Abstract: The article focuses on Macroscopic hematuria in a patient with leukemia. Topics discussed include the predisposing factors for kidney abscesses are vesicoureteral reflux, ureteropelvic junction obstructions, neurogenic bladder, polycystic kidney disease, nephrolithiasis, chronic systemic disease, and immunocompromised status; and anatomical location and proximity to surrounding tissues, kidney abscess is potentially lethal, especially in immunocompromised patient.

Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 2.5-year-old girl was admitted to hospital with fever (38.8 °C), fatigue, and paleness. The article discusses that she had had induction therapy with ALL-IC-Berlin Frankfurt Münster-2000 treatment protocol consisting of prednisolone, vincristine, daunorubicin, L-asparaginase, and methotrexate; and Broadspectrum antibiotics had been administered since the first day of hospitalization for neutropenic fever.
