Bu çalışmada, öncelikle metilbromasetat bileşiği ile 2,2'-methylenebis(6-tert-butyl-4-ethylphenol)(1)' ün reaksiyonundan dimethyl 2,2'-(6,6'-methylenebis(2-tert-butyl-4-ethyl-6,1-phenylene)bis(oxy))diacetate bileşiği (2) sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen diasetat bileşiği farklı alkil diamin bileşikleri ile etkileştirildi ve yeni makrosiklik laktam bileşikleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen .4,15-di-tert-butyl-2,17-diethyl-8,9,10,11-tetrahydro-6H-dibenzo[k,n][1,10,4,7] dioxadiazacyclopentadecine-7,12(13H,9H)-dione (3), 4,16-di-tert-butyl-2,18-diethyl-9,10,11,12,14,20-hegzahydrodibenzo[l,o][1,11,4, 8]dioxadiazacyclohegzadecine-7,13(6H, 8H)-dione (4), 4,17-di-tert-butyl-2,19-diethyl-8,9,10,11,12,13-hegzahydro-6H dibenzo[m,p][1,12,4,9]dioxadiazacycloheptadecine-7,14(15H, 21H)-dione (5), 2-(2-(2-(2-amino?2-oxoethoxy)-3-tert-butyl?5-ethylbenzyl)-6-tert-butyl?4-ethyl phenoxy-N-(3-ethylbenzyl) acetamide (6) bileşiklerinin yapıları FT- IR, 1H-NMR spektrum verilerinden yararlanılarak aydınlatılmıştır., In this study, initially dimethyl 2,2'-(6,6'-methylenebis(2-tert-butyl-4-ethyl-6,1-phenylene)bis(oxy))diacetate compound (2) was synthesied from the reactions methylbromoacetate and 2,2'-methylenebis(6-tert-butyl-4-ethylphenol)(1). Synthesied diacetate compound was reacted with different alkyldiamine compounds and the new lactam compounds were obtained.
