Objective: To evaluate the impact of a specialization course on health management at work of the graduates. Method: Case study with quantitative and qualitative approach involving 121 graduates. Data collection was performed by applying validated scale and semi-structured interviews. Descriptive analysis and association tests of quantitative data and categorical thematic analysis were performed for the qualitative ones. Results: We identified average scores between 4.2 and 4.6, thus identifying the positive impact of the course on the work of graduates demonstrated by better systematization of administrative practices and people management.
