In this study the samples was collected randomly from many area in kerbala city, and it was carried out from December, 2019 to January, 2020.(40) adult male (men), (25-45) years old, and in (18-24.9)kg/m
2 , were sorted into two (2) groups. the first group consist of (20) healthy men were selected as the control group (G1), (20) smokers men (before intubation olive oil) were selected as smokers group (G2a ) and (G2b ) were contained the smokers men (after intubation with 30 ml/kg.B.W of olive oil for 30 days). we collection the fasting blood samples from G1, G2a and G2b for measuring : Total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), Pentraxine, resistene hormones, glutathione (GSH), Uric acid and urea. According to the findings, there has been a considerable increase. (p<0.05) in serum Tc, pentraxine, resistene hormones, uric acid and urea, important diminution (p<0.05) of serum HDL and GSH in G2a associated with G1 and G2b and significant reduction (p<0.05) of serum TC, pentraxine, resistene hormones, uric acid and urea. the significant high in serum HDL and GSH in G2b compared with G2a . from the data of this present study : it can be determined that intubation of olive oil for 30 days led to reduction the oxidative stress and damage out put from excessive smoking.
