The process of choosing green suppliers is to choose and breed the enterprises which posses the awareness of environmental protection and pose great importance to environmental protection, and then publish strategic cooperation partnership with them to form a green supply chain. The paper firstly proposed a new construction method of the judgment matrix in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on rough sets theory, and then built a supplier evaluation index system in green supply chain, and lastly applied the new method in the supplier comprehensive evaluation according to examples.

This paper take the background of outsourcing of logistics services, through analyzed the game model of couple under the situation of incomplete information, attempts to set up a game model of incomplete information of the logistics out-souring enterprises and logistics service provider in outsourcing of logistics services, finally, put forward an important conclusion, in the early stages of cooperation, logistics out-souring enterprise pay great attention to supervise, and logistics service provider will not take strategy of violation. However, with the deepening of cooperation, the two sides will understand each other gradually. Trust factor will occupy the dominant position of cooperation. Logistics out-souring enterprise will reduce its power of supervision gradually and logistics service provider will take the strategy of violation because of the trust from the other party. It looks like a paradox, but it reflects a main factor of moral hazard in the logistics outsourcing business - trust. It has a high practical value to the logistics outsourcing business.

With the increasing pressure of the environment and the request of building a resource-conservation and friendly society, environmental management has become an important issue which should not be ignored. Governments also put the question of resources and environment on the agenda. Chinese government proposed and formulated a workable green purchasing system in 2005. The foreign study on environmental management has changed from the internal green management and green marketing to green purchasing. Green purchasing is the key factor to breakthrough green technical barriers and to deal with the wave of green consumption. The theory and practice of green purchasing has been concerned gradually. This paper integrates traditional set-pair analysis with markov, and then establishes the dynamic model of set-pair analysis based on Markov chain. From the point of view improving customer satisfaction, the model is applied into green purchasing and shows better results.
