The trend of the flexing phenomenon, especially on social media, is currently causing various reactions, one of which is the tendency to consume and use various luxury facilities. In consumer behavior, this phenomenon is referred to as Conspicuous Consumption. In today's modern world, it happens not only to upper-class consumers, but also to everyone in the community with various goals, including the goals of acquiring social status, prestige, or wealth. For lower-middle households, of course, this is a problem, so financial planning is needed. This study aims to explore the perspective of Maqasid Sharia in financial planning for Muslim families as a solution to the Conspicuous Consumption phenomenon. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a library research approach. Data were obtained from official reports as well as other literature from journals, books and websites. The results of this study indicate that financial planning based on the Maqasid Sharia hierarchy, namely Dharurriyah, Hajiyyah and Tahsiniyyah can prevent the phenomenon of Conspicuous Consumption in Muslim households. In addition, Islamic consumption which prohibits Israf and aims to achieve Maslahah is a contradiction to Conspicuous Consumption. Good financial planning will ultimately bridge Muslim families to achieve prosperity in this world and the hereafter.

The Feeder Transport Services Concept of Railways Station using Buy the Service Scheme: The way a mass transit system integrated with the city's current public transportation network is a crucial factor in maximizing customer mobility. This study aims to produce a concept for developing feeder transportation with the buy the service (BTS) scheme. Descriptive methods with qualitative, spatial, and quantitative approaches are used in the implementation of this research. This study conducted literature research on public transportation, interview surveys with questionnaires to the public, field observations, satellite image observations and structured interviews with stakeholders related to the public transportation development. This study was conducted on the Makassar–Parepare railway service focused on Rammang-Rammang station and purposed feeder route from the existing public transport route near the station Rammang-Rammang. The result suggested the feeder service with a BTS scheme. The business process for the BTS scheme of feeder transportation services can be proposed to be managed in one management of an existing institution as the main BTS corridor in Makassar for the short-term and long term recommendation by form Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) as a legal entity. The operator as a service provider is purposed Angkot, named Pete-pete in Sulawesi. Pete-pete private ownership consolidation was suggested in the study to create a legal entity. A cost component based on the previously Vehicle Operational Cost (VOC) analysis was included in the contract value as a vehicle rental price that is paid. It can be concluded that the role of local government is needed for the public transport sustainability services with a buy the service scheme.Keywords: Makassar–Parepare Railway, Feeder System, Buy the Service, Pete-pete ABSTRAKHal penting yang perlu diperhatikan ketika memperkenalkan sistem angkutan massal ke suatu kota adalah bagaimana mengintegrasikannya dengan sistem angkutan umum yang sudah ada supaya dapat mengoptimalkan mobilitas dari pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan konsep pengembangan layanan angkutan feeder pada stasiun kereta api dengan skema buy the service. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, spasial, dan kuantitatif dengan melakukan riset literatur terkait angkutan umum, melakukan survei wawancara dengan kuisioner ke masyarakat, observasi lapangan, pengamatan citra satelit dan wawancara terstruktur dengan stakeholder terkait pengembangan angkutan umum di lokasi studi. Studi ini dilakukan pada layanan kereta api Makassar–Parepare yang terfokus di stasiun Rammang-Rammang. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan usulan rute angkutan feeder dari pelayanan eksisting angkutan umum terdekat dengan Stasiun Rammang-Rammang. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa bentuk layanan angkutan feeder yang diusulkan adalah angkutan perkotaan dengan skema buy the service. Proses bisnis untuk skema buy the service (BTS) layanan angkutan feeder dapat diusulkan untuk dikelola dalam satu kepengurusan lembaga yang sudah ada sebagai pengelola koridor utama BTS di Makassar untuk jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dengan membentuk BUMD sebagai badan hukum yang berkontrak dengan Dishub Provinsi. Operator sebagai penyedia jasa direkomendasikan angkutan eksisting “Pete–pete” dengan langkah awal yang perlu dilakukan, yaitu membentuk badan hukum dari konsolidasi angkutan petepete perorangan. Nilai kontrak sebagai biaya sewa kendaraan yang dibayarkan memiliki komponen biaya berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) yang telah dihitung sebelumnya. This study investigates the students’ perspective on the prerequisite subjects toward their thesis writing. Some problems occurred when students doing their thesis. Those problems could be from their preparation and their comprehension of the prerequisite subjects. It is a descriptive qualitative study with open-ended questionnaire as the primary instruments to get the data. The subjects of this study were 31 students who were finishing their thesis. Results show that students are aware that prerequisite subjects are important to write their thesis, moreover the subject namely Thesis Writing Methodology. According to students’ opinion it was the prominent subject to know how to prepare and compose their thesis writing. The conclusion of this study is the prerequisite subject is important to prepare and help students finishing their thesis without any writing block.

In writing process, students cannot measure their writing product. Otherwise, feedback is depended on teacher’s objectives. The development of the Self-Correction E-Assessment Rubric (SCeAR) in the Intermediate Writing class aims to help students measuring the relationship between using SCeAR and their writing ability. This research used quasi-experimental research method. The research subjects consisted of 50 students. The researcher gave pre-test to the students to know their innate capacity. The pre-test score was also used to be analyzed with post-test score comparison. The treatment was using SCeAR. The students do writing process by involving SCeAR. There are four classifications for SCeAR, namely organization, content, text characteristics, and language use. Post-test were taken from their writing product’s score. From the research results, the difference mean score between pre-test and post-test in table 4 is 10.24. In case of tvalue is -19.772, it shows that the mean score of pre-test is lower than the mean score of post-test. If the mean score of post-test is higher than pre-test, it can be analyzed that the used of Self Correction E-Assessment Rubric (SCeAR) in writing process gives positive effect. In case of sig. (2-tailed) value 0.000 is less than probability value (α=0.05), the mind mapping is effective to be used in writing process.

BACKGROUND: A good nutritional status will improve health for average growth and physical development, and intelligence. The prevalence of schoolchildren (5–12 years) with malnutrition status based on brachial fat area is 11.2%, and the number of elementary schoolchildren with malnutrition status in Cibereum village is 107 students. The government has a School Child Supplement Program to meet schoolchildren’s dietary needs. It is necessary to have additional food for schoolchildren to improve their nutritional status, especially for students with low nutritional quality. AIM: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of carrot catfish dumplings on the bodyweight of elementary school students with poor nutritional status as a form of supplementary food for schoolchildren. METHODS: Researchers conducted this study in January 2020 at Elementary Schools at the Cibereum Health Center (SDN Cibeureum 5, Cibeureum 7, and Cibereum Mandiri 2) with a sample of 25 people. The research design used is quasi-experimental using one-group pretest-posttest and statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test. RESULTS: The research test results showed that carrot catfish dumplings affected elementary school students’ body weight with low nutritional status. CONCLUSION: Carrot catfish dumplings can increase students’ energy intake and protein intake so that there is an increase in the average body weight of the sample by 0.55 kg. Suggestions for further research to conduct a similar study using a control group as the comparison group.

During their education, students are required to carry out various lecture processes and tasks, and also to complete academic assignments. The lots of lecture assignments that must be completed on time, and also a poor self-management of some students can cause academic stress. Self-efficacy and Emotional intelligence are possible factors that can reduce academic stress in students. This study aimed to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on student academic stress. Quantitative research method with a cross sectional approach was used to achieve the aim of the study. The population of this study was undergraduate nursing students of STIKes Sukabumi with a sample of 197 people, using stratified random sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study are self-efficacy variables using the Development of a College Academic Self-Efficacy, Emotional intelligence using the Emotional intelligence Self-Assessment Tool and academic stress using the Perception of Academic Stress scale (PASS). The data then analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the factors correlate to academic stress are self-efficacy variables (p 0.000; b -0.385; R2 0.883) and Emotional intelligence variables (p 0.000; b -0.862; R2 0.893). Self-efficacy and Emotional intelligence simultaneously have a negative relationship to academic stress (p 0.000; R2 0.899 with the equation Y=105.694+(-0.148X1)+(-0.540X2)+ε). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with academic stress of undergraduate nursing students.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea/Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) has commonly occured in Down syndrome children caused by the abnormalities in upper respiratory tract anatomy and obesity. This study aims to identify the correlation between Mallampati score and obesity and the risk of OSAHS in Down syndrome children. This was an analytical descriptive cross-sectional study. This study was conducted in children with Down syndrome from September until November 2017. All parents filled the Indonesian Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire (PSQ), then all of the children were examined for Mallampati score and BMI. The correlation was analyzed by the Pearson Chi-Square model. Thirty-six subjects were included in this study. The number of male subjects were slightly more (61.1%), the mean age of the subjects was 8.42±4,449 years, with 52.8% (19 subjects) having OSAHS. There were 23 subjects (63.9%) who had Mallampati scores of 3 and 4, with 13 subjects (36.1%) were obese. This study concluded a statistically significant correlation between Mallampati score and obesity and the risk of OSAHS in Down syndrome children (p-value 0.001 and 0.029). Mallampati score and obesity had a significant correlation with the risk of OSAHS in Down syndrome children.

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk lansia merupakan salah satu dampak dari keberhasilan Pemerintah dalam melaksanakan Pembangunan Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menggambarkan serta memetakan gender gap kondisi sosial ekonomi antara lansia perempuan dan laki-laki di Indonesia pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data sekunder dengan menganalisis tabel data yang diambil dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik berjudul "Statistik Penduduk Lanjut Usia 2020". Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan adanya gender gap antara lansia laki - laki dan perempuan dengan sex ratio 94 yang berarti dalam 100 penduduk lansia perempuan terdapat 94 lansia laki-laki. Beberapa wilayah dengan gender gap paling tinggi yaitu, Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Utara, dan DIY. Perbedaan perlakuan akibat adanya budaya patriarki berpengaruh pada keadaan sosial ekonomi lansia perempuan di masa sekarang. Pendidikan yang rendah berdampak pada kualitas pengetahuan lansia perempuan, data BPS menunjukan bahwa 54,56% lansia perempuan tidak tamat SD, sedangkan lansia laki-laki hanya sebesar 37,55%. Rendahnya pendidikan lansia perempuan menjadikan Lansia perempuan memiliki sosial ekonomi yang lemah dibanding laki – laki. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari upah yang diterima Lansia perempuan berkisar 1.110.000, berbeda dengan Lansia laki-laki sebesar 1.726.000. Namun demikian gender gap ini bervariasi antar wilayah dimana proporsi lansia perempuan tinggi, di situ terjadi gender gap cenderung tinggi.

Pre-service teachers’ (PST) beliefs and practices have been agreed as an initially vital basis to continue maintaining a qualified learning process. This article reviews the research on PSTs’ beliefs and practices concerning teaching and learning English as a foreign language (EFL) and the exploration of the complex relationship between EFL PSTs’ beliefs and practices. It encompasses a discussion about the nature of teachers’ beliefs, an overview of PSTs’ belief formation, and some previous studies on PSTs’ beliefs. The review of related literature summarizes the empirical studies on PSTs’ beliefs and practices from 2011 up to 2020, which reveal the diversity and similarity of the studies on EFL PSTs’ beliefs. The result obtained in this study depicts that PSTs’ beliefs about EFL teaching and learning are affected by prior language learning experiences, teacher education, and teaching practices. Besides, some constraints in the classroom setting can trigger the beliefs change covering time restriction, curriculum emphasis, students’ misbehavior, students’ competence, students’ motivation, or even PSTs’ motivation and confidence. Finally, when their tacit beliefs turn into explicit beliefs, PSTs can identify and assess their beliefs attributed to their classroom practices, from which EFL PST education can be informed to design better courses and prepare PSTs’ future careers. HIGHLIGHTS: EFL PSTs’ beliefs are acquired from many years of learning experiences they got from schools to teacher education, of which the condition has influenced what and how they learn to teach. Their beliefs, then, influence what they say and do in the classroom, which, in turn, shapes their beliefs. Some constraints in the classroom setting can trigger the beliefs changed: time restriction, curriculum emphasis, students’ misbehavior, students’ competence, students’ motivation, or even PSTs’ motivation and confidence.

Introduction: Asthma is a reversible disease characterized by airway obstruction which tends to relapse due to certain factors. Asthma required adequate management to minimalize the frequently of the symptoms occurred and not become a burden for its sufferers. Pursed-Lip breathing (PLB) is an effective breathing technique used in managing asthma symptoms. This study aimed to know the difference in the respiratory rate (RR) before and after the PLB exercise on the asthma patients in Pulmonary Clinic, TNI AU dr. M Salamun Bandung Hospital. Method: A quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group approach was used for this experiment. Of 106 asthma patients, 51 patients who met the inclusion criteria were chosen to participate in this study. The participants were asked to do a PLB exercise based on the standard operating procedure of PLB provided by the researcher. Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia – Article 37 of 2009 verse 8 states that a lecturer profession obliges to a minimum of 12 and maximum of 16 teaching credits in every semester according to his/her academic qualifications. Todays, Institute of Information Management and Computer Science (STMIK) Widuri has been applying a sharing knowledge process amid lecturers with the intention to assist them in academic position ladder management. However, problems are found during its implementation. First problem is infrequentTri Dharma practices (three principles of higher education; education, research and contribution to society)and reports being submitted by lecturers; the condition has resulted a statistic of STMIK active lecturers in general to decrease to 41.6%. Lack of information regarding Tri Dharma practices and its administrations known by its lecturers is the one missed to solve; a lecturer does not comprehensively understand what the stages are required in order to administer their academic position ladder. Second issue is there has been no media to facilitate lecturers to spread and share the knowledge and experience with the other fellow lecturers that the process of levelling up their academic tenures or positions become hampered. This means, the slower the process the longer it takes for them to move up to the next academic position ladder. As this is the case, the researchers propose aprototype of knowledge management system (KMS) utilizing SECI methodand gathering data through interviews, observations as well as literature studies. Software used is User Acceptance Test (UAT). Furthermore, the research has come up with a web-based KSM prototype with test percentage result76%; this means the system is accepted and matched the expectation.

Children with cerebral palsy are considered a population at risk for sleep disturbance. Various factors can cause sleep disorders in children with cerebral palsy. This study investigates the relationship between endogenous factors and sleep disorders in children with cerebral palsy. It was a cross-sectional analytical study using randomized sampling on children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria for the period of May–August 2017. The location of the study was special schools in the Bandung area, Indonesia. All participants were screened with the Sleep Disturbances Scale for Children (SDSC) questionnaire to determine the prevalence of period of sleep disorders. Data analysis was then performed using the unpaired t test to compare the characteristics of two variables with a p value≤0.05 considered statistically significant. Sixty-six subjects aged 8–14 years were recruited. The results showed that the prevalence of sleep disorders was 67% (32 children), with insomnia as the most common type of sleep disorder (39%). There was a significant association between motor disabilities type and sleep disorders (p≤0.05). The most common type of sleep disorder in children with cerebral palsy is insomnia. In conclusion, there is a relationship between motor disability type and sleep disorders in cerebral palsy children.

Premarital screening is an effective preventive intervention to decrease the prevalence of thalassemia. However, the use of premarital screening is still low in Indonesia. This study assesses the effect of educational interventions on the knowledge and attitudes of Muslim couples regarding premarital screening for thalassemia in Indonesia. This pilot study used a pre-posttest design that included 17 premarital couples in Banyumas District. The participant’s knowledge and attitude regarding premarital screening for thalassemia were measured using a paper-based questionnaire before and after the intervention. The participants received a class-based lecture about thalassemia screening and were provided a handbook containing lecture material to read at home. The knowledge and attitude score was analyzed using Wilcoxon and Kruskal-Wallis test. The knowledge score significantly increased after the intervention, but the proportion of positive attitudes did not differ significantly. The participants knew that premarital screening for thalassemia was necessary; however, it did not affect their marriage decision. Thus, educational intervention increases the knowledge and shapes the attitude of couples toward thalassemia premarital screening but is inadequate for changing their behavior. Further exploration of the factors that affect the behavior of couples is needed to increase the use of premarital screening among couples in Indonesia.

Desa Sungai Raya merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Banjar yang mengalami bencana alam seperti banjir dan longsor terparah di awal tahun 2021. Menyikapi hal tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu membangun desa tangguh bencana yang dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi pembentukan peraturan desa tentang penanggulangan bencana, dan pelatihan penanggulangan bencana. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pemerintah desa, karang taruna, dan masyarakat desa. Melalui pengabdian yang dilakukan berhasil terbentuknya kesadaran pentingnya membangun desa tangguh bencana, terbentuk kemampuan dalam pembentukan peraturan desa tentang penanggulangan bencana, terbentuk keahlian dalam pemetaan daerah bencana, pemetaan jalur evakuasi dan pengungsian yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam mengevakuasi masyarakat desa saat terjadinya bencana. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan Agustus-Desember 2021. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan pemerintah dan masyarakat lebih siap siaga pada saat prabencana, saat terjadinya bencana, maupun pascabencana. Sungai Raya Village is one of the villages in Banjar Regency that experienced natural disasters such as floods and landslides in early 2021. In response to this, community service activities were carried out, namely building a Disaster Resilient Village which was carried out by socializing village rulemaking on disaster management and disaster mapping training. The targets of this activity are the village government, cadets, and village communities. Through the service carried out, the formation of awareness of the importance of building a Disaster Resilient Village, the formation of the ability of village regulations on disaster management, the formation of expertise in mapping disaster areas, mapping evacuation and evacuation routes which aim to facilitate the evacuation of village communities during disasters. This activity was carried out from August-December 2021. With this activity, the government and the community will be more prepared for pre-disaster, during disasters, and after disasters.

BACKGROUND: Ficus deltoidea Jack. leaves have a great potential as traditional medicine, but the safety level of its use is still unknown. AIM: This study aimed to determine the phytochemical contents of the ethanol extract of F. deltoidea leaves and evaluate the level of safety and toxicity through acute and subchronic toxicity tests in mice (Mus musculus). METHODS: The ethanol extract of F. deltoidea leaves was determined for phytochemical contents such as alkaloids, phenolics, flavonoids, coumarin, steroids, saponins, carotenoids, and tannins. In the acute toxicity test, 10 male mice were divided into a control group and the extract treatment group with 2000 mg/kg body weight (BW) dose for 14 days to identify signs of toxicity and mortality. Meanwhile, in the subchronic toxicity test, 25 male mice were divided into control and four treatment groups with various doses (125, 250, 500, and 1000 mg/kg BW), respectively, for 28 days. The toxicological effect was evaluated by observing behavior, signs of toxicity, and changes in BW. At the end of the treatment, hematological and biochemical evaluations were also measured. RESULTS: The results showed that the ethanol extract of F. deltoidea Jack leaves qualitatively contains alkaloids, phenolic, flavonoids, coumarin, and steroids, whereas quantitatively total phenolics, flavonoids, and IC50 were 107.6583211 μg GA/mg, 175.9103641 μg CE/mg, and 103.7484 μg/mL. Moreover, 2000 mg/kg BW dose resulted in no symptoms of toxicity and mortality, indicating that the 50% lethal dose (LD50) was above 2000 mg/kg BW. Meanwhile, there were no behavioral changes, significant differences in weight changes, hematological parameters, and serum biochemistry of mice in subchronic toxicity tests. CONCLUSION: The present study shows that acute and subchronic oral administration of the ethanol extract of F. deltoidea leaves for male mice does not induce clinical symptoms of toxicity or mortality. The LD50 of the ethanol extract of F. deltoidea leaves for mice >2000 mg/kg is considered as practically non-toxic.

Objective The prevalence of Escherichia coli including from ice cubes in Indonesia is quite high. Unfortunately, little is known about the genetic diversity of E. coli from ice cube production site. Genotypic variation in E. coli populations is a major barrier to control public health risk associated with foodborne pathogen. The aims of this study were to analyze the genotypic diversity of E. coli strains isolated from various samples in order to determine the genetic relationship between those strains. This study is also important to understand the occurrence, prevalence and profile picture of different pathogenic E. coli in various sources which potentially cause disease. Results Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC) and repetitive extragenic palindromic polymerase chain reaction (REP-PCR) dendrogram showed high genetic diversity of 120 E. coli isolates in majority of sampling sites. DNA fingerprint patterns showed 26 and 21 clusters with 11 and 3 fingerprints individual lineages for ERIC and REP-PCR respectively. There was no correlation observed between phylogenetic relationship and virulence genes. The result indicated a variation of E. coli isolates in ice cube manufacturers. ERIC-PCR method is more discriminative compared with REP-PCR to analyze the genetic diversity of E. coli from ice cubes production sites.

The mastering of English skill has been faced some obstacles for the first students of MA. Mitahul Qulub because some factors, such as: students did not get good guidance to develop their ability, textbook material is not appropriate of students need in the specific institution. Based on the situation, this study aims to develop supplementary English guide book to the student, it includes two English skills both Reading and writing that will be related to the students need and use scientific approach to make a good English book composition. The researcher developed the materials by using some procedures of development that consisted of some steps of need analysis, material development, expert validation, revision, try-out, revision II, final product that used questionnaire and interview to collect data. Based on the result of expert validation and try out of materials, it can be concluded that the result of development English guide book is appropriate with the students need and objectives of English guide program itself, exactly the level of students’ difficulties, interest, and standards for the first grade. The experts’ hopes, the book can give a advantages and contribution as supplementary English guide book for the students to develop their English reading and writing skills. The English guide book development consisted of five chapters that provided the materials both reading and writing skills.

Introduction: Ice can be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria. This study aimed to identify critical points in iced beverage production and distribution lines to examine the presence of pathogenic bacteria in a beverage and its processing environment, as well as when water and ice used as main ingredients. Methodology: The critical points were determined using the principles of Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) to analyze each processing and distribution step from the survey. Samples collected from the points of concern based on the critical points that were found were tested for pathogens by conventional method and molecular method using primers and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: Escherichia coli was found in 6.34% of samples, and 0.7% of them were confirmed as enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) by PCR. Vibrio cholerae was found in in 0.7% of water samples used to make iced beverages and in ice production, as well as in 2.12% of distribution and production tools. Salmonella Typhimurium was found in 1.4% of water samples used to make ice and ice products. Staphylococcus aureus was found in 2.02% of the surfaces of ice distribution and production tools and in 5.05% of production and distribution workers’ hands. S. aureus counts ranged from 2.4×102 - 3.5×102 colonies/100 cm² surface area and 1.9×10¹ - 3.7×102 colonies/workers’ hands. Conclusion: Control on many critical points in iced beverage processing and distribution is required so that the beverages are safe for consumption.

Preeclampsia is some of the symptoms that occur in pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperal women, which are characterized by hypertension, edema, and increased proteinuria. Preeclampsia usually occurs when pregnancy enters the age of 20 weeks to 48 hours after the birth process. In that condition, there are undesirable complications during pregnancy that can make mothers more vulnerable to psychological disorders, one of which is stress. Stress experienced during pregnancy can affect the health of the baby and can also improve poor sleep quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship of stress levels with the quality of preeclampsia sleep in the Tempurejo Community Health Center in Jember. This research was conducted on 31 preeclampsia mothers using a correlational research design with a cross-sectional approach and total sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires stress and sleep quality. The results showed 19 (61.3)% of respondents experienced mild stress, and 26 (83.9)% experienced poor sleep quality. The results of data analysis using the spearmen statistical test obtained p-value 0.001 and r = 0.894, which means there is a relationship between stress levels and sleep quality or ha is accepted. R-value = 0.396 means that the correlation between stress levels and sleep quality in preeclampsia has a positive correlation with weak correlation strength. Nursing implications for further research can intervene in interventions that can reduce stress levels with the quality of sleep in preeclampsia mothers to reduce the factors of preeclampsia.

This study aims to examine the use of human hair waste as a substrate hydroponic media in enhancing scientific innovation and agricultural development. This research was conducted in a greenhouse, Faculty of Agriculture, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, from July 2018 to October 2018. This experimental using a completely randomized design (CRD) method with one treatment factor and 14 levels repeated 4 times. The treatment includes washing hair waste (water, NaOH and detergent) and a combination of hair waste: husk charcoal (1: 3; 1: 2 and 3: 1). In this study, the control treatment used sand media. Observation variables observed were leaf area index, number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, root length, root weight, root volume, fresh weight and dry weight of plants. Data acquisition was analyzed by analysis of variance and if there were significant differences, further testing was carried out with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of 5%. The results showed that human hair waste was less optimal as an alternative medium for hydroponic substrate systems. Treatment of hair waste: combination of 1: 3 husk charcoal in all washings gives the highest average yield on all observation variables. In all washing treatments (Water, NaOH and detergent) the highest average yield was dominated by washing using detergent ie leaf area index (55.35 cm2), root volume (1.19 ml), fresh weight (22.03 g) and dry weight (2.83 g).

Corn is an important crop. Potency of corn productivity in Indonesia are still low. Main obstacles of increasing corn productivity is convertion of fertile land into non agriculture interest. the increase of corn productivity can be done by administrating NPK fertilizer and hybrid variety. This research is aiming at deciding and analyzing the effect of NPK fertilizer administration and hybrid corn variety towards growth and result. This research was held in June to October 2017, at Srimartani Village, Piyungan Districts, Bantul Regency, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta with regosol soil type and land altitude around 80 meter above sea surface. This experiment arranged in split plot design by factorial. Experimented factor are two corn hybrid variety ABCD and EFGH (main plot) with three doses of NPK fertilizer 200, 300 and 400 kg ha-1 (sub plot). The result of research show that there are responds in two variety towards NPK fertilizer dosage almost same (unreal interraction). ABCD and EFGH variety reach highest result of height and component at 300 kg ha-1doses. Variable of cob weight with husk, cob weight without husk, cob length, total row, dry pipilan weight per plot, 100 seeds weight, fresh stover wieght, dry stover weight, harvest index and yield per hectare the highest average is variety of EFGH. NPK fertilizer dosage 300 kg ha-1 is the best amount to optimally increase the growth and yield of hybird corn (8,92 ton ha-1). EFGH variety with 300 kg ha-1 NPK fertilizer dosage can increase the potency of hybird corn yield. EFGH variety is showing better results (9,26 ton ha-1).

Based on the results of science learning process in SMP Negeri 3 Kusan Hilir, in the learning process especially KD 7.2 and KD. 7.4 on Ecosystems, learners are always given conceptual learning and teachers are reluctant to invite directly to the environment to learn, learners do not do the learning in groups so that learning is still centered on the teacher. Such learning leads to the lack of creativity and involvement of learners in the learning process that impacts on the classical completeness of only 60%. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to think critically about what is happening in their environment and to instill environmental ethics in their minds, that the importance of environmental sustainability for the present to the future by using Inquiry approach. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This study was conducted 2 cycles in accordance with the effective learning time of 8 hours lesson. Cycle I as much as 2 meetings and cycle II as much as 2 times meetings. Subjects in this study were students class VII A SMP Negeri 3 Kusan Hilir which amounted to 22 students consisting of 10 women and 12 men. The results showed that by using the Inkuiri approach can improve students' critical thinking skills from classical mastery 13.63% in the first cycle of meeting 1 to 45.50% at the 2nd meeting and 68% in the second cycle of meeting 1 to 95% At the meeting 2. The cognitive learning outcomes of learners have increased from classical completeness 22.72% in the first cycle of meeting 1 to 55% at meetings 2 and 77% in cycle II meeting 1 to 95% at the meeting 2. The implementation process Lessons from the less category in the first cycle of meeting 1 become sufficient category at the 2nd meeting and from the good category in the second cycle of meeting 1 become very good category at the meeting 2. Positive student response to the learning process using Inquiry approach.
