The literature review explains concepts and methods related to financial analysis. In the practical part, the company is presented for which an analysis of financial health is carried out, which includes the comparison of individual ratios with industry. Recommendations for the company are set from the results.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company MARLENKA international, s. r. o. from 2011 to 2015. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part is focused on a description of horizontal and vertical analysis, ratios, bankruptcy and credit scoring models. The second part contains a presentation of the analyzed company and then a perfomance of the financial analysis, where were used the indicators calculated from the theoretical part according to data from the annual reports of the company. The methodical part defines financial analysis in general, its goals and users, focuses on its methods and describes financial ratios and complex models. In the practical part the analysed company is introduced and its financial analysis for the period of 2011-2015 with the use of explained methods and principles is realized. At the end of the thesis the knowledge gained from the financial analysis is summed up and the recommendation is provided.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of Letňany Lagoon, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of this thesis is divided into two parts, that are depended on each other. The first of them will explain the procedure and evaluation methods, together with an important theoretical basis. The second part is focused on mentioned company, its current financial status is going to be evaluated, and compares Porsche Inter Auto CZ with the sector of the automotive industry in the Czech Republic where it will be useful. To perform the financial analysis, the publicly accesible data from period 2011-2015 are used. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodological and practical. In the methodical part, there are explained financial statements, particular indicators (horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators) and also their systems in bankruptcy and credibility models (Altman model, Index IN95, Taffler model, Kralicek quicktest). In practical part, the calculations of these indicators and models are performed. The results are interpreted.

Cílem této práce je analýza finančního zdraví společnosti Coca Cola Beverages, s.r.o. První část je věnována teoretickému popisu, ve druhé pak dochází k samotné analýze společnosti.

Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the economic situation of the company TRW Volant Inc. in the years 2003 -- 2007 and assessment of its financial health by analysing the chosen economic indicators. There are shortly described the individual phases of financial analysis as a basic instrument of the economic analysis in the theoretical part and there are also explained some basic terms. The practical part is focused on further identification of the company and the branch where it operates in, and also on aplication of theoretical analyses by means of mathematic calculation and graphic comparison. For the analysis purposes I used f.e. ratio indexes from the sphere of profitability, liquidity, structure of capital, activity and capital market, value index EVA, chosen bankruptcy and financial standing models, Du Pont's pyramidal decomposition etc. One of the component parts is also comparison of the analysed company with an average of the branch.
