The article reports on a study regarding identification of the plant origin of Propolis collected on Jeju Island in Korea. The study involves observation of honeybee behavior and a comparative analysis of chemical and biological properties of the plant material with that of the Propolis by using the technique high performance liquid chromatography. The results obtained from the study showed the plant Angelica keiskei as the plant origin of Propolis collected from Jeju Island.
