The work designed and implemented a web-portal for grading fire hazard according to daily weather service data. The web-portal is designed to inform the population, public and forest protection institutions about the forest fire hazard and to prevent possible fires. The national method calculates the meteorological index of fire hazard by V.G. Nesterov considering the daytime air and dew point temperature and threshold values of the daily level of atmospheric precipitation. The system project includes a class structure of the C# programming environment, Data Access Object design pattern, MariaDB relational database model. The web-portal comprises web applications that import data via HTTP, process data by ASP.Net tools, view a summarized electronic map through a Leaflet feature. The web-portal operability was tested as of 2019 data in the Jewish Autonomous Region and Khabarovsk Krai of the Russian Far East. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
