Efforts to realize a sustainable palm oil industry from upstream to downstream encourage companies to implement environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility that are carried out by multiple parties in the palm oil industry sector. This study aims to prove the effect of environmental regulation and corporate social responsibility on environmental performance, as well as to provide a mediating effect of corporate social responsibility on the relationship between environmental regulation and environmental performance. Data collection is done through the sustainability report of each company. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis found that environmental regulations have a positive but not significant effect on environmental performance, environmental regulations have a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility mediates the relationship between environmental regulations with environmental performance in oil palm plantation companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer purchase intention in the online marketplace in Batam City. The independent variables proposed in this study include trust, convenience, customer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motive, which are mediated by the attitude towards online shopping and moderated by trust in website. The research methodology used is quantitative. The data used is primary data from the results of a survey using an online questionnaire with 300 respondents. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study found that trust and convenience did not have a significant positive effect on attitudes toward online shopping. Consumer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motives have a significant positive influence on attitude toward online shopping. Attitude toward online shopping affects purchase intention. Trust in website does not provide a moderating effect between attitudes toward online shopping and purchase intention. From the results of our research, it can be seen that consumer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motives have a role in shaping consumer attitudes toward online shopping. Then the attitude will determine the purchase intention for products sold in online marketplaces.

Camille Beauty is a beauty production company founded in 2018 and is one of the recommended products. Using Tiktok as a social media marketing platform to promote products sold to attract consumers to decide to buy Camille Beauty products. The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze how Tiktok's Social Media Marketing and Camille Beauty's Product Quality, to find out the Purchase Decision on Camille Beauty's Products, and to find out the Effect of Tiktok's Social Media and Product Quality on Camille Beauty's Purchase Decisions. This type of research is a quantitative method and uses descriptive data analysis. Sampling using non-probability sampling method. A total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results obtained based on this research are that the social media marketing platform TikTok has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and social media marketing on the tiktok platform and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study is to determine the effect of customer satisfaction in building brand loyalty through customer satisfaction, ease of use, seller reputation, and perceived usefulness. The population of this study, which employs quantitative research techniques, consists of Surakrarta-based customers of online marketplaces. Purpose Sampling was the method of sampling employed in this investigation. They employed 127 respondents. The information used in this study came through the distribution of questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis using SMARTPLS software is the method used in this study. According to the findings of this study, Brand Loyalty is not positively and significantly impacted by Seller Reputation, Perceived Usefulness, or Ease of Use. A favorable and considerable impact on satisfaction is provided by the ease of use, seller reputation, and perceived usefulness. Brand Loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by satisfaction. Ease of Use, Seller Reputation, and Perceived Usefulness cannot be mediated by satisfaction in determining brand loyalty.This research contributes to increasing knowledge in the sector of selling used products through online platforms, because one of the challenges faced by the MSME industry is the use of technology in its business processes. The use of technology can facilitate business activities such as, means of promotion and facilitate transactions because this convenience is used by umkm industry business actors and consumers in the use of technology.

Traditional markets are markets that play an important role in promoting economic growth in Indonesia. The existence of this traditional market is very helpful, not only for the local or central government but also for the people who depend on their trading activities for the welfare of their lives, be it traders, buyers, butchers and so on. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Sungai Sariak traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of the VII Koto Sungai Sariak community. The purpose of this study is to find out that the Sungai Sariak traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of the people of Kecamatan VII Koto Sungai Sariak. From the research results it can be seen that the potential of this traditional market has a very positive impact on improving the community's economy in fulfilling all economic activities in the form of buying and selling transactions between traders and buyers so as to create prosperity among the community, especially District VII Koto Sungai Sariak and the surrounding community. The conclusion from this study is that traditional markets have a major influence on the livelihood systems of the surrounding communities. Sungai Sariak Market is a means to carry out economic activities, especially trade or as a place as a rescue network and provider of employment opportunities for most people in District VII Koto Sungai Ariak.

In the current era of rapid development, it has an impact on the development of increasingly developed and competitive business types, which requires companies to always strive to increase market share and reach consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product innovation on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable for Indomie consumers in Surakarta. Respondents in this study were 140 respondents who were conducted through online surveys with Google forms. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Test the validity and reliability using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the smartPLS inner model. The results of the analysis show that customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between brand image and product innovation on customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze digital marketing and e- ecommerce on performance marketing and business sustainability in the typical souvenir business of Solo city. The population and sample of this study are SMEs who have a business in the field of souvenirs typical of Solo City as many as 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection methods using questionnaires and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results showed that E-commerce has a positive effect on business sustainability, digital marketing has a positive effect on business sustainability, performance marketing has a positive effect on business sustainability, E-commerce has a positive effect on performance marketing, digital marketing has a positive effect on performance marketing, performance marketing mediates the effect of E-commerce on business sustainability, performance marketing mediates the effect of digital marketing on business sustainability.

The purpose of this study was to determine Bank Nagari's leading business segment, the type of Fintech and the collaboration model most suitable for Bank Nagari. This type of research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Research respondents are strategists or decision makers at Bank Nagari. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers in the form of filling out questionnaires and interviews, namely data obtained directly from the object of research. The data analysis technique uses the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to select alternative strategies which include Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix analysis, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix analysis, weighting, rating determination and multiplication of weights with ratings. The results showed that the value of selecting the bank's business segments, namely MSME and Commercial, was the most attractive alternative strategy or had the highest average TAS score of the other alternative strategies (5.784), the value of choosing the type of Fintech P2P Lending was the most attractive alternative strategy or had a total score The highest average TAS of the other strategic alternatives (5.310), the value of selecting the Channeling as collaboration model is the most attractive strategic alternative or has the highest average Total TAS score of the other strategic alternatives (5.199).

Productivity and product quality are very low due to cultivation methods and post-harvest processes and gambier processing that are not optimal and the lack of technological support for gambier processing. The very low level of productivity causes the amount of production produced to also be low. The decrease in the value of gambier productivity indicates that there has been inefficiency of farmers in allocating existing production factors. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 18,547 gambier farmers and the sampling technique was random sampling. So in this study using a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the use of production factors in the form of land area, labor, gambier prices on gambier production. The results showed that the variables of land area and labor could increase the amount of gambier production positively and significantly. Gambier price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the amount of gambier production.

The macroeconomic situation greatly affects the performance of most industries including the banking sector. The covid-19 pandemic is very influential on banking performance because when the real sector experiences a decline, lending will also be affected. The decline in lending will ultimately reduce the financial performance of the banking industry. This study aims to analyse the effect of credit growth on bank financial performance. The population of this study are national banks listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Based on the criteria set, there were 23 banks that became the sample of this study. The observation period was carried out from 2019 to 2021. The collected data were analysed using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that non-performing loans (NPL) have a negative and significant effect on return on assets (ROA). Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and size variables partially have a positive and significant effect on ROA. However, two other variables namely Loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and loan growth have no significant effect on financial performance.

This study aims to measure the performance of Indonesian Sharia Banks. Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank resulting from the merger of three state-owned sharia commercial banks, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Previously, research on these 3 banks had been carried out before the merger occurred. This study seeks to see the performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks after the merger using the Islamicity Performance Index approach. The data used is Bank Syariah Indonesia annual report data for 2021. The results of this study show that two indicators have very satisfactory values, namely Islamic Investment vs. Non-Islamic Investment and Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income, the Equitable Distribution Ratio indicator has a fairly good value, the Profit Sharing Ratio indicator has an unsatisfactory value, and the last two indicators, namely the Zakat Performance Ratio and the Director-Employee Welfare Ratio have very unsatisfactory values.

This research study explores the impact of leveraging quality management and partnership programs on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the context of technopreneurship. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between knowledge, capital, partnership programs, and the performance of MSMEs assisted by PTPN III. The study involved MSME business actors who received assistance from PTPN III. The research methodology employed quantitative analysis, with data collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical techniques. The findings of this study indicate that capital has a significant influence on the partnership program and the performance of MSMEs. However, knowledge does not show a significant impact on the partnership program and MSME performance. Moreover, the partnership program itself has a significant positive effect on MSME performance. Additionally, the partnership program mediates the relationship between knowledge, capital, and MSME performance. These results suggest that providing adequate capital resources and implementing effective partnership programs are crucial for enhancing the performance of MSMEs in the technopreneurship sector. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of developing comprehensive strategies that integrate knowledge, capital, and partnership programs to drive the success of MSMEs. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing technopreneurial success and provides insights for policymakers, MSME support organizations, and entrepreneurs themselves in developing strategies to optimize the performance of MSMEs in the rapidly evolving technopreneurship landscape.

No ensino superior um parâmetro avaliado é a qualidade dos serviços. Uma ferramenta recorrentemente utilizada na avaliação de serviços no ensino superior é a SERVQUAL. Este estudo visa identificar como a SERVQUAL é acionada para a avaliação de serviços nas instituições de ensino superior de acordo com as publicações do quinquênio 2014-2019 da biblioteca eletrônica SPELL, a fim de identificar se a ferramenta satisfaz as necessidades de avaliação de serviços nas instituições de ensino superior e se possibilita a obtenção de dados confiáveis. Para tanto, buscou-se através de palavras-chave que combinem pelo menos dois termos entre os seguintes: Qualidade, SERVQUAL, Ensino Superior, Qualidade em Serviços, Avaliação, e Avaliação de Políticas Públicas. Da análise dos resultados percebeu-se que a ferramenta tem sido largamente utilizada, tanto no Brasil como no exterior, mostrando-se confiável para a avaliação dos serviços prestados por instituições de ensino superior.

Structural pounding between adjoining multistory buildings with different total heights and different story levels has been repeatedly identified as a frequent cause of severe damage during seismic excitations. This phenomenon is very intense when upper floor slabs of short buildings hit the columns of taller and more flexible structures within their deformable length. On the other hand, it is well accepted that infill masonry panels strongly affect the seismic response and overall behavior of multistory reinforced concrete (RC) frames and especially in the common case of an open first story (pilotis). Thereupon, the interaction between a multistory frame with an open first floor and shorter and stiffer adjacent buildings was studied and the influence of the open first story on pounding investigated with inelastic dynamic step-by-step analyses. The results of the pounding cases of an 8-story RC frame with a single story and 4-story buildings were examined. Three cases of short structures were considered as follows: a frame structure, a stiff structure and a very stiff non-self-vibrating one. All studied interaction cases included type A (floor-to-floor) pounding cases and type B (floor-to-column) pounding cases. This study focused on the influence of an open first story (pilotis) on the pounding phenomenon. Therefore, all examined two-building poundings were studied considering two cases: the first case involving a fully infilled 8-story frame and second case involving an infilled 8-story structure with an open first story (pilotis). Moreover, as expected due to the asymmetry of the examined two-structured pounding pairs, the directions (plus and minus) of the seismic excitation proved to be important for the evaluation of the developing capacity demands. In the present study for the first time, it is stressed that pounding cases between structures with different geometries (asymmetric) have to be examined in both directions (plus and minus) of each seismic excitation. From the results, it can be deduced that the developing shear forces on the columns that suffer a hit in the case of type B pounding exceed the shear strength of the column even if detailing for critical regions according to Eurocode 8 is applied. Further, it is inferred that pilotis configuration increases the developing pounding forces and consequently increases the capacity demands mainly in terms of the ductility of the column that suffers the hit.

Os estudos sobre Gestão Social se iniciaram na década de 1990. A construção desse campo está alicerçada num modelo onde os indivíduos são colocados como protagonistas no processo decisório, dando-lhes um espaço social de fala. Em aproximadamente 30 anos de estudos e interpretações, a Gestão Social deixou registros de sua evolução científica. Esse contexto induziu a identificação de padrões de comportamentos nas teses e dissertações produzidas sobre a temática. Através da técnica de data mining foram mapeados os orientadores e avaliada a disseminação da temática. Foram filtradas as teses e dissertações disponibilizadas pela CAPES no período de 2013 a 2019 com a expressão “Gestão Social”. A aplicação de um algoritmo de segmentação dividiu as 271 produções científicas em grupos. Os resultados apontam que um pequeno grupo de professores é responsável pela maioria das orientações. Além disso, em determinados estados brasileiros, o campo encontra-se mais institucionalizado do que em outros.

Briket arang merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi kelangkaan bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Bahan bakar padat ini murupakan bahan bakar alternatif atau merupakan pengganti minyak tanah yang paling murah dan dimungkinkan untuk dikembangkan dengan kapasitas besar dalam waktu yang relatif singkat mengingat teknologi dan peralatan yang digunakan relatif sederhana. Pemilihan kulit coklat sebagai bahan briket arang mengingat jumlah limbah kulit coklat ini banyak terdapat di KHDTK Senaru. Tujuan dari diadakannya kegiatan ini untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat bahan bakar alternative yang murah dan ramah lingkungan sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam hal kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak tanah dan gas yang semakin langka dan mahal. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat membantu masyarakat mengatasi kelangkaan bahan baku minyak dan gas serta memberikan peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat untuk membuat briket arang sebagai sumber penghidupan mereka. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok tani coklat di KHDTK Senaru dan Pemerintah Desa Setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan melakukan peragaan dilapangan. hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran, pengetahuan serta keterampilan masyarakat KHDTK Senaru dalam memanfaatkan limbah kulit coklat serta peluang pasar dari briket arang dan peluang pengembangannya dalam bentuk usaha kecil menengah.

Management of state corporations in Kenya faces quite a number of challenges including corruption, poor management of resources, stringent regulations, political support, and policy gaps among others which influence organizational performance. The study sought to investigate the influence of change management practices on the performance of Kenya Bureau Standards in Nairobi City, Kenya. The specific objectives were to examine the influence of technology adoption, strategic leadership, stakeholder involvement and resource mobilization on the performance. The study was anchored by balanced score card model, diffusion of innovation theory, stakeholder theory and resource-based view theory. The study used a descriptive research design. The study target population was Kenya Bureau of Standards. The respondents were 730 employees working with the organization who were obtained from various departments. The respondents were categorized into departments whereby stratified sampling method was used. Simple random sampling method was used to select the respondents. The sample size was 258. A total of 26 questionnaires were piloted at the same organization but they were not included in the final study. Collection of primary data was done through the use of questionnaires which were administered to all the respondents. Descriptive statistical analysis such as mean and standard deviation was used in analyzing the quantitative data which were presented in terms of tables. Multiple regression analysis was done in establishing the relationship between variables. The study found that technology adoption, strategic leadership, stakeholder involvement and resource mobilization had a positive significant influence on the performance of Kenya Bureau Standards. The study concluded that adoption of technology enhances communication and collaboration which is important in today’s corporate environment where many organizations are still working from home and face to face interaction is nominal. Strategic leadership is ultimate for success of change programs as it directs all organization resources towards a common goal by effectively motivating employees to achieve a desired common change vision Resource mobilization ensures that the company will always have the resources available to meet its requirements, enabling it to continue offering its customers services. The study recommended that the organizational process in adopting technology should first clearly communicate the change and its benefits to employees, ask employees about their needs to help reduce change resistance by demonstrating that you are taking employee needs into account. The organization should develop a good engagement strategy by considering their grasp of the project's-initiated plan, their motivation for the project, and how each stakeholder will be impacted. The organization needs to establish a network of resource providers, use a variety of mobilization strategies, and concentrate on acquiring access to resources other than only financial ones.

Public buildings such as colleges and universities in Chengdu can be studied from the aspects of the main factors influencing buildings’ energy consumption. This study analyzed the indoor thermal environment of the buildings and characteristics of their palisade structures, with their thermal performance and energy consumption, as main influencing factors of energy consumption. In the present study, these public buildings have been considered as the research object, their data has been measured through field investigation and theoretical analysis, numerically simulated- based on the actual features- and compared by computer simulation to describe the influence of thermal performance of different envelope structures on energy consumption. Also, the relationship between different thermal performance indexes and energy consumption is established. The advantage of this study is mainly to our green and energy-saving society. “Building a conservation-oriented and environmentally friendly society” is a basic state policy of China. Due to their high energy consumption ratio and greater difficulty in energy conservation, public buildings are the key places in emission reduction. The selection of appropriate green building technology is the key to sustainable development of public buildings.
