The article informs U.S.'s federal government's independent agency National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Curiosity rover confirmed the presence of organic molecules on Mars: from the simplest to more complex carbon compounds in drill samples from Mars' Gale Crater. These findings raise hope of discovering biosignatures in the form of more complex, organic molecules synthesized biologically, by the current and upcoming Mars rovers: Perseverance, part of NASA's Mars 2020 mission.
