The article presents a case study of a 24-year-old female who was diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) by repeated brain biopsy while presenting with isolated central nervous system manifestation. It mentions that her bone marrow aspiration revealed no diagnostic clue and so was administered with Prednisolone was administered. It notes that the patient underwent chemoimmunotherapy.
