New ionic‐gel polymer electrolytes (IGPEs) are designed for use as electrolytes for all‐solid‐state supercapacitors (ASSSs) with excellent deformability and stability. The combination of the photochemical reaction‐based polymer matrix, weak‐binding lithium salt with ionic liquid, and ion dissociating solvator is employed to construct the nano‐canyon structured IGPE with high ionic conductivity (σDC = 1.2 mS cm−1 at 25 °C), high dielectric constant (εs = 131), and even high mechanical robustness (bending deformation for 10 000 cycles with superior conductivity retention [≈91%]). This gives rise to ASSS with high compatibility and stability, which is compliant with foldable electronics. Consequently, this ASSS delivers remarkable electrochemical performance (specific capacitance of ≈105 F g−1 at 0.22 A g−1, maximum energy density and power density of 23 and 17.2 kW kg−1), long lifetime (≈93% retention after 30 days), wider operating temperature (≈0–120 °C), and mechanical stabilities with no significant capacitance reduction after mechanical bending and multiple folding, confirming the superior electrochemical durability under serious deformation states. Therefore, this ultra‐flexible and environmentally stable ASSS based on the IGPE having the nano‐canyon morphology can be a novel approach for powering up the ultra‐deformable and durable next‐generation wearable energy storage devices. Self-powered wearable electronic systems are considered the ideal solution to realize ubiquitous Internet-of-Things (IoT), personalized healthcare, and point-to-care diagnosis. Here, we demonstrate the integration of a high-performance and ultra-stable sodium ion-based micro-supercapacitor (MSC) and a high-sensitive sensor for self-powered wearable Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) sensing systems. It is found that a sodium-based solid electrolyte exhibited high ionic conductivity, reaching 2.4 mS cm−1 at 70 °C. Further, the inclusion of TiO 2 NPs additive in the solid electrolyte can reduce the crystallinity and expand the electrode/electrolyte interface, which increases about 2.25 times in the capacitance of sodium ion-based MSC. PDMS-encapsulated MSC showed ultra-stability of capacitance retention (approximately 98.8 %) after 50,000 cycles while also achieving a high flexibility of 1000 cycles with a minimal capacitance change. As a proof-of-concept of a self-powered wearable sensor, it is demonstrated that an integrated polymer electrolyte-based VOC sensor powered by a charged-MSC can continuously operate for more than 4000 s (over 1.1 h) in the ethanol/nitrogen gas chamber. Therefore, we believe that our integration of sodium ion-based electrochemical storage and VOC sensor capabilities will pave a way to revolutionize the approach of wearable electronic applications toward self-powered systems. TiO 2 nanoparticles are added to sodium ion-based polymer electrolyte as an agent to disrupt pre-crystallinity regions, increasing the ionic conductivity and the movement of polymer chains. Therefore, the polymer electrolyte can deeply penetrate the electrode to enhance the performances of micro-supercapacitors. High-performance, flexible and ultra-stable micro-supercapacitors can be used as power sources in a self-powered wearable Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) sensing system.
