A partir de trois exemples pris dans la Chine du XIXe s. (Hung Hsiu-ch'uan, le fondateur du mouvement religieux anti-etranger " T'ai-p'ing "), a Taiwan au XXe s. et en Coree (S. M. Moon, le fondateur de l'Eglise de l'Unification), l'A. tente de montrer le caractere normatif de l'interpretation de la Bible en Extreme-Orient. Dans les trois cas, en effet, les interpretations sont quasiment identiques. Elles privilegient l'experience religieuse au detriment des dogmes et rejettent le monotheisme au profit d'une communaute divine

5. La personalidad y los valores sociales: influencia en el emprendizaje

Our society needs to encourage and revitalize models such growth, job creation and business innovation. Thus the charge entrepreneurship an important role as a possible alternative for achieving these objectives. The project has been approached from many perspectives, all different and complementary. In this paper, I will review the literature written about the entrepreneur, focusing on trying to define the so-called entrepreneurial personality, identifying those personality traits that characterize and differentiate. After describing and analyzing personality variables, we will consider the main cultural factors that influence entrepreneurship, To do this, we will introduce the meanings of culture and entrepreneurship, as well as its importance in economic development, and then analyze the cultural values that influence intend to undertake. The basic objective of this research will try to identify what has more weight on entrepreneurial intention personality traits, or cultural values acquired by the entrepreneur socially. For our analysis, we will have a sample of entrepreneurs, active entrepreneurs opened their own business, ie, we start the analysis of entrepreneurial behavior and executed. We will compare these entrepreneurs, subdividing based on the geographical area where they opened their business in order to try to identify if what remains, to this day, his entrepreneurial intention is to hold certain personality traits or demographic type variables (sex, age, educational level) and cultural (geographical area and values). [ES] El empleo, en permanente transformación, se erige como el gran reto impulsor del crecimiento económico. Nuestras sociedades necesitan modelos que favorezcan y revitalicen dicho crecimiento, la generación de empleo y la innovación empresarial. Así, las iniciativas emprendedoras cobran un importante papel como alternativa posible para la consecución de estos objetivos. El emprendimiento ha sido abordado desde muchas perspectivas, todas diferentes y complementarias entre sí. En el presente trabajo, revisaré la literatura escrita sobre el emprendedor, centrándome en la que trata de delimitar la llamada personalidad emprendedora, identificando aquellos rasgos de personalidad que le caracterizan y diferencian. Tras describir y analizar las variables de personalidad, consideraremos los principales factores culturales que influyen en el emprendizaje, Para ello, introduciremos los significados de cultura y emprendimiento, así como su importancia en el desarrollo económico, para después analizar los valores culturales que inciden en la intención de emprender. El objetivo básico de esta investigación será tratar de identificar qué tiene más peso en la intención emprendedora los rasgos de personalidad, o los valores culturales adquiridos, socialmente por el emprendedor. Para nuestro análisis, contaremos con una muestra de emprendedores, empresarios en activo que abrieron su propio negocio, es decir, partiremos del análisis de la conducta emprendedora ya ejecutada. Compararemos a estos emprendedores, subdividiéndolos en base a la zona geográfica donde abrieron su negocio, al objeto de tratar de identificar si lo que mantiene, a día de hoy, su intención emprendedora es la tenencia de ciertos rasgos de personalidad ó variables de tipo sociodemográficas (sexo, edad, nivel de estudios) y culturales (zona geográfica y valores). Partimos de la premisa de que los rasgos psicológicos del emprendedor, siendo decisivos, no son suficientes para emprender.
