The mean weight-for-age I z i -score of patients with BSA erythema >75% was significantly higher (-5.94 SD) in comparison with patients with BSA% erythema less than 75% (-4.79 SD; I P i = 0.032). This graph shows the weight-for-length development in patients from 0 to 2 years as well as BMI development in patients older than 2 years (n = 18, 3 no data). Netherton syndrome (NS) is an autosomal recessive ichthyosis with a broad range of extracutaneous manifestations, including faltering growth, rendering it a complex multisystem disease.
