Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar para guru di SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah, khususnya dalam mendiagnosa kesulitan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yang diikuti oleh dua belas wali kelas dari kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas 6. Tahap pertama adalah pra kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui survei awal, sosialisasi kepada guru dan rapat koordinasi dengan tim pengabdi. Tahap kedua pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan penyampaian materi dan praktek menggunakan Dyscalculia Detection Card (DDC) dan penugasan. Ada enam edisi dengan lima seri pada setiap tes. Kegiatan diawali dengan pengisian angket pertama kepada guru terkait pengertian diskalkulia. Tahap ketiga adalah monitoring dan evaluasi dengan memberikan kuesioner dengan indikator yang sama, namun dengan pertanyaan yang berbeda. Melalui pelatihan ini, guru mendapatkan wawasan mengenai diskalkulia dan dapat mendeteksi gejala diskalkulia sedini mungkin. Persentase rata-rata peningkatan guru sebesar 28,75% dari skor rata-rata prapelatihan 44,58 menjadi 72,91. Selain itu, dengan adanya pelatihan ini guru secara langsung meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya terutama dalam mendiagnosis siswa dengan diskalkulia secara mandiri. The purpose of this dedication is to improve the teaching skills of teachers at SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah, especially in diagnosing students' learning difficulties in learning mathematics. The implementation method for this training consisted of three stages followed by twelve homeroom teachers from grades 1 to grade 6. The first stage was pre-activity which was carried out through an initial survey, outreach to teachers and coordination meetings with the service team. The second stage is the implementation of activities by presenting material and practice using the Dyscalculia Detection Card (DDC) and assignments. There are six editions with five series on each test. The activity begins with filling out the first questionnaire to the teacher regarding understanding dyscalculia. The third stage is monitoring and evaluation by providing a questionnaire with the same indicators, but with different questions. Through this training, teachers gain insight into dyscalculia and can detect symptoms of dyscalculia as early as possible. The average percentage of teacher improvement is 28,75% from the average pre-training score of 44,58 to 72,91. In addition, with this training teachers directly improve their pedagogical competence, especially in diagnosing students with dyscalculia independently.

This paper aims to develop a systematic exploration of the literature investigating the factors that influence the adoption of the knowledge management system (KMS) in organizations as well as identifying the intercepting factors between different types of organizations such as small-medium enterprises (SMEs), large corporation and government organizations. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) is used to structure the research field. The proposed research used filtering scientific papers published in Emerald Insight and Scopus from 2018 to 2022. This paper presents empirical evidence from six articles that identify intercepting factors between small-medium enterprises, large corporations, and government organizations. Among the factors analyzed, only IT capabilities were found to be common across all three types of organizations. The findings and analysis section includes a Venn diagram that illustrates other relevant factors that intercept between the organizations. The accumulation of reviewed research papers is necessary for academia and organizations to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of KMS. This study also will assist in providing information that will offer insights to organizations, particularly those in the small and medium enterprises (SME), large enterprises and government, in the process of implementing knowledge management.

Cottonseed oil (CSO) is well known as one of the commercial cooking oils. However, CSO still needs to compete with other edible oils available in the market due to its small production scale and high processing cost, which makes it a potential candidate as a feedstock for biodiesel production. To date, transesterification is the most widely applied technique in the conversion of vegetable oil to biodiesel, with glycerol produced as a by-product. Large-scale biodiesel production also implies that more glycerol will be produced, which can be further utilized to synthesize hydrogen via the steam reforming route. Therefore here, an integrated biodiesel and hydrogen production from CSO was simulated using Aspen Hysys v11. Simulation results showed that the produced biodiesel has good characteristics compared to standard biodiesel. An optimum steam-to-glycerol ratio for hydrogen production was found to be 4.5, with higher reaction temperatures up to 750 °C resulting in higher hydrogen yield and selectivity. In addition, a simple economic analysis of this study showed that the integrated process is economically viable.

BACKGRUND: Goldfish Carassius auratus is a popular ornamental fish extensively cultured worldwide. Sperm cryopreservation is a common fish breeding method that ensures sperm availability around the year. Studies on cryopreservation of goldfish sperm, especially on the suitability of cryoprotectant types and pre-freezing time, are scarcely available. OBJECTIVE: To determine the most suitable type of cryoprotectant and pre-freezing for the successful cryopreservation of goldfish sperm. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A completely randomized design with two factors was utilized in this study. The first factor is the type of cryoprotectants, which included methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, and DMSO. The second is pre-freezing times of 10, 20, 30, and 40 min at each of the pre- freezing temperatures of 4°C, −10°C, and −79°C, meaning that the total times for the ramping down of temperature were 30, 60, 90 and 120 min, respectively. The Ringer solution and 10% egg yolk were used as extender and extracellular cryoprotectant. The sperm was stored at −179°C for 7 days. RESULTS: The ANOVA test showed that cryoprotectants and pre-freezing significantly affected the motility, viability, and fertility of goldfish sperm after freezing in liquid nitrogen for 7 days (ρ CONCLUSION: We conclude that 10% DMSO combined with 15% egg yolk and 20 min pre-freezing is the best treatment for goldfish sperm cryopreservation.

Wind energy is renewable energy used as an energy source for wind power plants (PLTB). The most common distribution method used to model wind speed distribution data is the Weibull distribution. The Nakagami distribution has begun to be widely used in several studies to model wind speed distribution data. The Nakagami distribution is considered an alternative to the Weibull distribution in modeling wind speed distribution data. This study aims to compare the distribution of Nakagami and Weibull in analyzing wind power potential and calculating the resulting Wind Energy Production (WEP), using wind speed distribution data from both distributions in Kuta Raja, Banda Aceh and Lhoknga, Aceh Besar. The wind speed data used is satellite data (secondary data) downloaded via windguru.cz, with the most stable wind speed being a wind speed of 3-5 m/s. The value of wind power potential at the Kuta Raja location, Banda Aceh was obtained at 64.16% with the Nakagami distribution and 62.73% with the Weibull distribution, and 73.60% with the Nakagami distribution and 73.28% at the Lhoknga location, Aceh Besar. The comparison of these two distributions produces a Weibull distribution that is superior to the Nakagami distribution for both locations, where the Weibull distribution has a smaller error value and produces a WEP value that is in accordance with the actual/observable data compared to the Nakagami distribution. In this study, the Nakagami distribution has results that make this distribution an alternative or comparison to the Weibull distribution in distributing wind speed data with further research.

Organisasi yang terkait dengan masjid yakni Pengurus/Takmir Masjid, Remaja Masjid dan Kelompok Pengajian Ibu-Ibu dalam pengelolaan keuangannya masih bersifat tradisional dan sederhana. Dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan hanya berupa catatan kas dan disampaikan pada saat hari jum’at, Ada masjid yang menyampaikan informasi keuangan masjid dengan cara menempel catatan kas di papan pengumuman, tapi data yang diumumkan tidak mutakhir. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan masjid ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan mendorong para Pengurus Masjid dan Remaja Masjid se Kelurahan Ampenan Selatan Kecamatan Ampenan Kota Mataram untuk mampu dan mau menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan masjid berdasarkan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode pelatihan, dengan materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi Manajemen Masjid, Pengelolaan Keunangan Masjid dan Praktek Pengelolaan Keuangan di Masjid Jogokaryan. Teknik penyampaian menggunakan teknik ceramah, tanya jawab. dan peragaan. Teknik ceramah digunakan berkenaan dengan penyampaian materi pelatihan. Sedangkan teknik Tanya jawab digunakan untuk menggali segala permasalahan yang dihadapi para anggota pelatihan (Takmir Masjid, Remaja Masjid dan Kelompok Pengajian Ibu-Ibu) se Kelurahan Ampenan Selatan berkaitan dengan pengaplikasian pengelolaan keuangan masjid. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Masjid An Nur Madani Lingkungan Karang Buyuk Ampenan Selatan pada hari Sabtu tanggal 27 Agustus 2022. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta faham tentang materi peletihan yang disampaikan, dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab tentang permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan masjid serta solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar manajemen masjid, cara mengelolan keuangan masjid secara transparan dan akuntabel. Mengingat kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta, maka perlu ada upaya lanjutan dalam bentuk pendampingan terutama terkait dengan kegiatan administrasi (akuntansi) keuangan masjid

This paper discusses control mass-spring-dumper (MSD) system used in vehicle suspensions. The vehicle suspension consists of mass, coil (spring), and shock absorber (dumper). MSD provided a shock effect when the vehicle was caused by the frictional force on the load. The dificulty to achive the stability of suspension and the following of set point tracking. Therefore, the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) based on tuning 1-degree of freedom (1-DOF) and 2-degree of freedom (2-DOF) were proposed to stability when the disturbance accours. The MSD equation was obtained by using the laplace transform and validated in Matlab Simulink. The result shows that the proposed PID control reduces disturbance rejection by the smaller set point tracking peak amplitude of 0.01, overshoot of 0.68%, rise time of 0.199 seconds. The 1-DOF tuning achieved set point tracking and disturbance rejection with a peak amplitude of 1.13, overshoot 12.9%, rise time 0.134 seconds, and the 2-DOF tuning achived set point tracking and disturbance rejection with peak amplitude of 1.07, overshoot 6.53%, rise time 1.28 seconds. The proposed PID control has the best performance than 1-DOF and 2-DOF controller.

The research aims to find out how discretion is implemented as a form of government policy innovation in Indonesia. The importance of discretion for local governments to provide innovative policies for ideal government services. This study uses normative legal research methods with statutory approaches, conceptual approaches, case approaches, and comparative approaches. The analytical method used is descriptive and prescriptive methods. The results of the discussion show that discretionary arrangements that are implemented as a form of government policy innovation are steps that must be taken in supporting innovative officials as an effort to find common ground between innovation and law, not to be passive in realizing innovation. Discretionary criteria as government policy innovations in their implementation are assessed based on four aspects: authority, limits, testing, and judicial control. The ideal discretionary model in making innovation policies to realize bureaucratic reform must be based on the main values of the welfare state. In addition, discretionary policies must follow Pancasila values, as well as collaboration between authorities. Discretionary policies must follow the general principles of good governance (AUPB). Thus, it is necessary to have additional principles as a basis for implementing discretionary innovation policies in realizing bureaucratic reform, namely the principle of motivation, the principle of fair play, the principle of prohibition of detournement de pouvoir, the principle of justice, the principle of freedom, the principle of integrity, the principle of real goals, the principle of effectiveness and the principle of participation.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur dan perkecambahan serbuk sari pada porang. Struktur dan perkecambahan serbuk sari diamati secara mikroskopis. Pengamatan perkecambahan serbuk sari dilakukan pada tiga hari sebelum mekar (M-3), dua hari sebelum mekar (M-2), satu hari sebelum mekar (M-1), mekar (M) hingga empat hari setelah mekar (M+4). Serbuk sari pada porang berstruktur dimorfik (struktur X dan Y: unit monad dan majemuk). Struktur X dengan panjang aksis (P)= 30-50 µm, diameter ekuatorial (E)= 16.67-41.67 µm, dan indeks P/E= 1.19-1.79, sedangkan struktur Y dengan P= 50-84 µm, E= 34-67 µm, dan indeks P/E= 1.25-1.40. Serbuk sari porang berbentuk subspheroidal dan prolat; ukuran panjang aksis bertipe media dan magna; tipe aperture monocolpate. Viabilitas tertinggi struktur X pada M (31.58%), sedangkan struktur Y pada M+1 (21.76%). Viabilitas M+3 mulai menurun, sehingga penyerbukan buatan porang yang tepat dilakukan ketika viabilitas serbuk sari tinggi (M atau tidak lebih dari M+3).

Acid mine drainage is mining waste that contains a lot of sulfate and heavy metals such as Fe and Mn which can cause environmental damage and pollute the ecosystem, therefore it needs to be managed. One way to manage acid mine drainage is with phytoremediation techniques using Purun tikus (Eleocharis dulcis). The ability of Purun tikus to accumulate heavy metals can be known by calculating the bio-concentration factor (BCF) and tranclocation factor (TF). This study aims to determine the value of bio concentration factor (BCF) and tranclocation factor (TF) in rat purun in absorbing Fe and Mn so that it can be used for coal mine acid water management. Sampling was conducted using Convenience sampling method. Analysis of Fe, Mn, BCF and TF levels was carried out using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. In the study, the bio concentration factor (BCF) value for Fe was 7.53, and for Mn was 30.09. While the value of the tranclocation factor (TF) for Fe is 0.77 or the value of TF less than 1, this indicates that rat Purun in accumulating Fe metal uses a phytostabilization mechanism. Then the tranclocation factor (TF) value for Mn is 1.44 or TF value more than 1, indicating that in accumulating Mn metal, Purun rats use a phytoextraction mechanism.

The Shell Eco-Marathon challenge is an annual competition held to challenge students in innovating the most fuel efficiency vehicle for either a prototype or an urban concept vehicle. An urban concept vehicle is designed for fuel efficiency using electricity as source of power. Apart from the use of electricity as an alternative to internal combustion engines, the design of the vehicle is also crucial for efficiency. The car bodywork design needs to be aerodynamically designed to minimise drag and subsequently use less energy to move. The design must also incorporate structural integrity to protect the driver as well as providing airflow for sufficient ventilation both inside the passenger and the engine compartment. Five models for the rear and front designs were produced using CATIA and analysed using Computational Fluid Dynamics in ANSYS Fluent. The models underwent a virtual wind tunnel on three different air velocity speeds, 20 km/h, 30 km/h and 40 km/h to generate a force report of drag force and coefficient on each design. The front design is chosen based on the lowest drag coefficient and force while the rear design is selected based on a balanced downforce while achieving the lowest practical drag force. The results demonstrated that the air resistance faced by a car was highly influenced by both front and rear design of the body.

One of the recently developed metaheuristic algorithms, the coyote optimization algorithm (COA), has shown to perform better in a number of difficult optimization tasks. The binary form, BCOA, is used in this study as a solution to the descriptor selection issue in classifying diverse antifungal series. Z-shape transfer functions (ZTF) are evaluated to verify their efficiency in improving BCOA performance in QSAR classification based on classification accuracy (CA), the geometric mean of sensitivity and specificity (G-mean), and the area under the curve (AUC). The Kruskal-Wallis test is also applied to show the statistical differences between the functions. The efficacy of the best suggested transfer function, ZTF4, is further assessed by comparing it to the most recent binary algorithms. The results prove that ZTF, especially ZTF4, significantly improves the performance of the original BCOA. The ZTF4 function yields the best CA and G-mean of 99.03% and 0.992%, respectively. It shows the fastest convergence behaviour compared to other binary algorithms. It takes the fewest iterations to reach high classification performance and selects the fewest descriptors. In conclusion, the obtained results indicate the ability of the ZTF4-based BCOA to find the smallest subset of descriptors while maintaining the best classification accuracy performance.

Penyakit Tuberculosis merupakan masalah kesehatan terbesar di dunia, setelah HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) sehingga harus ditangani dengan serius. Pelaksanaan promosi kesehatan media merupakan salah satu hal yang penting, hal ini berkaitan dengan sasaran dan materi promosi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas edukasi kesehatan melalui whatsapp terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap penderita TB dalam pencegahan penularan TB paru di UPTD Puskesmas Tapung II Tahun 2021. Lokasi penelitian adalah di UPTD Puskesmas Tapung II. Jenis penelitian adalah studi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain quasy experiment with control atau pre and post test. Sampel penelitian ada 30 orang, cara pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, membagi seluruh sampel menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu kelompok I (intervensi) dan kelompok II (kontrol). Analisis data dilakukan dengan secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariate. Ditemukan bahwa Karakteristik TB sebagian responden dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 16 responden (53,3%). Responden dengan umur produktif sebanyak 25 responden (89,3%). Sebagian besar berpendidikan SD dan SMP yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (76,7%). Responden yang tidak bekerja sebanyak 19 responden (63,3%) dan media whatsaap yang diberikan kepada responden sebanyak 15 responden (50%). Ada perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi melalui media Whastapp dengan pvalue 0,000 (pvalue < 0,05). Ada perbedaan sikap sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi melalui media Whatsapp dengan pvalue 0,000 (pvalue < 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya Efektifitas Sesudah Edukasi Kesehatan melalui whatsapp terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Penderita TB dalam Pencegahan Penularan TB Paru. Disarankan kepada Penanggungjawab program TB Puskesmas agar bisa selalu aktif dalam konsultasi TB melalui whatsapp, dan bagi Pemerintah setempat khususnya Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar agar dapat merancang strategi promosi kesehatan yang lebih baik dalam penurunan kasus TB melalui program pencegahan TB.

Objective - The COVID-19 epidemic has significantly impacted organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) among Malaysian industrial employees. This study investigates the influence of perceived organisational support (POS) on OCB using job insecurity and organisational trust as mediators. Methodology/Technique - Adopt the cross-sectional design with the aid of a questionnaire to collect data from 189 selected employees of manufacturing industries in Malaysia. The PLS-SEM technique is used in this study to test the proposed hypotheses. Findings – The results show that POS directly impacts OCB, and this relationship is also strongly mediated by job insecurity and organizational trust. The manufacturing industries are growing stable on a good workplace climate, including decreasing job insecurity and increasing organizational trust. Moreover, the prior study concentrated on good OCB behavioural results. However, there are also detrimental behavioural consequences that may be impacted by POS, such as unproductive behaviour; therefore, the current research focuses on new variables as mediators, such as job insecurity and organizational trust to fill the research gap. Novelty - Therefore, Organisational trust and job insecurity further mediate the relationship between POS and OCB. Thus, this paper finds an answer to human resource management (HRM) practices, explaining how POS influences organisational trust and job insecurity towards OCB. The study can help management better understand the importance of OCB in introducing and implementing POS through the improvement of organisational trust and job insecurity in the organisation. Every company has an absolute right to be able to achieve the target or mission that has been set, one of which is to increase productivity by optimizing the motivation of human resources in the company concerned. A foundation for the company's success is directed and effective human resources, thus creating an increase in work motivation. Motivation is the encouragement of individuals or groups to carry out a job that has a certain mission. Productivity is the desire of individuals or groups to improve the quality of activities in all fields. This study aims to see the effect of motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. The study population is the employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. The total study sample is 30 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that partially the variable of motivation had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. Moreover, simple linear regression states that the motivational variable has a positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum.

Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memfokuskan pada pengamatan jalannya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien pengguna kartu BPJS di Puskesmas Sukabumi Kecamatan Buay Bahuga Way Kanan Lampung. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive. Sumber data penelitian ini ada 2 macam yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien pengguna Kartu BPJS di Puskesmas Sukabumi berdasarkan, reabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati belum berjalan dengan baik. Tidak berjalannya dengan baik aspek – aspek kualitas pelayanan terlihat dari Tangibels/ tampilan fisik, ketersediaan fasilitas fisik dan peralatan belum memberikan kenyamanan bagi pasien yang dilayani; Reliability, tentang kesesuaian pelayanan yang diberikan dengan yang diinformasikan dijadwalkan belum konsisten, standar pelayanan administrasi pencatatan masih berbelit-belit; Responsivness/Daya tanggap, pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien pengguna Kartu BPJS belum dapat dilakukan secara cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pasien. Kesabaran dan keramah-tamahan perawat belum baik; Empaty/Empati dokter dan perawat kurang memahami dan memperhatikan perasaan pasien yang dilayani. Perawat dan dokter dalam melayani pasien belum mencerminkan sikap yang tulus, serta kurang konsisten terhadap kesesuian dan ketepatan waktu melayani pasien pengguna Kartu BPJS.

Judicial decisions must have legal implications for relevant parties. PMK No. 2/PUU-XIX/2021 remains debatable between creditors and debtors because it seemingly weakens the protection of creditors' rights. Creditors cannot immediately carry out enforcement procedures that cut off the creditor's business flow because the position of the subject of fiduciary obligations is in the debtor's control, making it possible for disputes between debtors and creditors. This normative legal research was conducted using a philosophical, juridical approach covering statutory policies, conceptual and case approaches. PMK No. 2/PUU-XIX/2021 does not regulate creditor legal provisions in enforcing fiduciary securities, making it difficult for creditors to execute them. The Constitutional Court should decide to guarantee justice for all parties and provide a decision with clear content and sentence structure, so multiple interpretations will not occur. The execution of fiduciary securities during the Covid-19 pandemic should not be immediately carried out because the creditor had to follow the predetermined procedures.

This study aimed to determine the best cropping pattern and type of mulch in the intercropping system of sweet corn and red beans in organic farming systems. The research was conducted in Air Duku Village, Bengkulu at 1054 m above sea level. The experimental design was RCBD with two factors. The first factor was cropping patterns consisted of monocultures of sweet corn, monocultures red bean, and intercropping of sweet corn and red beans. The second factor was organic mulch types consisting of rice straw, coffee husk, rice husk mulch, and control (without mulch). Data were analyzed using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) (α= 5%). The treatment means were separated by LSD. Plant height, plant dry weight, husked cob weight, unhusked cob weight, cob husked weight per plot was measured for sweet corn plants, while red bean plants were assessed for plant height, the number of seeds, seed weight, seed weight per plot, and weeds were observed for weight dry. Study resulted intercropping can suppress weeds on red beans but not in sweet corn. Sweet corn-red bean intercropping suppressed weed growth, and mulch application of rice straw and rice husks effectively controlled weeds. The growth and yield of sweet corn planted in intercropping are equivalent to that grown in monoculture. Red-beans has higher yield in monoculture than intercropping even though the growth is not different between the two crops. This result is important in weed manejemen in organic farming practice.

This study aims to obtain information and discuss in-house training in increasing teacher competency in compiling lesson plans at SDN 195/X Sungai Jambat in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is school action research (PTS) conducted by the principal at SDN 195/X Sungai Jambat in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year with 8 teacher subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, field notes and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at SDN 195/X Sungai Jambat through in-house training (IHT) which can be seen from the percentage of completeness from cycle I to cycle II

Machine vision will play a significant role in the next generation of IR 4.0 systems. Recognition and analysis of faces are essential in many vision-based applications. Deep Learning provides the thrust for the advancement in visual recognition. An important tool for visual recognition tasks is Convolution Neural networks (CNN). However, the 2D methods for machine vision suffer from Pose, Illumination, and Expression (PIE) challenges and occlusions. The 3D Race Recognition (3DFR) is very promising for dealing with PIE and a certain degree of occlusions and is suitable for unconstrained environments. However, the 3D data is highly irregular, affecting the performance of deep networks. Most of the 3D Face recognition models are implemented from a research aspect and rarely find a complete 3DFR application. This work attempts to implement a complete end-to-end robust 3DFR pipeline. For this purpose, we implemented a CuteFace3D. This face recognition model is trained on the most challenging dataset, where the state-of-the-art model had below 95% accuracy. An accuracy of 98.89% is achieved on the intellifusion test dataset. Further, for open world and unseen domain adaptation, embeddings learning is achieved using KNN. Then a complete FR pipeline for RGBD face recognition is implemented using a RealSense D435 depth camera. With the KNN classifier and k-fold validation, we achieved 99.997% for the open set RGBD pipeline on registered users. The proposed method with early fusion four-channel input is found to be more robust and has achieved higher accuracy in the benchmark dataset.

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of a goat breeding business on a micro-scale farm Tanggamus Regency and a small-scale farm South Lampung. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature studies. Financial analysis was measured by calculating Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that micro and small scale livestock farming in the two research locations was declared feasible to continue. This feasibility is expressed by an NPV value greater than zero, which is Rp. 121,303,075 for micro-scale farm and Rp. 370,846,687 for small-scale farm. The IRR value which was greater than the discount rate was 30.41% for the micro scale and 50.7% for the small scale farm. Net B/C value > 1, 2.62 for micro scale and 4.20 for small scale farm. The payback period for micro-scale farm was 3 years and 5 months and for small-scale farm was 2 years and 2 months. Keywords: Financial Feasibility, Goat Breeding, Farmers

Introduction: With the arise of the COVID-19 pandemic, higher institutions are forced to change the method of delivery for bedside teaching sessions from face-to-face to online learning. However, online learning was found not effective in delivering practical knowledge and skills to students. Hence, the objective of this study was to determine the association between level of knowledge gained, confidence, motivation and flexibility on types of learning for bedside teaching sessions among clinical students in four Malaysian medical schools during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: A cross-sectional study involving medical students from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIA) and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) were conducted from 1st March 2021 until 6th June 2021. An online questionnaire was distributed and it consisted of 5 sections which cover sociodemographic information, level of knowledge gained, confidence, motivation, and flexibility from bedside teaching session. The data was analysed by using SPSS software program. Results: There is a significant association between the level of knowledge gained, level of confidence, level of motivation and level of flexibility with the type of learning (online or face-to-face) during bedside teaching sessions. Results revealed that students gained a higher level of knowledge (84.9%), higher level of confidence in physical examination (93.3%), higher motivation (82.2%) and higher flexibility (64.1%) during face-to-face bedside teaching sessions compared to online learning. Conclusion: Most of the medical students in four Malaysian medical schools prefer face-to-face learning compared to online learning for bedside teaching sessions.

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu usaha yang bisa dicoba seorang guru dalam menaikkan mutu pembelajaran, khususnya guru mata pelajaran sejarah. Pendampingan penyusunan PTK dalam aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru sejarah MGMP Sejarah SMA di Kabupaten Kediri mengenai PTK, serta (2) meningkatkan keahlian guru dalam penyusunan laporan PTK. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan yang terdiri dari tahapan Perencanaan (pengamatan), Penerapan (ceramah, dialog, unjuk rasa), serta Evaluasi. Peserta memperoleh ketrampilan baru dalam membuat Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), mulai dari pembuatan proposal hingga pelaporannya. Ketrampilan membuat PTK merupakan suatu kompetensi wajib guru sebagai syarat sebagai guru professional selain kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian,dan sosial. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan ini diketahui dari 25 peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan, 21 peserta menyatakan sangat puas atas adanya kegiatan ini, empat peserta cukup puas dikarenakan kendala pengetikan menggunakan perangkat komputer karena faktor usia, sehingga dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pendampingan ini berhasil.

This research focuses on the load and stability of unmanned aerial vehicles that are as light as possible but with optimal stability functions and increasing the capacity of liquid fertilizer lifted by unmanned aerial vehicles. The increase in lift is related to the payload and stability to be carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle. By optimizing the arm using the arm carbon method, so without reducing the strength and function of the drone, the gross weight of the components becomes much lighter, so that the weight can be focused on increasing the capacity of liquid fertilizer. With the increase in liquid fertilizer capacity, of course, the weight also increases, this raises a new problem, which is to make the balance value when the drone take-off has a large magnitude, thus affecting stability which causes the potential to fail to fly, therefore this research was carried out so that the drone has stability. maximum and can minimize the effects of shocks from increasing capacity after using arm-carbon. The measurements taken were the success rate of the system in flying over agricultural land, power testing and current measurements. After testing, it was found that by using a split tank and carbon arm system, current and power tend to be more stable, so that battery life is longer, liquid fertilizer capacity can be increased and the potential for flight failure can be minimized with a split tank system with 90% accuracy, carried out optimizing weight with carbon arms and increasing the capacity of liquid fertilizer by 30%, using a split tank system increases the stability of the drone at take-off by up to 80%.

Rice protein is considered an important dietary protein source. Information regarding rice nutrient-related protein expression is still scarce, hence further study investigating this aspect is highly needed. Herein, we applied sequential window acquisition of all theoretical mass spectra (SWATH-MS) for a comparative proteomic analysis across six different Malaysian rice varieties. These consisted of black rice (BR: PH9 and BALI), red rice (RR: MRQ100 and MRM16), and white rice (WR: MRQ76 and MR297). This study aimed to unravel rice nutrient-related proteins and if their expressions were significantly different across varieties. A total of 4022 quantified proteins were found to be significantly expressed across all varieties with a false discovery rate (FDR) < 1% and p < 0.05. While among 1792 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) that were identified, 74 DEPs had functions related to nutrient biosynthesis. There were significantly higher expressions of key enzymes for the carotenoid and amylopectin biosynthesis pathways and seed storage proteins, i.e., prolamins and glutelins in RR. Glycoproteins such as cupin and germin-like protein, as well as enzymes that are involved in the biosynthesis of thiamine and anthocyanin were abundantly found in BR. WR was particularly enriched with biosynthesis enzymes for essential amino acids (methionine and arginine), vitamin B, and unsaturated fatty acid. This study provides us insights into the differential expressions of storage and functional proteins with nutrient-related properties in shaping rice grain pigmentations and plant immunity, as well as in contributing diverse health benefits as daily functional food for human consumption.

Masalah penelitian ini adalah pembinaan atlet di SMA Negeri Olahraga khususnya cabang olahraga atletik tampak kurang tercapainya harapan untuk berprestasi di tingkat nasional ataupun internasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengevaluasi program pembinaan prestasi atlet atletik SMAN olahraga Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dengan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, melalui wawancara langsung dan media google formulir dengan atlet atletik, pelatih, pengurus SMAN olahraga Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konteks, tujuan program pembinaan prestasi di SMAN olahraga sudah sesuai dengan visi misi yang jelas dan menjadikan SMAN olahraga sebagai wadah atlet prestasi. Secara input, kurangnya kualitas atlet yang ada saat ini karena dampak dari pandemi sehingga kurang maksimal dalam seleksi atlet. Secara proses kurangnya pengetahuan pelatih dalam merancang program latihan tergambar dari tidak mampunya membuat program secara tertulis. Secara produk, kualitas atlet dan pelatih yang kurang baik sehingga hasil kurang maksimal

Security method of data transmission process has been growing rapidly with the science of cryptography. Cryptography can provide security services that includes security aspects like confidentiality, data integrity, authentication and non-repudiation. Modern cryptography uses a key that must be kept secret to overcome the problem of cryptographic security. Problem in the use of the same key by two entities that communicate with each other in exchanging messages is a way to distribute the key. This problem can be overcome by using public-key cryptography, which allows users to communicate securely without a shared secret key. Digital signature is the application of public-key cryptography. When accessing important digital documents, it is necessary to verify the signature given. Implementation of digital signature always requires a hash function. Hash function used in this research namely SHA-256, SHA-384 and Tiger. Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) set the cryptographic standard for digital signatures is the Digital Signature Standard (DSS). Algorithms included in the DSS are the Digital Standard Algorithm (DSA), Ron Rives, Adi Shamir, and Leonard Adleman (RSA) and Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA). So it is necessary to test the best digital signature implementation strategy that can be used by optimizing the performance of the hash function. Performance testing of the three algorithms is done by making an application using a computer programming language C++. Implementation program using C++ class library for cryptographic scheme that is Crypto++ Library 5.6.0. Class libraries used in the classes functions for digital signatures. On the application of digital signatures generated, conducted tests is done by combining each hash function algorithm with each of the DSS in order to compare their performance in terms of time and memory usage. Against the test results are then analyzed using statistical tests. The result shows that pair of Tiger hash function and DSA algorithm is the best combination.

Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak parah pada semua sektor, baik kesehatan, ekonomi, dan secara sosial di seluruh dunia. Remaja adalah kelompok yang rentan terhadap masalah psikologis seperti stres karena pandemi. Upaya dan kebijakan dalam menangani pandemi seperti membatasi pertemuan sekolah dan pembelajaran online dapatmemicustres untuk remaja. Hipnotis lima jari adalah salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengurangi stres, terapi ini menyebabkan relaksasi yang tinggi sehingga akan mengurangi ketegangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan hipnotik lima jari dengan tingkat stres remaja di era pandemi Covid-19. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen one group pre test – post test dengan sampel 30 remaja yang ditentukan oleh pengambilan sampel acak, yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk kisaran usia 12-19 tahun. Stres diukur menggunakan instrumen Perceive Stress Scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi t-test berpasangan yang menunjukkan bahwa ada efek terapi hipnotik lima jari pada tingkat stres remaja (Sig.2-tailed = 0,000, α = 0,05). Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hipnotis lima jari memiliki efek yang signifikan pada pengurangan stres dan dapat menjadi intervensi keperawatan alternatif dalam mengurangi stres, terutama pada remaja. Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to psychological problems such as stress due to the pandemic. Efforts and policies in dealing with the pandemic, such as limiting school gatherings and implementing online learning are stressful for adolescents. Five finger hypnosis is one of the nursing interventions that can be implemented to reduce stress, this therapy causes high relaxation, so it will reduce tension. This study aims to identify the relationship between five-finger hypnosis and adolescent stress levels. The method used in this study is a quasi experiment one group pre - post test with a sample of 30 adolescents chosen at random who meet the inclusion criteria for the age range of 12 to 19 years. Stress was measured using the Perceive Stress Scale instrument. The data was analyzed using a paired t-test correlation test, which revealed that five-finger hypnotic therapy had an effect on adolescent stress levels (Sig.2-tailed = 0.000, = 0.05). According to the findings of this study, five-finger hypnosis has a significant effect on stress reduction and can be used as an alternative nursing intervention in stress reduction. As the rate of technology development is concurrently increasing with the number of elderly people, it is necessary for people to be digitally literate and be able to use technology to its full capacity. However, research has found that the digital divide is still happening within the community, as not everyone has fully accepted technology in their daily life routines. With the aim of identifying barriers and challenges of elderly learning technology, and mitigating efforts used by past researchers to cater to the barriers, a scoping review following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guideline was conducted, and 19 eligible articles have identified having low self-confidence, lack of knowledge, cognitive and physical limitations, as well as psychological and socioeconomic challenges as the common barriers associated with elderly learning. Recognizing what the elders can and cannot do, alongside having intervention programs that promote digital inclusion, could be taken as measures to mitigate the barriers faced by the elders in learning to use technology.

Right after giving birth, a mother is faced with various roles and responsibilities while also undergoing the process of recovery. These experiences often bring out negative emotions, particularly for first-time mothers. If these negative emotions are not managed properly, they can worsen their conditions. This study aimed to gain an overview of the experience of regulating emotions during the postpartum period for primiparous mothers. The study used a qualitative approach through a case study method. In-depth interviews were conducted with three participants, who had given birth to their first child within the past six months, to gather data. The results of the data analysis, using thematic analysis, revealed four themes: Strategies for handling situations, strategies to shift attention, strategies for cognitive change, and strategies to change responses. The mothers reported feeling better after using strategies that allowed them to modify situations, appraise them positively, and express emotions rather than avoiding or suppressing them. The results of this study enhance our understanding of the experience of emotion regulation in primiparous mothers. Hence, mothers can benefit from these strategies for regulating emotions. Partners, parents, and counseling professionals around the mothers can encourage the use of these strategies to process negative emotions effectively.

Pembelajaran matematika dipengaruhi faktor afektif yang sangat penting bagi siswa, salah satu faktor tersebut adalah self-efficacy. Siswa dituntut untuk memiliki self-efficacy matematika yang tinggi. Dengan ini diharapkan mampu mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran matematika. Adanya fakta-fakta yang menunjukkan rendahnya self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran matematika, sehingga mendorong peneliti untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy dengan melakukan peningkatan proses dalam pembelajaran matematika. Upaya konkrit yang bisa diterapkan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM). Penelitian yang dilakukan tergolong Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) untuk meningkatkan tingkat self-efficacy matematika yang dimiliki siswa. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Pada setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) dapat meningkatkan self-efficacy matematika siswa. Pada akhir siklus pertama, self-efficacy matematika siswa ternyata masih dalam kategori menengah (sedang) dan pada akhir siklus kedua menunjukkan peningkatan self-efficacy matematika siswa pada kategori tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan akuntansi syariah, lingkungan kerja, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi karir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi akuntansi Universitas Yarsi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan akuntansi syariah dan pertimbangan pasar tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah.

Aim: The study aimed to investigate the impact of rainwater on the acidity levelsto monitor acid deposition and identify sources of pollutant that affect the acidity concentrations of rainwater. Methodology and Results: One unit of rainwater sampler in each location was employed, andsamples were taken to the National Research and Innovation Agency laboratory (BRIN) for analysis of rainwater quality including acidity/pH degree, conductivity, and ion concentrations. The results show that high rainfall intensity (>300 mm/month) in April and December 2019 led to a decrease in electrical conductivity (200 μmol/L) of rainwater, likely due to the dissolution/washing process of anions in the air during the rainy season and acid and alkaline neutralization in the dry season. The most identified chemical compounds were ammonium (NH4+), sulfate (SO42-), nitrate (NO3-), and salt (NaCl). Conclusion, significance, and impact study: Based on back-trajectory projections, the decline in rainwater quality was attributed to both local emissions (transportation, industry, agriculture, and waste burning) and long-range sources (earth crust, oceans, coastlines, marine activities, and anthropogenic and forest fires in the Australian territory).

In 2021, tuberculosis (TB) incidence partially rebounded but remained 12% lower compared with 2019, in which 10 million new TB cases have been reported worldwide. In Malaysia, 20 – 30% of the total TB cases were reported in Sabah. In this communication, we are reporting the whole genome sequence of Mycobacterium iranicum strain SBH312, isolated from a 49-year-old male suffering from a pulmonary infection. This is the first report of M. iranicum, non-tuberculous mycobacteria infecting humans, from Sabah, state of Malaysia. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the M. iranicum strain SBH312 was closely related to strains from Iran and Peninsular Malaysia.

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang kebijakan luar negeri Iran terhadap Amerika Serikat pada masa kepemimpinan Hassan Rouhani. Terpilihnya Rouhani sebagai Presiden Iran pada tahun 2013 memberikan lanskap baru dalam konstelasi politik Iran. Sebelum era Rouhani, Iran merupakan negara yang tidak memiliki hubungan baik dengan AS, khususnya terkait kebijakan nuklir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif analitis. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik dokumentasi. Adapun teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini ialah teori analisis kebijakan luar negeri. Teori ini digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana kebijakan luar negeri Hassan Rouhani terhadap Amerika Serikat? Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan Iran pada masa Rouhani berfokus pada penyelamatan ekonomi dan nuklir. Kebijakan ekonomi diambil untuk menyelamatkan Iran dari sanksi ekonomi AS. Kemudian kebijakan nuklir dilakukan untuk sekuritisasi. Kebijakan nuklir yang paling fenomenal ialah kesepakatan nuklir yang terjadi pada tahun 2015 atau disebut dengan Joint Comprehensive Plan of Act (JCPOA). Kehadiran JCPOA ini memberikan sesuatu yang baru dalam konstelasi kebijakan politik Iran. Hal ini dikarenakan JCPOA telah disepakati oleh negara P5+1 yang memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan nuklir dunia. Selain itu, sanksi yang diberikan oleh AS terhadap Iran juga resmi dicabut. Dengan demikian, Iran berhasil terlepas dari tekanan ekonomi dan menjalin kesepakatan nuklir bersama dengan AS dan beberapa negara lainnya.

Background: Hypertension and dyslipidemia are well-established and partially overlapping risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Hypertension affects nearly 26% of the adult population worldwide and is an important independent predictor of cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular accidents and death. The prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and Hypertension is rapidly increasing in developing countries. Hypertension has been reported to be responsible for 57% of all stroke deaths and 24% of all cardiovascular deaths in East Asians. Objective: To compare the lipid profile of hypertensive patients with normotensive individuals and socio-demographic and dyslipidemia patterns in hypertensive and normotensive individuals. Methodology: A total of 167 hypertensive patients. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study. An equal number of normotensive individuals were selected at Hypertension & Research Center, Rangpur and the Department of Medicine, Rangpur medical college hospital, Rangpur, from February 2013 to November 2013. Consecutive purposive sampling method and fasting lipid profile was done. Informed written consent was taken from the patient and the normotensive individual. Results: In this study, we studied a total of 334 patients; among them, 167 were hypertensive, and an equal number of normotensive individuals. The age range for hypertensive patients was 20-89 years, whereas for normotensive patients was 20-80. The mean age of the study population was 47.58 (SD±12.027) for the hypertensive group and 40.29 (SD±15.493) for the normotensive group. Males were dominant in both hypertensive (57.5% Vs 42.5%) and normotensive individuals (66.5% Vs 33.5%). The hypertensive population lived more in urban areas (55.6% vs 53.29%). Conclusion: Sub-categorized serum lipid profile as this study shows exceptionally high total cholesterol, high triglycerides and borderline LDL-cholesterol levels are positively associated with Hypertension. Higher lipids levels may be attributed to physical inactivity and stress. So timely lipid profile assessment is necessary in all hypertensive cases, especially in northern Bangladesh, to stop further aggravation and risks of coronary artery diseases.

Crude oil is one of the commodities that are needed in various fields. World crude oil prices that continue to fluctuate, of course, have a big influence on the country's economy. Crude oil price data collected is time series or the collection process is carried out from time to time with monthly periods. Therefore, we need a system that can forecast future world crude oil prices which are expected to be taken into consideration by the government for decision making. One method that can be used to predict world crude oil prices is ARIMA (Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average) and GARCH (Generalized Auto-Regressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity) model. After modeling, it is proven that the world crude oil price data for the period January 2002 to June 2022 has a heteroscedasticity effect that cannot be overcome if only using the ARIMA model. The results of data processing show that the ARIMA (0,1,2) followed by the ARCH (2) is the best model with a MAPE value of 5,32%. The accuracy values obtained are classifield as very good for forecasting world crude oil prices.

Konseling sebaya merupakan proses layanan konseling oleh teman sebaya kepada konseli untuk menghadapi masalahnya dan diterapkan kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Remaja cenderung akan menceritakan masalah yang dihadapinya kepada teman sebaya mereka dibandingkan kepada orang tua ataupun guru mereka. Hal ini menjadikan konseling sebaya menjadi efektif dalam upaya membantu remaja dalam menghadapi masalahnya. Remaja menilai jika orang dewasa tidak akan bisa memahami perasaan mereka, dan hanya teman sebayanya yang bisa mengerti mereka. Maka dari itu perantara konselor sebaya dalam proses konseling dapat membantu baik konseli maupun konselor ahli dalam menangani masalah yang dialami oleh konseli

Gejala Penyakit ADHD terjadi biasanya dikalangan anak-anak. Salah satunya anak- anak cenderung melakukan aktivitas yang berlebihan, anak-anak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol tingkat aktivitas dan kurang mampu untuk focus dalam mengerjakan sesuatu bagi anak penderita ADHD. Namun Masyarakat terutama orang tua masih tidak menyadari akan perilaku berlebihan anak-anak dan tingkat konsentrasi rendah yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak yang bisa saja anak tersebut menderita ADHD. Tujuan penelitian ini merancang sistem yang dapat membantu orang tua dan tenaga medis untuk mendeteksi anak yang kemungkinan terdeteksi menderita ADHD dan tingkat kenyakinan terhadap diagnosis gejala ADHD dengan mengggunakan Metode Certainty Factor berbasis Web. Hasilnya menunjukkan rancangan Sistem pendukung untuk mendiagnosa penyakit menggunakan metode certainty factor diPuskesmas Batoh berjalan lancar dan sukses meningkatkan level keyakinan kepastian bagi orang tua dan dokter anak atas jawaban persentasi penyakit ADHD , telah di implementasi dan bisa diakses oleh pasien, dan pasien dengan mudah konsultasi atau istilahnya e-konsultasi dengan menjawab beberapa pertanyaan.Kata Kunci: ADHD,Certainty Factor, Anak-Anak , Gejala Penyakit, Sistem Pakar Abstract ADHD symptoms usually occur among children. The purpose of this research is to design a system that can help parents and medical personnel to detect children who may be detected with ADHD and the level of confidence in the diagnosis of ADHD symptoms using the Web-based Certainty Factor Method. Learning and instructional are one of the most important elements in supporting student output. In general, if the learning is effective, the results will also be better and vice versa. A student's learning difficulties at school are influenced by internal factors and external factors. The success of the process can be seen from the results of student learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of implementing remedial teaching in mathematics and to determine student completeness after remedial was carried out. The method used in this research is experimental research with the Pre-Experimental Designs approach. This research was conducted in class IV SDN 1 Mataram. The sample in this study was 20 grade IV students at SDN 1 Mataram. The instrument used was the test instrument. The final results of this study obtained t count > t table or 6.65 > 2.09, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that learning mathematics with Remedial Teaching is effective in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics class IV SDN 1 Mataram Academic Year 2022/2023

BACKGROUND: The cryopreservation of the sperm of the depik fish, Rasbora tawarensis, has previously been developed. However, the quality of the sperm post cryopreservation was not satisfactory and might be improved through the application of antioxidants. OBJECTIVE: To determine the most suitable antioxidant for the cryopreservation of the depik fish spermatozoa. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A completely randomized design with a non-factorial experiment was used and the tested antioxidants were glutathione, β-carotene, ascorbic acid, and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) at 6% concentrations. All treatments had three replications. The sperms were collected from 10 male fishes and diluted with Ringer solution in a ratio of 1: 20 (v/v, sperm: Ringer solution). Then 5% DMSO and 5% egg yolk were added to the diluted sperms. Furthermore, 6% of the tested antioxidants were added to the diluents, and then, cryopreservation was carried out in liquid nitrogen for 14 days. RESULTS: The ANOVA test showed that the application of antioxidants significantly affected the sperm motility, fertility, and hatching rates of the eggs (P> 0.05). Furthermore, the antioxidants also protected the sperm cells during cryopreservation, with glutathione being the best antioxidant. CONCLUSION: The application of antioxidants during the cryopreservation of depik fish sperm had a significant effect on motility, fertility and hatchability of eggs post-cryo. Furthermore, glutathione was the most suitable antioxidant.

Primary renal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a rare neoplasm. It is commonly associated with long standing stone disease. The diagnosis is usually unexpected and commonly diagnosed late. The tumor is aggressive and has poor prognosis. We report a case of primary renal SCC in a 50 year old man.

Bogie frame adalah bagian utama bogie yang digunakan untuk menopang seluruh badan kereta api, menghubungkan bogie ke wheel set, dan menopang komponen bogie lainnya. Beban terbesar kereta api diterima bogie frame sehingga diperlukan analisis kekuatan struktur. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis kekuatan desain struktur bogie frame kereta ukur jalur LRT Jabodebek pada kondisi exceptional loads. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis nilai tegangan objek penelitian akibat exceptional loads dan memastikan hasil simulasi memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan standar EN 13749. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai tegangan maksimum, nilai defleksi maksimum, dan lokasi tegangan maksimum tiap load case. Nilai tegangan maksimum hasil simulasi dibandingkan dengan nilai yield strength material sebesar 355 MPa. Dari dua belas load case exceptional dihasilkan nilai tegangan maksimum kurang dari nilai yield strength material. Nilai tegangan maksimum tertinggi terletak pada stopper transversal bracket yaitu sebesar 258 MPa dan defleksi maksimum terjadi ketika kondisi derailment (anjlok) yaitu sebesar 12,1 mm. Bogie frame kereta ukur jalur LRT Jabodebek memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan standar EN 13749 ketika kondisi exceptional loads. Bogie frame is the main part of the bogie used to support the entire body of the train, connect the bogie to the wheel set, and support other bogie components. The biggest load of the train is received by the bogie frame, so an analysis of the strength of the structure is needed. This study focuses on analyzing the strength of the bogie frame structure design for the Jabodebek LRT track under exceptional loads conditions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the stress value of the research object due to exceptional loads and to ensure that the simulation results meet the acceptance criteria of the EN 13749 standard. The results of this study are the maximum stress value, maximum deflection value, and the location of the maximum stress in each load case. The maximum stress value of the simulation results is compared with the material yield strength value of 355 MPa. Of the twelve exceptional load cases, the maximum stress value is less than the yield strength of the material. The highest maximum stress value is located at the stopper transverse bracket, which is 258 MPa and the maximum deflection occurs when the derailment condition is 12.1 mm. The bogie frame of the Jabodebek LRT track measuring train the acceptance criteria of standard EN 13749 when conditions are exceptional loads.

This study aims to find out how the financial performance comparisons between the South West Sulawesi Regional Development Bank (BPD Sulselbar) and the North East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank (BPD Kaltimtara) for the 2015-2020 period. The parameters used to compare the financial performance of the two banks are using the ratio of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Good Corporate Governance (Self-Assessment) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In this study, data analysis techniques were used, namely descriptive comparative analysis using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Earnings, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Capital) method which was supported by statistical testing, namely the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of descriptive comparative analysis using the RGEC method, it was found that the financial performance of BPD Sulselbar which was included in good criteria based on industry standards, namely the ratio of NPL, ROA, BOPO, GCG, and CAR ratio while for BPD Kaltimtara the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA, BOPO, GCG , and CAR is a ratio that is included in the good criteria. The results of the independent sample t-test (test two average differences) were obtained that the GCG and Capital factors as measured by the composite value of the bank's self-assessment GCG and the CAR ratio there was no significant difference between BPD Sulselbar and BPD Kaltimtara while the risk factor profile and earnings as measured by the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA and BOPO there are significant differences between BPD Sulselbar and BPD Kaltimtara during the 2015-2020 period.

Varisella zooster, virus yang mengikfeksi kulit mengakibatkan bintik kemerahan hingga gelembung berair pada kulit yang berakibat terjadinya luka atrofi seperti bopeng. Rimpang kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val.) mengandung kurkumin dan vitamin C yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan, mempercepat proliferasi sel dan sintesis kolagen. Tanaman pare (Momordica charantia L.) mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang membantu proses penyembuhan luka. Penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasi lulur eksfoliasi kombinasi rimpang kunyit dan daun pare yang berkhasiat sebagai penghilang bekas cacar dan memperoleh formula yang aman terhadap kulit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengeringkan rimpang kunyit kemudian diayak menggunakan mesh 30/40 sehingga diperoleh serbuk kunyit. Simplisia daun pare diekstraksi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Lulur diformulasikan dengan memvariasikan konsentrasi rimpang kunyit dan ekstrak daun pare berturut-turut F1 (7%:3%), F2 (10%:5%), dan F3 (10%:10%). Evaluasi mutu fisik terhadap lulur meliputi uji organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, daya lekat, viskositas serta uji stabilitas dipercepat. Hasil penelitian setelah penyimpanan dipercepat diperoleh F1 memiliki warna hijau, bau khas kunyit, tipe krim M/A, daya sebar 3,8 cm, viskositas 32000 cPs, pH 7,12, daya lekat 72,25 detik. Hasil pengujian iritasi diperoleh indeks iritasi primer (0) yang menunjukkan sediaan lulur eksfoliasi aman digunakan pada kulit. Dapat dismpulkan bahwa konsentrasi yang paling baik dan aman lulur kombinasi rimpang kunyit dan daun pare adalah 7% : 3%.

The accountability of subjects of international law has undergone rapid development, in particular to the accountability of international organizations. This study intends to analyse the legality of NATO’s humanitarian interventions in Libya and also analyse NATO’s accountability for violations of international law. The research method used is normative research with a statutory approach, a case approach, and a comparative approach. The results showed that violations committed by NATO member states can be attributed to NATO as an international organization. NATO has committed violations of international obligations under articles 3, 4 and 61 of the DARIO. NATO accountability as stipulated in articles 30-31 and 41-42 of the DARIO can be carried out by ceasing to commit violations and avoiding such acts in the future, as well as giving compensation for damages caused.
