This case of lipoma of the corpus callosum is interesting because, unlike others reported in the literature, the patient presented both complex partial seizures arising from the left fronto-temporal region and generalized rightsided tonic seizures, clinically controlled only after the administration of Camazepam. Episodic blurred vision and diplopia in the afternoon were caused by late peak plasma levels of Carbamazepine (CBZ) above 12 μg/ml and disappeared after a minimal reduction of the CBZ daily dose.
