Title: Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction in a Prague Sports Centre Objectives: The main goal of this work is to gather information about customers' satisfaction in one Prague Sports Centre through marketing research. Then, based on that research, analyze the data so that conclusions and possible further recommendations for the management of the sports center can be made. Methods: In this thesis, both quantitative and qualitative methods of the marketing research were used. Qualitative in the form of two interviews that were held in the centre - one with the manager of the centre and the second one with two members of staff, last but not least a hidden observation of one sport class in the sport centre. Quantitative method was in the form of an electronic questionnaire filled in by 136 customers of the sport centre by computer in the hall. Results: This thesis has revealed that the sport centre is very popular among its customers but there are still few things to improve. The results of this work are also suggestions of some possible improvements that could lead to an increased attendance at the sport centre during less popular days and times while also increasing customer's satisfaction and total revenue. Title: Marketing communication of the company engaged in the sale of cycling equipment. Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal to improve the marketing communication of The Bike company for the upcoming season, based on the analysis and evaluation of the current marketing communication from the perspective of the customer and the company management. Methods: The qualitative and quantitative research method was used in this thesis. Specifically, an in-depth semi-structured interview with the company owner is used to obtain management data and written and electronic queries to obtain customer data. The thesis also used methods of observation and analysis of internal documents. Results: The result of this thesis is the concept of marketing communication for the upcoming season. 1 Abstract Title: Marketing communication of Hervis Sports company Objectives: The main aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyse marketing communication of Hervis Sports company and is suggestions for improvement based on informations of Hervis Sports employee, the results of research and analysis of documents. Methods: The main metods of collectiong datas used in this Diploma Thesis were in - depth interview with one of the head employee of Hervis Sports company and marketing research focused on knowing Hervis Sports and its communications methods. For the description of marketing communications was used analyse of documents. Results: From results of in - depth interview and marketing research has been found that in current time marketing communication is more focused on customers shopping in stores. The most money Hervis Sports spend for marketing communication with customer through leaflets. Based on marketing research has been found that 71 % of respondents recieved leaflets at least once. Hervis Sports hardly work on improving of online communication and started to invest more money to this section. Title: Analysis of selected running events Objectives: The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyse participants taking part in particular running competitions and their relationship to running. Furthermore, to obtain information in relation to their lifestyle, education, employment, age, homelife, financial possibilities and training for particular race. Methods: Analysis of participants of running events is done through questionnaires which were handed out electronically on social websites and personally at the place of a competition. Teoretical base has its origin on personal experiences, studied literature and internet sources. Results: Based on results, I came to the conclusion that promoting running competitions primarily via social websites is the most advantageous. Runners who participated at the running event previously already, share their experiences among themselves. They attract more runners to well-organized running competitions and ensure their success this way. Each running event has its runners who differ slightly, for example by age, running equipment etc. The results may serve as a guideline for organisators of running competitions in creating marketing strategy focusing on particular target groups. Title: Management of the project Jr. NBA League 2016 Objectives: The main aim of this master thesis is to elaborate a detailed analysis of the Jr. NBA League 2016 management, point out its strengths and weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats, and according to these discoveries to make a list of proposals and recommendations leading to a removing the weaknesses, an elimination of potential threats and thus to a complete development, an increasing of attractiveness and improvement of an organization of the next Jr. NBA League seasons. Methods: To achieve the aims of this master thesis were used methods of a case study, a semi-structured interview, participating observations, a document's analysis and a SWOT analysis. Results: The master thesis describes the process of this, above mentioned, sports project for children. A part of this thesis is focused on all periods necessary to organization of this type of event. Thanks to the case study were discovered many imperfections e.g. financial and communication problems. Title: Golf trends in the Czech republic and in the world- their comparison with the situation and operating of the Golf Resort Karlštejn Leader: Doc. RNDr. Bohumír Štědroň, CSc. Goals: The aim of the diploma thesis is to critically analyse the golf surrounding in the Czech republic and generally in the world. Further goal of this thesis is to analyse the work of a specific czech golf club the Golf Resort Karlštejn, especially is going to be aimed at it`s marketing. The conclusions are going to be mainly made out of the secondary dates. Název: Komparace marketingových koncepcí českého Davis cupového a Fed cupového týmu Cíle: Hlavním cílem je porovnání dvou téměř stejných marketingových celků jako jsou akce českého Davis cupového a Fed cupového týmu, které mají podobnou marketingovou koncepci, avšak v některých bodech, především kvůli působení vnějších vlivů, se liší. Práce bude zaměřena hlavně na porovnání marketingových koncepcí, především marketingových mixů, s ohledem na cílové skupiny konečných zákazníků. Na základě porovnání obou marketingových koncepcí a vypracování SWOT analýzy budou zjištěny slabé a silné stránky, příležitosti a hrozby obou týmů, které budou srovnány ve SWOT maticích. V závěru budou navrženy možné kroky ke zlepšení stávající situace. Thesis title: Customer satisfaction of the recreational center Vršasport Goal of the thesis: This thesis focuses on recreational center Vršasport. The customer satisfaction was measured by a survey handed out to the customers of the center. The creation of the survey and following data elaboration was the main goal of this thesis as well. The result of the survey will reflect the customer satisfaction of the recreational center. Based on data extracted from the survey, the center will be able to improve its services to better serve the customers. Methods: Customer satisfaction was examined by the survey that was handed out to customers of Vršasport center between November 2011 and April 2012. The survey focuses mainly on topics related to satisfaction of the customer needs. Results: Customers of sport center Vršasportcentrum are mainly satisfied with offered services. Deficiencies were mainly found in lack of hygiene in locker rooms and in lack of center presentation - both center's wabpages and facebook pages. Title: Analysis of the use of telephone selling VIP hospitality for hockey teams Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine the current status of the use of telesales VIP for hockey teams and on the basis of the general assembly retail concept VIP hospitality over the phone. Methods: The paper used methods of analysis, inquiry and observation. The analysis method was used for the analysis of segmentation current partners of clubs, a method of questioning to determine the use of telephone sales in the sales of individual clubs and finally observation method was used to evaluate the implementation of telephone sales at the club, which it uses to sell VIP hospitality. Results: There was a finding that telesales is not widely used sales technique VIP hospitality. Clubs do not use it at all or incorrectly consequently, the inefficiently. Title: Typology of Prague Fitness Center's Clients Goals: The main target of thesis is creating specify typology of prague fitness center's clients. Methods: For thesis was used Quantitative marketing research, number of respondent was 1004. In synthetic part, there was applicated latent class analysis. Results: Results from research are presented in the analytical part of the work, verify predetermined hypotheses and are an important source for synthetic part, where we used latent class analysis for individual client's typology. Title: Marketing research of the customer satisfaction in thirty minutes training for women at EXPRESKA gym Praha Háje. Aim of work: Presentation of the results of the marketing research of customer satisfaction and its evaluation, hypothesis testing. Methods: inquiring through the questionaire, primary data collecting. Results: The majority of female customers are satisfied with the facility EXPRESKA gym Praha Háje. However, some weaknesses come up in the field of supporting services, furthermore there were also discovered some problems connected with children, which are allowed to move freely all around the gym and they disturb other customers. There are also problems in the hygiene in the sanitary facility. In spite of all those minuses listed above is ESPRESKA positively rated by its visitors. Title: Presentation of partners on Petr Čech's football school 2010 Objectives: The objective of this dissertation is to evaluate the partners' presentation at Petr Čech's football school 2010. The is work trying to come up with the recommendations for organizing company SPORT INVEST Group, how it is possible to strengthen the partners' presentation and how to get a tool to maintain old partners and acquire new partners. Methods: The main method is interrogation by questionnaire. Work uses also observation and interview. Data obtained from these methods result in the SWOT analysis. Results: The dissertation shows that the most important thing for the connection to really work is to activate the sponsorship. The approach to the partners' presentation must be innovative. This bachelors thesis deals with advertising and promotion in the handball competitions. The thesis aim is to describe current status of utilization of advertising and promotion in the handball competitions by using observational research and documents analysis and after that changes will be recommended. In the theoretical section the thesis describes the basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix and promotional mix. Then the thesis looks at individual promotional mix elements, especialy on advertising and sales promotion, and their possible use in sport. In the practical section the thesis focuses on organization of handball competitions in Czech republic the analysis of chosen teams and their sport halls is made. In the next part of practical section are analysed individual tools of advertising and sales promotin with regard to the results of the research. At the end of the practical section the results are reviewed and the changes and recommendations are made.
