This rigorous thesis discusses the legal aspects of cryptocurrency trading platforms and exchanges. The aim of this rigorous thesis is to analyse the legal status of cryptocurrency trading platforms and exchanges, or rather their operators, in terms of applicable Czech and European law, and in the same way analyse the Initial Exchange Offering, propose possible changes in legislation and provide a comparative view of the legal status of cryptocurrency trading platforms and exchanges in selected countries. The first part of the thesis briefly introduces cryptocurrencies and describes their legal nature. Furthermore, this section describes cryptocurrency trading platforms and exchanges and the variances between them, as well as the difference between a cryptocurrency trading platform or an exchange and its operator. The second part analyses the Czech and European legislation relating to cryptocurrency trading platforms and exchanges. First, various areas of financial law are discussed, namely currency exchange and stock exchange activities, capital markets business, payments, and tax law. This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of seasonal futures trading. It is seasonality which brings higher percentage success of trades and unlike the technical analysis it is based on fundamentals of the markets. Still it is not possible just to rely on the seasonal patterns, how it is shown in the practical part and it is necessary to filter these trades with another predetermined rules. This thesis brings complex view on commodity trading and discuss opportunity for income diversification in these unstable times. Finally, there is a mention how to use the concept of seasonality in another area of the national economy.

This thesis concerns with entire electric power market focusing on wholesale market in the Czech Republic. In the first part it describes electricity as a commodity and in the following parts describes changes that recently took place in power engineering sector. The thesis furthermore describes electricity delivery, electricity trade and at the end it analyzes the electricity price.

This bachelor thesis focuses on assessing the revenue and risk of selected commodities on the world's markets. The commodities analyzed in the thesis are gold, silver and platinum. The thesis is divided into two principal sections. The first section is a publications research, which contains a theoretical part describing the commodities market and commodity trading. The other section of the thesis focuses on the development of commodity prices from the beginning of 2005 to the beginning of 2010 and describes the risk and revenue related to investment in selected precious metals on the world's commodities markets.

This diploma thesis comprise description and comaparison of main international stock exchanges and their indexes, also Czech stock exchange, activities connected to trading on stock exchange, instruments used for trend setting, potency of statistical estimation of exchange rates and evaluation of available virtual trading in securities as an instrument for beginning investors.

This thesis deals with the topic of money management and various methods of its use in trading on the stock markets. The work tries to show the important role played by money management and how such discipline can fundamentally change the behavior of business systems. There is also pointed out the importance of reconciling money management and psychological factors of a trader. In the practical part, I work with real data from the Commodity Exchange and by using Monte Carlo analysis I simulate how a suitable money management can gigantically affect the overall system performance.

Burze se reflektiraju ne samo na gospodarski, već i na politički, socijalni i kulturni razvoj. To zbog toga što se gotovinska sredstva usmjeravaju upravo prema ovim segmentima financijskih tržišta. Kao što kažemo da je nafta krv gospodarstva, to isto možemo reći i za burzu. Ona je sustavno mjesto gdje se miješaju: novac, sirovine i poslovne operacije. Takozvano virtualno trgovanje, koje se odvija pred našim očima, čini burze virtualnim financijskim institucijama., Exchanges are, by all means, the most important factors for economic growth. Many prominent ones are pillars of international economics. In national economies, they reflects not only economic, but political, social and cultural development. Cash flow is directed towards these segments of financijal markets. As oil is the blood of an economy, so is an exchange: an ingredient in the mixture of money, row materials and business operations. Also, we can state that the exchanges are the pulse of the economy of a nation. The author of the essay underlines primarily the development of stock trading. It is obvious in todays environment, that the new tendencies are towards electronic trading, which is the replacement of classical trading models. So called virtual trading today, makes exchanges virtual financial institutions.
