This thesis deals with the research on consumer behavior when selecting a summer holiday. The theoretical section summarizes the current knowledge of consumer research and consumer behaviour issues, which forms the basis for the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the results of the quantitative on-line research conducted with three hundred respondents. The aim is to contribute to the understanding of consumer behavior when selecting a summer holiday and in particular to determine how the amount of consumer's income affects the consumer's choice of destinations for summer holidays and also to identify which channels are the main sources of information for consumers deciding about summer holiday. The research results show a correlation between the level of respondent's income and selection of a particular type of summer holiday destination. In terms of respondent's information sources, internet was evaluated as the most used source of information for holiday decision-making.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate whether consumers in shops are misled by product positioning of some selected foodstuffs using mystery shopping and whether the producers of these food products indicate all information required by legislation. Then the practical part of the Bachelor's Thesis analyses Czech consumer awareness of food labelling using primary survey. The theoretical part summarizes food packaging and labelling regulations. There are written obligatory and optional data, which should be listed on food labels; packaging and labelling markings, and supervisory authorities who protect this area.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the contemporary position of advertisement in mass media and in-store communication on the Czech market and simultaneously, based on carried out marketing research, evaluate the way how Czech consumers perceive these two forms of communication mix. The theoretical part focuses on basic terms, division, practical examples, characteristic feature and function of advertisement and in-store communication on the Czech market. This Thesis deals with the analysis of foreign clients' service level on the Czech banking market. The main aim is to evaluate the level of foreign clients' service at selected branches and specialised centres of five largest domestic banks, using the method of Mystery Shopping. Evaluation is enhanced by a survey which questions the satisfaction of foreigners with current banking services and their interest regarding specialised centres. Based on the results of the analysis the final recommendations are provided to banks and three determined hypotheses are confirmed or disproved. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on general specifications of the basic concepts and legislative regulations which have an essential influence on foreign clients on the Czech market, the evolution in the number of foreigners in the Czech Republic, the Czech banking market including profiles of domestic banks and the definition of marketing research. The practical part includes preparation and implementation of research at the bank branches, a survey among foreigners, research outcomes and subsequent recommendations to banks.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the actual situation of cereal drinks category, focusing on the Caro brand, and uses marketing research oriented to public and their perception to cereal drinks category and Caro brand. Based on this, it formulates results and recommendations that can be useful for potential help in the area of the brand marketing activities. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. First part focuses on theoretical and methodic fundamentals, such as marketing and its specific characteristics related to the grocery, marketing environment, marketing mix and the concept of marketing research. Second part deals with the Caro brand marketing, cereal drinks category, analysis of the actual offer situation and marketing research, which is focused on the public perception of cereal drinks category and brand awareness. Based on the ascertained results of analysis and marketing research, recommendations are formulated with respect to brand marketing activities.

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis was to analyze the marketing mix of MOIRA CZ, a. s., in the store Prodejna termoprádla Florenc, whose main activity is the sale of functional underwear of this brand. Analysis was based primarily on inspection of the shop and storage area, an interview with company's managers and marketing research realized by written questionnaire with personal contact made in the store Prodejna termoprádla Florenc. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with individual instruments of marketing mix, so-called "4P". The practical part is focused on the introduction of company MOIRA CZ, a. s., descriptions of individual components of the current marketing mix in the store Prodejna termoprádla Florenc, evaluation of marketing research and suggestions for improvements.

Bachelor thesis "Aplication of marketing in Prague ZOO" is focused on research of marketing mix tools for services in this organisation. The first objective of this thesis was to analyse the aplication of these tools from the perspective of the ZOO marketing management. The second aim was to find out satisfaction and awareness of public based on survey research. Teoretic part defines basic terms which are services, marketing and marketing mix tools. Practical part is composed from information provided by management of Prague ZOO and analysis of public survey research. Results from the practical part are important for the conclusion of the bachelor thesis where the results of public perception of the Prague ZOO are evaluated. These findings are compared to the information provided by marketing management and at the end minor recommendation is suggested.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse consumer knowledge of their rights and responsibilities of restaurants through marketing research. The research is performed by questionnaire and is aimed at the general public. Another part of this work is to undertake its own research in pre-selected restaurants, and subsequent analysis of the findings. This analysis is aimed at determining compliance with the obligations of restaurants in selected indicators.

Subject of this Bachelor's Thesis is analysis of student bank accounts in Czech republic. The main target was to asses the best student bank account in the country. Best bank account was evaluated based on financial convenience and on the quality of services provided by particular banks. The Thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part generally specifies basic concepts used to deal with this subject, is focused on protecting consumer banking and defines marketing research. Practical part describes process of research undertaken in various banks in Czech republic using the method of Mystery Shopping and furthermore contains it's results and recommendations. The outcome of this research is an overview of student bank accounts and their comparison by means of model examples.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of actual situation of consumer protection on the market with pastries, linked to the analysis of a pastries offer in chosen supermarkets in Prague and marketing of bakery products. The motivation of this work is mainly the situation of dark pastries that is very extended in actual time. These pastries have often different basis and thus they also have various value for the customer. The analysis of the actual situation of consumer protection was made by a research, which was focused on the knowledge and opinions of consumers about what they really buy and what they think they are buying. Based on ascertained information, the actual situation was evaluated and compared with defined hypotheses. Part of this thesis contains also proposals for improvements in this area.

The goal of Bachelor thesis is marketing research on consumer preferences and knowledge in the field of drinking water and also analyze and compare the price of tap water and bottled water. The theoretical part describes how the consumer market with drinking water is protected in the Czech Republic. They compared the advantages and disadvantages of both types of drinking water.

The goal of the diploma thesis is insight into the problematics of spectator's violence at football stadiums and elaboration of proposal of the precautions which would lead to elimination of football hooliganism. Theoretical part contains general characteristic of football hooliganism, history of destructive behaviour at football stadium and activities regarding ensuring security during football matches. Practical part includes marketing research, benchmarking and proposal of the precautions which would solve problematics of spectator's violence at football stadiums in the Czech Republic.
