Gunung Raung merupakan hulu DAS Bedadung. DAS Bedadung merupakan sungai yang membelah Kabupaten Jember dan memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Jember salah satunya sebagai sumber air pertanian. Penggunaan lahan di lereng Gunung Raung digunakan untuk hutan, perkebunan, sawah, dan tegalan. Luas tutupan lahan di lereng Gunung Raung sebelah barat selama 25 tahun menurun sebesar 34,74% (hutan), 35,07% (perkebunan), 54,17% (sawah tadah hujan). Tindakan secara cepat dan akurat dalam memperbaiki kondisi tanah dan lahan yang sesuai kaidah konservasi, sehingga kerusakan tanah dapat diperbaiki dengan langkah pertama memetakan wilayah potensi status kerusakan tanah. Tujuan penelitian Mengidentifikasi dan mengestimasi Kerusakan Tanah Menggunakan Metode Berbasis OBIA Citra Satelit Sentinel-2B dengan pembobotan Lereng Gunung Raung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode diskriptif eksplorasi dengan mengabungkan metode Berbasis Object-Based Image Analysis (OBIA) Citra Satelit Sentinel-2B dan pembobotan. Tahapan analisis dalam metode OBIA melalui 3 tahapan meliputi koreksi atmosferik, segmentasi dan klasifikasi. Analisis statistic menggunakan analisis sidik ragam, regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis potensi kerusakan tanah di sub DAS Kesambi yang didasarkan pada analisis OBIA dan pembobotan bahwa potensi kerusakan tanah di wilayah penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu sangat rendah 16,61% (1.122,99 hektar), rendah 63,94% (4323,14 hektar), dan sedang 19,45% (1315,17 hektar). Parameter yang berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan kerusakan tanah yaitu relief/lereng dan penggunaan lahan dengan nilai korelasi yang sedang (0,421-0,601).

This study aims to measure the maturity level of Enterprise Risk Management in medium-sized priority sector companies in East Java. Studies on the application of ERM were previously focused more on big companies and tended to be carried out abroad and still gave inconsistent results. In addition, the number of studies on previous ERM that addressed the practice of its application on companies has not been that many. There are several studies on ERM conducted in Indonesia, however, the research objective focuses on the financial services industry referring to large companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Although several studies have yielded significant results for application in medium-sized companies, they are only centered on construction services companies. There are 16 indicators used to measure the maturity level of ERM implementation in this study that have been adjusted to the characteristics of medium-sized industrial companies in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that all medium-sized industrial companies in East Java have implemented integrated risk management (ERM) and have reached the optimal maturity level in implementing ERM. The results of the study also found that the automotive and electronics industry sectors are 2 industrial sectors that have the highest level of maturity in implementing ERM. Meanwhile, the lowest maturity level occurred in the food and beverage industry sector.

This study aims to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilizer on changes in the chemical properties of spodosol as a growing medium for melons and to determine the growth and yield of melons treated with gibberellins as growth regulators. The study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design. The first factor is the dose of vermicompost 0, 60, 90, 120 and 150 g vermicompost per polybag equivalent to 0, 10, 15, 20 and 25 t. vermicompost ha-1. The second factor is the provision of plant growth regulators Agrogibb 40 SL given in the generative phase consisting of 2 two levels, namely: 0 and 0.5 mL L-1 with 4 replications. The results showed that the application of vermicompost fertilizer on spodosols was able to increase soil pH and available P, but organic C and total soil N tended to decrease, plants were able to grow significantly better. There was no interaction between the application of vermicompost fertilizer and plant growth regulators giberelin on the yield of melons. Kascing fertilizer with a dose of 90 g plant-1, the fruit flesh was thicker and the highest tight weight was obtained at a dose of 120 g plant-1. The application of gibberellin growth regulator with a concentration of 0.5 mL L-1 was able to significantly increase fruit weight, fruit diameter, fruit thickness, wet and dry weight of melon plants

Sebelum melakukan proses pembelajaran, guru harus mengetahui ruang lingkup materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikan serta kebijakan terbaru, karena banyak guru hanya mengetahui ruang lingkup materi pembelajaran dari “buku guru” tanpa melihat kebijakan terbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidenfikasi ruang lingkup materi pembelajaran PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam) pada PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) berdasarkan kebijakan terbaru yaitu Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nomor 7 Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan memanfaatkan kebijakan terbaru tersebut sebagai sumber data primer. Penelitian ini telah menemukan dua ruang lingkup materi PAI pada PAUD, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Pertama, pengenalan dan penanaman tauhid yang merupakan kewajiban pertama manusia sebagai hamba Allah. The research aims to determine the effect of leaching on N-total and C-organic on podzolic soils and acid sulphate soils. This research was conducted for 6 weeks from March until April 2020, housed in the Laboratory of the Department of Agriculture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Palangka Raya. This research used Complete Random Design (CRD) single factor. There are 6 treatments namely P1 = NPK fertilizer = 0 kg.ha-1 on Podzolic Red Yellow (PRY); P2 = NPK fertilizer = 150 kg.ha-1 on Podzolic Red Yellow (PRY) ; P3 = NPK fertilizer = 300 kg.ha-1 on Podzolic Red Yellow (PRY); P4 = NPK fertilizer = 0 kg.ha-1 on Acid Sulphate Soils (ASS); P5 = NPK fertilizer = 150 kg.ha-1 on id Sulphate Soils (ASS); P6 = NPK fertilizer = 300 kg.ha-1 on Sulphate Soils (ASS);. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The measured variable is the content of N-total, and C-organic in soil and water leaching. Data were analyzed with analysis of variance on the level of alpha = 0.05 and alpha = 0,01. If there is real effect in treatment, The result of HRD (Honest Real Different) level of alpha = 0.05. The results of research showed the higher dose of NPK fertilizer compound given cause increased content of N-total, and C-organic on a red-yellow podzolic soil and acid sulfate soil before leaching and after leaching. The dose of NPP fertilizer Compound that high will increase the content of N-total, and C-organic dissolved in water leaching red yellow podzolic soil and acid sulphate soils.

Kebutuhan beras nasional tahun 2021 sebesar111,58 kilogran per kapita per tahun. Luas lahan pertanian produktif di Jawa Timur berkurang tiap tahun karena alih fungsi lahan. Program intensifikasi pengelolaan lahan sub optimal diperlukan sehingga produktifitas padi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan beras nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan teknologi penataan pola tanam padi sawah berdasarkan karakteristik iklim di lahan sub optimal DAS Sampian lereng Gunung Ijen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskripsi eksploratif yang terbagi atas tiga tahap yaitu pra survai, survai, dan pasca survai. Bahan dan alat yang digunakan meliputi data curah hujan 11 tahun terakhir, suhu udara; kelembaban udara; tekanan udara; kecepatan angin; peta administrasi; peta penggunaan lahan; peta jenis tanah; peta topografi, GPS, sorfware Arc-GIS, alat survai lapang, varietas padi. Penentuan tipe iklim Oldeman didasarkan pada jumlah bulan basah dan bulan kering. Pola tanam tanaman padi ditentukan melalui ketersediaan air tanah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lahan sub optimal DAS Sampian Lereng Gunung Ijenterbagi atas tiga tipe iklim Oldeman dengan presentase iklim C3 dengan bulan basah 5-6 bulan sebesar 73,62%; iklim D3 luasan sebesar 20,35%; iklim E menempati porsi luasan sebesar 6,02%. Pola tanam padi di DAS Sampian kaki Gunung Ijen berdasarkan karakteristik iklim dapat dilakukan penanaman padi tiga kali dalam setahun mulai bulan Desember - Maret, Maret - Juni, Juni-September.

Organic fertilizer is one of the vital elements in the cycle of sustainable agricultural development, therefore the purpose of this research is to formulate a strategy for building an organic fertilizer factory based on manure of beef cattle in Jember District. The research location is Tempurejo Sub District which is one of the locations for the building an organic fertilizer factory in Jember District. The research was conducted by quantitative descriptive method. Data was collected using desk research, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and surveys using questionnaires. This study involved 32 key respondents in the effort to build an organic fertilizer factory in Jember District. The research data was analyzed using IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT analysis approaches. The results showed that the strength factor has a weight of 0.512 and the weakness factor has a weight of 0.488, while the opportunity factor is 0.485 and the threat factor has a weight of 0.515. The conclusion of the research was that the building an organic fertilizer factory in Jember District was carried out with an SO (strength and opportunity) strategy, which means supporting an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, independence, time budget pressure and work experience on audit quality at a Public Accounting Firm in Tangerang City. The methodology used is quantitative using primary data through questionnaires distributed to auditors working at the Public Accounting Firm in Tangerang City. The design of this study uses a causal asosiative. The population in this study are auditors who work at Public Accounting firm in Tangerang City. The sampling technique use convenience sampling totaling 81 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed by researchers to auditors in the Public Accounting Firm in Tangerang City. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) the competence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality, (2) independence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality, (3) time budget pressure has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, and (4) work experience has a positive and significant effect on audit quality.

Terdapat beberapa pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada rumpun ilmu Pendidikan Teknik Mesin. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut biasanya bersifat kolaboratif dan holistik dalam menunjang kerja yang dibutuhkan dalam industri pemesinan. Akan tetapi, dari sekian pengetahuan dan keterampilan itu, terdapat beberapa yang merupakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kunci. Makna kunci dalam konteks ini adalah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar yang terus menerus dibutuhkan dan menjadi dasar dari segala pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam industri pemesinan. Terdapat tiga jenis mata kuliah yang merupakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kunci serta saling terkait satu sama lain. Ketiganya adalah gambar teknik mesin, teknologi mekanik serta praktikum pemesinan. Dari latar belakang yang telah diuraikan diatas, peneliti sangat tertarik meneliti pengaruh ketiga mata kuliah gambar teknik mesin, teknologi mekanik, serta praktikum pemesinan. Ketiga mata kuliah tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang sangat erat dalam tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Artinya, terdapat pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang berkelindan diantaranya. Tidak hanya itu, penguasaan ketiga mata kuliah tersebut juga sangat memengaruhi kualitas engineer dalam melakukan kerjanya dalam industri pemesinan. Penelitian meneliti tentang pengaruh penguasaan mata kuliah gambar teknik mesin dan teknologi mekanik dengan hasil kerja praktikum pemesinan mahasiswa S1 pendidikan teknik mesin universitas negeri malang.

Indonesia's population in 2021 will increase by 0.92% from 2020. The increasing population demands the fulfillment of food. Land changes and their consequences indicate land damage. The purpose of the study was to assess the soil damage potential index (SDPI) on the slopes of Mount Argopura through terrain analysis and the use of geographic information system technology. The research was carried out on the slopes of Mount Argopura in 2022. The tools used included a clinometer, a GPS, spectrophotometer, AAS, arc GIS 13 and minitab. The materials included administrative maps, soil maps, slope maps, RBI maps, land use maps, rainfall maps. This research is descriptive exploratory with field survey method. The activity is divided into 3 stages, namely pre-survey, field survey, and post-survey. Research parameters include texture, soil thickness, soil type, soil pH, CEC, base saturation, soil drainage, parent material, landform, relief, rainfall, and land use. Based on the results of the study, the SDPI with an area of 22,148.75 ha was in the heavy category 44.12% (9772.28 ha), the medium category was 53.11% (11762.84 ha), and the light category was 2.77% (613.63 ha). Maize (Zea mays L.) is one of crops that source of carbohydrate than rice. The maize production needs to production goal. The problems is traditional variety haved low yield. This study aims to determine the agronomic character and potential yield of several hybrids maize.. The research method used was randomized completely block design was repeated 3 times. The treatment factor namely hybrid maize genotype. The data obtained were analyzed in theirs diversities by using variace at 5 % level, if there were significant difference, continued by using the least significant increase at 5% level to compared of variety tester. The results shows that hybrid maize genotypes, G2KPW-43, G2KPW-45, and G2KPW-48 haved superiorities in agronomic character and higher potential yield.Key words: genotypes, potential yield, maize

The data in this study are in the form of sentences containing variations in the use of words in the program Talk Show on NET TV. This data is sourced from the use of language in the program This Talk Show on NET TV. The method of data collection in this study uses the method of listening with the ability to engage in competent free and recorded techniques. Data analysis methods used in this study are the matching method and the method of sharing. The equivalent method is translational and pragmatic equivalent. The method of presenting the results of data analysis uses the informal presentation method. The results of this study are (1) Variations in the use of words in the program Talk Show on NET TV include (a) phonological variations, (b) morphological variations, (c) variations seen from the origin of language. Tebu merupakan tanaman industri penting di Indonesia. Produktivitas tanaman tebu menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa varietas yang ditanam belum disesuaikan dengan tipologi lahan, sehingga diperlukan pemetaan tipologi lahan dan penataan varietas tanaman tebu yang disesuaikan dengan sinergi kesesuaian dengan tipologi wilayah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pemetaan tipologi lahan dan penataan varietas tanaman tebu berdasarkan tipe kemasakan varietas di Kecamatan Jatiroto, Kabupaten Lumajang Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019 sampai dengan Januari 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei secara eksplorasi lapang dengan 3 tahap kegiatan yaitu pra survei, survei, dan pasca survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Jatiroto terbagi atas 5 tipologi lahan yaitu BPJ (3.153,444 ha), BPL (546,377 ha), RPL (660,550 ha), RHJ (143,094 ha), RHL (1.455,456 ha). Varietas VMC 76-16 dan CMG Agribun, 90% sesuai dengan tipol ogi lahan di Kecamatan Jatiroto, sedangkan varietas Kidang Kencana, PS 881, Cenning, Kentung, PSDK 923, PS 882, PS 865, TLH 1, GMP 1, X 03, PSMLG 1 Agribun, dan NXI 4T membutuhkan lahan yang spesifik di Kecamatan Jatiroto, sehingga penanaman varietas tersebut untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal perlu memperhatikan kondisi lahan yang sesuai dengan varietas tersebut. Land Typology Mapping and Suitable Maturity Stage of Sugarcane Varieties in Jatiroto Lumajang Sugar cane is an important industrial plant in Indonesia. Sugarcane productivity decreases from year to year. The facts show that the planted varieties have not been adapted to the typology of the land, so it is necessary to map the typology of land and the arrangement of sugarcane varieties that are adjusted to the synergy of confirmed typology of the area. The purpose of this study is to map the typology of land and the arrangement of sugarcane varieties according to the type of sugarcane varieties in Jatiroto District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. The study was conducted in November 2019 to January 2020. The research method used was a field survey in exploration with 3 stages pre survey, survey and post survey. The results showed that Jatiroto District was divided into 5 land typologies, namely BPJ (3.153.444 ha), BPL (546.377 ha), RPL (660.550 ha), RHJ (143.094 ha), RHL (1455.456 ha). Sugarcane VMC 76-16 and Agribun CMG varieties have 90% suitability to land typology in Jatiroto District, while Kidang Kencana, PS 881, Cenning, Kentung, PSDK 923, PS 882, PS 865, TLH 1, GMP 1, X 03, PSMLG 1 Agribun, and NXI 4T varieties require specific land in Jatiroto District, so planted these varieties, it is necessary to pay attention to the conditions of the land to obtain optimal production.

Produktivitas tebu dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan biotik dan abiotik. Lingkungan abiotik salah satunya adalah pH tanah yang dipengaruhi oleh bahan induk tanah, dan pupuk. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik secara terusmenerus menurunkan pH tanah. Penggunaan amelioran seperti dolomit dan kapur pertanian (kaptan) dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pH tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dolomit terhadap pH tanah inceptisol di perkebunan tebu. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dan eksperimen. Eksperimen dengan perlakuan: A. 160 kg N/ha + 72 kg P2O5 /ha + 60 kg K2O/ha; B. 160 kg N/ha + 72 kg P2O5 /ha + 60 kg K2O/ha+ kaptan 2.000 kg/ha; dan C. 160 kg N/ha +72 kg P2O5 /ha + 60 kg K2O/ha+ dolomit 2.000 kg/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengunaan dolomit dengan dosis 2.000 kg/ha lebih efektif mempertahankan pH tanah dibandingkan kaptan. Dolomit mempertahankan pH tanah hingga 17 bulan setelah aplikasi. Nilai pH 17 bulan setelah aplikasi dolomite adalah 6,64; sedangkan pada perlakuan kaptan memiliki pH tanah 5,56. Reaksi dolomit di tanah dalam mempertahankan pH tanah adalah 1, 26 kali lebih efektif dibandingkan kaptan The Effectiveness of Dolomite in Maintaining Inceptisol Soil pH of Blimbing Sugarcane Plantation in Djatiroto Sugarcane productivity is influenced by the biotic and abiotic environment. One of the abiotic environments is soil pH. Soil pH is influenced by soil parent material, and fertilizer. The use of inorganic fertilizers continuously reduces soil pH. The use of ameliorants such as the use of dolomite and agricultural lime can be a solution. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of dolomite on the soil pH of inceptisol soil Sugar Cane Plantation. The research method uses observation and experimental methods. Experiments with treatment included A. 160 kg nitrogen / hectare + 72 kg P2O5 / hectare + 60 kg K2O / hectare; B. 160 kg nitrogen / hectare + 72 kg P2O5/ hectare + 60 kg K2O / hectare + 2,000 kg agricultural lime / hectare; C. 160 kg nitrogen / hectare + 72 kg P2O5 / hectare + 60 kg K2O / hectare + dolomite 20 quintal / hectare. The results showed the use of dolomite at a dose of 2,000 kg / hectare was more effective in maintaining soil pH compared to agricultural lime. Dolomite maintains soil pH for up to 17 months after application. The pH value, the dolomite treatment was 6.64, while the agricultural lime soil pH treatment was 5.56. Dolomite reaction in the soil in maintaining soil pH of 1.26 times agricultural lime.

Edamame soybeans (Glycine max L. Merrill) is a vegetable plant which has greater benefits such as bigger seeds, sweet taste, and high protein. The innovation of fertilization technology by utilizing animal manure and Trichoderma harzianum is one of the solutions to obtain optimal and environmentally friendly result. The aim of the study was to determine the interaction, the best doses of cow manure and doses of T. harzianum to increase the growth and yield of edamame soybeans. The Research has carried out in Rejodani, Sleman, DIY in November 2018 until Februari 2019. The experiment was arranged in CRD (Completely Randomized Design) by two factor and contras orthogonal (3x3)+1. The first factor was the doses cow manure 10,15, and 20 tons.ha-1 . The second factor was the doses of inoculum T.harzianum 25, 35, and 45 grams/plant. Added control (without a combination of treatment but using inorganic fertilizers). The results showed that the doses of cow manure 15 tons/ha gave the best result on the parameters of leaf number, the number of pods, the weight of wet pods, the number of seeds, wet seed weight, and the weight of wet pods.ha-1 . The dose of T.harzianum 45 gram/plant presented the best result but not significantly different rather than T2 (35 grams/plant) on the parameter growth and yield. There was an interaction on the parameter of the weight of 100 wet seeds and the best doses on a combination P1T1 (cow manure 10 tons.ha-1 ) and T. harzianum 25 grams/plant).Keyword : Edamame soybeans, Growth, Yield, Cow manure, Trichoderma harzianum

The data in this study are the writings of murals and the context in the form of images in mural arts. The method of collecting data in this study is observation and documentation. Data collection technique that used in this research is simak method with the basic technique is tapped technique, Simak bebas libat cakap technique, record technique and noted technique. Data analysis technique that used in this research is padan method and continued with pilah technique. Next is the method of presentation data analysis result using informal presentation method. The result of this research is presented as follows: 1) The variety terms that used the football announcer through radio was classified into two: firstly, typical terms in football that derivied form different environment. Secondly, football terms derived from foreign language. 2) the term function that used football announcer in radio is general function and special function. Some Factors that made the terms of football announcer was influenced by time, place, football match situation, the participants that involved in substitutions. Refers to the speech and speech content from the football announcer in radio.
