The cyclic spectral coherence analysis has been proved to be a useful tool to reveal the hidden periodic or repetitive patterns, and how to determine an optimal demodulation band is crucial for characterizing the fault characteristic of the rolling element bearing (REB). Thus, a proportional selection scheme based on a bottom-up strategy is proposed in this study, which can determine an optimal demodulation band and realize bearing fault feature extraction under the conditions of poor frequency resolution and a lower signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Firstly, compared with conventional frequency division structures, such as the 1/3-binary tree structure, the finer frequency band groups with the same bandwidth in each division level can be obtained automatically and strictly under poor frequency resolution conditions. Secondly, the richness of the REB fault information of each divided frequency band can be evaluated by the improved diagnostic feature indicator under a lower SNR condition. By using the scheme, the fault characteristic of the REB can be exposed. The efficacy of the proposed scheme is supported by simulations and experiments under some tough conditions.

A novel multitarget respiration monitoring radar scheme based on time-division multiple tags (TDMTs) is proposed. The key innovation in this letter is the introduction of the TDMT, which leverages the frequency-division characteristic of multiple frequency-tunable tags attached on different human bodies to implement the time division of the reflected beat signals in frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) system, which is used to separate respiration signals from two closely spaced human targets. To validate the proposed scheme, a radar prototype and two tunable tags have been developed. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method by monitoring two closely spaced targets in indoor environment.

This paper proposes a wide output voltage range LLC resonant converter based on topology reconfiguration method (TRM). First, with different driving signals two operational modes of inverter circuit and rectifier circuit of the proposed topology are analyzed respectively. On this basis, the converter in whole voltage range has three variable operating modes considering voltage gain by different combination between two kinds of inverting modes and two kinds of rectifying modes. Thus compared with conventional LLC converter, the voltage gain range can be extended by four times within the same switching frequency range using TRM plus pulse-frequency modulation (PFM). Comprehensive analysis of circuit states and soft-switching condition in these three modes are presented. Moreover, design of voltage area division in three modes is discussed to arrive a better tradeoff between efficiency and power density. A design flowchart is given to help to implement an efficiency optimization algorithm. In addition, a smooth mode transition technique is proposed to avoid the rapid frequency change during reconfiguring modulation strategy. Finally, a 2kW 100V-900V output prototype is built, and main experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed topology and topology reconfiguration method.

In the existing time-domain autofocus algorithms, the azimuth deramping operation will change the azimuth-independent phase into the azimuth-dependent phase, which may greatly reduce the accuracy of autofocus processing in squint spotlight synthetic aperture radar (SAR). In contrast, the frequency-domain autofocus algorithms can avoid this problem because it does not involve the azimuth deramping operation. However, the existing frequency-domain autofocus algorithms are proposed based on the assumption of broadside mode, which cannot be directly applied to the squint mode. Therefore, this article extends the existing frequency-domain autofocus algorithm to the squint mode combined with the extended Omega-K (EOK) algorithm. Furthermore, a space division (SD) algorithm is embedded into the proposed algorithm as preprocessing, which can effectively compensate for the azimuth-dependent motion error. The simulation and real data are processed to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

In order to effectively exploit the orbital angular momentum (OAM) characteristics, it is essential to have devices which are capable of generating beams with multiple OAM modes simultaneously. Most of the proposed techniques commonly require time division multiplexing at the transmitter side or beam splitters at the reception side for separating OAM modes and directing beams of different OAM modes to different directions. In order to overcome this problem, here, the concept of aperture sharing for generating concentrically embedded OAM carrying beams is presented. Such a methodology provides embedded beams of various OAM modes which are launched toward a single direction through a shared aperture of transmitarray (TA), while having a spatial division between them. In this manner, the transmitted beams are initially separated by the hardware at the transmitter level. A novel circularly-polarized (CP) substratecoupled unit-cell is designed and used as the elemental components on the aperture of the TA. Three prototype TAs are realized for investigating different cases of the OAM modes embedding and verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method. The illumination of the state policy of separating „positive“ from „negative“ priests of the Catholic Church in Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of the most important issues in the scientific understanding of the position of this religious community during the first decades of existence of AVNOJ Yugoslavia. The post-war government in Bosnia and Herzegovina treated a large number of priests of the Catholic Church as real or potential enemies of the state. In addition to ideological reasons, which were more or less similar in all communist parties, the negative attitude of the CPY towards the Catholic Church was influenced by the fact that some priests supported the Ustasha movement during World War II. The justification for the negative attitude of party structures towards priests was argued most often in the documents of the Commission for Religious Affairs with the following reasons: that most priests supported the occupier and domestic traitors during the war; that they spread hostile propaganda against the national liberation movement; that they actively participated in the fight against the new social order; that they had committed war crimes and persecuted members of other faiths, and that they had been linked to criminal Ustasha emigration abroad. In addition to „negative“ priests, there were „positive“ priests that also acted in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as they were reported in the documents of the Commission for Religious Affairs. They did not agree to the policy of confrontation with the state and demanded the establishment of dialogue and co-operation between the Church and the state. Some of the most prominent representatives of this group of priests were: Fr Bono Ostojić, Ph.D. Karlo Karin, Fr Mile Leko, Fr Josip Markušić, Fr Serafin Dodig, Fr Kruno Misilo and others. Holders of „positive tendencies“ among the clergy, according to the Commission for Religious Affairs, understood the importance of establishing communication and contacts with state authorities and the harmfulness of the negative attitude of the Catholic Church towards the state. Their goal was to change the methods of solving problems between the Church and the state, and to build a path that would suit the interests of the priests of the Catholic Church and the interests of the state community, without interfering with the church's dogmatic canonical principles. The „differentiation“ of priests was treated as a positive result of the work of the new government, because, according to their assessments, in the first post-war years, representatives of religious communities had a hostile attitude towards the newly created socialist Yugoslav state. Therefore, the Commission for Religious Affairs (federal and republican) has continuously pointed out the importance of implementing a policy of „stratification and differentiation“ within religious communities. According to the observations of the Federal Commission for Religious Affairs, the post-war „differentiation“ among the priests happened primarily due to their attitudes regarding the relationship between the state and the Catholic Church. Some considered it desirable and useful to establish communication with the newly created authorities, while others maintained a negative attitude. In addition to these two groups, there was a third group that was undecided. When considering the biographical data of the priests of the Catholic Church proposed for state decorations, it can be stated that the authorities carefully took into account which priests would be on the list of candidates recommended for awards. A positive attitude towards the new socialist social order, active participation in the establishment of the Association of Catholic Priests in Bosnia and Herzegovina, loyalty, patriotism towards socialist Yugoslavia, and contribution to the development of the Association of Catholic Priests in Bosnia and Herzegovina, are some of the most important reasons for choosing candidates for awards. In the article, based on unpublished archival sources, the author contextualises the political circumstances and the circumstances in which the state policy of differentiation of „positive“ from „reactionary“ priests of the Catholic Church in Bosnia and Herzegovina took place, points out the reasons for and bearers of such policy, and analyses its expression and results. Also, the author presents the policy of awarding state recognitions and decorations to individual priests in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The author analyzes the current problems in the division of administrative responsibility for violation of fire safety rules in the case of several subjects of an administrative offense, provided that all actions to comply with fire safety rules were assigned to other persons in the performance of civil contracts. The problem lies in the fact that currently there is a law enforcement practice, based on which, regardless of the imposition by the owner of the property of the obligation to comply with the rules in the field of fire safety on other subjects of civil legal relations, administrative responsibility can still be applied to the owner of the property. The novelty of the study is that the paper for the first time formulated a position on the full transfer of the obligation to comply with fire safety requirements from the owner of the property to other persons, guided by the primary right of the owner to dispose of the property at his discretion.

We propose a novel design of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing-mode division multiplexing (OFDM-MDM) based radio over free space optical (RoFSO) transceiver under the dust effect. Two separate 20 Gbps-40 GHz 4-QAM data bearing optical beams are transported over two distinctive Hermite-Gaussian modes; HG00 and HG01, of a single-frequency laser to realize a single-channel 40 Gbps-80 GHz 5G communication link. The link performance and availability are investigated under the impact of clear climate and under varied dust conditions, including very light dust, light dust, moderate dust, and dense dust using signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total power as the key evaluation parameters. Further, we have determined the maximum reachable link distance within acceptable performance criteria, i.e., SNR 20 dB for each desert weather conditions. A higher data rate with tolerable SNR and power requirements for 5G applications has been verified.

Aiming at the constellation-to-ground region coverage problem, an efficient solution method called the longitude strip method is proposed. By dividing the ground region into several longitude strips, the latitude range of each strip is computed according to the region. Similarly, concerning the coverage area of the satellite, the latitude range of each strip is also calculated. On this basis, the coverage rate can be obtained by comprehensive statistics. Additionally, the upper and lower bounds for problems of continuous coverage and accumulative coverage are solved. Numerical simulation experiments show the proposed algorithm has higher accuracy and it is also efficient in resolving the ground area with arbitrary shapes.

The establishment of the “extraordinary urbanization contribution” with Law no. 165 of 2014 requires regulating the division between public and private of the capital gains achievable from interventions on urban areas or buildings as variant or in derogation of the regulatory instruments in force. The “free interpretation” of the aforementioned directive left to regional and local decision makers – regarding a) the procedures for assessing the higher value generated by the urban planning variant compared to the pre variant situation and b) the exact percentage of the extraordinary contribution to be used – has led to a methodologically uneven and confused national panorama. This work aims to define and test a rational procedure for assessing the higher value activated by the intervention, comparing the situation before and after the urban variation, and to determine the amount of the gross floor area achievable with the transformation that the private subject is required to pay to the Public Administration, due to the percentage variation of the extraordinary contribution. L’istituzione del “contributo straordinario di urbanizzazione” con la Legge n.165 del 2014 richiede di regolamentare la ripartizione tra pubblico e privato del plusvalore conseguibile da interventi su aree o immobili in variante urbanistica o in deroga agli strumenti vigenti. La “libera interpretazione” della suddetta norma lasciata ai decisori regionali e locali - in merito a) ai procedimenti di stima del maggior valore generato dalla variante urbanistica rispetto alla situazione ante variante e b) all’esatta percentuale del contributo straordinario da impiegare - si è tradotta in un panorama nazionale metodologicamente frastagliato e confuso. Il presente lavoro ha l’obiettivo di delineare e testare una procedura razionale di stima del maggior valore attivato dall’intervento, mettendo a confronto la situazione ante e post variante urbanistica, e di determinare l’ammontare della superficie lorda di pavimentazione realizzabile con la variante che la parte privata è tenuta a corrispondere alla Pubblica Amministrazione, in ragione della variazione percentuale del contributo straordinario.

Mathematical models of the WWER-1000 nuclear power reactor have been developed with division into zones along the vertical axis in the form of nonlinear systems of differential equations with dimensionless relative state variables. Models in a given number of zones along the vertical axis represent neutron kinetics, gradual heat release, thermal processes in fuel, cladding and coolant, changes in the concentration of iodine, xenon and boron. The parameters of mathematical models have been calculated based on the design and technological parameters of the V-320 series nuclear reactor. A general model of the reactor as a control object with division into zones along the vertical axis, as well as models with control of absorbing rods and boric acid, are obtained. Integration of the obtained systems of differential equations for given initial conditions allows one to obtain changes in all state variables in the reactor zones along the vertical axis. In particular, from the change in power in the zones along the vertical axis, the axial offset is calculated as the relative value of the difference between the powers of the upper and lower halves of the reactor core. The developed reactor models with dimensionless relative state variables use a minimum number of calculations, allow calculating the change in the axial offset, and are included in the information technology for controlling the power units of nuclear power plants to optimize the maneuvering modes of the WWER-1000 V-320 series reactor.

Встановлено, що така мобільна платформа є біонічною системою, яка використовує для пересування шість ніг та імітує своїм зовнішнім виглядом і способом пересування павука. Робот-гексапод має шість рухомих ланок, а для забезпечення його руху достатньо всього лише трьох робочих. Перевагами робота є його висока прохідність на нерівних поверхнях порівняно з колісними платформами. Розроблено лабораторний макет автоматизованої мехатронної системи «робота-гексапода». Було обрано класичну конструктивну реалізацію робота, що передбачає шість кінцівок із трьома ступенями рухомості, які розміщені симетрично по три рухомі ланки з двох сторін робота і приводяться в рух завдяки вісімнадцяти серводвигунам. Розроблено систему керування роботом, яка полягає у плануванні переміщення робота з врахуванням інформації, що надходить з датчиків, які в свою чергу забезпечують загальний зворотний зв’язок, надаючи інформацію про різні параметри зовнішнього середовища. Для здійснення рухів гексапода реалізовано відповідний алгоритм, яким передбачено розподіл на дві групи кінцівок робота та систему дистанційного керування ним. Проведено моделювання переміщення робота за допомогою ROS + Gazebo.

Modern optical fibers are capable of transmitting multiple wavelengths simultaneously using the wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) method for multiple–input multiple–output (MIMO) communication systems. They have been put to practical use by increasing the communication speed. This letter proposes a new WDM circuit that transmits and separates the TE $_{11x}$ , TE $_{11y}$ , and TM01 modes (polarization and multimodes) within a circular waveguide in the 5.6-GHz band. The transmission loss of each mode/polarization is up to 1.1 dB, and the isolation between modes/polarizations is more than 28.7 dB in a 200-mm-long circular waveguide. As a result, the independence of each mode and polarization applicable to MIMO communication systems is verified.

Introduction: the study of the division of jointly acquired property of spouses and inheritance of property has always been given special attention by the scientists and practitioners. Quite a lot of works are devoted to this area of legal relations. However, it is not so variable and depends on the intricacies of life that there are constantly many issues that require special research and improvement of the legal regulation. The division of jointly acquired property by the spouses at the dissolution of the marriage is regulated by the norms of family law, as well as civil law in the event of the death of one of the former spouses, who do not fully correspond to each other. In this regard, today citizens often face the problems of protecting their property rights. The purpose of the research: to reveal some aspects of the legal regulation and law enforcement practice of protecting the rights of former spouses in the division of jointly acquired property in the event of the death of one of them, and to offer suggestions to help improve the relevant rules. Methods: the methods of scientific cognition are applied together, among which the main ones are the formal-legal, system methods, analysis and synthesis. Results: it is proved that the current system of the legal regulation of division of joint property of the former spouses in the event of the death of one of them requires the improvement of the legal regulation, as laid down in the legislation, the protection of property rights is quite long and expensive, which leads to the futility of efforts. Conclusions: the law enforcement practice of protecting the property rights of former spouses in the division of jointly acquired property should be recognized as generally conforming to the established norms of law. However, the lack of the clear legal regulation of the criteria and conditions for the division of jointly acquired property in the event of opening of an inheritance after the former spouse before the expiration of the threeyear statute of limitations, leads to the situations where 2 spouses will claim the inheritance – the former and the present. This situation leads to costly conflicts that are resolved in court.

Practical applications of all-optical regeneration require from it a graceful scalability with the number of wavelength-division-multiplexed (WDM) channels. We describe several main approaches to WDM-compatible regeneration and review in greater detail two recent demonstrations of 16-channel regeneration: one using time-lensing and the other using group-delay-management. We discuss scalability, practical issues, and outlook for these WDM regeneration methods.

It is of great significance to predict the results accurately based on the statistics of sports competition for participants research, commercial cooperation, advertising, and gambling profit. Aiming at the phenomenon that the PageRank page sorting algorithm is prone to subject deviation, the category similarity between pages is introduced into the PageRank algorithm. In the PR value calculation formula of the PageRank algorithm, the factor W(u, v) between pages is added to replace the original Nu (the number of links to page u). In this way, the content category between pages is considered, and the shortcoming of theme deviation will be improved. The time feedback factor in the PageRank-time algorithm is used for reference, and the time feedback factor is added to the first improved PR value calculation formula. Based on statistics from 1230 games during the NBA 2018-2019 regular season, this paper ranks the team strength with improved PageRank algorithm and compares the results with the ranking of regular-season points and the result of playoffs. The results show that it is consistent with the regular-season points ranking in the eastern division by the use of improved PageRank algorithm, but there is a difference in the second ranking in the western division. In the prediction of top four in playoffs, it predicts three of the four teams.

The disintegrator consists of two flat inductors with three-phase windings, which form traveling magnetic fields with the opposite phase sequence, and a working chamber with ferromagnetic working bodies, located in the inter-inductor gap.The set of factors allowing to influence the processed substance with the required intensity and in the required direction requires knowledge of the physical essence of the phenomena occurring in the vortex layer. To determine the force acting on a ferromagnetic body, it is necessary to calculate the magnetic field in the working area of the electromechanical disintegrator. The quantity of interest is determined by numerically solving a field problem using the finite element method. This method makes it possible to accurately describe the configuration of the active part, as well as take into account the nonlinearity of material properties.In this paper, the pictures of the vector magnetic potential distribution in the active zone of a electromechanical disintegrator are obtained. The modeling results of the forces acting distribution on ferromagnetic bodies and a working electrically conductive chamber are presented. A consequence of the interaction of the running magnetic fields of inductors and eddy currents flowing in the walls of the working chamber is the appearance of characteristic deflections of the walls of the working chamber within each pole division. The calculation confirms the presence of localization of the acting electromagnetic forces on the walls of the electrically conductive chamber within the pole division of the inductors. In this work, dynamical behaviors of discrete time laser model with fuzzy parameters are studied. It provides a flexible model to fit fuzzy uncertainty data. For four different fuzzy parameters and fuzzy initial conditions, using a generalization of division (g-division) of fuzzy number, it can represent dynamical behaviors including boundedness and global asymptotical stability of positive solution. Finally, two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the results obtained.

Circular synthetic sperture radar (CSAR) can observe the target in 360° and obtain the target's total scattering information. By dividing the CSAR imaging data into subapertures, the target digital elevation model (DEM) information can be directly obtained. Aiming at the problems existing in the division and selection of subapertures when acquiring DEM, this article proposes a chain correlation method. First, the echo data of the full aperture is divided into multiple subapertures; then, the correlation between the two adjacent subapertures is used to perform correlation processing on the subaperture image, and then the DEM information is obtained. The chain correlation method proposed in this article takes advantage of the stronger correlation between adjacent subapertures, improves the accuracy of the algorithm, and effectively improves the overall efficiency of the algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method is verified by different measured data, and it is the first time our own collected Ku-band experimental data are used.

A broadband and compact TEO-TEI mode converter for a mode division multiplexing system designed using a wavefront matching method is realized. We present the first experimental demonstration of a silicon waveguide device designed by a wavefront matching method. In order to achieve broadband operation of the silicon mode converter, seven wavelengths are considered in its optimization process. The designed silicon mode converter is fabricated via a standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technology, which enables low-cost mass production. Measurements performed using the fabricated mode converter correlate strongly with the calculated results. The main technical characteristics of industrial robots are considered, notably nominal load capacity, number of degrees of mobility, magnitude and speed of movement by degrees of mobility, working area, working space and service area of industrial robots, positioning error or trajectory processing. The classification division of industrial robots into groups according to their speed and accuracy is analyzed. It is established that as a result of the motion of any mechanical system, including the manipulation system of an industrial robot, there is always a deviation of the real vector of the state of the system from the planned one. As a result, the center of the grip of the industrial robot when performing any technological operations at any time occupies a certain position in the vicinity of the corresponding program-defined coordinate. Considering the question of determining the accuracy of the robot is necessary to analyze the design features and characteristics of the manipulation system, the nature of the load and mode of operation. Thus, it is expedient to consider separate components of accuracy of functioning the robot depending on the factors causing various errors. It is established that the error of positioning, or working off, thea trajectory can be considered both as a whole for a working body (total), and for separate executive mechanisms of industrial robot. The main types of errors of manipulation systems of industrial robots are described and the method of determining their estimation is given.

An analysis of the errors of the measuring optical power divider of laser radiation, which is used to transmit a unit of average power of high-intensity laser radiation and is structurally made in the form of a wedge, is carried out. The error of the division ratio, which affects the accuracy of the unit transmission, is determined. The estimation of the random component of the division coefficient error is carried out and it is shown that the proposed method for its determination, based on the rearrangement of the used measuring instruments, gives the most probable estimate. The error caused by the nonlinearity of the measuring instruments that determine the division coefficient is investigated, and its largest interval is estimated. It is shown that in the case of invariability of the conversion coefficients of the used measuring instruments on the laser radiation power, the method makes it possible to exclude the dependence of the error in determining the division coefficient on the mentioned coefficients, and in another case, to reduce their influence on the transmission error. The possibility of controlling the division factor of the divider by determining the control parameter and its confidence interval when transmitting a unit of radiation power is substantiated; a formula for calculating this interval in each measurement cycle is obtained. It is shown that the value of the parameter and the change in the confidence interval can be used to control the reliability of the transmission of the unit of power to the calibrated measuring instrument in real time.

Possible approaches to coupled solutions of the equations describing heating and evaporation of fuel droplets leading to autoignition of a fuel vapour/air mixture are discussed. Firstly, the focus is on a brief overview of various approaches to the modelling of autoignition (in the presence or in the absence of droplets). Then a simplified model for coupling between droplet heating, evaporation, and the autoignition of the fuel vapour/air mixture, based on the integral manifold method, is presented and discussed. This is followed by a description of the approach to the numerical solution of the coupled system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) describing droplet heating and evaporation and the autoignition process based on the dynamic decomposition technique. As in the original integral manifold method, the formal approach to decomposition of the system of ODEs in the latter method is based on the division of system variables into ‘fast’ and ‘slow’. In contrast to the original version of the integral manifold method, however, linearised variations of slow variables during the time evolution of the fast variables are taken into account as a first-order approximation to the fast manifold.

This study combines correlation and sensitivity analysis methods, and proposes that the correlation between output parameters and input parameters and the order of sensitivity are used as the basis for selecting spherical steel bearings. The sudden change of the sensitivity of each operating point is used as the basis for index division, and the discriminating system of spherical steel bearings is established accordingly. Combined with SVM, it is trained into a ball-type steel bearing safety level discrimination model. Through the test data test, the results show that the test of the discriminant model is effective.

The constitution defines the competences of a two-instance court consisting of 16 voivodship administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court as the control of public administration bodies. The judiciary in this respect is, therefore, subject to checking the legality of administrative bodies. This control generally does not provide for substantive adjudication replacing administrative acts. Administrative courts do not take over the case to recognize but perform its control. Such a case is still being decided by a public administration body.

The aerothermodynamic parameters of air are studied in shafts of mines of NorNickel’s Polar Division. The total pressure and temperature measurements, as well as the air density calculations in KS-2, GS and VC-4 shafts in Oktyabrsky Mine show the linear total pressure dependence on the shaft depth and the essentially nonlinear dependence of air temperature and density on the depth of shafts at intersections with ventilation channels and horizons. The lengths of sections of leveling of air parameters behind the intersections are estimated. The authors propose a new method to determine aerodynamic drag coefficients in mine shafts and calculate ADC for 28 mine shafts in the Norilsk Region. The calculation results are used in mathematical modeling of mine ventilation networks and in ventilation designs for new mine sites.

This article considers possible ways to reduce the time of air space survey by an onboard radar station in comparison with the known «classical» methods. The main direction of the proposals is related to the division of the entire sector of the airspace survey into severalrange zones. The division of the survey sector into three zones in accordance with the classification of the range of air-to-air missiles is justified. The calculation of the time of review of a given area of airspace for the proposed methods and comparison with the time of review of a similar zone with a needle beam, which showed the possibility of reducing the review time to two times, mainly when viewing the near and middle zones.The possibility of using different beams for radiating and receiving signals is considered.

With increasing use of millimeter-wave radars in driving safety applications, interference between vehicles becomes a significant issue. Moreover, oscillator imperfections and relative velocity effects induce inter-carrier interference (ICI) owing to frequency offset, leading to degradation of target detection. In this paper, time-frequency resources are divided into several orthogonal logical channels according to the time-frequency division (TFD) scheme. We propose a two-stage interference mitigation method. First, an interference avoidance technique is designed for each piece of radar equipment (RE) to select logical channels with the least ICI. Then, each RE reconstructs and cancels interference according to estimated parameters based on the proposed interference cancellation technique. Computer simulations reveal that the proposed interference avoidance technique can approximately achieve the performance of ground truth, especially when the number of interferers is small. In addition, noise enhancement effects can be effectively mitigated through the proposed cancellation technique.
