This study aims at determining the women’s language features produced by Najwa Zebian in the podcast Stories of The Souls and its functions of women’s language. This research utilized a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the data. Data were utterances produced by Najwa Zebian indicating women language’s features. The findings of this research revealed that Najwa did not use all of the women’s language features in the podcast Stories of The Soul. The study identified nine women’s language features occurred, such as lexical hedges or fillers, tag questions, rising intonation , hypercorrect grammar , intensifiers as the most dominant used by Najwa in the podcasts, super polite forms , empty adjectives , avoidance of strong swear words , and emphatic stress . However, the result did not give the occurrence of precise color terms. This study also found several functions of women’s language features. All of the functions are applied to the features in the podcast, including expressing uncertainty, starting a discussion, expressing feelings, and softening an utterance.

Analyzing students' misconceptions is very important to do to prevent a chain of concept errors in working on math problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze students' misconceptions in solving Linear Equation Systems questions based on Newman's Stages. This type of research uses qualitative research. The subject is a semester IV student in the Informatics Engineering study program who is taking Linear and Matrix Algebra courses in Even Semester 2020/2021. There are 3 subjects as respondents which are symbolized by MKT, MKS, and MKR. The instruments used include observation, tests, documentation and interviews. The test used is the material system of linear equations (SPL). After the tests were carried out, observations were made according to Newman's stages. Furthermore, interviews were carried out and then triangulation of the data obtained. The results of the analysis of student misconceptions based on Newman's Stages are that the subject of MKT makes reading errors, comprehension errors, transformation errors and encoding errors. MKT subject misconceptions occur in MKT subjects because they are wrong in writing symbols, so that they continue to write conclusions. Furthermore, the MKS and MKR subjects made five errors at the Newman stage, namely reading errors, comprehension errors, transformation errors, process skill errors, and encoding errors. This happened among others due to errors in symbols, calculation errors and incomplete calculations, as well as errors in applying the Gauss Elimination method.

Telah dilakukan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran fisika berbantuan edugame pada smartphone android dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbantuan edugame yang dikembangkan, peningkatan critical thinking skills peserta didik, dan efektifitas media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pembelajaran ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementatition, dan Evaluation. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 3 Kebumen dengan subjek uji coba 57 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah lembar validasi, angket respon siswa, dan tes critical thinking skills. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh data hasil validasi media pembelajaran berbantuan edugame dari dua validator ahli mendapatkan nilai secara keseluruhan 3,90 termasuk kategori sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Peningkatan critical thinking skills peserta didik pada tahap penerapan di kelas X MIPA diperoleh N-gain 0,67 dan termasuk kategori peningkatan sedang. Efektifitas media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran ditunjukkan dengan angket respon peserta didik mendapatkan persentase keseluruhan 82,75% dan termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Sehingga media pembelajaran fisika berbantuan edugame dapat digunakan sebagai media altenatif dalam pembelajaran untuk membantu meningkatkan critical thinking skills peserta didik.

Physics is a subject related to the environment so that it requires students to study nature and apply it in life. However, in learning sometimes students have difficulty understanding physics concepts and cause students to experience misconceptions. Therefore, a two-tier multiple choice diagnostic test is needed to analyze students' misconceptions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the two-tier multiple choice diagnostic test to analyze students' misconceptions in terms of content validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research model is instrument development. The research design used is true experiment research with pretest posttest control. The subject of this research is class X MIPA MA Negeri Purworejo. Data collection in this study used validation sheets, observation sheets, student response questionnaires, and two-tier multiple choice diagnostic tests. The results showed that: 1) content validation for the construct and language aspects obtained from 3 validators got an Aiken V index of 1 for all items included in the high validity category, 2) a practical two-tier multiple choice diagnostic test in terms of sheets. observations with reliable categories and good responses and responses from students, 3) student learning outcomes have increased with an N-gain of 0.5 which is included in the medium category and students' misconceptions are found on the subject of momentum, impulse, and collision by 41.20% which is at medium level. Thus the two-tier multiple choice diagnostic test is declared valid, practical, and effective so that it is feasible to analyze students' misconceptions in learning physics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perubahan tarif, metode penghitungan dan modernisasi sistem pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM dengan keadilan pajak sebagai variable moderating. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak UMKM yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak UMKM dengan ketentuan bahwa responden yang bersangkutan memiliki omset di bawah dari Rp. 500 Juta dan minimal telah terdaftar menjadi wajib pajak selama satu tahun pada KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan, adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 Wajib Pajak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner secara langsung. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi moderating dengan pendekatan nilai selisih mutlak. Analisis regresi linear berganda untuk hipotesis perubahan tarif, metode penghitungan dan modernisasi sistem pajak. Analisis regresi linear bergandadengan uji nilai selisih mutlak untuk hipotesis perubahan tarif, metode penghitungandanmodernisasi sistempajak.Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwaperubahan tarif, metode penghitungan dan modernisasi sistem pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Earnings Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility on the level of Tax Aggressiveness, either partially or simultaneously in the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sampling technique in this research method is purposive sampling using secondary data in the form of corporate financial reports in testing the hypothesis. The analysis technique used panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that partially Leverage and Corporate Social Responsibility have a negative and significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness. While, Liquidity have a negative effect and Earnings Management have a positive but not significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the results of research on Liquidity, Leverage, Earnings Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility have an effect on corporate Tax Aggressiveness.

This study aims to determine the effect of Market Value Added, Economic Value Added, Earning Per Share and Operating Cash Flow on property stock returns on the Indonesian stock exchange. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population is 54 companies with a sample of 27 property companies for the 2017-2020 period. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the Eviews version 9. The results of this study are 1) Market Value Added does not significantly affect stock returns, 2) Economic Value Added does not significantly affect stock returns, 3) Earnings Per Share does not significantly affect stock returns, 4) Operating Cash Flow has a significant effect on stock returns, 5) Market Value Added, Economic Value Added, Earning Per Share and Operating Cash Flow simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns of property companies on the IDX in 2017 – 2020.

This study aims to examine the effecct of Information Asymmetry, Deferred Tax Expense, Bonus Compensation, and leverage on earning management. The approach used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in study was 108 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used in the study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 9 with the aim of testing Information Asymmetry (X1), Deferred Tax Expense (X2), Bonus Compensation (X3), Leverage (X4), on Earning Management (Y). The result of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant effect between Information Asymmetry, Deferred Tax Expense, Bonus Compensation, and leverage on Earning Management. While partially Deferred Tax Expense have a significant Positive effect on Earning Management. Information Asymmetry, Bonus Compensation, and leverage does not have a significant effect on Earning Management.

This study aims to determine the influence of exchange rates, interest rates (BI Rates), World Gold Prices and The Dow Jones Index on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The approach used in this research is the quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series with the period January 2019 – June 2021. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method where the entire population in the study is used as a sample, where in this study the data is taken every week with a sample count of 131. The data analysis in this study used eviews-10. The results of this study showed that the Exchange Rate, Interest Rate (BI Rate), World Gold Price and Dow Jones Index simultaneously had a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The World Gold Price and The Dow Jones Index partially had a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). while the Exchange Rate and Interest Rate (BI Rate) have no significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI).

This study aims to determine the composition of the optimal portfolio formation using the Single Index method on LQ-45 shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016 - 2018. This research was conducted on the basis of the increasing number of investors who chose to invest their funds in shares, where this is indicated from the increasing positive sentiment on stock investment compared to other investments. Portfolio formation using the Single Index model is one model that can be used to form optimal portfolios, because with this model portfolios are easily formed to fit the desired investment characteristics and objectives to be achieved. The Single Index method is a method that formulates the existence of elements of return and risk in an investment, where the risk element can be minimized through diversification and combining various investment instruments into a portfolio. By using the Single Index method, investors can take advantage of all available information as the basis for maximizing portfolio formation. The sample selection technique of this study used a purposive sampling method and 19 LQ-45 Index stocks were obtained which were used as the research sample. Based on the results of research to determine the optimal portfolio of shares using the Single Index method shows that the LQ-45 Index Shares that form the optimal portfolio are INCO, BBTN, ICBP, INTP, BMRI, BBNI, BBCA, HMSP, INDF shares , GGRM and TLKM. And this study produced 55 portfolio combinations in which there is one efficient portfolio, 26 portfolios with the same funding weight (50%: 50%). This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Financial Value Added (FVA) and Return On Investment on Stock Prices in Construction Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples used was 12 companies. The variables used in this study are the variables Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Financial Value Added (FVA) and Return On Investment as independent variables and stock prices as the dependent variable. The analytical method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Economic Value Added has a significant negative effect on stock prices, Market Value Added (MVA) and Financial Value Added have a significant positive effect on stock prices, Return On Investment has no effect on stock prices.

The Covid-19 pandemic caused the learning process to carried out online, and to improve students' analytical skills, it was necessary to have supporting media in the online learning process. So that this study aims to determine the feasibility of physics learning media using Sparkol Videoscribe assisted by PhET simulation to improve students' analytical skills in terms of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media developed. This study uses the ADDIE research model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is the students of class X MIPA MA Syamsul Huda Kedungreja. Data collection techniques used are validation sheets, student response questionnaires, observation sheets, and learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the validation results obtained from the validator expert get a value of 3.84 by material experts and 3.85 by media experts include a very good category, so it can be said to be valid, (2) physics learning media using Sparkol Vvideoscribe is practical because it can be carried out in limited trials and broad trials well, and gets a positive response from students, (3) the results of the analytical ability test increase learning outcomes with an N-gain of 0.71 including the category high, so it is declared effective. Thus the physics learning media using sparkol videoscribe assisted by PhET simulation in this study is declared valid, practical, and effective so that it is feasible to use it to improve students' analytical skills

This study aims to determine the effect of business risk and dividend policy on financial performance with capital structure as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data as a data source. In this study the population data used are all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The observation period was from the 2014-2020 period. In this study, non-probability sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. There are 8 pharmaceutical companies used as samples in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study aims to determine the effect of tax literacy, service quality of tax employees, financial attitudes, and understanding of taxation on taxpayer compliance (Study on MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency). This study uses quantitative methods with primary data as a data source. Location This research was conducted in MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. The population in this study are small and medium entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo district. As a district dubbed the City of MSMEs, Sidoarjo has around 878 types of MSMEs spread across 18 sub-districts in Sidoarjo district. In this study, the technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method. The number of samples determined in this study based on the sampling criteria above, a sample of 164 MSMEs was obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that tax literacy has a significant and positive effect on taxpayer compliance. The Quality of Tax Service Employees has a Significant and Positive Effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Financial Attitude Has Significant and Positive Effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Tax Understanding has a Significant and Positive Effect on Taxpayer Compliance.

The design approach of a machine is a critical factor in deciding its performance. On the one, a really stronger material may be used in these machine components, but the associated costs would be higher due to overdesign (and vice versa). As a result, before beginning the production process, it is essential to study the critical points of machine components thoroughly. It would be the same if we were to design a betel nut thresher unit. The bow tooth is a crucial part of the areca thresher's design. The teeth are the parts that interact directly with the betel nut to release it from the betel nut bunch. Therefore, in this paper conducted a simulation using the finite element method (FEM) to determine the appropriate shape of the thresher tooth threshing machine for betel nuts. Three shapes of teeth that were tested in this simulation are teeth of round (type-A), rectangular (type-B), and hexagonal (type-C) teeth. The type of material that will be used to become tooth decay is ductile iron. The shape and type of this material are chosen based on the materials commonly used in Indonesia. The parameters used in the simulation include strain, stress, and displacement. The results showed that the rectangular (type-B) bow tooth could spread the shedding load better than other bow tooth types for betel nut thresher unit .

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of the experimental and demonstration methods in improving the observation skills of physical objects in terms of gender differences. Experimental research uses a 2x2 factorial design, with a population of class X MAN students in Kutowinangun. Sampling using cluster random sampling with class X-IPA1 (experimental group) and class X-IPA2 (control group). The instrument for collecting data on object observation skills equipped with rubric has fulfilled the validity and reliability requirements. The results showed that (1) there was a difference in effectiveness between the experimental and demonstration methods for enhancing physics object observation skills. The Fhitung for the experimental group was 32.41> when compared to the Fhitung for the demonstration group by 23.93. Based on the components of the input, process, and output, and the results of statistical tests, the learning process using the experimental method is more effective than the demonstration method. (2) Male students who use the experimental method with a mean value of 46.12 are more effective against increasing physical object observation skills than female students who use the experimental method with a mean value of 36.45. (3) Female students who use the demonstration method with a mean value of 42.27 are more effective against increasing physical object observation skills compared to male students who use a demonstration method with a mean value of 37.00

This study aims to determine the effect of Market to Book Value, Growth Opportunities, Financial Distress and Interest Coverage Ratio on Hedging Decisions in Indonesian Manufacturing Companies. This study uses a quantitative method and the object of this research is a population and a random sample (purposive sampling), namely 60 Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The type of data used in this study is secondary taken from the company's annual report for the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique uses logistic regression method using the Eviews 9 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of Market to Book Value, Growth Opportunities, Financial Difficulties and Interest Coverage Ratio have an influence on Hedging Decisions. Meanwhile, partially Growth Opportunities, Financial Distress and Interest Coverage Ratio have a significant effect on Hedging Decisions. Meanwhile, Market to Book Value has no significant effect on Hedging Decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns in metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). . The research method uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used a regression model with Eviews 9 software. The sample of this study was 49 metal sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2019. The results showed that Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Earning Per Share, and Net Profit Margin together had no effect on stock returns. Partially Economic Value Added has no effect on stock returns, Market Value Added has a significant and positive effect on stock returns, Earning Per Share has no effect on stock returns, and Net Profit Margin has no effect on stock returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of Borrower Characteristics, Loan Amount, Business Income and Business Experience on Cooperative Loan Repayment in Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Multipurpose Cooperatives in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents at the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Multi-Business Cooperative in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The research method to test the quality of the data using validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, for data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that borrower characteristics, loan size, business income and business experience have a positive and significant impact on cooperative loan repayments.

This study aims to determine and understand the differences in Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity, Firm Value, Volatility before and after the stock split. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. In this study, from a population of 145 Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2019 period, 40 companies conducted stock splits. In order to solve the problems contained in the formulation of the problem in this study, the method used is the Paired T Test or Wilcoxon Signed Rank analysis model depending on the distribution of the data, the analysis is carried out using the help of the Stata software program. The results of this study prove that abnormal returns before and after the stock split have a significant difference with the test results of 0.0344 difference. Trading volume activity before and after the stock split there is a significant difference in the test results of 0.0175. The value of the company before and after the stock split there is a significant difference in the test results of 0.0178. Volatility before and after the stock split there is a significant difference in the test results of 0.0196.

This study aims to examine the effect of voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the company. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in the study was 12 companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses Eviews 10 analysis with the aim of testing voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners, and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The results of this study indicate that voluntary disclosure has a significant effect on the cost of debt, independent commissioners have no significant effect on the cost of debt, information asymmetry has a significant effect on the cost of debt, and voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry have a joint effect on the cost of debt.

The problem on this research is that there may be a lower overall performance at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium which is due to the shortage of advantageous factors which include self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of PT Bina Utama Sakti personnel whose work at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium influences the decline in organizational dedication and worker overall performance.Objective: To investigate the impact of self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence on organizational dedication with worker overall performance as an intervening variable.Methodology: Based on the approach of facts collection, the researcher used quantitative studies techniques with surveys. The number of samples in this study was 100 employees of the production division at PT Bina Utama Sakti. The data analysis method in this study is using SEM analysis with mediating effects using the SmartPLS3 application to determine P-values and Path Coefficient Test as hypothesis testing.Finding: The effects that are looked at are: Self-efficacy, motivation, and competence that don’t have any great and insignificant impact on organizational dedication; Training has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, and motivation don’t have any great and insignificant impact on worker overall performance; Competence has a great and huge impact on worker overall performance; Employee overall performance has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence can't have an impact on organizational dedication via worker overall performanceConclusion: To optimize performance, the company should make a special policy to be able to further improve the self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of their employees to maximize their performance in increasing the company's success in achieving its goals.Keywords: Competence;Employee Performance; Motivation; Organizational Commitment; Self-Efficacy

Research has been conducted to find out the effectiveness of the Learning Cycle 7E learning model with SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society) vision to improve the critical thinking skills of class X students of SMA Negeri 11 Purworejo. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all grade X students of SMA Negeri 11 Purworejo consisting of 5 classes totaling 160 students. The research sample consisted of 62 students, namely 31 students of class X-1 as an experimental class and 31 students of class X-2 as a control class. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and data collection is done by interview, observation, and test methods. Data analysis techniques with a t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the average critical thinking ability of the experimental class students was 80.3% and the gain was 0.63 with the moderate category. Assessment of the condition of classroom facilities was obtained 84.6% with the category meets the standard. The mean of the learning performance of teachers at four meetings namely 3.88 was declared very good with an average Percentage Agreement (PA) 98.92% declared very reliably, while the average implementation of student learning at four meetings namely 3.85 was stated very well with the average Percentage Agreement (PA ) 98.00% were declared very reliable. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained tobs = 3,660 with ttable = 2,000 and critical area dB = 60 {t / t -2,000 or t> 2,000}, which means that H0 is rejected (tobs ∉ DK) so that the Learning Cycle 7E learning model SETS vision is effective to improve critical thinking skills. Based on these results, the Learning Cycle 7E learning model SETS vision is effective to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru-guru fisika kabupaten Purworejo saat ini adalah penggunaan media ajar yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman. Guru Fisika masih banyak yang tidak mengerti atau tidak memiliki pengetahuan bagaimana mendesain alat praktikum dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mikrokontroler dan sensor.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media ajar fisika menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino dan sensor. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru fisika yang tergabung dalam MGMP Fisika se-Kabupaten Purworejo yaitu, SMA N 1 Purworejo dan SMA Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan model STM (Sain Teknologi Masyarakat) two in one yang mengintegrasikan antara pemrograman arduino sebagai software dengan komponen elektronika sensor sebagai hardwarenya. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa 50 % peserta pelatihan menyatakan pelatihan sangat bermanfaat dan 90 % menyatakan untuk dilaksanakan kembali secara berkala. Pelatihan ini menambah wawasan dan kemampuan bagi peserta tentang materi media ajar berbasis arduino sebesar 25 %. Diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam pengembangan media ajar lebih lanjut.

Abstact - Research has been conducted to develop a Model-Eliciting Activities (MEAs) handout with multiple representations that are feasible and able to improve students' mathematical modeling abilities. The research design refers to ADDIE namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo with research subjects in a limited trial of 10 students, and 32 students in the application phase. Product trials using a posttest-only control design. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and tests. The results of data analysis namely the quality of handouts can be seen from the aspects of validation, the implementation of learning, students' responses to the handouts and completeness of learning outcomes. The results of the MEAs handout validation with multiple representations of three validators, namely two expert lecturers and physics teachers with an overall assessment score of 3.52 (very good). The percentage of the learning outcomes of the four meetings was 90.39% (very good). Students' responses to the handout obtained a percentage of 84.51% (good). The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes using handouts in the experimental class was 78.13%. Increasing or not the ability of mathematical modeling using hypothesis testing with t-test statistics obtained t-count of 4.548 where the magnitude of t table is 2,000 with a significant level of 0.05. H0 is rejected if the test criteria in the hypothesis test are t_count> t_table = 4,548> 2,000 then the use of Model-Eliciting Activities (MEAs) handouts with multiple representations can improve mathematical modeling abilities. The assessment results indicate that the developed handouts have good quality and can improve mathematical modeling abilities.

Background: Though coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has been designated as a global pandemic, its nature as a viral infection means that it is essentially a self-limiting disease. We studied the application of symptomatic, isolation, relaxation, nutrition and observation (SIRNO) therapy in patients with asymptomatic and mild symptoms of COVID-19 at a rescue hospital in Indonesia. Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study involving 2122 patients who were admitted to Indrapura Field Hospital in Surabaya from 28 May 2020 to 20 September 2020. We analyzed demographic data, clinical signs and symptoms, laboratory data, therapy and clinical outcomes. Result: The total sample of 2122 patients consisted of 1403 male patients (66.12%), and 719 female patients (33.88 %). The most common age range was 26-45 years, at 52.54% (1115 patients). The clinical symptoms of 1121 patients (52.8%) were asymptomatic, 977 patients (46%) had mild symptoms, and 24 patients (0.1%) had moderate symptoms. All patients received the SIRNO therapy method. From a total of 2122 patients, 1930 patients (90.9%) were cured, 181 patients (8.5%) are still being treated, seven patients (0.03%) were referred for indications of desaturation (SpO2 Conclusion: The SIRNO method provides excellent results in the management of COVID-19 at a rescue hospital for patients with asymptomatic and mild symptoms. Economic pharmacological research can initiate a follow-up study in order to objectively measure the effectiveness and efficiency of SIRNO treatment methods in patients with asymptomatic, mild symptoms of COVID-19, and the small number of 24 patients (0,.1%) with moderate symptoms.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kode-kode budaya yang terdapat dalam sastra lisan Biak di Papua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktur dan semiotik Umberto Eco. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah sastra lisan Biak yang diambil di Kampung Opiaref, Distrik Biak Timur. Melalui analisis semiotik sistem sintaktik diperoleh kode­‐kode yang signifikan antara lain: latar darat dan laut, tokoh Manarmakeri dan Marmar, serta mitos sebagai penanda hak ulayat. Dari analisis semiotik sistem semantik diperoleh kode­‐kode yang signifikan seperti: nyambondi, tifa Aryam, farbuk idadwer, patrilokal, eksistensi anak laki­‐laki dalam kekerabatan patrilineal, ararem, abeyap srendi, munara, dan totem ikan sako. Makna dari kode­‐kode budaya tersebut mengomunikasikan tentang proyeksi berfikir mereka yang bermuara pada eksistensi dan gengsi keret. Abstract: This research aims to describe the cultural codes in oral literature of Biak in Papua. It is a descriptive qualitative research with structure and Umberto Eco’s semiotic approach. The main data of this research are the oral literature of Biak, exactly from Opiaref Village, East Biak District. Based on the semiotic analysis of syntactic system, there are some significant codes such as the setting of land and sea, the characters of Manarmakeri and Marmar, and myth as a claim of land possession. Based on the semiotic analysis of semantic system, there are some significant codes such as nyambondi, tifa Aryam, farbuk idadwer, patrilocal custom, the existence of a man in patrilineal clan, ararem, abeyap srendi, munara, and totem of sako fish. Based on the analysis, there are some local wisdom found in the oral literature of Moy Tribe, such as the using of clay as a basic material of ceramics; the using of bia (shell) as a horn; building the harmony with nature, human being, and God; identifying the spirit of jungle and the way to overcome their disturbance; giving a name to such animal or a plan; prohibition of committing adultery; spell of covering snow; martial knowledge and strategy; and concept of mountain as the source of water. The purity of RDE10 helium coolant should be maintained from various impurities gas due to water/air ingress that reacts with the reflector graphite (C). These impurities are CH4, CO, CO2, H2O, H2, O2, and N2 which can initiate oxidation corrosion or carburization-decarburization so the concentration should be maintain to be a minimum. The helium coolant is purified by Helium Purification System (HPS). One of the stages in HPS is adsorption by Molecular Sieve mainly for CO2 and H2O molecules. This paper discusses the influence of pressure, known as pressure swing adsorption (PSA) on the adsorption ability of the Molecular Sieve aims to determine the most effective pressure that will be operated on Molecular Sieve column. Molecular Sieve is modeled with CHEMCAD computer code in two columns, one column for the adsorption process, and the other for the regeneration (desorption). Adsorption methods used in the analysis is the Langmuir method. Models that have been developed simulated by providing input: total flow rate of 10.5 kg/hour, 30 °C, porosity 0.7, bed height 2 m, pore diameter 5 A, and the amount of O2 and N2 impurities respective each 1 g/s. The pressure varies between 5 to 50 bars, and the Molecular Sieve adsorption capability is analyzed. Simulation results show that with the increase in pressure of 5 to 50 bar, indicating an increase in Molecular Sieve absorption capacity to CO2 is 15.90% and to H2O is 15.80%. In the SPH design, the input stream to the Molecular Sieve must be compressed until 50 bar to obtain high absorption capability of the CO2 and H2O.

Masyarakat Tobati memiliki kekayaan sastra lisan. Sebagian besar sastra lisan Tobati masih tersebar secara lisan walaupun sudah ada beberapa cerita yang telah dibukukan.Di samping sebagai upaya pendokumentasian sastra lisan, penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang morfologi sastra lisan Tobati berdasarkan teori Vladimir Propp. Dari hasil analisis dongeng yang berjudul Tant Ridah diketahui bahwa terdapat tujuh belas fungsi pelaku dan lima lingkaran tindakan dalam cerita rakyat tersebut. Adapun nilai moral yang terkandung dalam cerita tersebut adalah perlunya menjaga sikap amanah terhadap tugas yang dibebankan kepada kita dan keyakinan bahwa dibalik kesulitan selalu ada kemudahan. Fungsi-fungsi yang ada di dalam cerita merupakan refleksi kompleksitas berfikir masyarakat.Abstract:The people of Tobati has varieties of folktales. Most of the folktales in Tobati has been spread orally even though some of them have been documented in written record. Besides as an effort to document folktale, the aim of the research tries to describe the morphology of the folktale based on Vladimir Propp’s structure. From the analysis, it is known that Tobati’s “Tant Ridah” consists of seventeen functions and five spheres of action in it. The moral value of the folktale is that we should obey every task given to us. In addition, we should believe that there are always some positive things in every single problem that comes to us. The functions stated in the story are as reflections of thinking complexity of such community.
