In present time the high efficiency switching DC/DC converters, e.g. buck and boost are often used. This work describes some problems of DC-DC converters, which can occur, when the load is suddenly disconnected or simultaneous disconnection of the load and the capacitor at the output. The results were derived both by simulation but also by measurement. A special measuring system has been developed for these measurements, which enables the realization of fault conditions. Therefore, measurements were performed on 2 different types of DC-DC converters. The results of simulations and measuring are presented in the work. Error conditions usually cause an overvoltage that can damage the equipment connected to the converter. A solution how to prevent overvoltage and thus damage connected systems is also described.

103 Summary This diploma thesis is focused on development of the game keeping law from the second half of the eighteenth century till the twentieth century. In the first part of the thesis, in order to provide a comprehensive view on the given issue, a summary of legal development of game keeping law before the year 1754 is outlined, including the oldest legal sources, beginning with "honební regál" issued by Boleslav I. and others. The period of the Thirty Years' War, during which a large downsizing of game ocurred, consequently servingas a basis for "Hunting order" issued by Ferdinand III. on 14th December 1641, prohibiting hunting for three following years and implementing a lot of protective measures, was not omitted. That part of this thesis demonstrates how the contents of gaming is subject to changes over time. At first, gaming was viewed as a sovereign's privilege, afterwards also aristocracy got to enjoy it. Later on, gaming began to include breeding and protection of game itself as well. The major part of the thesis is dedicated to modern laws. This diploma thesis deals with the surveillance and private data protection. The first part brings into the focus the theoretical definition of surveillance and the areas in which it is applied. Important role in this thesis has also it's historical development. For example there will be introduced the historical resolution according to David Lyon to premodern, modern and postmodern surveillance, Michel Foucault's view on the surveillance of the state over it's citizens or society of control of Gilles Deleuze. The second part of this thesis will move to concepts as personal data and their protection. I will define what privacy and personal data means and what is it's value to each of us. This thesis will continue with current legal aspects not only in the Czech Republic but within whole European union. As the next important topic will follow the new regulation of European Union dealing with personal data, so called GDPR that comes into the force next year and it's possible benefits for contemporary situation. The presented thesis focuses on marine environmental law. Aside from providing an overview of marine environmental law on both intenational and European Union (EU) level, the thesis aims to show through an analysis and comparison, what the European Union takes on in the marine environment protection. The thesis approaches the EU in two different aspects, first as an supranational entity and second as an international organisation. The thesis in detail compates the international and EU law on prevention of vessel source pollution or pollution from land-based sources. It also includes an analysis of the new Framework directives on marine straegy and maritime spatial planning. The thesis arrives at conclusion that the duality of the EU being a supranational organisation on the one hand and an international organisation on the other enables the EU to achieve more stringend protection of maritime environment of European seas and also gives the EU better negotiating position as an actor on the international level.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the consumer protection on the market of shoes. The aim of the thesis is to analyse consumer's knowledge in the field of shoe complaints, to explore their preferences when buying shoes, and find out their experiences with byuing shoes or else making a complaint about shoes. The secondary aim of this thesis is to find out the knowledge and experiences of the sellers on the shoe market. The consumer research was obtained by the method of questionnaire survey and the questionnaires were to the consumers mostly sent by the electronic mail. The seller research was obtained by the method of questionnaire surfy too, and was completed by observing. From the made market research follows, that the most of the consumers have ever made a complaint about shoes and only some of them know their rights, that belong to them from the law. The choice of the shoes is mostly determined by it's comfortableness, and the brand of the shoes is for the consumers choices only a little important. Not all shoe sellers did prove the knowledge, that they, as specialists in the shoe branch, should have had, and the behavior of the consumers, when making a complaint about shoes, showed up to be not always completely correct.

The aim of the Master's thesis is to analyze the current literary environment in relation to the coming digitalization. The work is focused on several sub-themes that are essential and have an impact on shaping the market as the technology used, the legal concept of electronic documents, protection against illegal distribution of documents and also the economic aspects of electronic publishing. The work is based on the experience of the author, who deals with this issue in great detail on multiple levels.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of consumer contracts, the conception of which is relatively new in the Czech law system. The goal of this thesis is to give the reader the general idea about the principles of the consumer contracts problematics, its legal regulations and possibilities, how to defend oneself in particular situations, especially how to witdraw from the contract. The reader will learn, what actually consumer contracts are, who can be the participant of that contractual relations, then something about the legal institutes, which provide the protection to the consumer, especially we will focus on situations, when the consumer has the right to withdraw the contract. Due to the rising popularity of purchaces realized via internet is this thesis also going to devote to contracts made by the means of the communication at distance. Also contracts made out of the business premises are mentioned. In context of holidays we will mention also the contracts called time-sharing. At the end of the thesis we are to have a look at the most often types of consumer contracts, namely contract of purchase and contract for work, and how and when to withdraw from them.
