During the last 40 years a lot of mathematical models were developed for simulation of cardiomyocytes electrophysiology. In this work we propose an algorithm for meta-analysis of these models. Using pairwise comparison, our approach searches for outliers in model predictions that can be obtained in one model, but not in the other. Here, we analyzed four models of the atrial cardiomyocytes with the proposed approach. Our results show significant differences in the ability of models to simulate the delayed afterdepolarization, early afterdepolarization, sustained triggered activity, and the failure of activation. The proposed approach may be useful for the comparison of two models and for obtaining additional rejection criteria for studies with the model populations. Mathematical modeling of radiation-induced adaptation by changing the DCF (dose change factor) from the time interval was carried out. The selected function describes the experimental data with an approximate valueof R2 = 0.95. The model was tested on a yeast culture of a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The yeast culture was contained in a nutrient medium of the composition: 4% sugar, 96% distilled water, cell counting was carried out using a Goryaev's chamber. Pseudo electrocardiogram (pseudo-ECG) is a virtual ECG signal that is computed using 1D mathematical models of the myocardium. This signal has the QRS-complex and T wave similar to that of real ECG. In this paper, we used pseudo-ECG as a tool to develop an algorithm for the estimation of electrophysiological properties of the myocardium or single cardiomyocytes based on electrogram recordings. Here, we analyzed the relationship between pseudo-ECG produced by a 1D myocardial model and characteristics of the cellular action potential and parameters of an ionic cardiomyocyte model. A simple mathematical model of UN, U2N3, and UN2 crystals is used for reconstructing the pair potentials of interaction of the nearest neighbors and subsequent molecular dynamics simulation. The corresponding parameters of the U−N potential in U2N3 and UN2 crystals are obtained from the experimental values of the lattice constant and the bulk moduli of UN, U2N3, UN2 at room temperature. The linear expansion coefficients of U2N3 and UN2 crystals, as well as the U2N3 bulk modulus are estimated within the harmonic approximation. A process of developing a computer model for predicting distribution of oxide and carbide refractory particles during centrifugal casting using the ANSYS FLUENT 16.0 software module is presented. The model takes into account two liquid phases' interaction: air and steel melt; interfacial interaction is described by the surface tension equation. This article presents a solution to a system of nonlinear equations that describes the growth of crystals in binary melts taking into account the Meirs nucleation kinetics. The crystal size distribution function and supercooling are found as functions of time.
