The article presents proposed mathematical problems and solutions. Let ABCD be a convex quadrilateral and hypothesize there is a point M on the diagonal BD having the property that the perimeters of CBM and ABM are the same and the perimeters of CDM and ADM are the same. It mentions that adjacency matrices with respect to vertices' reorderings are attained by fusing by a permutation matrix.
