It is less invasive, remote, minimizing incisions, faster for interventions previously considered cumbersome and risky. However, this change is accompanied in some cases a reduction of certain categories of resources reporting to conventional surgery, especially regarding direct information on the operating field. This communication addresses the issue of compliance with operating room activities for the design of a new replacement system calcified aortic valve. The replacement is done without external circulation, beating heart, though with a stop 60 seconds during the critical phase. All played in this time interval. Even if the surgeon remains the master of the intervention, the activity is collective and involves a situational awareness of each player in a dynamic environment, while several crucial information is publicized and fragmentary. The analyzes of the activity at 4 surgeries close to the future study - show the importance of expectations, projections and collective understandings that must adjust over time.
