Background It is essential to accurately predict Postoperative liver failure (PHLF) which is a life-threatening complication. Liver hardness measurement (LSM) is widely used in non-invasive assessment of liver fibrosis. The aims of this study were to explore the application of preoperative liver stiffness measurements (LSM) by transient elastography in predicting postoperative liver failure (PHLF) in patients with hepatitis B related hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The study included 247 consecutive patients with hepatitis B related hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent hepatectomy between May 2015 and September 2015. Detailed preoperative examinations including LSM were performed before hepatectomy. The endpoint was the development of PHLF. Results All of the patients had chronic hepatitis B defined as the presence of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) for more than 6 months and 76 (30.8%) had cirrhosis. The experiments were carried out to investigate combustion characteristics of RBL droplets (RBLD) and RBL particles (RBLP) in fluidized bed. The combustion experiments were focused on the influence of six different bed temperatures in the ranging from 530 to 780°C on gas production rates, yields of product, carbon and hydrogen conversions, releases of Na, K and Cl and emissions of NOxand SO2. The experiments results indicate that the combustion behaviors of RBLD and RBLP mainly depend on bed temperatures. The conversions and emissions have linear relation with bed temperature, respectively. And denitrification and desulfurization processes must be had during incinerate RBL in industry application.

From the perspective of quasi-public goods, this paper studies the investment of the farmland water infrastructure, and uses game theory to analyze government and private investors. It is found that in the presence of investment constraints, the government can not complete quasi-public goods investment in farmland water infrastructure independently, so the government needs to provide appropriate policies to increase the marginal benefit of private investors to attract private cooperation. Then this paper compares spontaneous investments and incentive investment from private investors, and concludes with policy recommendations.

Wind power industry development is one focus of clean energy. From the perspective of industrial agglomeration effect, this paper studied the development of Chinese wind power industry chain. The location quotient (LQ) was used to research the wind power industry agglomeration in North China, Northeast China, Northwest China and Jiangsu coastal areas, and it proves that wind power industry agglomeration is existented in the four regions. The concentration ratio (CR) was used to research the market concertration in these regions, and it proves that the different industial agglomeration degree may lead to different characteristics of wind power industry. The result is that we should connect wind power industry chains in China to promote national industrial development, like the power transmission from west to east.

We present the complete mitogenome of a stonefly, Cryptoperla stilifera Sivec (Plecoptera; Peltoperlidae). The mitogenome was a circular molecule consisting of 15,633 nucleotides, 37 genes and a A+T-rich region. C. stilifera mitogenome was similar to Pteronarcys princeps mitogenome (Plecoptera; Pteronarcyidae). All transfer RNA genes (tRNAs) had typical cloverleaf secondary structures except for trnSer (AGN), where the stem-loop structure of the dihydrouridine (DHU) arm was missing. The A+T-rich region of C. stilifera had two stem-loops and each had two interlink. Three conserved sequence blocks (CSBs) were present in the A+T-rich regions of C. stilifera, Peltoperla tarteri and Peltoperla arcuata. Moreover, many polynucleotide stretches (Poly N, N=A, T and C) in the A+T-rich region of C. stilifera Phylogenetic relationships of Polyneopteran species were constructed based on the nucleotide sequences of 13 protein coding genes (PCGs). Both maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian inference (BI) analyses supported Grylloblattodea as the sister group to Plecoptera+Dermaptera and Embiidina and Phasmatodea as sister groups.

Seven new iodo-bridged binuclear platinum(II) complexes [Pt(L)I 2 ] 2 ( 1 – 7 ) (L = n -butylamine, isopropylamine, m -toluidine, p -toluidine, diethylamine, N -methylaniline and aniline) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity, thermal analysis, IR, 1 H NMR and mass spectra techniques. The cytotoxicity was tested by MTT assay. The results indicate that they have selectivity against tested carcinoma cell lines. For example, the complexes ( 3 and 7 ) have better cytotoxicity than cisplatin against Bel-7402 cell line, the complexes ( 2 – 5 and 7 ) have better cytotoxicity than cisplatin against Hela cell line. The results suggest that the species of amine has important effect on cytotoxicity, when L = m -toluidine, p -toluidine and aniline, the complexes have better cytotoxicity against tested carcinoma cell lines.
