Call centers are a fast growing industry whereby it sees millions of turnover in terms of profit. As the industry grows, the need to improvise their network to ensure smooth traffic increases in order to generate more profit. Most call centers which are based in Asia have customers from Europe. Hence, the providence of high availability, redundancy and business continuity is of utmost importance. The implementation of GLBP in this network seeks to do exactly that. This will be achieved because its implementation creates a good fail over, applies virtual routers, implements virtual gateway and load balancing to prevent network congestion and ensure smooth operation. GLBP will overcome the existing problems that call centers face. Its efficacy will be entirely demonstrated using GNS3 network simulator; existing problems will be simulated and compared with GLBP network. Thus, the aim of this research paper can be defended.

Network high availability is one of the common problems faced by many university institutions that contribute to operation cost to increase, slow down working speed and increased student's attrition. Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol provides a better way to business continuity and high availability. The main objectives on implementation of VRRP is to create an alternative path, applying virtual routers, implementation of single IP with multiple IP, together with load balancing technique so as to become healthier and not to be overwhelmed by heavy load during operation. VRRP implementation going to be a preeminent success for private university, this new finding is going to be very useful to overcome an existing problem and leads to the improvement of services and great benefit to business. To prove workability of VRRP, entirely environment will be simulated using GNS3 network simulator, this will be able to emulate the existing problems hence it can demonstrate the aim and defend the expected objectives. 

With today's Internet of Hype-Things, technology innovation is no longer a strategic weapon to gain competitiveness or even sustainability at SME. Legacy frameworks are biased towards larger computing during happy day environment. This paper presents a new framework for SME to embrace IaaS with confidence to move up the value chain despite facing volatile economic turbulence. While disruptive BareBone cloud technology maybe inferior to large enterprises, holds potential opportunities to the smaller enterprise where base cost does matter. The use of three instruments (mass survey, interview and focus group) for collecting primary data has ensured consistent information validation. The findings from the directional correlation hypothesis affirm the negative correlation between infancy stage of technology innovation and the measurable organizational values expected by the small enterprise. This contribution can be applied during dilemma decision making stage for migrating into the next cloud computing infrastructure.
