Abstract

The article explores the process and experience of the launch of Schwartz Center Rounds into a Welsh National Health Service (NHS) Health Board. It notes the goal of the round to provide a forum for staff to come together to explore and discuss the emotional challenges that their work can create for them. It also mentions the expansion of the delivery of Rounds across four main sites within the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board (ABM) on a bi-monthly basis.
