Abstract

The article discusses how telemonitoring and information and communication technology (ICT)-guided disease management system affect self-care behavior. It also examines the dynamics of self-care and the factors contributing to self-care changes. 177 patients were randomized to either ICT-guided DMS or telemonitoring+ICT-guided DMS in the study.
