Indonesia just only refer to two SEZs namely SEI Mangke and Tanjung Lesung. This research used literature study as a method. The results show that SEZ make the regional economy is starting to move towards a better direction. The role of two SEZs observed have different impact on regional economy, SEI Mangke has a positive impact on macroeconomy indicator such as reduced unemployment, reduced poverty and an increased economic growth rate in Simalungun Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the love of money and Machiavellian on the unethical perceptions of accounting students both partially and simultaneously. Respondents in this study were active students majoring in accounting at State Polytechnic of Malang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 321 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire containing 58 questions related to the love of money, Machiavellian, and unethical perception. The results of the study prove that the love of money has a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students. Machiavellian has a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students. Simultaneously the love of money and Machiavellian have a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students.

Accountant integrity is questioned, when fraud occurs which involves accountants as one of the actors. This paper seeks to explore the Javanese culture in interpreting the character of an accountant with integrity, with the philosophy Sedulur Papat Kalima Pancer. This philosophy means that every human being will be fully human with four energies without ignoring consciousness as the center of everything. There are four figures who are always present in the wayang called the punakawan who came from this philosophy. The character of each of the characters of a punakawan when put together reflects the character of the accountant who excels. Semiotics is a method used in this paper to uncover the "pancer" integrity of accountants in Javanese culture and to know the noble character of accountants repepted by the punakawan. The paper finds that the pancer of accountant integrity is consciousness, and accountants can become a superior person by prioritizing creativity, taste, intention, and work.

This thesis is an analysis of a play written by Kristoffer Diaz entitled The Elaborate Entrance Of Chad Deity (2011). It investigates the issue of fluid identity that is experienced by citizen in multicultural society. This analysis is related to the multiculturalism approach and the concept of fluid identity by Andrew Robinson and Leary and Tangney. The analysis focuses on the issue of fluid identity. The aim of this analysis is to what extent the character, conflict (plot), setting and stage direction contribute to reveal the issue of fluid identity. The result of the study shows that identity is fluid and dynamics. It is not biologically. Identity can be changed by time and contexts. Fluid identity is influenced by external factors.

Infrastructure is a standard of education considered and provided by every educational institution, because of complete facilities and infrastructure are a support for the learning process in an educational institution. Therefore, every educational institution must have feasible and useful in order to support the learning process. Effective learning is supported by complete facilities and infrastructure. Every school community should maintain and maintain existing facilities and infrastructure and also optimize the management to create durable school facilities and well maintained. The well service of these facilities and infrastructure is benefit to the school community, especially students in their learning. The main purpose of managing school facilities and infrastructure is to provide good and professional services in creating the effective and conducive school environment.

The growth of Indonesian cosmetic industry opens the market opportunity for halal cosmetic. Most of cosmetic industry is dominated by international brands otherwise local brands take the opportunity of the niche market by offering halal cosmetic products. To strive in the competition among companies, they must have a good strategy in sell the product to consumers. A broad exploration of previous research was conducted, and found that it is important for company to understand the consumer purchase intention. It was found that brand personality, trust, and attitude were considered become significant factors influencing the purchase intention. It is hoped that this conceptual paper will trigger better understanding on what factors influence purchase intentions of purchasing Halal cosmetic products.
