- Abstract
Consumers' subjective assessment are used as an entry point, the effects of collar shapes and open fronts on Cheongsam's appearance are studied based on the theory of Kansei engineering. Questionnaire, excel and SPSS are used to make statistical analysis. Through this, consumer's vague sensory demand can be transferred into quantifiable data. The results show that the changes of collar shapes and open fronts are mainly reflected in lines and bare skin area,it is important to the overall shape of Cheongsam. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
