Nuclear structure of the neutron-rich Se, and Ge isotopes is theoretically studied in terms of the spherical full shell model with the monopole and quadrupole pairing plus quadrupole-quadrupole interaction. The experimental energy levels of low-lying states as well as high-spin states are well reproduced. The shell model results are examined in details in a pair-truncated shell model. The analysis shows the alignment of two g9/2 neutrons at high spins. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
