The article aims to analyze the issue of violence, from the point of view of its relation to the absence of concern, in education, in working with situations of conflict. For this, it investigates the thesis of complementarity between epistemology and hermeneutics, the truth that comes from the traditions and the empirical findings, as a way of intending some current concepts in the relation between philosophy and education. In addition, it is concerned with discovering how the theme of violence appears and constitutes a point of reference for educational actions contemporaneously and how it is possible to face this context from the approximation between rationality and historicity. With this, it proposes to re-dimension the correlation of violence with education and culture. El artículo trata de analizar la cuestión de la violencia, desde el punto de vista de su relación con la ausencia de preocupación, en la educación, en trabajar con situaciones de conflicto. Para ello, investiga la tesis de la complementariedad entre epistemología y hermenéutica, la verdad que viene de las tradiciones y los hallazgos empíricos, como forma de tender algunos conceptos corrientes en la relación entre filosofía y educación. Además, se preocupa en descubrir como la temática de la violencia aparece y se constituye punto de referencia a las acciones educativas contemporáneamente y como es posible hacer frente a ese contexto a partir de la aproximación entre racionalidad e historicidad. Con ello, propone redimensionar la correlación de la violencia con la educación y la cultura. Com este estudo visou-se analisar a questão da violência do ponto de vista da sua relação com a ausência da preocupação, na educação, em trabalhar com situações de conflito. Para isso, investigou-se a tese da complementaridade entre epistemologia e hermenêutica, a verdade que vem das tradições e os achados empíricos, como forma de tencionar alguns conceitos correntes na relação entre filosofia e educação. Além disso, preocupou-se em descobrir como a temática da violência aparece e se constitui ponto de referência às ações educativas contemporaneamente e como é possível fazer frente a esse contexto a partir da aproximação entre racionalidade e historicidade. Com isso, propôs-se redimensionar a correlação da violência com a educação e a cultura.

Los estudios comparados en educación buscaron, históricamente, atender diferentes preocupaciones y abordajes teóricos pasando por la comparación de las semejanzas y diferencias entre los sistemas educativos nacionales, como estrategia para orientar las reformas educativas, hasta los estudios que buscan la producción de sentidos y de solidaridades simbólicas. Por esto, el artículo pretende destacar los rastros históricos de los estudios comparados para contextualizar la evolución de sus discusiones hasta el presente. El estudio, de naturaleza teórica, es referenciado en el abordaje hermenéutico-reconstructivo de Habermas (2003; 2004). La actualidad de la educación comparada revela que la comprensión científica ha exigido la investigación de contextos diversificados para dilucidar problemas comunes. De este modo, entendemos que al estudiar los problemas educacionales, esta puede, por medio del discurso con el otro, encontrar caminos cada vez más adecuados a nuestras experiencias junto al mundo vivido. Os estudos comparados em educação buscaram, historicamente, atender diferentes preocupações e abordagens teóricas passando pela comparação das semelhanças e dessemelhanças entre os sistemas educativos nacionais, como estratégia para orientar as reformas educativas, até os estudos visando à produção de sentidos e de solidariedades simbólicas. Por isso, o artigo objetiva colocar em relevo os rastros históricos dos estudos comparados para contextualizar a evolução das suas discussões até o presente. O estudo, de natureza teórica, é referenciado na abordagem hemenêutico-reconstrutiva de Habermas (2003; 2004). A atualidade da educação comparada revela que a compreensão científica tem exigido a investigação de contextos diversificados de modo a elucidar problemas comuns. Desse modo, entendemos que ao se debruçar nos problemas educacionais, ela pode, por meio do discurso com o outro, encontrar caminhos cada vez mais adequados às nossas experiências junto ao mundo vivido.

A crise da noção moderna de formação cultural exige atualmente uma nova forma de decodificação no campo do saber educativo. A hermenêutica de Gadamer admite, contra o Iluminismo, que a historicidade representa um limite e condição para toda a experiência possível de efetivação do fenômeno da compreensão. Agindo assim, ela permite recolocar na agenda de discussão a possibilidade de valorizar, não apenas a imagem representada pelo movimento da consciência de si, expresso através da metáfora hegeliana do pássaro de Minerva, mas também as diversas imagens históricas adquiridas pelo conceito ao longo da história cultural do ocidente. A recuperação da expectativa semântica, depositada em diversas representações da formação, é o próximo passo a ser dado na educação para tecer ainda um aprofundamento da hermenêutica no sentido expressivo do conceito.

The present, thesis entitled “Emotional pains in teachers: hermeneutics of formative processes in the self-understanding of university professors”, was developed in the Graduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Santa Maria in the Research Line Teaching, knowledge and professional development. The main element of the study proposal is to recognize emotional pain, translated into anxiety, stress, depression and other symptoms, and the contribution of teaching knowledge to the hermeneutic (re)configuration of self-understanding of university professors, based on neuroscientific investigations of Antonio Damásio and Baruch Espinosa. With this objective, we chose to investigate the following problematic question: In what sense does the self-understanding of university professors about their emotional pain, which put their emotional health at risk, contributes (or not) to the pedagogical (re)configuration of their formative processes? The methodological design of the research favors the qualitative approach of a hermeneutic nature, which involves listening to involved subjects, having as reference the characteristics of the symbolic hermeneutics of Andrés Ortiz Osés. Hermeneutics is referenced in order to be able to recognize, in the narratives of university professors, the emotional pains, as well as the contribution of teaching knowledge to the (re)configuration of pedagogical self-clarification. To illustrate this path, the Greek tragedy “The Bacchae” is used in order to explore its hermeneutic potential for interpretation and meaning for the understanding of the human relationship with its inner nature. This is how the discussion joins the investigations of neuroscientist Antonio Damásio, whose intuitions point to the centrality of emotions in rational life. Emotions make human beings unique and enable them to read a repertoire of the feelings involved in the action, created from the interaction of body and mind. He proposes that the emotions of pain, suffering, or anticipated pleasure were the motivating forces of culture, the mechanisms that propelled the human intellect and monitored the success or failure of cultural inventions. Another important contribution to this study was the thought of Baruch Espinosa and his concepts of affection, freedom and servitude. Other theoretical contributions were essential and all listed in the theoretical framework. The chosen research technique was narrative and, in it, four professors have been heard via google meet. In these narratives, their conflicts are present, whose possible interpretation, at this time and with the chosen theoretical contributions, were caused by the inconsistency between culture and the possibility of self-management of life, insecurity in the face of non-recognition of oneself and the other, vanity expressed in the teacher's self-image and the discredit of the contribution of pedagogy to the realization of a disruptive work in relation to beliefs. Thus, knowledge of self-clarification is proposed as a component of the organization of teacher training processes. It is formed by the knowledge of articulation between reason and emotion, sense of self, self-determination and self-management of life, deconstruction and (re)signification of concepts and beliefs and pedagogical self-clarification. A presente tese, com o título “As dores emocionais docentes: hermenêutica dos processos formativos na autocompreensão de professores universitários”, foi desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria na Linha de Pesquisa Docência, saberes e desenvolvimento profissional. A proposta de estudo tem como elemento principal reconhecer as dores emocionais, traduzidas em ansiedade, estresse, depressão e outros sintomas, e a contribuição dos saberes da docência para a (re)configuração hermenêutica da autocompreensão de professores universitários, a partir das investigações neurocientíficas de Antonio Damásio e Baruch Espinosa. Com esse objetivo, optou-se por investigar a seguinte questão problemática: Em que sentido a autocompreensão dos professores universitários sobre as suas dores emocionais, que colocam em risco a sua saúde emocional, contribui (ou não) para a (re)configuração pedagógica dos seus processos formativos? O desenho metodológico da pesquisa privilegia a abordagem qualitativa de cunho hermenêutico, que envolve a escuta de sujeitos implicados, tendo como referência as características da hermenêutica simbólica de Andrés Ortiz Osés. A hermenêutica é referenciada, a fim de poder-se reconhecer, nas narrativas dos docentes universitários, as dores emocionais, bem como a contribuição dos saberes da docência para a (re)configuração do autoesclarecimento pedagógico. Para ilustrar esse percurso, recorre-se à tragédia grega “As Bacantes” com o intuito de explorar o seu potencial hermenêutico de interpretação e sentido para o entendimento da relação humana com a sua natureza interior. É dessa forma que a discussão se alia às investigações do neurocientista Antonio Damásio, cujas intuições apontam para a centralidade das emoções na vida racional. As emoções tornam os seres humanos únicos e os capacitam a um repertório de leitura dos sentimentos envolvidos na ação, criados a partir da interação corpo e mente. Ele propõe que as emoções de dor, sofrimento ou prazer antecipado foram as forças motivadoras da cultura, os mecanismos que impulsionaram o intelecto humano e monitorizaram o sucesso ou o fracasso das invenções culturais. Outra contribuição importante para este estudo foi o pensamento de Baruch Espinosa e os seus conceitos de afeto, liberdade e servidão. Outros aportes teóricos foram imprescindíveis e todos relacionados ao referencial teórico. A técnica de pesquisa escolhida foi a narrativa e, nela, os quatro docentes foram ouvidos via google meet. Nessas narrativas estão presentes os seus conflitos, cuja interpretação possível, neste momento e com os aportes teóricos escolhidos, foi provocada pela inconsistência entre a cultura e a possibilidade de autogestão da vida, a insegurança diante do não reconhecimento de si e do outro, a vaidade expressa na autoimagem docente e o descrédito da contribuição da pedagogia para a realização de um trabalho disruptivo em relação às crenças. Assim, propõem-se os saberes do autoesclarecimento como componentes da organização dos processos formativos docentes. Ele é formado pelos saberes de articulação entre razão e emoção, sentido de si, autodeterminação e autogestão da vida, desconstrução e (re)significação de conceitos e crenças e autoesclarecimento pedagógico.

This research establish the understanding of the concepts of mythic and divine violence in Walter Benjamin's thinking, defending its validity in the field of Education, and, in this sense, its necessary insertion to contribute in the process that we call teacher training. To that end, we have brought along the contribution of authors who dialogue with Benjaminian reflection, trying to trace a path that goes from the analysis of the concepts involved to the theme, to the exposition of a possible new relationship of understanding between violence and education. For this, we intend to develop a study on the phenomenon of violence, criticizing its interpretation and instrumental use. The need for this study is justified by the actuality of the concepts discussed here and their reverberations in society in general, and in educational spaces in particular. The theoretical framework that will guide us is present in studies of reference authors of the philosophy of education, such as Benjamin, Arendt, Bourdieu and Agamben. We work, in the construction of the text, in the perspective of an approach in the bias of philosophical hermeneutics. Almost a taboo in education, violence often remains on the uncritical horizon of common sense: an evil in itself. We find in Benjamin a serious study about violence (mythical/divine) where it appears as a phenomenon, and in this sense, as a category of promising analysis to unveil misconceptions about the place of violence in Education. Benjamin points out that this force in education lies outside the law, that is, outside the constitution, outside of what is established by the system of laws and rules of the State. We see in Benjamin that the concept of violence is revised, taking into account means and ends, and in this critique, the author refers us to two types of violence: mythic violence and divine violence. The first as justification of means and ends, at the service of the State, of law; the second as pure manifestation, with no interest in achieving ends or justifying means. In this reflection we intend to contribute in the dialogical and permanent process of proposing a school that is the base and space of transition for life in society, full and citizen, no longer a mere life (zoé) but life worth living (bios) as the Greeks taught. Esta pesquisa estabelece a compreensão dos conceitos de violência mítica e divina no pensamento de Walter Benjamin, defendendo sua validade para o campo da Educação, e, nesse sentido, sua necessária inserção para contribuir no processo que chamamos formação de professores. Para tanto, trouxemos além de Walter Benjamin a contribuição de autores que dialogam com a reflexão benjaminiana, traçando um caminho que vai da análise dos conceitos envolvidos com o tema, até a exposição de uma possível nova relação de compreensão entre violência e educação. Desenvolvemos um estudo sobre o fenômeno da violência para o campo da educação, fazendo uma crítica a sua interpretação e uso instrumental. A necessidade deste estudo se justifica pela atualidade dos conceitos aqui discutidos e suas reverberações na sociedade em geral, e nos espaços educativos em particular. O referencial teórico que nos orientamos está presente em estudos de autores referência da filosofia da educação, tais como Benjamin, Arendt, Bourdieu e Agamben. Trabalhamos, na construção do texto, na perspectiva de uma abordagem no viés da hermenêutica filosófica. Quase um tabu na educação, a violência muitas vezes permanece no horizonte acrítico do senso comum: um mal em si. Encontramos em Benjamin um estudo sério sobre a violência (mítica/divina) em que esta comparece como fenômeno, e neste sentido, como categoria de análise promissora para desvelar equívocos sobre o lugar que ocupa a violência na Educação. Benjamin chama a atenção que essa força, na educação, se encontra fora do direito, ou seja, fora do constituído, fora do que está estabelecido pelo sistema de leis e regras do Estado. Percebemos, em Benjamin, que o conceito de violência é revisto, levando em consideração meios e fins, e nesta crítica, o autor nos remete para dois tipos de violência: a violência mítica e a violência divina. A primeira como justificação dos meios e dos fins, a serviço do Estado, do direito; a segunda como manifestação pura, sem interesse por alcançar fins ou justificar meios. Nessa reflexão pensamos contribuir no processo dialógico e permanente de propor uma escola que seja base e espaço de transição para a vida em sociedade, plena e cidadã, que não seja mais mera vida (zoé) mas vida que vale a pena ser vivida (bios), como ensinaram os gregos.

The thesis entitled "Competence at the teacher s education: an Hermeneutic perspective" enlists in the Graduate Program in Education of the Education Center at the Federal University of Santa Maria and its research object the hermeneutic and critical approach of the Pedagogy of Competences, implemented in Brazilian education in the curricular reform recent. The research proposes to investigate the possibilities and limits of Pedagogy of competences, while theoretical basis for teacher training and for education. The thesis makes use of an interpretation of the concept of communicative competence, developed by the German philosopher Jürgen Habermas, using it as a counterpoint to the notion of current pedagogical discourse competence, seeking to contribute to the discussion from a philosophical perspective on training. Thereby, we intend to offer ways to understand the limits of a pedagogical conception of competence subject to the dictates of instrumental reason. To this end, it is proposed the assumption of rationality based on understanding, based on Dialogic capacity intersubjective and subjects communication, attentive to the correct criteria argument and understanding in place of mere adequacy between means and ends, epistemic array of instrumental reason. The research methodology meets the theoretical assumptions of qualitative research of bibliographic type, using the interpretive techniques of hermeneutics of reconstructive Habermas. It is proposed, as a matter of general search, analyses the philosophical foundations of pedagogy of competences, peering into its origins and boundaries in order to meet the different possibilities of development of the educational experience that emerges when the assumption of the concept of communicative competence. So, in that sense the communicative competence contributes to the resizing of the horizon of work set by the Pedagogy of competences? It is possible to rethink the practical knowledge and customary based on instrumental rationality, which permeate this proposal, aiming at the expansion of its universe of interlocution with the inclusion of new skills? Therefore, search on the theory of communicative action by Habermas, the inspiration to give an account of the philosophical reflections that are necessary and, in hermeneutics, the reconstructive interpretive contribution to the critical analysis of the educational paradigm of the competences. A tese intitulada Competências na formação docente: um olhar hermenêutico inscreve-se no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação do Centro de Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria e tem como objeto de pesquisa a abordagem crítica e hermenêutica da Pedagogia das Competências, implementada na educação brasileira nas recentes reformas curriculares. A pesquisa propõe investigar quais as possibilidades e os limites da Pedagogia das Competências, enquanto fundamento teórico para a formação docente e para a educação. A tese serve-se de uma interpretação do conceito de competência comunicativa, desenvolvido pelo filósofo alemão Jürgen Habermas, utilizando-o como contraponto à noção corrente de competência no discurso pedagógico, buscando assim contribuir para a discussão a partir de uma perspectiva filosófica sobre a formação. Por meio disso, pretende-se oferecer modos de compreender os limites de uma concepção pedagógica de competência submetida aos ditames da razão instrumental. Para tanto, é proposta a assunção de uma racionalidade baseada na compreensão intersubjetiva, pautada na capacidade dialógica e comunicativa dos sujeitos, atenta aos critérios da correta argumentação e do entendimento em substituição à mera adequação entre meios e fins, matriz epistêmica da razão instrumental. A metodologia de pesquisa atende aos pressupostos teóricos da pesquisa qualitativa do tipo bibliográfica, servindo-se das técnicas interpretativas da hermenêutica reconstrutiva de Habermas. Propõe-se, como questão geral de pesquisa, analisar os fundamentos filosóficos da Pedagogia das Competências, perscrutando suas origens e limites, a fim de conhecer as diferentes possibilidades de desenvolvimento da experiência educativa que emerge quando da assunção do conceito de competência comunicativa. Sendo assim, em que sentido a competência comunicativa contribui para o redimensionamento do horizonte de trabalho fixado pela Pedagogia das Competências? É possível repensar os saberes práticos e usuais alicerçado na racionalidade instrumental, os quais permeiam essa proposta, visando a expansão de seu universo de interlocução com a inclusão de novas competências? Busca-se, portanto, na Teoria da Ação Comunicativa de Habermas, a inspiração para dar conta das reflexões filosóficas que se fazem necessárias e, na hermenêutica reconstrutiva, o aporte interpretativo para a análise crítica do paradigma educacional das competências.

In times of rapid economic, scientific and technological transformation, it is necessary rethink the concepts and practices experienced. In this social context, it is notice that the work goes through changes in its configuration. Based on this presupposition, this dissertation investigated which relations the teachers establish in their speeches among language, experience and work. Therefore were interviewed ten teachers of Basic Education. The speeches were collected through semi-structures interviews according with hermeneutic principles and the data produced were analyzed based on hermeneutic analysis. This is because the hermeneutic searches possibilities for subjects to experience the expansion of living conditions are not disfigured or not failed. In the analysis of the interviews noticed the peculiarity of teacher‟s work in view of transformation praxis elements and instrumentation elements-tchne. It was possible observe as the first enriches the meaning of teacher‟s work. It allows the production of knowledge that generates transformation while the second element cooperates with the mischaracterization of meaning of teacher‟s work because it approaches of a work mentality. Thus, it is possible to notice that the teachers understand the language as formative and their experiences transpire in their self-understanding of a work as a mentor and trainer. . Em tempos de rápidas transformações econômicas, científicas e tecnológicas, faz-se necessário repensar os conceitos e práticas vividas. Neste contexto social, percebe-se que o trabalho passa por transformações na sua configuração. Com base nesse pressuposto esta dissertação investigou quais relações os professores estabelecem em seus discursos entre linguagem, experiência e o seu trabalho. Para tanto, foram entrevistados dez professores da Educação Básica. Os discursos foram coletados através de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, elaboradas em acordo com os princípios da hermenêutica e os dados produzidos foram analisados com base em análise hermenêutica. Isso porque a hermenêutica busca possibilidades para que os sujeitos vivenciem a ampliação de condições de vida não desfigurada ou não fracassada. Na análise das entrevistas realizadas percebeu-se a peculiaridade do trabalho dos professores, tendo em vista os elementos da formação práxis, e os elementos da instrumentalização techne. Foi possível perceber como o primeiro enriquece o sentido do trabalho dos professores, engrandece, possibilita uma produção de conhecimento que gera transformação, enquanto o segundo elemento colabora com a descaracterização do que seja o trabalho dos professores, pois o aproxima de uma mentalidade tarefeira. Desta forma, é possível perceber que as professoras entendem a linguagem como formativa e que em suas experiências transparecem uma autocompreensão do seu trabalho como orientador e formador.

The present work presents as purpose to investigate the presence of the dialogue in the teacher's formative process and in their educational existences, to analyze and to reflect the importance of the dialogue in a perspective of the hermeneutics for the educational professional's constitution, as well as for the development of their cognitive and social abilities. The investigation was accomplished by an interpretative, reflexive and understanding approach of the hermeneutics, presenting in the first moment a historical view of the hermeneutics, the origin and a brief exhibition of the thought of some of the thinkers that more stood out in the hermeneutics studies. Being used of the critical theory Jürgen Habermas, it presents in the second moment an appreciation regarding the instrumental rationality that crosses the education, influencing in the educational formation and in that professional's epistemic constitution. In the purpose of promoting a better understanding of this professional, it was presented an brief view of the educational formation here in the contemporaneity and of that professional's constitution, accomplishing, in the sequence, a reflection regarding the potential and reflexive speech of the hermeneutics, it capacity in promoting new interpretations and new understandings of the world in which we are inserted. In the intention of link the theoretical contributions of the research and the teachers' existences that participated in the interviews, the work is concluded with the approaches between both the objective of raising new reflections and new hypotheses to think the educational formation in a hermeneutics and dialogical perspective of doing education. O presente trabalho apresenta como proposta investigar a presença do diálogo no processo formativo do docente e nas suas vivências educativas, analisar e refletir a importância do diálogo numa perspectiva da hermenêutica para a constituição do profissional docente, bem como para o desenvolvimento das suas habilidades cognitivas e sociais. A investigação foi realizada mediante uma abordagem interpretativa e compreensiva da hermenêutica apresentando no primeiro momento uma contextualização histórica da hermenêutica, sua origem e uma sucinta exposição do pensamento de alguns dos pensadores que mais se destacaram nos estudos hermenêuticos. Utilizando-se da teoria crítica de Jürgen Habermas o trabalho apresenta no segundo momento uma apreciação a respeito da racionalidade instrumental que perpassa a educação, influenciando na formação docente e na constituição epistêmica desse profissional. No propósito de promover um melhor entendimento deste profissional aqui referenciado apresentamos uma breve contextualização da formação docente na contemporaneidade e da constituição desse profissional, realizando, na seqüência, uma reflexão a respeito do potencial dialógico e reflexivo da hermenêutica, da sua capacidade em promover novas interpretações e novas compreensões do mundo no qual estamos inseridos. Ao imbricarmos os aportes teóricos que fundamentaram a pesquisa as vivências dos docentes, por meio dos seus depoimentos, verificamos que o diálogo no contexto educativo é confundido com a conversação, a discussão e o debate. Acontecendo num processo instrumental e monológico, desconsidera a troca, a busca por entendimentos e o reconhecimento do outro que ali se apresenta. Dessa forma, o trabalho é finalizado com o objetivo de suscitar novas reflexões e novas hipóteses para se pensar a formação docente numa perspectiva hermenêutica e dialógica de se fazer educação.

This research was presented to the Pos Graduation Program in Education, specifically to the Master Degree level, in the Centro de Educação (Center of Education) at UFSM (Federal University of Santa Maria), for the line of research on Education and Art. The approach of this work is about the relations between education and cultural industry and their implications in the actual context starting from the diagnosis of the dialectic to the convenient cultural formation while pseudo culture, by Theodor W. Adorno, and of the action communicative theory, by Jürgen Habermas, who emphasizes the public space transformation. The purpose is analyses the concept of cultural industry as a mechanism of aesthetization to the experienced world. In the sense to aid the reversion to the cultural processes of appropriation, it makes use of the hermeneutic reconstructive dialog proposing some outlook for education in order that human being can dialogue and interact with the challenges that results from this context. In this way, this research proposes the work to decode images as a tool to think in better strategies for the formation of civic judgment. The discussion hypothesis proposes the idea that pedagogical changes which can contribute to destabilize the unidimensionality given to the communication, by the distorted practice, must pass by reeducation to the meaning of comprehend. This approach allows other comprehension meanings opening, immersed in the expressed messages, once presupposes participation in a community governed by communicative action, that it contemplates a way of double hand and that itinerary of has not only gone, but also ways in return. Thus the educative practice, through the ontextualized interventions in the experienced world, opens other ways of comprehension to the meanings plurality that emerge form the cultural patrimony, mainly the recognize of the other alterity and the differences, considering the complexity of the daily emergent values from the new interactive media. Esta pesquisa foi apresentada ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, nível de Mestrado, do Centro de Educação, da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, para a linha de pesquisa: Educação e Arte. O trabalho versa sobre as relações entre educação e indústria cultural e suas implicações no contexto atual a partir do diagnóstico da dialética da formação cultural, apropriada enquanto pseudocultura, de Theodor W. Adorno, e da teoria da ação comunicativa, de Jürgen Habermas, que enfatiza os processos de transformação do espaço público. O objetivo é analisar o conceito de indústria cultural como mecanismo de estetização do mundo vivido. Para tal, utiliza o diálogo hermenêutico reconstrutivo no sentido de auxiliar a reversão dos processos de apropriação do cultural, propondo algumas perspectivas à educação, a fim de que os indivíduos possam dialogar e interagir com os desafios resultantes desse contexto. Assim, a pesquisa propõe o trabalho de decodificação de imagens como forma de repensar melhores estratégias para a formação da opinião pública. A hipótese de discussão propõe a idéia de que as mudanças pedagógicas que podem contribuir para desestabilizar a unidimensionalidade dada à comunicação, pela prática sistematicamente distorcida, deve passar por uma reeducação dos sentidos do compreender. Essa proposta permite a abertura de outros sentidos da compreensão imersos nas mensagens expressas, uma vez que pressupõe a participação numa comunidade regida pela ação comunicativa, que contempla uma via de mão dupla e que não tem apenas itinerários de ida, mas também caminhos de volta. Desse modo, a prática educativa, através de intervenções contextualizadas no mundo vivido, abre outras formas de compreensão da pluralidade de sentidos que emergem do acervo cultural, principalmente o reconhecimento da alteridade do outro e das diferenças, considerando a complexidade dos valores emergentes do cotidiano das novas mídias interativas.

Bibliographic and filmic analysis towards an exercise on a reconstructive hermeneutics reading of Schiller s Letters for an Aesthetic Education of Human Being connected to the communicative rationality in Habermas. This conection is processed dua to Habermas dedication of a passage on this Philosophical Discourse of Modernity to the analysis of Schiller s Letters. The prevalently analysed phenomena, besides contemplating an explanation on the Bildung, are focused also on the view of the relations of proximity between aesthetic rationality and ethical rationality. In this sense, we seek to retrieve aesthetics and art from the confinements of being traditionally considered a territory belonging to the other of reason of theory, going on to compose along with the sensitive elements and with ethicity, and another theoretical horizon . Thus, the way towards comprehensing the other involves, more then an opening within traditional rationality, an opening towards another rationality. And this not only so that the comprehension of tradition is maintained, but also for the awareness of problems in which tradition wasn t able to advance. This other rationality we here seek to approach is the aesthetical issue in its articulattive nexus with the ethical problem, in an approach that gains force within the contemporary philosophical environment. Fort such purpose we use an empirical support in the form of the movie Dead Poet Society, interpreting it as an education metaphor where the problems of traditional strictness are contrasted with the changes brought on by the approximation to the elements of aesthetic experience. Concluding, we bring forward, intending on opening a debate, the issue of the formative force of our time. O trabalho consiste numa análise bibliográfica e fílmica, que visa um exercício de hermenêutica reconstrutiva das Cartas para uma Educação Estética do Ser Humano, de Schiller, em sua conexão com a racionalidade comunicativa de Habermas. A conexão se processa, pois no seu Discurso Filosófico da Modernidade Habermas dedica uma passagem à análise das Cartas de Schiller. Os fenômenos prevalentemente analisados, além de contemplar uma explanação da Bildung, são enfocados também pelo viés das relações de proximidade entre a racionalidade estética e a racionalidade ética. Nesse sentido, buscamos retirar a estética e a arte do confinamento de ser tradicionamente consideradas um território do outro da razão teórica, passando a compor com os elementos sensíveis e com a eticidade um outro horizonte teórico . Assim, a via para a compreensão do outro envolve, mais do que uma abertura à alteridade dentro da racionalidade tradicional, uma abertura a uma outra racionalidade. E isso não apenas para que se mantenha a compreensão da tradição, mas também para que se dê conta de problemas em que a própria tradição não conseguiu avançar. Essa outra racionalidade que aqui buscamos tematizar é a questão estética em seu nexo de articulação com o problema ético, numa abordagem que ganha força dentro do ambiente filosófico contemporâneo. Para isso lançamos mão de um suporte empírico, o filme Sociedade dos poetas mortos, interpretando-o como uma metáfora educacional onde os problemas da rigidez da tradição são postos em contraste com as mudanças geradas pela aproximação dos elementos da experiência estética. Por fim, com a intenção de abertura ao debate, coloca-se a questão da força formadora em nossa época.

The present work search to deepen the discussion around the teaching in the Lipman's Program and its relationship with the formation of the professional of education most critical, reflexive formation, free purely of scientifical conceptions. The study discusses the educational formation proposed by the program in the sense that it is comes a lot of times arrested to forms and models that it maintains the teacher in an alienating condition. In that way the present work if it anchors in the habermasian theory should allow the opening to the dialogue, as form of reformulating the problem under the perspective of analysis of the theory of the communicative action. The theoretical bases of that hermeneutic work are in the reconstruction undertaken by Jügem Habermas and Matthew Lipman so that she can analyze and to deepen the knowledge in an illustrious way. Front this reality, it is advisable discuss again the teaching of the Lipman's program, not in the sense of denying it, but of reconstructing it, without utilitarian and merchandising intentions, in the search of new references for the teaching. O presente trabalho busca aprofundar a discussão em torno da docência no Programa de Lipman e sua relação com a formação do profissional da educação mais crítico, reflexivo, liberto de concepções puramente cientificistas. O estudo discute a formação docente, proposta pelo programa, no sentido que esta apresenta-se, muitas vezes, presa a fórmulas e modelos que mantém o professor em uma condição alienante. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho ancora-se na teoria habermasiana, devido a essa permitir a abertura ao diálogo. Como uma maneira de reformular o problema, sob a perspectiva de análise da teoria da ação comunicativa. As bases teóricas desse trabalho hermenêutico estão na reconstrução, empreendida por Jügem Habermas e Matthew Lipman, para que se possam analisar e aprofundar os conhecimentos de uma forma esclarecida. Frente a esta realidade, é recomendável rediscutir a docência do programa de Lipman, não no sentido de negá-la, mas de reconstruí-la, sem intenções utilitárias e mercadológicas, na busca de novas referências para a docência.

O presente trabalho busca compreender o sentido do conceito de opinião pública na educação e averiguar de que modo a proposta de esfera pública de Habermas pode contribuir na produção da democracia educacional. O estudo discute o papel do professor numa sociedade marcada pelo aprimoramento das tecnologias de comunicação, em que se faz necessária a emergência de uma esfera pública ativa. Tratase de enriquecer não só a investigação sobre a educação, mas também entender as implicações, desdobramentos e possibilidades desse tipo de análise lingüísticopragmática no processo formativo. As bases teóricas desse trabalho hermenêutico estão na reconstrução empreendida por Gadamer e Habermas para que possamos estabelecer juízos analíticos sobre o conceito de opinião pública e criar novos horizontes para a interpretação das racionalidades educativas. A partir da análise sobre a constituição do saber formativo da racionalidade moderna, pretende-se repensar a formação dos professores mediante a crítica ao processo de racionalização e mercantilização dos conhecimentos, na tentativa de possibilitar ao professor a libertação da superlinguagem científica e da sublinguagem da comunicação massiva. Pensar sobre o compromisso pedagógico com a formação da vontade pública esclarecida é o ponto de partida para a transformação das mentalidades canonizadas na educação em direção ao acesso dos bens culturais no espaço público de discussão.
