Bygg- och fastighetssektorn står för cirka en femtedel av Sveriges inhemska utsläpp av koldioxidekvivalenter. För att förändra detta har regeringen planerat en lagstiftning, som innebär att byggherrar skall klimatdeklarera. Lagen träder i kraft 2022. Wästbygg är ett bygg- och projektutvecklingsbolag som verkar i denna sektor. De har som målbild att till 2030 ha ett utsläpp av växthusgaser på netto-noll. Syftet med examensarbetet är att ge Wästbygg ett förslag på arbetssätt vid framtagande av gröna sidoanbud. Metoden som författarna använde sig av var en litteraturstudie, intervjuer med beställare, byggentreprenörer och underentreprenörer samt en fallstudie av ett pågående projekt. Intervjuerna utfördes enligt en kvalitativ semisturkurerad metod. I intervjuerna framkom en vilja från samtliga aktörer att driva arbetet med klimatdeklarationer framåt, samt en nyfikenhet i alternativa lösningar och anbud med miljöfokus för att nå såväl de olika företagens interna klimatmål som Sveriges övergripande klimatmål. För att nå dessa mål var respondenterna överens om att koldioxidberäkningar är ett nödvändigt steg. Fallstudien visar att olika betongsorter har olika klimatpåverkan men att dengeneriska data som återfinns i Bidcons klimatmodul är ett gott riktvärde för byggnadskomponenters koldioxidekvivalent påverkan. För att erbjuda alternativa lösningar till beställarna behöver företaget erbjuda något konkret som exempelvis en miljödeklaration vid färdigställt projekt. Upplevelsen hos såväl de intervjuade beställarna, underentreprenörerna samt författarna är att ett vidare intresse finns för arbete med gröna sidoanbud. Arbetet resulterade i att Wästbygg systematiskt bör lämna ett riktvärde till beställare, utifrån dengeneriska data som återfinns i Bidcons klimatmodul. Samt med denna information lämna ett löfte om klimatdeklaration när projektet är klart för att inte lägga för mycket tid på antaganden i anbudsfasen. På detta vis kan företaget under projektets gång komplettera upp med byggnadskomponenters faktiska påverkan och till andra projekt bygga en referensdatabas för mer träffsäkra anbud i framtiden. The construction and real estate sector accounts for about one fifth of Sweden's domestice missions of carbon dioxide equivalents. In order to change this, the government has planned legislation, which means that builders must climate declare. The law comes into force in 2022. Wästbygg is a construction and project development company operating in this sector. They aim to have a net-zero of greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. The purpose of the thesis is to provide Wästbygg with a proposal for working methods when developing green side tenders. The method used by the authors was a literature study, interviews with clients, construction contractors and subcontractors as well as a case study of an ongoing project. The interviews were conducted according to a qualitative semi-curated method. In the interviews, a willingness was expressed by all interview participants to drive the work on climate declarations forward, and a curiosity in alternative solutions and tenders with environmental focus to achieve both the companies' internal climate goals and Sweden's overall climate goals. To achieve these goals, the respondents agreed that carbon dioxide calculations are a necessary step. The casestudy shows that different types of concrete have different climatic impacts, but that the generic data found in Bidcon's climate module is a good guideline for the carbon dioxide equivalent impact of building components. In order to offer alternative solutions to the customers, the company needs to offer something concrete like a climate declaration at the end of the production stage. The experiences of both the interviewed clients, subcontractors and the authors are that there is a further interest in working with green side tenders. The result of this thesis was that systematically, Wästbygg should provide a benchmark value to clients, based on the generic data found in Bidcon's climate module. As well as with this information, make a promise on climate declaration when the project is ready. This method eliminates unnecessary time spend on assumptions in the tender phase. In this way, you can supplement the actual impact of building components during the project and build a reference database for more accurate bids in the future for other projects.

Stockholm växer och infrastrukturen byggs ut. Infrastrukturprojekten upphandlas allt mer som totalentreprenader vilket ställer höga krav på att samarbetet mellan entreprenörer och konsulter fungerar bra. Ett fungerande samarbete bygger på bra förståelse och syftet med detta examensarbete var att, för Sweco Civil AB:s räkning, öka konsulternas förståelse för entreprenörerna med förhoppningen att utveckla samarbetet parterna emellan. Resultatet baserades på intervjuer med entreprenörer och konsulter. Intervjuerna utfördes med tre konsulter från Sweco och fem entreprenörer från olika företag, som alla hade en roll i totalentreprenader. Resultatet visar att återkommande problem som uppstår i samarbetet mellan parterna under projekteringen var kommunikation, bristfälliga handlingar och att konsulterna överlag uppfattas ha svårt att hålla tidplaner. Entreprenörerna förväntade sig att konsulterna skulle leverera byggbara handlingar med god kvalitet i rätt tid. Resultatet visar även att faktorerna som påverkade entreprenörernas val av konsulter skiljdes åt mellan de svenska och de utländska entreprenörerna. För att uppnå en god kommunikation kan parterna inte undanhålla information från varandra. De måste kommunicera sina förutsättningar och ta hänsyn till dessa. Undersökningen visar att konsulterna måste medverka vid samordningen av tidplanerna för att ha möjlighet att leverera i tid med önskad kvalitet. Med hjälp av fler frekventa platsbesök alternativt projektkontor kan förståelsen för produktionen i konsultens organisation öka och därmed utveckla handlingarna mot entreprenörens krav Stockholm is growing and the infrastructure expands. Infrastructure projects are increasingly being procured as design and build contracts. This impose high demands on cooperation between contractors and consultants. Functional cooperation is based on good understanding and the purpose of this study was to, on behalf of Sweco Civil AB, increase the consultants' understanding of the contractors with the hope of developing better cooperation between the parties. The result is based on interviews with contractors and consultants. The interviews were held with three consultants from Sweco and five contractors from different companys, all of whom had a role in design and build contracts. The results show that repetitive problems that arose in the cooperation between the parties during the procurement were bad communication, insufficient construction documents and that the consultants had difficulties to deliver on time. The contractors expected the consultants to deliver quality construction documents according to schedule. The results also show that the factors influencing the contractors' choice of consultants differ between the Swedish and the foreign contractors. In order to achieve good communication, the parties cannot withhold information from each other. They must communicate their preconditions and take them into account. The study shows that consultants must participate in the coordination of timetables in order to be able to deliver on time with desired quality. With the help of more frequent site visits or alternatively project offices, the understanding of production can increase in the consultant’s organizations. Thus, developing the construction documents against the contractor's requirements.

Byggindustrin har en betydande del i ett lands ekonomiska utveckling. Underentreprenörer bidrar med upp till 90 % av ett projekts totala värde, vilket lägger stor vikt vid upphandlingen av underentreprenörer. I denna studie undersöks det hur entreprenörer på den privata marknaden uppfattar upphandlingen av underentreprenörer, vilka problem och möjligheter som kan kopplas till denna process samt hur rätt val av upphandlingsstrategier kan bidra till effektivare processer. För att besvara syfte och frågeställningar har tio stycken intervjuer genomförts. Intervjupersonerna var inköpare, produktionsledare samt representanter från underentreprenörerna. Intervjupersonernas tankar och idéer jämfördes med den information författarna erhållit från studier av artiklar, rapporter och andra texter. Resultatet påvisar att aktörerna uppfattar att upphandlingsarbetet i dagsläget överlag fungerar bra, det finns dock utrymme för förbättringar. Tidsbrist, otydlighet samt dåliga handlingar är faktorer som ständigt tas upp som problem i arbetet. Entreprenören bör fokusera på vad som är av vikt vid den specifika entreprenaden, samt hålla anbudsförfrågan kort, koncis och projektanpassad. Att i större utsträckning jobba med samma underentreprenörer kan bidra till förbättringar gällande tid och tydlighet, i vissa fall kan det också vara aktuellt att skriva in specifik organisation i kontrakt. Att blanda ersättningsformer kan bidra till flexiblare processer. Hur omfattande detaljnivån i handlingar ska vara är av vikt vid val av entreprenadform. Tradition, vad entreprenör och underentreprenör vanligen jobbar med, påverkar val av upphandlingsstrategi. Detta kan hämma utvecklingen och testandet av nya tekniker och idéer. The construction industry constitutes a significant part of a country's economic development. Subcontractors contribute up to 90% of a projects total production value, which make the procurement of subcontractors vital. This study examines how private market actors perceive the procurement of subcontractors, which problems and opportunities can be linked to this process and how the right choice of procurement strategies can contribute to more efficient processes. In order to answer the purpose and the research questions, nine interviews were conducted. The interviewees were buyers, production managers and representatives from subcontractors. The thoughts and ideas from the interviews were compared with scientific articles, reports and other texts. The result indicates that there is room for improvements in the procurement work but in overall it works well, according to the involved actors. Insufficient amount of time, ambiguity and poor documents are constantly mentioned as problems in the procurement process. The client should specify important things for the specific contract as well as keeping the bid request short, concisely and adapted to the project. Working with the sub-contractor to a greater extent could possibly contribute to improvements regarding time and clarity. In some cases it could also be appropriate to include a specific organization in the contract. By mixing different ways of how to pay for contracts the process might get more flexible. The extent of detail in the documents should affect how the contact is designed. Tradition, how the client and sub-contractor usually design their contracts, affects their future strategies of procurement. This might inhibit the use and development of new techniques and ideas.
