The article deals with the axiological and modal parameters of the evaluation of a woman as a personality as a speaker of the beautiful sex of mankind with the help of characterizing means of language: aphorisms of various types, winged sayings, proverbs, sayings, etc. It is proved that a woman is the engine of progress, the basis and cause of all that happens in society, as well as the object of love and a doration. A woman is perceived and evaluated by the following parameters: appearance;as an object of love and deifi cation; manner of behavior, due to features of the character and properties of the psyche; as a guardian of the home hearth; female luck; role in society. In the circle of aphoristic expressions and winged expressions associated with the fi rst position in this series of categorical features, two subgroups are clearly distinguished: a) not personifi ed, the general characteristic of a woman as a generalized subject; b) a personifi ed score having its addressee and that, due to the accuracy and expressiveness of its verbalization, became a winged one. In all the variety of phraseological units (idioms, phrases, proverbs, sayings, aphorisms, linguistic stamps, winged sentences and literary citations), as well as in units of text, the image of the beautiful sex of mankind in different times and epochs is drawn up, fi xed and preserved for the descendants. In them, the characteristic features of a woman are refl ected not only in general sense content, but also in the features of its individual mental system, magnetized by emotions and intentions, as well as its value relation to the surrounding and to itself. Verbal complexes of different types verbalize the image of women as a source and carrier of forming tendencies of general cultural and social development through the prism of national-cultural specifics.

Facial width-to height ratio (fWHR), presumed to be shaped by testosterone during puberty, has been linked with aggressive, dominant, and power-seeking behavioral traits in adult males, although the causal mediation is still being disputed. To investigate the role of mere observer attribution bias in the association, we instructed participants to draw, feature-assemble, or photo-edit faces of fictitious males with aggressive-dominant character (compared with peaceloving-submissive), or powerful social status (compared with powerless). Across three studies involving 1,100 modeled faces in total, we observed little evidence for attribution bias with regards to facial width. Only in the photo-edited faces did character condition seem to affect fWHR; this difference, however, relied on displayed state emotions, not on static facial features. Anger, in particular, was expressed by lowered or V-shaped eyebrows, whereby facial height was reduced so that fWHR increased, relative to the comparison condition where the opposite happened. Using Bayesian analyses and equivalence testing, we confirmed that, in the absence of state emotionality, there was no effect of character condition on facial width. Our results add to a number of recent studies stressing the role of emotion overgeneralization in the association of fWHR with personality traits, an attributional bias that may give rise to a self-fulfilling prophecy. Methodologically, we infer that static images may be of limited use for investigations of fWHR because they cannot sufficiently differentiate between transient muscular activation and identity-related bone structures. This study aims to research Luwu's oral literary work on the character of the story based on the Levi-Strauss analysis model. "Saliwu, Pahlawan Suku Padoe" is one of the literary works of the Luwu community which is full of values and concepts of life, delivered orally, and passed down from generation to generation to speakers. This story tells about a great king's who struggle with high self-esteem against the oppression of other ethnic group who wished to dominate and colonize their region. In addition, the story can be a source of advice and learning for posterity for the provision of the coming day so that it does not get lost. This story also intends to introduce a character who is described as a great hero and highly respected. He is willing to be held captive and die in exile rather than betraying his people who uphold custom. The theory used is Levi-Strauss with descriptive analysis method. The results found indicate that there is structured relationship between elements in the story and social conditions in the community.

Many organizations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors have begun to take action to address the systemic racism entrenched in their processes, systems, and structures. This has included commitments to elevate initiatives for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Data indicates that such good faith efforts are often not as successful as leaders and organizations had envisioned. Our assertion is that if we really want to address systemic racism in organizations, we must first attend to the people who work there. This is because their individual and collective character, revealed through behavior, drives and determines organizational processes, systems, structures, and culture. The purpose of this paper is to connect character to the creation and sustainment of organizational cultures of equity, diversity, and inclusion with a specific focus on anti-Black racism. Character is not a subjective, amorphous entity but manifests as a set of observable behaviors. We explain that character equips people with consciousness and the conduct to embrace and cultivate equity, diversity, and inclusion in their organizations and their lives. We provide concrete examples of the dimensions of character in action using brief illustrations.

People often make judgments of others' moral character - an inferred moral essence that presumably predicts moral behavior. We first define moral character and explore why people make character judgments before outlining three key elements that drive character judgments: behavior (good vs. bad, norm violations, and deliberation), mind (intentions, explanations, capacities), and identity (appearance, social groups, and warmth). We also provide taxonomy of moral character that goes beyond simply good vs. evil. Drawing from the theory of dyadic morality, we outline a two-dimensional triangular space of character judgments (valence and strength/agency), with three key corners - heroes, villains, and victims. Varieties of perceived moral character include saints and demons, strivers/sinners and opportunists, the nonmoral, virtuous, and culpable victims, and pure victims.

Multiple studies employ consumers’ intentions rather than actual purchases when assessing organic food consumption. These studies typically suggest a green bias in organic market share. Employing reactance and construal level theory, this research investigates the impact of one’s social distance to the character depicted in ads (animal vs. human) and the temporal distance (present vs. future) toward organic animal husbandry on consumers’ purchase responses directly; indirectly, as related to the portrayed character; and generally to organic foods. Three 2 (temporal distance: low, high) × 2 (social distance: low, high) between-subjects experiments demonstrate that low social distance depicting humans rather than animals induces psychological reactance, which impedes purchase intentions of organic groceries, whereas ads featuring high social and temporal distance (depicting animals in an ideal future husbandry state) increase consumers’ purchase intentions and actual purchase behavior, even for products with no direct connection to the depicted character in the ads.

A person's gender is not a reliable predictor of their negotiation behavior or outcomes, because the degree and character of gender dynamics in negotiation vary across situations. Systematic effects of gender on negotiation are best predicted by situational characteristics that cue gendered behavior or increase reliance on gendered standards for agreement. In this review, we illuminate two levers that heighten or constrain the potential for gender effects in organizational negotiations: ( a) the salience and relevance of gender within the negotiating context and ( b) the degree of ambiguity (i.e., lack of objective standards or information) with regard to what is negotiable, how to negotiate, or who the parties are as negotiators. In our summary, we review practical implications of this research for organizational leaders and individuals who are motivated to reduce gender-based inequities in negotiation outcomes. In conclusion, we suggest future directions for research on gender in organizational negotiations.

The article is devoted to the memory of an outstanding scholar — physicist, philosopher, theologian and translator — S. Khoruzhy (1941–2020), with whom the author maintained active communication for three decades. This communication included various human and scholarly encounters: meetings in person, correspondence, participation in projects and conferences, book presentations, and shared accommodations in Sofia and Moscow. The article reveals a number of hitherto unknown facts of the scholar’s biography. Also published are his thoughts on topics he found most relevant, based on an interview in Sofia in June 1997, transcribed by the author. Khoruzhy’s philosophical studies ran in parallel with his major subject (theoretical physics), but it was not until 1989 that his theological and philosophical works reached a wider audience. The article emphasises Khoruzhy’s versatile giſt: an original philosopher, author of the concept of synergetic anthropology and successor of the traditions of Russian religious philosophy, he is also atranslator of Ulysses, a scholar of J. Joyce, and a prominent figure of 20th- and 21st-c. Russian culture.

One of the use of learning media is to deliver the material from teacher to students. There are many types of learning media that can be applied to learning activities, especially at the primary school. In the era of technology, there are many new habits in life especially for primary school. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the material for primary school students about the value of goodness contained in regional arts. This research is included in research and development which will later obtain the results of a teaching material in the form of a Pop up book learning media by using Jombang's art figures. In addition to obtain a learning media, this research also aims to determine the process, implementation, and quality of the media. The research process was carried out in accordance with the steps in the 4-D model from Thiagarjan which had been modified by researchers without dissemination stage. In the development process, the researcher obtained 94.35% from material and media experts. While at the implementation stage, the researcher obtained 85.89% from the average score given by media users. Then 87.01% for the quality score which is the average of the process and implementation stages which indicates that the media developed by researchers is included in the category of very valid and feasible to be used without the need for improvement.

Teaching literature during a pandemic can be an alternative in developing character in students. This research is important to do to see the convergence of performances that are usually watched once, but due to digitalization, it is now easier for viewers to enjoy the performance. This study reveals the role and function of virtual drama staging in character building in children during the pandemic. The research data source is the recording of the virtual performance of Theater Comma entitled "Pandemi" by N. Riantiarno. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. And the method used is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses an objective (approachstructural).The findings found several values of character strengthening, namely religious, honest, responsible, and social care. These four values can be seen from the dialogue between actors to the attitude of the actors in responding to the pandemic. Based on the values of character education found, it shows that virtual performances are able to become a relevant literary medium for planting character education in the distance learning period. The research aims to determine and describe the existence of a matematics teacher in the novel Guru Aini, socio-cultural background and educational values contained in the novel. The research is a descriptive research method qualitative content analysis. The research novel Guru Aini is examined with the approach of sociology literature. Validation is used triangulation theory with stages of reading, records, and analysis of the document. The result of this research incate that the existence of a mathematics teacher most feared by students. This is because mathematics is considered a difficult subject to understand so that many students who dislike mathematics. Then the socio-cultural background in Guru Aini’s novel includes customs and beliefs such as the habit of sprinkling sand into the air while avoiding danger, the language used in Indonesian wit a combination of Sumatera language, the religion that many Islamic figures adhere to, the work that is being carried out namely teachers and others, and the character’s last education is D-3 and high school. Finnaly, the educational value contained in Guru Aini’s novel includes the value of social education which is depicted from interaction of the character with community, the value of moral education which is depicted from attitudes and behavior of the characters, the value of religious education which is depicted from the teachings of Islam in the novel and the educational value of strunggle from character efforts in achieving his dreams. Education has a major role in building and shaping the quality of character of the nation's children. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to identify the characters shown by SDIT Mutiara Cendekia students and describe the application of character education. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative research method, so the results of this study are: 1) Character values that are applied and shown are religious, independent and responsible, honest and wise, respectful and polite, generous, and helpful. 2) The application and concept of character education at SDIT Mutiara Cendekia by cultivating or habituation. 3). Strategies used by teachers in implementing character education such as always reminding students of good things, giving educative warnings and punishments, teachers providing examples or being role models, applying habituation, and growing awareness and desires of individual students. 4) Barriers to the implementation of character education at SDIT Mutiara Cendekia include factors from teachers, parents, the environment, and the students themselves.

Changing teachers’ practice is difficult, especially in low- and middle-income contexts (LMIC). Recently, with attention turning to improving early mathematics in addition to reading outcomes, donors, governments, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are grappling with the design of mathematics interventions and supportive policies. However, there is limited evidence showing how to change teachers’ practices in early mathematics classrooms in LMIC. For this exploratory study, the authors provided 15 kindergarten teachers in Ghana with sequenced mathematics activities, with some teachers receiving low-cost manipulatives (e.g., bottle-cap counters and number cards), and other teachers being asked to create or gather their own. The findings showed that teachers who were given the manipulatives were much more likely than teachers not given the manipulatives to use the activities provided. In addition, the character of the instruction was qualitatively different for teachers who were given the manipulatives. These results, while exploratory, suggest the need for classroom sets of manipulatives when designing an intervention that aims to change teachers’ practices.

Se desea demostrar que en este texto se ofrece una representación suigéneris de la mujer, la cual ya no es más vista como un ser en minusvalía social (débil, pasivo, dependiente), sino que se presenta como alguien que posee agencia, es decir, que es capaz de problematizar su circunstancia y, además, hace algo para poder superarla. Asimismo, se desea probar que, en este cuento, se representa a la “mala madre”, entendida como el personaje femenino que no está dispuesto a seguir los mandatos sociales que la maternidad impone. Esta “mala madre” privilegia su condición individual antes que la referida a sus hijos. Finalmente, también se quiere demostrar que “La camisa del marido” es un cuento en el que se problematiza lo difícil de las relaciones familiares, las que no aseguran ni el afecto ni la armonía entre las personas que conforman una familia.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the student character values in learning activities carried out during the Pandemic. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data was taken using observation and questionnaires and then analyzed with quantitative methods and then described to see how the student's character was seen from the indicators of honesty, hard work, discipline, communicative and responsible. The results of the study indicate that the value of student character during online learning is seen in the indicators of responsibility and discipline. While the indicators of honesty, hard work and communicativeness do not seem to get good results.

Character development is in the form of 3 compulsory classes using values from Pancasila, Citizenship, and Religion. To improve continuously, it is necessary to find out students' attitudes toward character-building courses they had taken. This research measures students' attitudes towards the importance of character development, their favorite character-building course, how character-building courses influence their character, and whether applicable and relevant to everyday life. The result of the research shows students understood the importance of character development, the Character Building: Religion course was their favorite. The Character Building: Religion highly affects their character and is very applicable and relevant. Character Building: Pancasila and Character Building: Civics has an influence on their character, which are also applicable and relevant. The current state of Character-Building courses is good but still has room to improve. By knowing how students respond, further improvement can be more precise and effective.

The present paper provides an outline of the German eptonym, as a quotation-like utterance that can be traced back to the name of its real or alleged author, a precedential text / a part of a precedential text connected with the concept AUTHOR. The eptonyms are examined from the point of view of the specifics of the AUTHOR's position regarding the topic of the utterance determining the type of eptonym. The four-step algorithm shown in the paper involves modelling the degree of the author's personality prominence in the eptonym. Two polar points – maximal social experience and maximal individualised author-based approach – are represented in the eptonymicon by maxims and aphorisms respectively. It is stated that the maxim objectifies the moral norms of a certain national language collective. It is rational, contains an immanent moral component, has a directive character, explicates the rules of behaviour, ethical principles, objective laws, norms. The aphorism is paradoxical, reflecting the depth and originality of individual author's multi-vector thought, formal symmetric, dialogic, breaking the rules of formal logic. The provided method can be used with the purpose of distinguishing and defining other types of German eptonyms.

The study aims at investigating the degree of accuracy in describing the character of mental disabilities in modern Arabic drama. The study takes the Egyptian Film Toot-Toot as an example. Toot -Toot is a film about a mentally handicapped heroine, “Kareema”, who was sexually abused by a wealthy man, and she was also socially harassed by the people of her community. The study tries to prove that there is an accurate stereotypical representation of the mentally up-normal characters in Arabic n drama and cinema. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The sincerity and consistency of the study tool were confirmed the study summarized the film into eight scenes, then they were analyzed and discussed in light of the degree of accuracy of the general characteristics of mental disabilities which include the following: cognitive, physical, linguistic, the social and psychological characteristics. Also, the role of social institutions towards the mentally disabled is discussed. The results revealed that the purpose is to make the audience to be sympathized rather than empathized by the dramatic representation of the disabled character for the sake of increasing the cash revenue of the film. To sum up, the mentally- handicapped characters were misrepresented; they were so far from the scientific and medical diagnosis.

This paper studies the considerations made by Brecht in the first half of the twentieth century on universal elements that do not derive from arbitrary decisions on justice, but can stem from the necessary feelings inherent to human beings. Confirming this is within the bounds of scientific research. And if these elements are considered as a whole and combined with the two methods proposed by the relativists—clarifying the meaning of the proposed interpretations and analysing their implications—the demonstrable elements obtained are of considerable worth.

En este marco distinguiremos el carácter secundario de sus consideraciones del cuerpo físico y algunas de sus implicancias. Para ello analizaremos sus elaboraciones en torno a la praxis y las relaciones con el mundo circundante para circunscribir su tratamiento de los índices corporales o las figuras manuales en su trabajo de 1927. Luego articularemos sus consideraciones sobre los gestos corporales en sus seminarios de 1960, de tal modo que permita dar cuenta de alcances y límites de estas elaboraciones.

The ballet masters that created character dance for ballet often created ballroom dances based on folk origin, but that would be suitable for the urban population. This popularity of national dance was the result of the burgeoning of romantic nationalism that swept Europe after the French Revolution. Beginning in the 1930s with Igor Moiseyev founding the first professional ‘folk dance’ company for the Soviet Union, nation states across the world established large, state-supported folk dance companies for purposes of national and ethnic representation that dominated the stages of the world for the second half of the twentieth century. These staged versions of folk dance, were, I argue an extension of nineteenth century national/character dance because their founding directors, like Igor Moiseyev, came from the era when ballet dancers were trained in that genre.

The objectives of this research are (1) to develop M-Vocset for teaching English for young learner and (2) to know the benefit of M-Vocset for teaching English in Kangaroo Preschool. In this research, researcher used Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall. To simplify this research, the researcher shortened it to four stages that are: data collection and information, planning, product development and final product. Data collection technique used in this research is interview and document analysis. This research was conducted at Kangaroo Preschool with age 2-4 years old. The findings of this research are: analysis needs of students and document analysis. The result is that researcher use Holy days  as learning material to be developed. To accomplish M-Vocset, the researcher asked for input from the expert team and also the teacher there. Regarding the benefits, it is easy to use and it is to teach students how to write a sentence in English. M-Vocset develops student character regarding tolerance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of sociocultural (social-cultural)-based character education with the aim of providing empowerment in the world of education for the formation of national character based on socio-cultural values, at the high school education level. This sociocultural-based character education has been adapted to the goals of national education which focuses on teachers and developing skills and knowledge, as well as building the nation's character. The research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological design. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, interviews, FGD (focus group discussions), and documentation studies to obtain the observed data. Data analysis is guided by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research shows that the implementation of sociocultural-based character education is referred to as an alternative solution and learning model to instill character values that consider the advantages of local/regional culture and the potential of socio-cultural values. Lampung, as one of the provinces of Indonesia, certainly has the uniqueness and characteristics of the traditional culture of Lampung, which is known as a friendly and heterogeneous community, so it is very relevant for planting and strengthening character education in high school. With the design of character education based on local sociocultural culture and implemented in an integrated manner in subjects. This study aims to know the socio-cultural aspects of the discourse kada to minaa Toraja in the formation of the character of learners. This research method is qualitative with an ethnographic design. The data analysis technique in this study is Ethnographic Research Cycle. The results of this study showed that the socio-cultural aspects of kada to minaa Toraja discourse in the formation of the character of learners are: First, the aspect of politeness value in kada to minaa , namely Mekatabe' londong lako to disa'bu' gayang ma'pampang ma'paran-paran . Second, the religious aspect of kada to minaa "Di posulo sulo lalan di pobia' kalambanan." Third, aspects of social practice or habits/rituals contained in kada to minaa , namely "Laku olapa umbating lakulomban pamario." Fourth, aspects of family values in the expression " Totiumba' Batu Rupanna tama Tandung Kalonaran ." Fifth, aspects of the value of humility in kada to minaa "Tang lara'ba pa te riu laku lessa', tangmaupu' pa' te umpalumba' sangpatikan anna bisara." Sixth, the religious aspect of kada to minaa speech is "Antan Tundan tongan mora Puang dimatua dao masua anggana to palulungan dao pataralayukna."

The article examines intentional lexical deviations in a literary text on the example of “Flowers for Algernon” by D. Keyes and its translation into Russian. Writing the text, the author can use such violations as an effective stylistic device to create a specific speech portrait of a character. Changes in the intellect and consciousness of the protagonist of the novel are revealed in the lexical level of the language: as intellectual development progresses, the flow of the character’s thoughts becomes logical, the vocabulary is enriched with new “complex” expressions, lexical errors disappear, and the character’s speech acquires expressiveness and artistic imagery. To translate texts containing intentional lexical deviations adequately, the translator should be creative and resourceful, which often requires the use of translation strategies and various kinds of transformations, such as generalization, omission and holistic transformation.

Understanding and appreciation of the identity of the Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya with the motto Anggung Wimbuh Linuwih, which means always growing and developing for the better, needs to be done. The strategy that can be applied is to design a superior product that has the character of Wijaya Kusuma This food product was designed with the nuances of the character of Wijaya Kusuma. The product that reviewed in this research is chocolate product. Food product design in this study used the concept of pleasurable design, which reviews product design from the aspects of functionality, usability, and pleasure. Pleasurable design was chosen with the consideration that this product design method involves customers as product users to participate in building product designs as needed and wanted. The purpose of this study was to determine the attributes of chocolate products according to market demand, as well as to design a chocolate product design with the character of Wijaya Kusuma values. Based on the research results obtained 16 product configurations based on seven product attributes (taste, sweetness level, texture, shape, packaging method, health benefits, and appearance/profile). Attributes that have a high importance value are attributes of appearance/profile and taste. Attributes of appearance/profile can directly describe the character of Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. while the taste attribute is one of the key attributes in food products. Product design 5 (chocolate taste, slightly sweet, texture of slightly hard, rectangle shape, folded packaging method, no preservatives, and UWKS logo profile) became the selected product with a total utility value of 10.75.

One of the things that has always been a problem in society and requiring special attention is drug abuse. Drugs (short for Narcotics, Psychotropic and other dangerous Addictive Substances) are materials/substances which, when entered into the human body, either physically or Oral/drink, inhaled, or injected, can change thoughts, moods or feelings, and behavior of a person. Drugs can cause physical and psychological dependence (addiction). This community service activity is carried out Community participation in the form of socializing the impact of drug abuse in the community is one of the comprehensive countermeasures. Pre-experimental research methods and types of field research with counseling and mentoring approaches character to youth organization (Karang Taruna). The activity is the increasing knowledge about the impact of drug abuse in the community by optimizing information technology-based. The youth problems were obtained during the activities, then the problem solving was presented at the end of the activity. The results of the activity showed that the youth organization had understood the dangers of drugs abuse for their character building. In addition, they were eager to inform the results of activities to the other friends. As the educational institution that is very close to their environment, University of Mercubuana is expected to continue to give guidance and support for the adolescents' activities.

Therefore, communication skills and an individual's personality are interconnected with each other. The formulation in this service is how to introduce the foster youth of the National Education Care Foundation located in Ciledug for efforts to build character and personality and the source comes from noble values (kebudiluhuran)? To what extent the basic leadership and organizational skills are inculcated in the foster youth of the National Education Care Foundation located in Ciledug, and therefore, they will become a generation that can develop their best potential? The purpose of this service is to introduce persuasively to the foster youth of the National Education Care Foundation located in Ciledug, on ways to build the character and personality through the introduction of noble values (kebudiluhuran), to develop basic skills in effective communication. The methods in this service are observation, interviews and teaching. The results of this service are obtained in a kind of providing an understanding of communication skills and abilities, and lecturers have strategic positions. As intellectuals, lecturers have a moral responsibility to contribute to the surrounding community. The target community for this service program are the foster youths of the National Education Care Foundation located in Ciledug, Tangerang.

The representation of a negative character as the central axis of the story seems to have become popular since the premiere of Breaking Bad (2008-2013). The classic division between a protagonist who is a positive object of representation is followed by a story whose main character has negative narrative connotations. Despite having become widespread in recent years, it is a scheme that already existed in the cinema and in literature and that we, as viewers, have already seen in films of such a standing as The Godfather (1972), among others.This lecture aims to glimpse the historical origin of the figure of the negative or perverse character in the cinema and, for this, we will go back to Europe at the beginning of the 20th century, in which serials such as Fantômas (1913) worked on the big screen and influenced the expressionist monsters of the 1920s, such as Dr. Caligari, Nosferatu or Dr. Mabuse.By analyzing this cinema, the reasons why these characters arouse aesthetic fascination will be studied; In other words, the reasons why evil has aesthetic appeal in works of art will be investigated. Thus, we will ask ourselves why the Machiavellian characters are aesthetically admired, while morally they are rejected. This requires a reflection on the separation of aesthetic judgment and moral judgment, in the way that Schiller did, and the adaptation of that split to the present, making the aforementioned journey through the history of cinema.

The movie Doña Clara, a Kleber Mendonça Filho film, analysed as a sample of identification analysis of contemporary Ibero-American cinema. Based on a quantitative methodology, the data has been analysed focusing on the characters which belong to a narrative look like the hypermodern cinema. The purpose of the study is to propose this movie as a model of Ibero-American paradigmatic cinema. The main character represented by Doña Clara and interpreted by Sonia Braga exerts a predominant position that sustains the whole work, the other characters as a choreography embody the rest of society. The conclusions present the cinema as a visual art that faithfully represents the historical moment by which we observe Ibero-American society.

The presence of argumentation in a STEM activity implemented with 20 students of Early Childhood Education Grade 3 (5-6 years) is analysed. According to the interdisciplinary nature of the activity, where knowledge of mathematics and science is integrated, a variant of the Argumentative Situation, which considers both functional and contextual aspects of argumentation in early school mathematics, is used: the Argumentative Situation in Interdisciplinary Connection. The analysis of data shows that in the sequence of tasks, the main function of the argumentation is to explain and the character is narrative: the arguments are short and concise, they answer a specific question and use key expressions to show the relationship between its constituent elements. It is concluded the necessity of designing new studies with this analytical framework to consolidate these initial results Se analiza la presencia de la argumentación en una actividad STEM implementada con 20 alumnos de 3.º de Educación Infantil (5-6 años). Stereotypes created by society toward women still can be found around. Women could not be leaders, could not have a decent job, did not have to have high education, and their position only to please their family. In this research the researcher is discussing about stereotypes that happened towards women. By using Barbara Walter's theory, where it is portrayed how men find women should be under their position whether in work position or in general, this study is examined. The method used in this research is qualitative method, where the data taken from sentences or conversations from the novel On the Come Up by Angie Thomas. The results of this study indicate the main character is not following the stereotypes that society has created. It can be concluded that she is not the ideal type based on societal stereotypes.
