In this paper, nanodiamond films (NDF) were prepared on glass substrate by screen printing with nanodiamond. The NDF was printed with two layers and treated with different surface treatments.The field emission model of nanodiamond thin film was established. Field Emission of different Ratio was studyed. The mechanism by which the field emission characteristics of nanocrystalline diamond films are improved was analyzed.

Due to the developed pore structure ,high specific surface area, low cost, accessible raw materials and stable physical and chemical properties, activated carbon has caused high attention of society. Nowadays activated carbon has been widely used in capacitor electrode production, water pollution treatment, medicine and other fields. We review the various preparation methods of activated carbon and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of them in this paper. The characteristics of activated carbon regeneration technology are also discussed from the perspective of improving the utilization rate of activated carbon. With the development of China's green economy and the increasing awareness of people's environmental protection, the research on the preparation and regeneration of activated carbon will surely have a broader development prospect.

This article outlines the various processes for CNT growth. The surface morphology of carbon nanotubes on carbon nanotubes was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (TEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Bifurcated carbon nanotubes were founded. Mechanism analysis was studied of bifurcated carbon nanotubes from chemical crystallization bifurcation and nonlinear dynamic bifurcation. At present, 5nm or 7nm chip fabrication is limited by quantum effects, which makes Moore's Law invalid. Bifurcated carbon nanotubes may be the development direction of new transistors.

nanoDiamond was mixed with ethylic cellulose and other Material to form to paste. A series of sol-gel nanoDiamond film with different proportions were designed test intentionally. nanoDiamond film was fabricated on Aluminum substrates using two-steps sintering process. The low melting point glass powder was mixed with carboxymethyl cellulose and deionized water to paste. The low melting point glass powder insulation thick-film was fixed on nanoDiamond film .In this paper, the insulation thick-film preparation: sintering at 578K to 588K and keeping 11.5 h to 12.5 h. A variable super-capacitor was designed based on nanoDiamond film electrode and low melting point glass powder insulation thick. Insulation thickness was prepared on uniform nanodiamond film to increase insulation super-capacitor between the two plates.

Bio-electrokinetic remediation of oil-contaminated soil is a promising technology. In this study, three bio-electrokinetic remediation experiments were carried out to study the effects of external addition of oil-degrading bacteria by electrokinetics and different operational parameters on oil decontamination in saturated soil. Results showed that oil in soil migrated from the anode towards the cathode with forward electroosmotic flow and accumulated near the cathode. Oil was barely degraded without external addition of oil-degrading bacteria. Although electrolytes were refreshed every 12 hr, soil pH varied greatly at the electrodes under unidirectional operation. When electrode polarity was reversed every 2 hr, soil pH was efficiently controlled within the range of 6.35-9.75. The relative oil concentrations after the bidirectional experiment were in the range of 0.81-0.84 after 20 days of treatment. The relatively low oil degradation rate may be due to the facultative aerobic environment in the saturated soil matrix.

A Ce-Zr-Ti composite oxide catalyst was prepared by the sol-gel method and its NH3-SCR activities were investigated. The Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst exhibited high activity and 92.7-98.8% NO conversion was obtained in the temperature range 250-450 °C at the high gas hourly space velocity of 50,000 h-1. In comparison with Ce-Ti oxide catalyst, the Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst showed strong resistance to H2O and SO2. The excellent performance of the Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst might be attributed to the large surface area and strong interaction among the three elements of Ce, Zr and Ti.

In this paper, a novel light-absorpting shade and optical fiber and long persistent luminescent phosphor materials provided a safe and reliable day-and-night solar lighting system. It was not only save resource, reduce pollution, at the same time introduced solar light into the indoor to satisfy the lighting needs. The novel light-absorpting shade fabricated nanodiamond film to achieve the goal of self-cleaning,corrosion-resistant and corrosion-high temperature. This novel solar lighting system used of total reflection characteristic of optical fiber, and long persistent luminescent phosphor materials short storage time, high brightness to realize the purpose of day and night lighting.

Using the single hydrocarbon degrading bacteria, two kinds of straw materials called MG and SY as the carrier, and then preparing two kinds of immobilized microbs by adsorption, examining their strain absorption rate and petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate after 7 days. Characterizing the morphology of straw carrier material and immobilized microbs before and after the degradation of oil by SEM and BET. The results showed that: strain absorption rate of immobilized bacterial immobilized by SY and the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate after 7 days is higher than MG. Straw SY is a desired carrier material, because of its high surface roughness, specific surface area, mechanical strength and stable structure is better.

The main problem of printed carbon nanotube film (CNTF) is that emitters do not have distributed uniformity. CNT was buried in leftover binding materials, which needs to be removed by fitted sintering and post-treatment. A new paste for printed CNTF was developed. Tunneling coefficients of leftover potential barrier were calculated respectively by the numerical method. The electrons translocation results through potential barrier between CNTs in calculated CNTF were tested by an experiment. A novel post-treatment, including high-temperature sintering and mechanical shearing and blowing, was performed to evidently improve the electron translocation and field emission current density of CNTF. Excellent emission prosperities were exhibited: stable current density, distributed uniformity emitters and long lifetime. The treatment of high-temperature sintering and mechanical shearing and blowing, may be an important prerequisite for future field emission display.

Nano-SiC was mixed with nanocrystalline graphite and ethylic cellulose to paste. In order to fabricate Nano-SiC film electrode of super capacitor, a series of sol-gel Nano-SiC film with different proportions are designed test intentionally. Nano-SiC film was fixed on metal substrates using three-steps sintering process. The perovskite structure CaCu3Ti4O12 (of CCTO) ceramics has giant permittivity, low dielectric loss, good thermal stability and dielectric constant in a wide temperature range has very broad application prospects in microelectronics. In this paper, the solid state reaction sintering can be divided into two categories: sintering at 1373K at different times; first heating to 1423K then immediately cooling to 1373K and keeping for different times. The CCTO ceramic dielectric constant and dielectric loss decreased with frequency rises. A super capacitor was designed based on CCTO ceramics dielectric and Nano-SiC film electrode.

A novel cylinder-shaped structure field emission lighting tube (FELT) was fabricated. As an emission cathode the carbon nanotubes (CNTs) film were grown directly on the tungsten wire by pyrolysis of iron FePc, and were mounted by using elastic assembling technology. The model of electric field of this FELT was established. The electrons emitting characteristics of electronic field was measured. FELT can reach a static brightness of ~1.6x10^3cd/m^2 and can be operated at 180V. The turn-on field is 0.9V/@mm. When electronic field E=2.0V/@mm, the current density J=320A/m^2.

We fabricated a novel cylinder-shaped structure field emission light-emitting tube (FELET). As emission cathode the carbon nanotubes film is grown directly on the metallic wire by pyrolysis of iron FePc, and mounted the emission cathode with elastic assembling technology. The electrons emitting characteristics of electronic field is measured. SEM image of the CNTs shows that many branches at carbon nanotubes top. The emission mechanism of this new kind carbon nanotubes was careful researched. The forecasting model of wavelet neural networks forecasting results show that the absolute value of the relative error of the model is within 5.00%.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) film is prepared on stainless steel substrate by screen-printing method. The electron field emission behavior of CNTs is dependent on many factors such as CNT paste preparation, special sintering technology and post-treatment as well. The good cathode emission property is obtained in experiments and the uniformity of emission is improved.

In this paper, novel top branched carbon nanotube (TBCNT) were discovered by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). This new kind TBCNT was grown directly on tungsten wire by pyrolysis of FePc. At 1123 K FePc can be decompounded into C, Fe and other elements, the deposition site of C atom was calculated when FePc be decompound in test, and the growth of TBCNT was experimented according the result of calculation. The growth technique of TBCNT was carefully researched. The bifurcate mechanism was analyzed according the crystal and dynamical theories. The field emission characteristic of the TBCNT film was measured, the measured result indicated that the TBCNT film cathode can be used as traffic pilot signals, colored message or a pixel of giant screen display.
