It is important for psychological counselors to be experienced in the field and to go through a group experience in order to conduct psychological counseling with a group. This study examined the effect of psychological counseling on psychological counselors' self-efficacy and listening skills. The experimental group and the control group of the study consisted of a total of 18 guidance and psychological counseling graduate students. There were nine (three males, six females) participants in both of the groups. Quasi-experimental design with experiment, control, pretest-posttest and follow-up test was employed in the study. In data analysis, Mann-Whitney U test was used for the difference between the posttests of the experimental and control groups, whereas was used by, and Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used for the comparisons of the experimental group's pre-posttest and post-follow-up test. Group counseling continued once a week for 10 weeks. There were no members who did not continue and did not participate in the process. The study revealed that psychological counseling practice conducted with the experimental group was effective on psychological counselors' self-efficacy and listening skills.
