This paper reported a harmonic oscillation learning tool device using accelerometer sensors in smartphones "Osci-Meter" to improve high school students' analytical thinking skills. Three practice activities have been tested: the relationship of rubber constant with frequency, the relationship of mass with the period, and analyzing the graph of position, velocity, and acceleration versus time of harmonic oscillation. The research and development model was ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate). The feasibility test of the device was conducted on subject material experts, media experts, and instructional experts. Based on the results of the feasibility test, the score from the subject material expert, the media expert, and the instructional expert was 79.75%, 92.71%, and 81.21% respectively. The field test results on the high school students obtained 87,81% in the first field test and 86,22% in the second field test. The normalized gain (n-gain) test obtained an average gain score of 0.313 in the first field test and 0.351 in the second field test that indicated the learning tool device could improve students' analytical thinking skills with moderate interpretation. Based on the feasibility test and effectiveness test, it concluded that the proposed oscillation motion learning tool device "Osci-Meter" could improve students' analytical thinking skills in high school physics learning process.
